Horrible food but I kept on eating because I paid $20 for it. I shouldn’t have. I got food poisoning from this place. The owner - you should be ashamed of yourself for operating a disgusting establishment like this, stealing people’s money and poisoning them. I will report it to the health department as well as Newark Airport customer care.

Pad Thai was not edible, so dry and clumped together. The noodles not cooked properly. Food was bland. Save your money and get a burger and fries instead somewhere else (harder to mess up).

The worst Asian fast food I have ever eaten in my life. I don’t want to explain details: just read other reviews. Horrible taste and horrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $20+ FOR VERY BAD BAD TASTE ASIAN FOOD.

Worst pad Thai and general tao chicken I ever had and the worst airport food I ever had. So bad that the frozen microwavable chicken and pad Thai sold in grocery stores is 100 times better. This meal also costed $43! The chicken was over-breaded, completely overcooked and a tiny portion. The sauce was not right at all. The pad Thai wasn’t sauced at all. Just bland noodles. How is this place still operational? Also there was absolutely no service. You buy through the kiosk and your food just waits on counter

This location has a good menu, but it is very short staffed, and the wait time is TOO LONG FOR AN AIRPORT. It takes a minimum of 20-25 minutes to get your order. If you were at a shopping mall, no problem. But, if you have a flight to catch---DO NOT COME HERE. Also, they ran out of chicken while we were waiting, at 515pm. Seriously, this place takes TOO LONG to fulfill your order---totally out of place in an airport. And the prices are moderate to expensive. Lastly, yo be fair, the General Tso's chicken and Singapore Noodles were good. They need more staff!

The food was edible. The flavors weren't too bad, but it was sloppily thrown together and there was zero wok hei. The lo mein was served with vermicelli instead of egg noodle. I'd call this an "Asian inspired" food product. Don't expect much. The service was non-existent. I punched in my order into a computer and the food was delivered out of a literal hole in the wall.

Firstly I was beginning to wonder if anyone even worked there. I used the automated system to order. I had 40 minutes to board at gate away at C81 and started to worry I wouldn’t get food. I paid $20+ for Singapore noodles. They are ( as I sit here) completely inedible. It’s is basically vermicelli, ginger, and carrots. I ordered extra cabbage. There not a spec. The little bit of curry is puddled at the bottom of the bowl. It’s just gross. Don’t waste your time unless you just like to eat giant chunks of ginger and bland noodles.

Did not see a human throughout ordering and waiting for my food. My food came out of a small chute behind where you order. It sat there for a few minutes before a worker from a different restaurant walked past and gave it to me. I also got the wrong food, even though you order on a screen. $20 for the wrong food... ALSO, look at how many times the owner has told everyone they are sorry and will look into the issues. It's clearly been awhile! Stop giving these places your money!
