"Aptly named after the French word for ‘view’, this romantic restaurant boasts one of the most stunning vistas of Marina Bay. Even the ceiling is designed to emanate light without casting reflections on the glass panes. The menu shows the culinary vision of the young head chef, with the four-course chef’s tasting menu being the most popular choice where diners may choose from a number of interesting options. Steaks and risotto are great for sharing. Executive set lunch is popular." - Michelin Inspector

F1 Weekend 2024 in Singapore: Where to Eat and Stay the MICHELIN Way

"This spot features contemporary European bites melding the best of both Western and Eastern gastronomy, serving large format sharing platters, kissed with smoky binchotan (Japanese white charcoal). And of course, a rooftop spritz bar offering up a breathtaking view of the Singapore cityscape, plus the Formula One race cars whizzing by below. As a sky-high viewpoint for this year’s F1 weekend, MICHELIN Selected restaurant Vue has it all — and then some." - Alvin Lim

10 restaurants to celebrate the festive season in Singapore - SilverKris

"Located on a panoramic rooftop, this venue focuses on seasonal binchōtan-grilled meats, seafood and produce with a slant toward theatrical grilling and bar culture — it also houses Singapore’s first rooftop spritz bar. Chef Sam Chin offers specialty items including an exclusive, very limited binchōtan-smoked Kokuou Wagyu that is slow-roasted for over 20 hours and finished with rice salt flakes, making it a highlight for serious meat enthusiasts as the sun sets over the skyline." - Dinesh Ajith

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The service was truly exceptional our host was so kind, attentive, and even offered to take beautiful photos for us, which made the evening extra special 🥺. And the food? Incredible. We ordered the Japanese A5 Wagyu, and it literally melted in our mouths. As for the Vue (pun intended 😆), it was absolutely breathtaking beyond anything I could have imagined. To top it all off, they surprised us with a sweet anniversary card, a thoughtful gesture we’ll always treasure. 🤍 I can’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to enjoy delicious food paired with top-notch service. 10/10, without a doubt.

Went for our anniversary on a Saturday night. The restaurant’s interior is very nicely done, not too grandiose that it still feels intimate for a romantic night. We were at a window seat and the views of MBS and the marina looked unreal, like a backdrop. After reading many other reviews about the top-notch service, I was expecting 10/10, which was not quite the case. The staff was very eager and attentive to get our initial drink and food order, yet seemed to be less interested throughout the dinner, especially when it came to needing additional drinks. Service was still good, more of an 8/10. The real star was the food. Everything we ate was above and beyond. We did the pre-fix menu, as we wanted to have a lot of tastes. Highlights from our choices were the heirloom tomato salad (with mozzarella ice cream!), the mushroom risotto, and of course, the wagyu that simply melted in your mouth. The pistachio apricot dessert was the perfect ending to it all. Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion.

When I first walked in and saw Marina Bay Sands, my mind was blown away. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants with views of Marina Bay Sands, but VUE has the best one because it’s directly opposite, giving an unobstructed view. Most other places are off to the side. Talking about the interior, when the sun is setting, the roof turns golden and yellowish, making the place feel even more beautiful and classy. However, it can get a bit dark. I went there to celebrate my birthday, so we ordered the 6-course meal. I would say the cold starter, beef carpaccio, was really nice. The hot appetizer, lobster tail, was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every bite. The tempura, however, was nothing impressive. For the mains, we chose the Spanish octopus and the trio of beef. Unfortunately, the portions were really small, and the taste was bland. We both didn’t quite like them.Last but not least, I ordered the chocolate espuma with cherry, it melted in my mouth. I loved it. After much consideration, I think we paid more for the view and service than for the food.

We arrived here by accident. We wanted to visit a different place but ended up here. Not for dining but for the excellent view from the rooftop bar right next to the dining. The cocktails were amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to find the exact right drink for everyone. This was with business. A week later, we also went with the family and enjoyed view and service and (alc-free) cocktails all the same.

We arrived without a table booking and no expectations. The view was fabulous so we decided to stay. Drinks and waiter “Jaimie” offered fantastic service. We order ribs which did not meet expectations. They were not tender and a cost of $198 - Expected better. Jaimie was the nicest, attentive and efficient wait person. Food did not reflect the cost nor service. Very happy to pay for good food and service!!!

A 5 star experience! Breathtaking views of the Marina Bay Sands area, perfect location for the fireworks, stunning atmosphere, delicious food and the best cosmo I’ve had in years. You’re paying a lot for it sure, but the experience and food matches it and we were treated like kings! Highlight for me was my lamb main, husband was utterly charmed by their signature risotto and the dessert complimentary treats were a lovely touch. Well worth for a special occasion and the price!

I recently dined at VUE Bar & Grill and tried the Chef’s Summer Tasting 4-Course Menu – and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere alone is breathtaking: floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Marina Bay. The food was the real highlight. Each course was beautifully presented and full of flavour, but the wagyu beef absolutely stole the show – without question, it was the best wagyu I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful evening at VUE! The panoramic views of Marina Bay and the city are jaw-dropping, especially at sunset. The vibe is upscale yet relaxed, and the interiors are beautifully done. Every dish was well-executed, with bold flavours and artistic plating. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend for a romantic evening or a special celebration.

Yelp
4 1/2 stars. Beautifully presented food with a spectacular view. Every dish is a creation but of the six people everyone was delighted except one. The lamb shoulder was quite tough. The service is good but could be more refined. The wine list is very pricey but extensive
