"After an employee tested positive for COVID-19, the Canton location closed while the affected worker—who had not worked at this or any other area location since March 1—was released from the hospital and is now quarantined at home. Management notified 12 employees who worked with the person to self-quarantine through Saturday, March 14, and is paying them for any hours they were scheduled to work through that date; none have shown symptoms. The operator is working with state and local health departments, will thoroughly sanitize the restaurant during the closure, and will carry out planned remodeling and maintenance updates with a hoped reopening on Sunday, pending renovation or public-health developments. The location’s food is prepared fresh and cooked to order in an open kitchen, with a menu focused on breakfast and several signature meals." - Beth McKibben
