The food was amazing and made perfectly. The employees were very sweet. The neighborhood must have a few problems, the restaurant is only walk up/carry out after 7 p.m. We went at 4 p.m. and had no concerns.

I have yet to be let down by a Waffle House. Exceptional service, delicious food, and all at a great price. The waitress we had today was very attentive and had great customer service as well as everyone else. Everyone working there today were keeping the operation running smooth and efficiently. They sure know what they are doing here at this location. Great job!

I have been coming here for over a year and the staff are super friendly. The restaurant is very efficient. Lovely atmosphere at the wholesome waffle house experience.

Everyone is so helpful and sweet here. I have only been here like 2 times recently and they remembered my name!! That was crazy! Food was great both times I recently went. Last time was with my kids and they lived it also and thought it funny they remembered me, said i must be going there a little TOO much...lol. Just a nice comfortable place to go but skip mornings, go after 2pm, it's pretty cleared out by then.

My first time at a Waffle House, ever. Had no idea what to expect. This place is thriving with energy and good food/service. Whoever the lady is in the pink camo hat is awesome. I got the All Star, and the way the team works together to bring you a hot plate of food in literally 1.5 minutes, is insane. i was amazed at what I was seeing. I’ve heard back things of Waffle House, and for some reason I cannot understand why. This place in Miami Gardens felt like a second home, visiting your aunt and distant family for a home cooked meal, or something. Will be back

I brought my wife for her first time ever and she loved it! They gave her a little paper employee hat and made a shout out to her. It was fun. However, that wasn't the best part. The food was the best part. Price has gone up like everything but it was worth it. We loved it and we'll be back!

Had to give credit where credit is due — Not only were the manager and staff incredibly nice and attentive but our food came out in a little less than 10 minutes! My sons and I were mind BLOWN! And I mention it was a packed house too? The food was fresh and delicious! Just thinking about it is making me hungry again. Thank you for breakfast! We’ll be back soon! 🍽️

Great location, just north of Miami. Probably the closest Waffle House location to Miami. Very close to Fort Lauderdale. Service was very good, my server Danae was very nice and professional. Store was very clean and management was very on top of everything.

You can never go wrong with Waffle House. This particular one had a juxbox and they were playing 90s rnb. It was great. The service was great, especially for working in thanksgiving. The ham tasted a little burnt but everything was all still so good.

The way the food came out sooo fast and was still hot and fresh is CRAZY! The people were really nice and the ambiance was regular (nothing special) but very clean and welcoming.

The food was basic! But the waffle was good and hash browns were fire. 10/10. The service was EXTREMELY FAST! The ambiance was disgusting and I can't believe I ate there.

It seems that their familiar logo beckons in all of its bright yellow neon glory road-weary travelers, partying college kids, parents with kids in tow, hungry workers seeking a casual and quick sit-down meal and just about everyone else from every walk of life. Since Waffle House opened its first location back on September 5, 1955 in Avondale Estates, Georgia, it quickly established itself by offering a consistent selection of food and by being open twenty-four hours a day. For me, the biggest appeal of Waffle House has always been their hash browns, which you can get basic or topped with a variety of toppings such as chili, white sausage gravy, cheese, ham, onions and so many more items and you can combine these toppings in a multitude of ways. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one. The service here was friendly and it was a good place to grab a meal. If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It seems that they are on almost every major highway exit ramp and strategically placed throughout most cities and towns in the southeast. If you see one, give them a try.

I always come to this Waffle House because we love the food and can't stop coming there's been a lot of times the staff was awful but we love the food this exact time that we came we had a 10/10 experience our servers name was jazz jazmine she was a 10 very good with chikdren took all 6 of our orders got all the condiments before even asking very good customer service sales recommendations everything was great thanks to jazz if you eat here ask for jazz

The customer service here at this Miami Gardens Waffle House is terrible. My nephew was hungry for Waffle House so we decided stop by and order some food. The young lady came to the window with an attitude telling us we have to order online because they are going through a shift change. I told here I don't have a credit card on me and would rather pay cash. She just ignored us and continue with whatever she was doing

This is our closest Waffle House and it's so, so good!! We arrived during peak lunch time, so the wait for a seat was around 30-40 minutes. We didn't mind and managed to get a spot at the counter. Our food was quickly brought out and was absolutely delicious! (Can't go wrong with a Waffle House Waffle!!) Everyone was super friendly, plenty of free parking.

Food was excellent per usual and the service was great. Was greeted immediately as I entered the restaurant and quickly sat down in a booth of my choosing. I did see a live chicken in the parking lot which was odd to me but that didn't take away from the great food and service that I had when inside.

Rainy day visit but when you come here it's for the food and maybe the experience. Service is "matter of fact " unless you are a regular. The togo cup of coffee I was not charged for.

The food was great, and there is a lot of parking. But this location is pretty tight. All the tables and chairs inside are right next to each other. When I got there my wait time was about 20 minutes for one person. I finally was seated my server was relatively nice and the food came out in about 10 minutes. The food was good, I had the all-star breakfast and OJ. Also, added additional sausages. But the only issue once again is that it was crowded and tight inside. As I'm eating my food, my legs and elbows were touching with the person next to me on my right. On my left the register was right there so people paying are right next to me and my arm. You also can't get a table without a group. I wouldn't recommend larger groups come here. I would go to Waffle House again, but maybe not this location unless I could get a table by the windows.

