"An invitation to “devour” (voro in Latin) the flavors of the Mediterranean from Chef Álvaro Salazar, Voro in Mallorca began my tasting journey with an appetizer of juicy Ramallet tomatoes and aged Mahonés cheese that almost resembled a dessert and was a true standout. The food at Voro was amazing. It was put together to form an impeccable journey to experience Mallorca’s ingredients in every aspect. From the professional and excellent service, to the beautiful atmosphere both in and out, I truly enjoyed my experience here. Adding on, the way they plated and displayed their food was top notch, as they brought out every fine detail of their ingredients, especially the way they made the ravioli. I believe anyone would have a great time dining here, as it was an all-round great restaurant, and I really believe they could get 3.

An unforgettable dining experience! Voro takes you on a journey with creative dishes that blend Mediterranean flavors, Andalusian roots and the best local produce. Every course is a surprise from the lobster to the tender lamb and the playful desserts. The atmosphere is intimate, the wine list outstanding and the staff make you feel both pampered and at home. It is easy to see why Voro has two Michelin stars because it truly deserves them. If you visit Mallorca and love fine dining this is the place you cannot miss.

I've been waiting for this reservation for the last 5/6 months. From the moment I stepped into VORO, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, setting the perfect stage for what would become the most memorable dining experience of my life. Each dish that arrived at my table was not only beautifully presented, but also a reflection of deep thought, creativity, and respect for the ingredients - every detail presented was so well thought and fascinating. You can easily understand that every texture, flavour, plating, and so on, has been carefully considered and perfected. To elevate the evening even further, the team behind the experience was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive yet unobtrusive service, every interaction felt genuine and heartfelt. They don’t just serve you; they make you feel at home while guiding you through a culinary journey. Dining at VORO is not simply about eating, it's a full experience, that makes you feel inspired and deeply moved by what gastronomy can achieve when passion meets perfection. My final saying is: All the other Michelin stars be aware, because this one is easily on it's way for the third ***. Many thanks, looking forward in meeting you back again.

We had a truly memorable evening at Voro. From the warm and welcoming reception to the final bite, everything was exceptional. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The pork and shrimp ravioli, in particular, was simply divine. What stood out most was the meticulous attention to detail in every course. The service was attentive, professional, and delightfully charming throughout. Without a doubt, one of my favorite two Michelin star dining experiences.

It was a breathtaking gastronomic journey that will never be forgotten! Our taste buds felt like they were in a paradise of flavors and textures. It was incomparable to anything. The service was top notch. And despite the fact that the intervals between courses were not small, we enjoyed every minute spent there. We also took a short break during dinner to go out to the terrace and change the scenery. And the staff kindly brought us our wine there. Each dish was served with a beautiful presentation and the history of the recipe, concept and ingredients. I would like to express special thanks to the sommelier who skillfully selected the wine I loved. Yes, the price for dinner is high, but it is absolutely justified. You are paying not only for quality products, but also for an incredible experience and impressions.
