Voodoo Doughnut Workers Call on the Company to Officially Recognize Its Union - Eater Portland

"Workers at the downtown Voodoo Doughnut location have given the company an ultimatum to voluntarily recognize their union, the Doughnut Workers United (DWU), or it will file a petition for a National Labor Relations board election. Voodoo Doughnut, a Portland doughnut chain that now operates shops in Austin, Denver, and Orlando, has long been a tourist destination in Old Town for its 'maple blazer blunts' and raspberry-jam-filled voodoo doll doughnuts. The union has fought for increased security presence and support for struggling employees during crises like the pandemic and wildfires." - Alex Frane

You have to pay for parking to get into Citiwalk at Universal Studios (unless you go in the evening when parking is free), but Voodoo Doughnut is the BEST place to get fresh delicious doughnuts and the interior of the shop is so cool. Do it for the gram!

The donuts were absolutely gorgeous 😍 and delicious but definitely a bit too sweet, 1/3 was enough. I wouldn't say that's a negative. Just know you can share half a donut with someone. However, the service was great, and the location has a great vibe.

went to Voodoo Doughnut at Universal Orlando and I wanted to leave a review. The experience there was honestly fun, even just waiting in line. The decorations inside were crazy in a good way. It was fun and weird while you waited. They had this big spinning display of fake donuts that shows you what they have before you order. It was cool because you could see exactly what the donuts look like. I remember seeing the Captain Crunch donut and one that looked like an Elvis themed one. I went with my wife, my daughter, my sister, and my mother in law. Everyone got something and nobody complained. The kids were not bored in line either. Everyone enjoyed their donuts. Some of us were not really into certain ones but we just traded and shared them. The donuts were sweet and really good but also huge. I am a big guy and one donut was enough for me. But honestly, I would be lying if I said I did not eat some of the leftovers because some people could not finish theirs and I am not the type to let good donuts go to waste. The decorations inside were really cool too. I remember seeing a coffin and a bunch of stuff that fit the voodoo theme perfectly. The place was super pink inside which stood out a lot. The whole vibe in there was just fun and different. The employees were really friendly too. As for the price, I think it was fair. The donuts are big, they are unique, and the flavors are pretty creative. The Captain Crunch donut especially caught me off guard in a good way. Since it is inside Universal, the parking is just the Universal parking lot. It makes for a great little break from the rides or just a nice stop during the day. You can sit inside, grab a table outside, or just walk around with your donut. Five stars from me for sure.

Google
We arrived right when they opened and did not have to wait. While donuts were high quality they were a bit too sweet for our tastes. Boston cream donut had an overwhelming amount of cream. Chocolate cake donut was nothing to write home about. Wouldn’t be opposed to eating again but when balancing calories on vacation not the top of our list.

This place is absolutely magical! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I'd stepped into a whimsical wonderland. The shop was smaller than I expected, but that just added to its cozy charm. And oh, the donuts! There were more flavors and designs than I could have ever imagined. It was like a sugary dream come true. Surprisingly, the line wasn’t too bad, and the staff was super friendly and quick to take our order. I went for the Voodoo Dozen, which comes with a delightful mix of preselected donuts. Now, I’m not usually a huge donut fan, but these? Pure bliss! Whether you're a die-hard donut lover or just curious, this place is a must-visit at least once. Trust me, it's a sweet experience you won’t forget!

Google
July 2025 This was the most elaborate Voodoo Doughnut location I have ever been to. They evened a huge chair in front of the store to take photos with. People were walking out with huge boxes full of doughnuts but did not see a bucket. Their doughnuts are pretty good with the normal designs but heard there was a special Jaws one. No seating inside where most people took their goodies next door at the NBC Sports Grill.

Google
Great donuts! Only location in the East Coast. Lines move fast, so don’t let the long lines dissuade you. The donuts we got were large and delicious. Enjoyed the Grape Ape and Chocolate Ring donuts. My daughter liked the Pink Ice donut.

Google
We heard this was a must try spot, with some of the best donuts in existence. We got 4 donuts, and to be completely honest they were rather average. I've had better donuts at a local shop where I live. They weren't bad by any means, but they aren't anything to get too excited about. They look amazing, but taste wise... pretty damn average. I probably wouldn't return.

Google
Looked & smelled great but I just couldn't wait any longer. After quite a while of waiting, we saw people that already had their orders, not completely impressed.. For those prices, I'm not going to waste another 30 minutes for something that's pretty but taste just okay.

