Foods always good but Zoey made me feel un welcome this time just because she wanted to go home. She decided to shake her head at me when I decided to come in and get my food. The good food doesn’t make up for terrible service. The other two guys were cool and professional

This place is a typical waffle house experience. The food is ok compared to other locations. The staff are friendly and attentive. This is a really good place to take children to eat. Kids love waffles and burgers. They enjoy watching the food be prepared in front of them. Its also your best choice for dining out very late at night its a 24 hour restaurant.

Hadn't been to this location in a while, was nice to see an old 'friend' still working there. Food was really good, he is a great cook! Place looked great, really clean and very organized. This Waffle House has a special spot in my heart, hung out there for a long while! I've moved outta Canton a year ago and don't go in that direction very often but it's a couple steps ahead of a few others !!

I frequent this particular waffle house many times per week, mostly for breakfast. In fact, met my sweetheart there three years ago. Always fun conversation and have made many friends there. This location is across from the Goodwill and Ollie's in Canton. Great cooks in Douglas and Dan. Great servers in Andrea, Yvonne, Shaggy, Alina, so many others on all shifts. Aleia is a great manager. This location is always busy.

I had been to a memorial service for a dear friend and was a little sad and just feeling down, I stopped at this Waffle House and 1young person and1 older gentleman was the only employees in there - Joseph was the younger one and Pete was the older one- they started talking to me and made me smile. I was laughing as I went out, I told them they had made my day. Go see these guys,not just for food, but to make you smile. Have a great day guys!!!!

Grandma and I went here for breakfast on Saturday morning and I have to say it was super busy they're almost wasn't anywhere to sit but we finally found a spot at the bar and the waitresses were so accommodating and came right over to us and took our order and the food was fast it was also cooked very well I'm super excited they allowed my service dog in without any questions or problems thank you guys so much

This is the best waffle House in Georgia(3rd shift specifically). I've been to a lot of them. There are Waffle Houses closer to my job and I pass them to come here. This is not a Waffle House, it's a Waffle Home.

Was really looking forward to a Waffle House breakfast for one of my kids birthdays. Came in, the restaurant was very slow, we proceeded to sit and waited for 15 min with no service. We decided to leave at that point. Probably not coming back

It's Waffle House people, some of these ratings are like they expected a Michelin rated restaurant. The food is always consistent, the service is always great and the ambience is what you expect to get from a Waffle House . A bunch of hungry folks wanting some comfort food. It's not something that I personally eat every day, but I do get a craving and they always seem to satisfy that. I love me some Waffle House .

What can you say, Waffle House is always consistent from the greeting to the order up. Who doesn't love them. Food is always hot and hash browns crispy. Comfort breakfast.

This store is amazing! I had a last minute catering order I needed and Aleia was extremely helpful and got it done! The food and service was great.

I'd not had anything to eat since breakfast and I needed a late night meal. It was a cold, rainy weeknight and I decided to give this place a try. I've had mixed experience with the franchise, but it paid off. There were only a few patrons so I was able to find a seat and my order was promptly taken. The food was served up hot, fresh, and accurate. It was tasty and enjoyable (I had the hashbrown bowl with sausage, egg, cheese, onions, and jalapeños) and the staff checked on me a few times to make sure I had a drink refill and didn't lack for anything. They were pleasant, and made for a pleasant meal. I'm glad I stopped here.

The food and service was good and i love waffle house but my chocolate milk tasted like it had gone bad. other than that it's similar to any waffle house that you would go to. my bacon was also not fully cooked

Had to leave a review because my waiter was an all star and SO friendly! He immediately went out of his way to greet us and ask my daughter if she liked Minnie Mouse. When we got our waffles, he had made it into a Minnie!! All staff here were friendly and outgoing It's so nice to see people going the extra mile. My daughter was fascinated by the Christmas tree in their lobby , so they brought out some papers and colored pins for her to write a letter and make an ornament! She can't wait to go back to "her Waffle House." Thank you for making us feel at home with your hospitality and bringing us so much joy!

Had a very nice experience at the Canton Waffle House. I was looking at some of the old reviews and almost didn't come, but a friend told me that this location has improved a lot, so thought I'd try it out. We were greeted by a cheerful staff and the cutest waitress, who got our food to us quickly and kept our glasses full. It was cooked perfectly and a great value. In the age of "shrink-flation," WaHo still brings huge portions with a small check. I will be back!!

