"Aptly named after the French word for ‘view’, this romantic restaurant boasts one of the most stunning vistas of Marina Bay. Even the ceiling is designed to emanate light without casting reflections on the glass panes. The menu shows the culinary vision of the young head chef, with the four-course chef’s tasting menu being the most popular choice where diners may choose from a number of interesting options. Steaks and risotto are great for sharing. Executive set lunch is popular." - Michelin Inspector

F1 Weekend 2024 in Singapore: Where to Eat and Stay the MICHELIN Way

"This spot features contemporary European bites melding the best of both Western and Eastern gastronomy, serving large format sharing platters, kissed with smoky binchotan (Japanese white charcoal). And of course, a rooftop spritz bar offering up a breathtaking view of the Singapore cityscape, plus the Formula One race cars whizzing by below. As a sky-high viewpoint for this year’s F1 weekend, MICHELIN Selected restaurant Vue has it all — and then some." - Alvin Lim

Went for our anniversary on a Saturday night. The restaurant’s interior is very nicely done, not too grandiose that it still feels intimate for a romantic night. We were at a window seat and the views of MBS and the marina looked unreal, like a backdrop. After reading many other reviews about the top-notch service, I was expecting 10/10, which was not quite the case. The staff was very eager and attentive to get our initial drink and food order, yet seemed to be less interested throughout the dinner, especially when it came to needing additional drinks. Service was still good, more of an 8/10. The real star was the food. Everything we ate was above and beyond. We did the pre-fix menu, as we wanted to have a lot of tastes. Highlights from our choices were the heirloom tomato salad (with mozzarella ice cream!), the mushroom risotto, and of course, the wagyu that simply melted in your mouth. The pistachio apricot dessert was the perfect ending to it all. Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion.

A 5 star experience! Breathtaking views of the Marina Bay Sands area, perfect location for the fireworks, stunning atmosphere, delicious food and the best cosmo I’ve had in years. You’re paying a lot for it sure, but the experience and food matches it and we were treated like kings! Highlight for me was my lamb main, husband was utterly charmed by their signature risotto and the dessert complimentary treats were a lovely touch. Well worth for a special occasion and the price!

Had a wonderful evening at VUE! The panoramic views of Marina Bay and the city are jaw-dropping, especially at sunset. The vibe is upscale yet relaxed, and the interiors are beautifully done. Every dish was well-executed, with bold flavours and artistic plating. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend for a romantic evening or a special celebration.

VUE is perfect for that special occasion, with a fantastic view and luxurious ambience. Food is great and service is top notch with attention to details. It was very nice of them to give a complimentary birthday dessert for my wife.

Surprise birthday dinner by the hubby at VUE — a romantic night with stunning views of Marina Bay Sands! We both went for the 4-course menu ($168 per pax), and the dishes were beautifully presented and generally well-executed. I had the pan-seared foie gras, grilled lobster tail, USDA filet mignon, and strawberry osmanthus cake. My husband opted for the scallop & pearls, wild forest mushroom risotto, Spanish octopus, and chocolate peanut butter dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed most of the dishes — highlights included the perfectly cooked lobster tail and the rich, tender filet mignon. However, the scallop and risotto were unfortunately on the salty side, which slightly took away from the experience. What held me back from giving a full 5-star rating was the service, which had some inconsistencies. While the team kindly helped take photos for us and even surprised us with a lovely birthday dessert and handwritten card, there were noticeable lapses. Some courses were served without explanation, and there were two mix-ups with our orders: our first course was mistakenly sent to the adjacent table, and the desserts were switched. Overall, it was still a special and memorable evening — the ambiance, view, and culinary highlights made it worth it, but service could definitely be tightened for a truly fine dining experience. Total bill came up close to $600 for two pax.

Had the weekday executive set lunch. One of the hot appetizer, the grilled beef tongue was beautifully seared on the outside and tender inside, and came with an unexpected sauce that had a hint of coffee like aroma, which was a pleasant surprise to me. The foie gras and uni risotto were also absolutely delicious. In comparison, the mains salmon and beef (we did not opt for the upgraded options) felt a bit ordinary. The real highlights were definitely the starters and the risotto.

Had the best celebration at VUE! I loved the quiet atmosphere, and the view was amazing. Highly recommend the oysters, mushroom risotto and lamb rack 😋 Special mention to the Smoke and Whisper cocktail - I loved the smoky and deep flavours of it It was our first time, but Mikk was very welcoming and was eager to provide us with recommendations. He constantly checked in with us, making us feel comfortable throughout the meal. The food was a highlight, but the immaculate service and lovely atmosphere was what made our experience there so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Yelp
4 1/2 stars. Beautifully presented food with a spectacular view. Every dish is a creation but of the six people everyone was delighted except one. The lamb shoulder was quite tough. The service is good but could be more refined. The wine list is very pricey but extensive