Yelp
I stopped by Voodoo to try some of their seasonal specialty donuts. I got the Peach Cobbler donut for Black History Month and the Valentine's Day chocolate cake donut. Service was super fast--by the time I stepped away from the register, my donuts were already boxed up and ready to go. The Peach Cobbler donut was my favorite of the two. The cake donut had a nice cinnamon flavor, not too strong, and it was super soft. The cream was thick and tasty, but I wish there was more peach throughout instead of just on top as a puree. The Valentine's donut was okay. The chocolate covered strawberry on top was really good, and I liked that part, but it kind of overpowered everything else. The actual chocolate cake donut didn't have much flavor, but the hazelnut crisp buttercream was nice--it reminded me of Ferrero Rocher. I love that they're doing special flavors for all the seasonal events happening right now, including Chinese New Year and Mardi Gras. It makes the experience more fun, and I'm glad I got to try them!

Yelp
Voodoo Doughnut is a really cool theme and the donut throne is the cutest picture opp. Last time I was here, the line was outrageous. This time not so bad. I had to try it and see what was up with this donut. I tried the voodoo doll which is basically a long John filled with raspberry and a pretzel on top, the other was the mango tango which is mango jelly filled. Both yeast donuts. They do also have cake donuts Mehhhh! The voodoo just tasted like a Dunkin Donut Long John with raspberry in the middle. Nothing wrong with Dunkin, I do like their long Johns, but the line is like saying this donut is everything and people are walking around Universal City Walk with pink boxes like it's their new baby. The mango tango(I love mango by the way), was too sweet and the mango jelly a bit artificial tasting. There's so much sweetness in these donuts and coming and from a sweet tooth, this is not a love connection. The people working were very nice and helpful. I say take the pic on the donut chair and keep walking.

Yelp
NOT impressed and DO NOT see what the hype is about. Just because they have a cheesy photo-op outside does NOT a good donut make!!! This place is super-busy, overly expensive, and half the donuts tasted like they'd been sitting around for several days. They also seem to think that throwing a bunch of debris on a standard donut makes them innovative or "edgy." The "old fashioned" cake donuts were HORRIBLE! They were dry and stale! Very unpleasant! The maple cream filled was pretty good and relatively fresh but the real star of the show was the apple fritter. It was amazingly good and about the only redeeming quality. I see people going back to their hotels with boxes of these donuts and wonder if these are unsuspecting "first timers" or people who simply enjoy bad donuts.

Yelp
Not my go to donut shop but always hits the spot when I'm around Universal or had been drinking in CityWalk. Love the selection and the pricing isn't necessarily cheap but also not crazy expensive. The team is usually very helpful and happy to answer any questions you have. I just wish there was a way to order a dozen outside of the preset options without having to manually just add each donut one by one in the app. I do love that this store offers mobile ordering so you can order ahead and not wait in line as they can get long depending on when you go.

Yelp
I came here and reviewed this place about seven years ago now, and I return periodically, usually around HHN time. I just wanted to update this review and say that it is still indeed a five star donut shop. In the past seven years, many boutique donut shops have opened up, giving Voodoo competition. Some of those shops have been absolute aces, unfortunately better than Voodoo, and some of them have taken things way too far and have turned the donut into an impossible to eat thing that requires a knife and fork and three dozen napkins to get through. Either way, what I'm saying is that Voodoo is still a king in this space. The simple donuts they make are quality and super delicious. The more exciting options they offer still don't take things too far and offer fun, cute, Grammable 'nuts that I just love.

Yelp
Pros: Such a fun ambiance, right smack dab in the middle of City Walk with that super bright photo op chair right outside. I love it. Service is always pretty quick, even when the line is way out the door, you never wait too long. The donuts are good, too! They're not the best in town anymore, but they are varied and still plenty satisfying. Cons: No cons. I love this place. Tips: Any donut will do the job.
google avatar

Amber N.

Yelp
It was very busy but they are efficient so the wait time is reasonable. I tried the maple cream and buttermilk bar. The donuts were just okay for me, nothing special. The flavor options are interesting, but the actual taste was basic.

Yelp
Good Things Come on Pink Boxes. A first experience and my party was impressed. The variations offered something for everyone. So good only 1/4 finished a whole doughnut. They were deliciously sweet to hurt your teeth. The attendant took our order from the b e line creating efficient setvice The decor gives me a NOLA feel. Next time, I will split one.
google avatar

Yelp
Fast service and friendly staff. Popped in to see what the hype was all about. Tried the vegan version of the sprinkles doughnut which was really good. Another person in my party ordered the vegan version of the glazed donut and a regular chocolate donut. They both loved it. However, overall, we thought the doughnuts were overhyped. Despite this, if you're looking for something sweet (especially if you're a vegan) it's worth trying out at least once.