We wanted a quick meal and that's what we got. Service was good and the food was as expected and came quickly. The bathrooms were also clean.

It took about 22 minutes until our server got our order, I understand it was only just one person plus just a cook.. but what really ticked me off was the fact that a 6 top case in after us waiting so patiently.. she took their order first.. WILL NEVER RETURN. I live 2 minutes down the road, I'll drive to hickory flat & get this service that is 100% better.

Came in for a quick to go order after a long day wanting to hurry up and go home just to have the cook "Lee" not listen to multiple things the waitress asked him to make. For example, he added onions to a Philly when we asked for none, he dropped half of my Philly on the ground trying to do cool tricks in front of his girlfriend and kid, and didn't listen when I asked for a double hash brown. Had to wait double the time to have the sandwich made again and wait for the hash browns to cook.

I would recommend coming here because the service is amazing and also very fast. The price of the food I not as high as others but is still reasonable to get the food you love. The waiters are always on the spot to find you and give you refills. BY: Nathanael

I really wish I had stuck to the rule that you have to be drunk to eat at Waffle House, but alas I went in sober and it really sucked. When we walked in all the tables were dirty and we had to wait for the staff to clean one off for us; not like they were short staffed with at least 10 people working. Service was ok, the waiter was a little slow getting to us, but he eventually came over and took our orders and brought us back our drinks. He kept our drinks filled up. For lunch we had their all american breakfast and a patty melt. The patty melt was surrounded by a pile of grease; I could have added flour and made it into a gravy. The beef patties on the patty melt were freezer burnt and the grease surrounding the sandwich made 1/2 of the bread impossible to eat. The breakfast my wife ordered had half cooked scrambled eggs and burnt bacon and under toasted toast. Might come here again, but it'll be after a bar closes and I can eat cardboard.

This was not good the customer service was awful I thanked the woman when brought me food and I said thank you and she replied "be quite I was not talking to you." I have never ever had a waiter to tell me to be quite.the waffles were over cooked and so was the bacon. There were flies everywhere the windows were filthy and so were the floor. Highly recommend not coming here. P.s while writing this the woman go on to me for being on my phone I'm am only 13.

2/10 good luck getting hot food or food that even seems fresh. The employees always seem to hate their jobs and that's insane considering that's the job they went out and got. Unsure as to why I always have issues at this Waffle House but the other ones in the canton area are much better than this one

Sad excuse for a waffle house. I'm not sure why this waffle house stays in this condition. It has been like this for years and years. I wish it would change as I love an occasional patty-melt.

Dear Waffle House, you are an American institution. I love eating at your restaurant because I know what I'm going to get, good diner food, quick and with a smile. This location in Canton has slowly gotten worse over the years, which breaks my heart as it's my local go to breakfast spot. Today will be the last time that I spend money at this location. I watched as my hashbrowns finished cooking 10 minutes before my waffle, which they had to remake because they burnt it, and my eggs which were burnt as well, but they served them to me anyway. The food was terrible, and to make it worse the Cook gave me a stink eye when he could visibly tell that I was shocked by my meal. If you can't do better, you deserve to go out of Business, as there is a Cracker Barrel on every corner and they provide a superior product for only a buck or two more. Set fire to this location and start over.

Ok well first of all my kids and I love going to WH for breakfast. Great prices and great food for us. This location unfortunately is the most disgusting location we have ever been to. We normally go to the newer one off of sixes road just cause it is the cleanest Waffle House we have been to. This location in Canton is much closer to my house so we went here the other day. We waited about 10 minutes then there was a booth open for the 3 of us. We sat down and ordered drinks. I started to notice a very foul odor around our table and I thought it was maybe the people that had just left. As our server came back I began to notice that it was our server that was the one with the odor. It was the worst case of BO I have ever smelled at any restaurant before. It was so offensive that we could not stay there to eat!!! I called and spoke to a manager about the situation and she really didn't seem to care either way. Unbelievable and we will never return to this location ever again!!! Sad but true and by the way our servers name was Shaggy and he smelt just like it.

Ordered to-go. Was halfway through when I found a hair melted into the cheese.. won't be back, don't spend your money here.

