"Aptly named after the French word for ‘view’, this romantic restaurant boasts one of the most stunning vistas of Marina Bay. Even the ceiling is designed to emanate light without casting reflections on the glass panes. The menu shows the culinary vision of the young head chef, with the four-course chef’s tasting menu being the most popular choice where diners may choose from a number of interesting options. Steaks and risotto are great for sharing. Executive set lunch is popular." - Michelin Inspector

F1 Weekend 2024 in Singapore: Where to Eat and Stay the MICHELIN Way

"This spot features contemporary European bites melding the best of both Western and Eastern gastronomy, serving large format sharing platters, kissed with smoky binchotan (Japanese white charcoal). And of course, a rooftop spritz bar offering up a breathtaking view of the Singapore cityscape, plus the Formula One race cars whizzing by below. As a sky-high viewpoint for this year’s F1 weekend, MICHELIN Selected restaurant Vue has it all — and then some." - Alvin Lim

Enjoy cocktails and views at these rooftop bars in Singapore

"Aptly named for its sweeping outlook, this elegant rooftop grill and wine bar crowns OUE Bayfront on Collyer Quay, pairing Marina Bay vistas with refined dining under a soaring arched ceiling and a breezy outdoor area that serves up front‑row skyline seats—perfect for date night. While the chef‑driven menu centres on binchotan‑grilled specialties, the curated wine programme impresses with crisp whites, elegant rosés and full‑bodied reds chosen to complement the food. The cocktail list holds its own too, with inventive signatures like Bananano Kawa (banana rum, amaretto, passionfruit) and Cheeky Monkey (Smokey Monkey Shoulder, peach liqueur, chamomile syrup, prosecco)." - Dannon Har, Megan Tan

10 restaurants to celebrate the festive season in Singapore - SilverKris

"Located on a panoramic rooftop, this venue focuses on seasonal binchōtan-grilled meats, seafood and produce with a slant toward theatrical grilling and bar culture — it also houses Singapore’s first rooftop spritz bar. Chef Sam Chin offers specialty items including an exclusive, very limited binchōtan-smoked Kokuou Wagyu that is slow-roasted for over 20 hours and finished with rice salt flakes, making it a highlight for serious meat enthusiasts as the sun sets over the skyline." - Dinesh Ajith

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The service was truly exceptional our host was so kind, attentive, and even offered to take beautiful photos for us, which made the evening extra special 🥺. And the food? Incredible. We ordered the Japanese A5 Wagyu, and it literally melted in our mouths. As for the Vue (pun intended 😆), it was absolutely breathtaking beyond anything I could have imagined. To top it all off, they surprised us with a sweet anniversary card, a thoughtful gesture we’ll always treasure. 🤍 I can’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to enjoy delicious food paired with top-notch service. 10/10, without a doubt.

Visited Vue with 4 friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The service was very minimal. We didn’t have anyone explain the menu to us or make food or drink recommendations. Seemed to ask us what we would like to order fairly quickly after we sat down which I found a little odd considering the price. Once we worked out the menu and asked some questions we opted for the 3 course menu. Was nice that each person could pick their own preferred options. I loved my options! The cheese platter for dessert was large and delicious. As was the squid for main. After the servers saw we were watching the light show, they escorted us to the balcony to see the view. It was spectacular! We also had a lovely waiter come out and take some very good photos for us. Big thank you to him I would have expected more wine options on the menu. Might be a tall ask as an Aussie visiting Singapore. We are spoiled for choice. The paloma, mocktail and dessert wine I had were all good options. Would recommend and would go back

When I first walked in and saw Marina Bay Sands, my mind was blown away. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants with views of Marina Bay Sands, but VUE has the best one because it’s directly opposite, giving an unobstructed view. Most other places are off to the side. Talking about the interior, when the sun is setting, the roof turns golden and yellowish, making the place feel even more beautiful and classy. However, it can get a bit dark. I went there to celebrate my birthday, so we ordered the 6-course meal. I would say the cold starter, beef carpaccio, was really nice. The hot appetizer, lobster tail, was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every bite. The tempura, however, was nothing impressive. For the mains, we chose the Spanish octopus and the trio of beef. Unfortunately, the portions were really small, and the taste was bland. We both didn’t quite like them.Last but not least, I ordered the chocolate espuma with cherry, it melted in my mouth. I loved it. After much consideration, I think we paid more for the view and service than for the food.

A few days ago, I dined alone at VUE. Based on the menu and the online reviews, I made a reservation for one person and naturally had quite high expectations, especially considering the restaurant’s upscale atmosphere and pricing. When I arrived, the waitress brought two glasses of water and two menus. It took three reminders for her to realize I was dining alone. While this was not a major issue on its own, it did affect my first impression, given the level at which the restaurant positions itself. I ordered the 4-course menu. However, from the bread, cold dish, hot starter, to the first main course, everything was served within just 30 minutes, which made the meal feel rushed and uncomfortable. The plates were cleared extremely quickly — less than 30 seconds after I put down my cutlery — and the time between my hot starter and risotto was under five minutes. As a chef myself, I was genuinely surprised by the pacing. Regardless of whether a guest is dining alone or with others, I believe it is important to provide enough time between courses for guests to rest and enjoy the experience. Additionally, my hot starter contained a piece of fish with a bone in it, which can be quite dangerous. When I mentioned it, no one offered an apology. For that particular dish, I believe it should be completely free of bones. Proper communication and acknowledgment from the staff would have been appreciated. When it came to the explanation of the dishes, I felt it could have been more professional and clearer, especially regarding the ingredients and concept behind each course. Overall, I did enjoy the food and the view is beautiful. However, I feel that the service quality did not fully match the price point or the expectations set for a restaurant of this level. I hope my feedback can be helpful, and I truly believe that with some adjustments in service pacing, staff attentiveness, and communication, the dining experience could be greatly improved

Came by for the 3 course business lunch and service was very quick. Believe the 3 course was priced at $88++ but water and a soft drink put it up to about $140 net. View was excellent across the bay towards MBS. Food was good and portions were reasonable. I had ordered the Lobster toast, beef cheeks, and peanut butter for dessert. Lemon lime drink was so sour that it made my toes curl. Staff didn’t know what was bitters (I had asked for lemon lime bitters) but that’s alright, no biggie. There is no complimentary parking at OUE and it is just under $7 an hour

We had a company event here. The view is amazing and worth to price for a couple of cocktails. The food we had was great, though the main course I had of a white fish was less than good thus only 3 stars in the food - the appetizers were amazing.

Yelp
4 1/2 stars. Beautifully presented food with a spectacular view. Every dish is a creation but of the six people everyone was delighted except one. The lamb shoulder was quite tough. The service is good but could be more refined. The wine list is very pricey but extensive