Yelp
I was at Universal with friends and we decided to stop by for an afternoon pick me up in CityWalk! I had heard of them/walked past plenty of times but decided to finally stop in. The shop is pretty small so we had to wait outside a little bit and peruse the menu. Eventually we were able to enter and order. We were there during Halloween so there were some special spooky flavors. I had the mocha mummy which was adorable and so YUMMY! Perfectly sweet and fluffy. These donuts were MASSIVE. Overall, great snack that hit the spot.

Yelp
Food: super cute themed and I love that they have cake and yeasted donuts Service: fast and efficienct. Know what you want before standing in line

Yelp
A bit disappointed in the doughnuts. I bought 3. chocolate ring, glazed ring, and little pink. The pink was good but a bit dry. I took a bite out the chocolate and it was dry as well. The glazed doughnut was hard as a brick. It is 4pm when I purchased them but I expect them to not be dry. My trash can will be eating them.

Yelp
Came here for part of a family vacation from CT and I have never seen such beautiful donuts! Although it waited in line a little longer than anticipated, and the store was out of many of the donuts wanted, we still had a great experience!! Will definitely go back again!!
google avatar

Arianna M.

Yelp
As soon as we walked by, I already knew I wanted to make an order before leaving the park today. As usual, it was super easy to place a mobile order. I received a notification that my order was ready for pick up as I was rounding the corner during my pick up window. Staff was great as I arrived for pick up. Donuts looked delicious and tasted even better!!
google avatar

Nat V.

Yelp
Placed an online order for pick up. The order was ready in time and we did not have to wait the line for pickup which was great. The donuts were okay, nothing great about them. Just looking at all the options, they all sound delicious and you're tempted to try them all.. don't. Maybe first thing in the morning they taste better and fresh. The ones we got were not fresh and none of the flavors wowed us. It's a hit or miss. Try at your own risk.

Yelp
I'm honestly surprised by Voodoo Doughnut's average rating, as my experience was great. I visited later in the evening on a weekday and was quickly attended. The extensive menu made it a bit difficult to choose, but after a few minutes, I chose the ODB and the Holiday Coquito Doughnut. The ODB, a raised yeast doughnut topped with chocolate frosting, crushed Oreo cookies, and peanut butter, was delicious! However, the real star was the Holiday Coquito Doughnut. It's a yeast shell with coquito filling, dipped in coconut frosting, topped with coconut, cinnamon and a pirouette wafer. It was spectacular! The texture was exceptional - light and airy, with a melt-in-your-mouth softness that elevated the entire experience. What impressed me the most was that despite the abundance of sugar, neither doughnut felt overwhelmingly sweet. Also, specialty places like this often come with premium prices, yet I found the pricing here to be quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and unique flavors. I'd definitely return to explore their other offerings.

Yelp
Ok don't know what I was thinking last time I was here 5 years ago, but every time someone tells me they are going Universal. I tell them you have to stop at Voodoo Donuts! So now I'm telling you. If you're going to Universe Orlando you got to stop at Voodoo Donuts.
google avatar

Yelp
Doughnuts are Always fresh and delicious! Staff is great. I wish they had white cream filled doughnuts. Coffee machine broken first day in (I wish they said something- I was just getting coffee and waited in line) Next day waiting in line they did have coffee- I ordered only a cup of coffee- still waited a while- they filled all of the doughnut orders then someone started to fill coffee but didn't hand them out. They should have had a designated coffee person instead of 4 people taking orders in line (only 2 filling orders. Decorating is cool looking.

Yelp
There were so many different types of donuts to choose from which all looked so tasty. The inside of this place was also really cool, I loved the aesthetic. We got 4 donuts and they were all delicious. I would definitely come here again for a sweet treat!
google avatar

Margie W.

Yelp
Donuts are made here! If you just want donut just get it from the best! At universal studios, to place an order just go on to the app and when you arrived click arrived and head to the counter! Using the app made it so much easier, you don't have to get on the line! It was the best part in placing order! The staff are so well versed! My son has allergies they made sure they showed us what's in it and made them fresh! The place smells so good! Obviously! I love it!
google avatar

Erica E.