My daughter volunteered for the River Cleanup and we stopped at the Waffle House closest to the event. Standard Waffle House. No frills, nothing fancy or different. Food was tasty, service was fair. Temperature in the building wasn't as cold as some WH's like to keep it. Staff was busy chatting amongst themselves, so drink refills were a tad slow. I guess we are spoiled by being regulars at "our" WH because they take great care of us there. I'm sure these folks take care of their regulars just as well.

This Waffle House is lit , I'm from out of town and all of our waffle houses are understaffed and rude. I'm so impressed with the worth ethic of every employee at this location. We sat down, immediate our order was taken, and they got our food out asap. Everyone was doing something and the food was pretty good! Great jobs guys

This was the worst food I have ever had at a Waffle House . The cook had a dip in his mouth while he was cooking . My food came out flat and burnt . I asked for a new plate and he said that's the way it comes . I don't know who trained him but the Hash-browns do not come flat burnt and hard as brick . Not coming back to this Waffle House again . I had to give one star the coffee was good .

Went at around 1100am on a Tuesday 3 people working the grill and our food was still brought out to us at separate times. My bacon was brought out almost as I was done eating. Had to sit and wait for my wife to finish. Asked for more creamer never got it from first waitress.

If it is not dirty and your cook doesn't smoke, it's not Waffle House right? Well, I've never been to a Waffle House where it was flat out nasty with an inattentive server like this one. When my boyfriend and I walked in it smelled a little weird. There were bugs on the wall just casually crawling around. We sat down thinking nothing of it so we both ordered cheesy eggs with hash browns and toast. The eggs were undercooked but the hash browns and toast were okay. There were only us and two other people in the restaurant but the waitress failed to ask how we were doing or if we needed a refill. She never brought us our ticket because she was too busy talking to the men across from us. After we finished eating, we had to go to the front counter to ask for it. I have always felt welcomed at other Waffle Houses but at this certain location I did not. Definitely not going here twice.

The waiter finally came the table, didn't say anything. We told him our order. What happened to May I help you? We got our order, everything OK if you like your waffle not done. The worst was while we were eating, The Cook was cleaning the stove and around it with a metal scrub pad. He also bent down and cleaned something on the floor. Then the waiter called another order in. The Cook took two slices of bread out, eggs and started cooking. Should've washed hands and changed gloves. I would have got fussed at by hubby if I had said something. I've never seen any of them wash their hands or the health report they are supposed to have on wall

No complaints on this Waffle House. Orders have always been right. Servers have always been good. I always get the All Star when I come here for brunch.

Worst restaurant experience of my life. Everyone knows the drill when it comes to WaHo. My wife and I are waffle house fans, but this one in particular was awful! The place looked dirty. Staff looked like they hadn't bathed in weeks and the belligerent cook who was slamming everything around and proclaiming how he wasn't afraid to go back to jail was a nightmare! The food? It was the practically inedible. We were far too hungry and frustrated to not leave. It was enough to swear off this waffle house location forever! If I could give it less than one star I would!

Eat at a Waffle House at least couple of times a week but never again at this one. The service was worst ever at a Waffle House and the food was bad. I usually enjoy Waffle House but not this one.

This place is not inviting at all!! The workers are so rude! I heard sh**t a couple times, they don't say hello when you walk in and when I asked for a fork and straw for my to go order...she looked at me, got my stuff and I responded with thank you. She looked at me and walked off. I go to Waffle House often but this one is definitely off my list! If you are having a good day, please do not stop in here, because you will not be having one after you leave.

Just left Waffle House after waiting 45 minutes for TWO togo orders & I get home to 2 TINY pieces of ham in what appears to be a HALF ORDER of hash browns, extremely burnt bacon & cold food! I live less than 3 minutes from that Waffle House, there is absolutely NO REASON my food should be cold, especially after waiting almost an hour for our food. When we first walked in, the low bar & two booths were empty and no one standing in line to be seated, so they weren't that busy. The lady that came to the counter said "I don't know if we have time for any togo orders".... excuse me!!? We tried to call and order it over the phone, but it kept going to a busy line stating "the Waffle House employees were busy taking care of other customers", so we drove up there instead. While we're waiting, we witness two employees fighting and arguing in clear view of everyone in the restaurant, one stating "she needs to get out of there before she causes a scene" like she hasn't already. While the other is stating that "going to jail would be a break for her". I understand Waffle House is Waffle House, but whoever is managing this place needs to find new employees. We will NEVER EVER EVER return nor have any of our friends and family come there. We will take our money to Waffle House on exit 19 instead.
