Great dessert shop located In terminal 3. Looking for luxury chocolate made just in Chicago? Come get a box or two at this mini store and serve yourself some goodness. I love the ambiance of this place, the vibe drew me in. I loved how the staff knew of how much the owner puts into thought of their chocolate. I bought the Tom petty chocolate line , because the staff member told me it was the creators favorite singer. I love touches like this.

Great customer service! I was trying to find something for a family member and the friendly shop employee was really helpful at explaining the products and making suggestions. They had samples of some of the chocolate bars which also helped me select the right one. This is a great place to get a gift for someone during your travels.

The packaging and care that go into the presentation and experience of this chocolate is unlike any I’ve encountered. This is how chocolate should be: ethically grown, harvested, and processed, simple, creative, and delicious. Some of the best chocolate I’ve ever experienced! I bought these one for myself as an early birthday gift. I was NOT disappointed, and I know my chocolate :-) My ONE critique is that I shouldn’t have to buy a $90 box of chocolate to learn what the flavors are. There is no easy way to find them online and that’s not okay. Only when you open a box do you learn what the other boxes had inside that you didn’t order. I’ve posted that list below because I feel a buyer should know what they’re buying. I almost didn’t purchase because that bothered me so much: you charge such a price but don’t tell someone what you’re even selling. I’m not sure if that’s intentional or not, but I think it’s a cruddy practice. I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me from my purchase :-)

This place is amazing! These chocolates are truly the most amazing, absolutely decadent pieces of pure bliss that I have ever eaten. Wow!

I'm not normally a chocolate person, but I'm a fan of Vosges. The bacon bar is my favorite, but I like exploring all of the unique flavors. I'm looking forward to trying the fruit and cheese flavored bars, and I'm sure my wife will live the chanterelle dark chocolate bar.

I loveee chocolate so was very excited to see Vosges at ORD airport. Heard they have some of the best chocolate in the US and they did not disappoint. Their exotic truffles box was incredible. They pair creamy chocolate with unique flavors such as curry, olive oil, wasabi, matcha, cayenne, you name it. Every truffle was so amazingly rich + decadent. I gave a box to my family as a gift and they still rave about it. Customer service was A+ too. They had a Labor Day discount with the airport site but the site was so awful that it made online ordering impossible. The lady who helped us gave us a personal discount to honor the site's pricing (even though she didn't need to). Truly some impeccable customer service.

Unless you know Gate B6 in ORD, you'll walk by one of the loveliest havens of chocolate in the city. I visit Chicago via ORD on the regular, but don't usually have time to stop by to their headquarters on N. Oakley. As a result, I take the short cut offer at B6, and recommend it to you do as well. I picked up the large available box of Dark Chocolate and Olive Oil Collection for my favorite vegan chum, a box of the Bapchi's Toffee that I have never tried, for my younger son celebrating a birthday today (happy birthday, E2!) and two bars of the dark milk chocolate infused with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' music. If you know nothing of the growing fascination with the science of vibrations and their impact on physical reality, you want to begin by checking out the import of the 528 hz frequency. It's a Thing...and Vosges is pioneering the path of frequency-infused chocolate. And why not? I am a fan. Check the expiry date bc the pieces are made of less preservatives than other chocolates. Dude at the cashier was very helpful and clearly had tasted the different offerings bc he was familiar with the offerings...

Fancy chocolate is kinda a thing in my family. My mom is a pastry chef and my dad's side sends an expensive west coast brand every holiday season. Being that my dad himself is incredibly difficult to buy for, I've also defaulted to buying him indulgent chocolate treats for special occasions. I'd never heard of Vosges before spotting this booth at O'Hare, but their gorgeous packaging drew me in. The flavors were totally unique and they had such a variety of options, including truffles, bars, and toffees. Pricing felt comparable to similar luxury treats. I opted for a 9pc truffle box because I couldn't decide on a chocolate bar library variety (no two are the same!) The gentleman working the booth was very helpful and even threw in a few samples for me to try as well. I thought they were delicious and my dad seems really impressed with his variety truffles, particularly the informative booklet that accompanied it. I'll have to figure out how to order more!

Real good Bapchi's Toffee I am...testing. $30 for half pound. Should be dang good. Is ok, not incredibly good. I probably will find another sampling option.

Great chocolate place in Chicago. High quality of chocolate. A bit pricey but it's worth it

This local Chicago chocolatier makes A-mazing chocolates. The name of the store is Vosges (when pronounced it sounds similar to the pronounciation of vogue) and is located in route to the American Airlines' terminals soon after you get through the security gate. Vosges is sort of hidden as you walk towards your terminal, so if you look for the Bubbles lounge and then look to your right, you'll find it. As for the chocolates, they are tiny but full of flavor. It reminds me of when you dine at a fancy restaurant and the entree appears to be too small for $75, but after you eat it you are very satisfied and impressed with the flavor of the entire meal. I have only tried the Exotic Truffle set which has an ecletic variety of different chocolates, such as the Budapest which is dusted with a chili powder or the Matcha chocolate. I think Vosges is the perfect gift for business associates, colleagues, friends, and family. The presentation is beautiful so you will be sure to impress. A box of 16 chocolates will cost around $50, but you will most likely pick up some chocolate bars for yourself or a small set of four. I found the customer service to be very polite, friendly, and expressed great knowledge about the chocolates.