Yelp
This donut shop has been at City Walk for a while now but never went inside. I decided to try a couple of donuts. I got a Dirt donut and Oh Captain My Captain donut. The actual donut part was pretty good soft and melted in your mouth. The only not so great part was on both donuts the toppings were very stale. You can tell they had been sitting out for a while or something. I kind of was hoping for more of a crunch factor in both donuts. Service here was average. The line was out the door but line moved rather quickly. Inside was very hot, I'm pretty sure it was like this because they keep the doors wide open. It also had a weird smell inside. You would think it would smell like fresh donuts but didn't smell great. Overall it was just okay. Pricing was decent those two donuts were around $7 total.
google avatar

Yelp
What better way to end your day at Universal than with a little sweet treat from Voodoo Doughnut. We went when the park closed so our wait was about 15 minutes to get inside. Once we were inside, we were greeted with a fascinating gothic interior. They had a conveyor belt that displayed the different donut options and you could read the menu as well while you waited on the inside line. Overall the line moved quick. If you don't eat dairy like me then there are still plenty of options. They don't have all of their vegan donuts available always but there is still a solid selection. Over the course of two days I tried three different donuts. Here's my rating: Voodoo Doll (10/10) - A fun donut that looks like a voodoo doll with chocolate frosting and raspberry inside. Perfect ratio of jelly to donut. Vanilla Cake with sprinkles (8/10) - Super sweet and plenty of sprinkles. My only critique is that I wish it were a little airier. It was pretty hard. Peanut Butter and Jelly (7/10) - Donut with Peanut butter frosting with peanut topping. Jelly filling. There was a bit too much peanut butter flavor which made it a bit too dry but once you reached the jelly filling it was the perfect combo.

Yelp
Look y'al- we are from Cali and we picky when it comes to donuts... this place- super calorie-icious. Totally worth the wait in line... unless you order a dozen, then you can skip the line and just pick up through the app. Ambiance- super vibey. Donuts: we got the coconut chocolate cake (our favorite), blueberry (second favorite), and Portland cream (decent). If you guys are in the area, take the time to stop by. Totally worth it.
google avatar

Holly K.

Yelp
They have a great system here for getting you in and out! You generally have to wait in line for a bit, but once you make it inside it is super fast. Loved the rotating display showcase of all the donuts in the middle. All the employees here were super friendly. The donuts were very eye catching, flavor wise they just weren't my favorite. Maybe I just picked bad ones! I didn't get any filled donuts, which I would certainly try next time. They just kind of all tasted sugary and the same. If you want to skip the line you can order ahead of time online as long as I think you are ordering 4-6+ donuts. Then the employees run the online orders out to a cute little pickup hut across from the store. If I was here with my son, I certainly would take that route and skip even more waiting at the park.
google avatar

Lillian G.

Yelp
The wait was insane!!! Once we made it in I felt like we had entered the inner sanctum of sugar! The atmosphere and decorations are crazy fun so make sure you get a lot of pictures! The donuts were a wide variety spanning from way too much to just enough. I love the late night hours because it just fits the whole theme of the place. Come for the whole experience and embrace the treats you will leave with!
google avatar

Ariana M.

Yelp
I mobile ordered because the line was extremely long and it was easy to pick up! I feel like 6 dollars for a water bottle was insane but it is "Universal"... The donuts were yummy! If I went back I would probably do the pink donut again
google avatar

Amanda T.

Yelp
What's not to like about over-the-top donuts?! Some of the flavor combinations are not appealing to me, but kids and adults alike should find something they like at this donut stop. They're also very large and good for sharing. I personally love the vibe and the merch they have available
google avatar

Yolanda H.

Yelp
We were at City Walk and my grandkids wanted doughnuts plus I must say they smelled really good. I didn't personally taste them but my family says they're delicious. They ordered the strawberry ones with the pink icing and the one with bacon on it. I stood in line with my son to order, they give you a menu to look at so you'll have an idea of what you want when it's time to order. They also sell memorabilia their for you to purchase, we didn't only the donuts. The customer service was good everyone seemed friendly.
google avatar

Hanna N.

Yelp
What a vibe! This place is so popular! I thought the donuts were average, but it is a whole experience! The flavors and designs were so fun! There was a wait to get into the building. You could also order online and pick up. Its fun to see all the different designs and decorations inside. I didnt think the doughnuts were anything exceptional.

