"An invitation to “devour” (voro in Latin) the flavors of the Mediterranean from Chef Álvaro Salazar, Voro in Mallorca began my tasting journey with an appetizer of juicy Ramallet tomatoes and aged Mahonés cheese that almost resembled a dessert and was a true standout. At the base was smoked tomato water, dotted with tomato and basil, with a creamy cheese ice cream in the middle topped by a caramel spiral; every element was harmoniously balanced — a surprising and delicious explosion of flavors: acidic, sweet, bitter and smoky at once." - The MICHELIN Guide
