🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stopped by earlier this summer and had such a great experience we had to come back! Service is always friendly, orders are timely, food is delicious, and sauces are flavorful. Jora was terrific today, kept our drinks filled and ensured everything was perfect. They also have a section separated by French doors for special events or overflow, with its own bar. Very nice!

Excellent customer service and delicious food! Their garlic knots were addicting! I love that they have a jumbo espresso martini too.

Came in for the first time for Sunday dinner and my wife’s birthday. Told our waiter it was her birthday to hint about bringing her a special dessert but he apparently didn’t catch on because he didn’t bring anything before asking if we wanted to box up or leftovers. Ambiance is interesting. Social media presents a different type of atmosphere than what I experienced. More of a sports bar than restaurant IMO. Anyway food was good not great but to be fair I’ve only tried two menu items. Service the same. Salad was good and fresh, chicken parmesan was good, spaghetti carbonara had too much grease from the pancetta. I would go back for lunch or drinks at the bar but probably not dinner. The neighbors pizza looked good though so maybe that’s where it’s at?

MARONE! As I've written in other reviews for local pizza joints I have a nine letter last name with three different vowels I'm from the Northeast and worked in the food business for 30 years I've slung a lot of pie. This is phenomenal pizza. Crust is a divine balance of almost pastry like flakiness still supported by a perfect chew to let you know it's still pizza. Perfect fold and bites. This kind of crust is just short of impossible to achieve consistently. Sauce is fine not too sweet. The cheese slice is the second best slice of pizza I've had since living in HR for ten years. What's the first you ask? That slice of roni! Atmosphere feels like a NY or Boston joint. Big place and get this PIZZA CLASSES! Go here, eat well, tip well (bring cash as they pass along the merchant processing fees for plastic I think 3%)! Learn to toss dough and make great pizza! Oh and crazy well priced those two slices were 7 bucks!

From start to finish Five Star Experience. Finally, Authentic New York Style Pizza,! MUST try the Chef Inspired Specials , highly recommend the penne vodka chicken. The Chicken Marcela , this Chef knows what they’re doing. Perfection. Portions, are huge. The atmosphere is perfect. The staff, had great energy and set the tone. Before I left I booked a class for my team to learn how make pizza. Not your run of the mill Italian Restaurants.This place sets the standard!

This was our first time to Primo and it exceeded expectations. Ali, Lauren and Bobby took great care of us - the service was excellent. I had the Chicken Parm and it was well prepared. The breading was light and flavorful, the marinara was tasty. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo. It was excellent, the Alfredo was very creamy with a buttery taste to it, one of the best Alfredo sauces we’ve had. Generous amounts of bread was a bonus. The calamari appetizer was excellent - the breading was light and had excellent flavor. Desert was lemonchello cake was super moist and had a delicious lemon flavor that wasn’t overpowering, made perfectly.

Visited with family on a Sunday. Definitely not busy. Ordered calamari, mozzarella sticks, and pizza. Everything was great but the calamari had more tentacles than the other pieces. Unfortunately, we don't eat the tentacles so there was a whole plate wasted

I love the food and the staff and of course the atmosphere! They always take good care of us and the food is delicious. I've had five different dishes here and all of them have always been great. If you do not like the fast food National pizza chains and want real homemade pizza this is one of the best places in town to go!