Yelp
We've been to Voodoo Doughnut several times now, and I have to say, I think it is my favorite doughtnut shop in Orlando, thus far, we've tried. But the caveat to that is, the Voodoo Doughnuts when fresh are the best, we've gone in the evening once, and while there was a giant line, so you'd think the turnover would have meant they were still frying them up, they were kinda stale, like they'd been sitting for hours. But in the morning, nice and fresh, and soft; they really are my favorite doughnut. They have really perfected the yeast dough, pillowy, light, and very melt-your-mouth. And they have so many flavors to pick from, you'll definitely found something you like. The apple fritter is amazing. So is the peanut butter banana fritter too. My personal favorite is the maple bar, because you just don't see them around too often anymore, and it was my favorite flavor when I was a kid. My daughter, who is the world's pickiest eater, can even find like 3 or 4 flavors she likes, which is a big bonus in my book. If you're at CityWalk or going to Universal parks, stop in for a morning treat.
google avatar

Jean Sébastien F.

Yelp
I've heard of that place since it opened. If pass by many times thinking it's just more selection of donuts like dunking donuts or Tim Horton for the Canadian out there, there's no way I'm waiting an hour in line just for that. Well, I was wrong. Already, line are shorter now and you can also mobile order (which I did). They have an outside booth you pick your food or when it's closed, you just go straight inside no line waiting. Now for the donuts themself. As it's close to a theme park, I wasn't expecting much. I was also expecting a sugar rush from the donuts. I completely forgot to snap photo of the donuts, silly me. I too the eight mile donuts which is a donuts with a glaze and mini M&M on top. My girlfriend took another one that I can't remember the name unfortunaly. But in the end, we had the same conclusion. Even eating it more then 24 hours after buying it, the sought was still very soft and tasty. But it tasted like a donuts (duh?) but what I mean is I didn't taste sugar at all, it was just a good donuts. But once you get the toppings, this is where you tasted sugar stuff and it really make for a different donuts experience then a dunking donuts for instance. It was way better. I'm not a donuts person, but it was very good donuts and I wouldn't hesitate to try another one.
google avatar

Eimy B.

Yelp
I was thrilled with my experience. Lines were well organized. I was able to see the menu once I was at the door, however I wish I could have seen it earlier. It's a really neat store. I give the experience & the creative store/menu/display 5 stars. The donut wasn't anything special but it was fun!

Yelp
The delightfully weird and sinfully delicious attraction known as Voodoo Donuts showcases more than 50 types of colorful doughnuts daily. There is bit of a line every time I visit. Service is good, the staff is very accommodating in letting you choose which selections to pick. Got the original Bacon Maple Bar, Dirt Donut and Memphis Mafia from our 12-pack. The ambiance is fun, as the customers smile and taste the one-of-a-kind delight spell that is brought from the cult following of V.D. #themagicisinthehole

Yelp
I had friends in town and we went to Universal Studios for the day. During the evening, we walked around City Walk and I saw the iconic buildings. My friends said they had heard of this place and wanted to try their donuts. (The Yelp reviews also gave me another reason to check them out.) They make over 50 different varieties of donuts each day and they have some great names and some look like works of art. We purchased a variety of donuts and shared a little of each one so we could have a well-rounded tasting experience. All of us were very pleased with this visit. The donuts were amazing!
google avatar

Jesse V.

Yelp
Located in Universals City Walk, I went to try them out for the first time. The store looks nice and fun. Once the parks and city walk start getting more people entering, you will see lines to go into the store to order. Alternatively, you can do a mobile order and pick 50 feet away at their pick-up stand. I had 2 yeast donuts. The original glazed and chocolate iced. I like the original better but enjoyed both. Prices were not bad at all. If you like cake donuts, they have that as well. I definitely recommend if you like donuts to try them. I would eat there again.
google avatar

Marni M.

Yelp
Sharing their dirt donut between two is plenty for both parties. For me, the ratio of crushed Oreos to cookies was far too much in the cookie side. Especially since the frosting and filling inside of the cookies is very sweet. What would have made it better is if the Oreo cookies were ground to a fine powder and then sprinkled on top. The donut itself was fluffy and chewy. Next time I'll just try their traditional donut or even their big boy version called Texas! Service is very streamlined with there being a line outside the door where you can scan the menu while waiting, then the indoor line wraps around a display of their donuts, before finally placing the order at the register.
google avatar

Brianne C.