I LOVE FLYING About 20 years ago I would have never said that but then American Airlines remodeled there terminal and added a huge shopping mall style food court. Then they took out a few gates and added the most amazing Tortas that Rick Bayless could ever make and a local chocolate maker. That's where this place comes in. Imagine a place that makes chocolate in Chicago. Then imagine you are flying back home and you didn't get your wife a present. If that is the case, then you need to pick up some of the most amazing chocolate she will ever have. And if you don't believe me then ask the salesperson to give you a sample. You will probably end up buying some chocolate for yourself. Hey it's a long flight home and the airlines don't feed you anymore. As a guy, I suggest the delicious peanut butter cups and the chocolate infused with bacon. That is MAN'S CANDY plus it has bacon. We were recently flying to Asia and my little girl and I dragged Mom over to see this place. Yeah this is a place we visit in downtown Chicago without Mom. We were both bragging about the bacon chocolate when the sales lady heard us. She was so kind to give us a chocolate bacon candy bar for the flight to Tokyo. This place rocks plus there's bacon in there. So next time your flying through or departing Terminal 3 at O'Hare Airport, then you need to visit this place. Just look for the purple drapes or the ghost piano playing. The piano is actually in the wine bar next door to this place. I paint a pretty exciting location picture, so there is no way you can miss this place now with my stunning descriptive visual maps. If you're gonna have chocolate, then have really good insanely delicious chocolate. Enjoy your flight!

American has stepped up its terminal game at O'Hare and now has a Vosges just steps away from a Tortas Fronteras - these two places alone make O'Hare layovers "somewhat" bearable. If you haven't tried Vosges, head over to gate H4 and check them out! They are local to Chicago & only use the best ingredients to create delicious caramels, truffles & chocolate bars. People seem to go apeshit for the bacon bars (available in milk, dark & new cinnamon sugar milk) but my favorites are the caramels - and yes, there's a bacon version of that too if you must. Otherwise, expect creative combinations (chai peppercorn) in addition to more standard selections like the delightful Bapchi's Toffee bar. Quality is very high & the prices match - but you're worth a little indulgence, right? I know I'm always the most popular person at corporate when I have a chance to stop here first for presents.

Truly amazing chocolate. It's expensive, but worth it if you truly appreciate high quality chocolate. I can honestly say I've never had anything better than their Black Salt Caramel Bar. Unbelievable.

Didn't think I'd find great chocolate right before my flight, but here I am enjoying the free sample of a Barcelona bar and loving the hickory almonds and grey sea salt combination with a 45% cacao. The Flavors blend quite well and is just absolutely and delicately delicious if you like that salty sweet with just the right amount of texture. Bought the box of dark chocolate truffles to share with my co-workers. I hope they like it.

These are such phenomenal chocolates! I love the flavor combos and that they have a decent selection of vegan options. The service is fantastic at this place in O'Hare. The staff really knows their stuff and are so friendly (a rarity at ORD)

This review is for my purchase about 3 weeks back. I was intrigued by the pretty purple colors of the store. Plus, my boyfriend'a parents love chocolates, so I decided to get them a medium box if mixed truffles. Everyone liked the packaging and it was nice that it came with a booklet inside to identify each truffle. The flavors were exotic (curry, wasabi, coconut, Mexican chocolate, violet, etc.). I liked them, but I think it was a little too exotic for my boyfriend's parents. They're used to more basic flavors.

No flight out of O'Hare is complete without a stop at Vosges!! The boutique has a large selection so it's great for a last minute host gift wherever you're going (or of course a treat for yourself!)... Especially during the holidays!

Mmmmm, chocolatey heaven!! I wish it was scratch-n-sniff. Nice people work here! We commiserated over not being able to eat nuts because of our dudes' allergies. She assured me that the samples didn't have nuts and I thanked her because I'm not (currently) looking to kill him. I thanked her for her help, but everything I wanted to buy (mostly those caramel marshmallows) had some sort of nut or another. She set me back on my way with a couple more samples and a wink and a smile.

Vosges is ridiculously expensive, but some of their chocolates are really quite tasty. This little shop at O'Hare in the American terminal is a great place to stop to pick up your bacon bar as a thank you gift for friends cat-sitting for you. ;)

Awesome and exotic flavors -- great for a special holiday treat. We bought bars with marzipan (yum, but doesn't break very easily), coconut/banana (yum, and easier to eat), and chili caramel (haven't tried it yet). There were some free samples, which really drew us in. Would give it 5 stars if the $7.50 per bar price were a little more affordable.

A compact site but accessible -- has a good range and chiller for best storage. Pricey but worth it for a treat or gift. If in doubt ask what is new, they are always putting out new products and I have yet to strike a bad one.

O.K. I REALLY must be missing what many other reviewers see in this chocolate. I think it's very overpriced for very average tasting chocolate. I got sucked into buying the "5 bars, get one free" sales pitch so bought a variety for $40+. Just not impressed. I've had better and paid more per bar, but at least it was worth every cent as it was so good. On a positive note, the packaging is very nice.
