Ordered from Uber Eats because the menu always looks delicious! Absolutely loved the portion sizes, everything is perfect for sharing or treating yourself to a filling meal. The flavors are great, especially the birria. The menu is expansive and definitely authentic. This will be a new go-to for a taste of home

I used to love this place for years. Until they got new owners and the food changed. So we decided to give them a try again because it had been a while. I ordered the arroz con pollo and I got so sick before we even left the restaurant, less than a half hour after I ate my food I was so sick to my stomach, I got up and went to the bathroom because I thought I was going to throw up and when I got in there the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I went out and sat in the car while my family finished eating. By the time I got home I was throwing up and had diarrhea for the rest of the night. I definitely had food poisoning. I looked it up and it could be caused from improper storage of rice, I'm sure that's what it is so be careful going there unless you want to get sick.

This place was always a go to on the weekends, till we had a bad experience on 8/31/2025 around 1:42pm HUGE RAT 🐀 comes out underneath our table wondering around runs into the kitchen!!! We immediately told the server (Alondra) and she called the owner over the phone. We got disgusted and we refused to continue to eat our food, they had just serve our food as well. I told the server we weren’t going to pay for the meals & she insisted we had to pay. I refused & only paid for the drinks. The guys in front of us also witness the RAT 🐀 & told the server the same thing. There’s a camera pointing into our direction where we sat, health department you can request footage. BEWARE OF COMING TO EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE RATS 🐀 IN THE LOBBY OR IN THE KITCHEN.

This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to: from California to New York; from Texas to Florida. I've been away for years and dreaming of the delicious tamales --- just like I remember. The flan would make abuela proud. The sauces are good enough to drink by the pint and the beer is cold. Did I mention the Flan and Tamale? The servers are friendly & quick with great recommendations and thoughtful timing. I wish I could go back and eat again, but I'm still full. Time to head to the airport, but I'll be dreaming of this meal for years to come!

The food is soooo good here! We’ve ordered takeout for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’ve come to dine in, as well. The portions are generous and the people are kind. It feels cozy and comfortable.

Great experience every time I visit. I've loved this place since I was in middle school (20 years ago). The food is always incredible.

Had multiple hairs in torta, opened the box and saw a large black hair hanging out of one side of the torta. Opened the other half and there was another connecting from under the avocado to the second half of torta. Called to inform them of the issue and was questioned on the color of it and assured they wore hair nets. Told the manager the hairs were found as I opened the box and was told "oh ok thank you". Absolutely disgusting.

Wow, interesting little whole in the wall. Authentic and yummy. Hubby had the combo fajitas. He was impressed because there was so many shrimp. Very happy. I had the steak fajita burrito. Huge, delicious. So good I ate it all. The horchata was delicious. Hubby was also impressed there was a lady making tortillas from scratch. Small little cozy joint but awesome food and customer service experience. Most definitely will be back.