Yelp
On a recent visit the line was inside the store so we decided to try. The line moved quickly and they were very efficient in taking, filling, and delivering orders. It was helpful to see the menu boards while in line too. There's not really seating inside, mostly just the line and waiting for your order. They also have merch available for purchase. Of the 4 donuts we tried, my favorite was the blue berry cake. All of them were okay, though the Oreos on the OdB seemed soft/stale. The Grape Ape was exactly what I expected: the sugary grape koolaid flavor. Overall, glad I tried them but likely won't return as the usual line and price just don't seem worth it to me.

Yelp
When visiting Unifersal Studios, this is def a touristy shop for donuts. They are busy in the morning, but they move people pretty quickly. We got an orange creamsicle and a mango. They were huge and delicious!

Yelp
This was my second time visiting a Voodoo Doughnut, but the first time visiting this location. The doughnuts are delicious. The line at this location was literally wrapped around the building, so I created a mobile order. There was a bit of a mix up with the mobile order in the Universal app. The Voodoo Doughnut staff were very helpful when I explained that I received an email confirmation for my purchase, but that the Universal app did not show my order. I was able to get my order filled right then and there. My order included Apple Fritters, Portland Creams and the Memphis Mafia. We were happy with our order. As a plus, I noticed that the doughnuts here were much bigger than the ones I recently bought at the Universal Studios Hollywood location. The doughnuts were soft, flavorful and sweet. I wish that there were more locations on the east coast. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Yelp
Well....not sure doughnuts are food, but they are VERY good here! Last time we got carried away and bought a dozen and felt so guilty that our part of 3 finished them all. If you're going to feel terrible about doughnuts, you might as well feel good that they were delicious and delectable! It's a doughnut tourist trap for sure, but when in Rome... Service is good. Very efficient. Ambiance is not their thing, but you're there for the doughnuts! REMEMBER?

Yelp
Maybe I chose the wrong donuts. But it was overhyped and underwhelming! But give it try for yourself!! The decor is very cute!! The service was great!! The line was lit the door!! Maybe I'm just not the target audience but they were just average donuts in varying sizes and flavors.

Yelp
I recently indulged at Voodoo Doughnut in Universal Studios, and it was a delightful experience. The shop features a whimsical array of themed donuts, each more creative and colorful than the last. From the signature Voodoo Doll donut to the mouthwatering Bacon Maple Bar, every bite was deliciously unique. The flavors are as impressive as the designs, making each donut a tasty treat. Despite the fun and novelty, the service is impecable and the pricing is reasonable, offering great value for such high-quality, inventive donuts. Voodoo Doughnut is a must-visit for any sweet tooth exploring Universal Studios.

Yelp
We were happy to find Voodoo Doughnut at Universal Citywalk when we were at Universal last month. My mom is vegan and was craving something sweet, so we wandered inside, explored the menu, and picked a few donuts. They have lots of vegan options, but lots of dairy options, too! The ones we tasted were delicious. Fun spot for breakfast for a snack as you head into, out of, or between parks. There can be a bit of a line, so keep that in mind if you're rushing into a park to get a ride when they open!

Yelp
We've been to Voodoo in Portland and I was so excited to that it was right next to the dinner spot our friends chose (NBC). I wasn't excited for dinner because éthéré weren't any good vegan options on the menu but having Voodoo for dessert was an even better option. I was supposed to see how many different vegan doughnuts they had! There were at least 10. I decided on 4 different ones; the classic Voodoo Doll, the Coconut, PB&J & Maple. They were all sooooo good. The coconut one was like a cake doughnut but the rest were classic, just as I remember their non-vegan counterparts to be. I live how Universal has so many vegan options these days and I'm happy to see Voodoo pop up here! PS. The mobile ordering is definitely a pro tip!! You just have to download the app. It was so much better than waiting in the que.

Yelp
This line was so long but so worth it! We also ordered online the second time and it was ready in minutes for us. They have so many donuts and my favorite was the coconut chocolate!

Yelp
A lot of hype for dry heavy and overpriced doughnuts. Cute store front with some picture moments, fast and friendly service but that's about it.

Yelp
Obviously, the look is awesome. Everyone's seen pictures. But, they rush you through the inside, so you don't actually get to appreciate it much. They're super organized, which is great since the line is always long. But, don't expect fresh donuts unless you go at opening. Overall, a cool experience and I'd go back. But, I've had better donuts.

Yelp
I have heard many great things about Voodoo Doughnut so I was excited to be able to try it. My kids and I ordered a few different kinds of doughnuts. They not only looked good they were also super yummy. Definitely a fun experience to go in to the store and to be able to pick some fun options as the donut display rotated around.