I have been a loyal customer every Saturday and Sunday morning. The manager Trae was an EXCELLENT manager with great customer service. We need him back ASAP Waffle house in Miami Gardens will NEVER be the same. PLEASE BRING HIM BACK

If you are looking for breakfast 24 hrs a day, Waffle House is the go-to spot. I always get the All-Star breakfast: grits, scrambled eggs with cheese, grilled chicken (all the other meats are too salty for me), toast, regular waffle, and apple juice (no ice). Customer service: Don't expect 5 star treatment

I love Waffle House, but this location was unbelievably lacking in service. After me and my family walked in and waited, no one ever spoke to us about sitting at a table or greeted us at least. We had to ask someone to sit down, and the table we were given was dirty. I cleaned it myself and waited for a waiter to give us menus but they never did. We ended up leaving to a different location it was a very unpleasant experience, this was very unprofessional. We went around 2:30pm on a sunday and the place was not even full.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Customer service absolute zero. Fulfilling orders absolute zero. Servers attitudes beyond unnecessary. If you order late night they charge you 10% service charge +10% for supplies. I asked for jelly and Ketchup and was told I could only get two packets per plate, Mind you I ordered two All-Stars. All to get back and not even have the waffles that was included in the order. And the craziest part is they have the audacity to ask you for a tip before your order is even fulfilled. Will be contacting corporate and coming in to speak to a lead manager. I understand people aren't perfect and have rough nights, but there's nothing rough about taking someone's order and making sure it's correct especially when your dining room is closed. And this is coming from a server herself!

Took forever for someone to acknowledge or great us, had us sit down at a dirty table. had to ask for our waitress about three times cause she kept disappearing. Never got my waffle when I asked about it they brought me a undercooked waffle with no butter or syrup... never coming here again. Horrible food, horrible service and just felt so dirty nothing looked cleaned.

I wanted a late night sober meal and they didn't understand the assignment. Too much hanging out instead of food being served. Never again while I'm visiting in Miami will I go to this location.

Very quick service. Only downside is how small it is and few tables. Other than that, food tastes fresh. Made to order right in front of you. The true diner experience!

Got two blueberry waffles and a hash brown bowl Amazing on both, it was very busy when I arrived and my server got my family a table within 5 minutes Shoutout to the full kitchen staff for helping each other out, their truck had just arrived and they were getting slammed but they stayed calmed and got everyone there food hot and on time

Wow! Store #2226 had the friendliest service of any Waffle House that any of my family members have experienced. We have a family tradition for the past 12 years of having Christmas dinner at Waffle House, and this was the most special of all visits because of the incredible employee culture and management. They made us feel so special,which meant so much especially because it is hard to work on Christmas Day. Thank you to the incredibly hospitable manager Tre and our wonderful server Chocolate!!! But truly every person did a great job.

What's not to love about Waffle House? The All-Star breakfast never fails me and I love when they call out the order! Smothered and covered hash browns, crispy bacon...perfectly scrambled eggs!? Yuuuummy! I came to this location the day after Miami Carnival and although it was packed, especially for a Monday, they managed to work efficiently and the food didn't take long and tasted amazing!

Read the attachments and beware. This place is absolutely horrible. How you refuse to give me my money back when you didn't have what I paid for online. This won't be the last time you hear from me. I will warn everyone on how this location is ran. Just despicable.

I've been coming to this Waffle House for a while now and I can say they've improved so much. They are well organized, the food was amazing (like always), service was quick and very nice. They welcome you when you come in. I don't have any complaints my last visit was great and will definitely be coming back again.

One of the things that made Miami unique was the lack of a Waffle House, an ubiquitous institution of southern cooking found everywhere else in the south, maybe it was because we were too south to be in the south? Not sure, but whatever the case, Miami is no longer unique and that's a good thing! The only bad thing is it's pretty far north, but it's a start at least.

Anytime that I travel outside of the tri-state area southward, I would always look for a Waffle House, living in San Antonio now surprisingly there are none. . Today after coming off a 4 day cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines where the food absolutely sucked ( that's an entirely different story) I wanted The House as I affectionately call it. I found this place an a very business oriented strip in what appeared as a pretty decent neighborhood ( unlike a few that I've visited in the past). As soon as you opened the door there was a very nice greeting and though crowded, seating wait list moved pretty quickly. The staff was primarily from carribbean decent and it was just a different vibe there. There was no screaming of orders from across the grill area, they just called it out in a normal voice level and nothing was missed. The orders came very quickly and they followed up with you consistently to make sure that you were okay. The food, what can I say is Waffle House food, I wouldn't go there if I didn't enjoy it.

My first Waffle House experience was in Tampa and loved it ever since. It's open 24 hours serving affordable breakfast classics, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, melts and of course, their signature waffles. As soon as I saw on Facebook that the Miami location finally opened, I made sure to pass by today and pay tribute to this American icon. Got here at 7:30am and it was already packed. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be so busy on an early Sunday but nevertheless, got seated right away at the high top counter facing the kitchen. I was promptly greeted and the server took my order immediately. I got the All-Star Special which includes coffee, eggs, hash browns, bacon, 4 slices of toasts, and 1 waffle. In less than 10 min, my meal was brought to my table piping hot. Everything was delicious although I prefer my waffles thicker but for $8, this breakfast feast was satisfying indeed. My server was also very nice. She even came by twice while I'm eating to make sure everything was good and refilled my coffee. Thank you Waffle House and welcome to the neighborhood. I'm sure you'll see me coming back often since I live only 10 minutes away.

Great for breakfast, reasonable prices but if you know Waffle House, always crowded. So put your patience on and come prepared to wait but expect a good meal

The food here is amazing and usually pretty quick but this place needs a lot of help. The past four times I've went they've been closed after 2pm already being open for "cleaning" or whatever reason they make up. Usually the line is too long and it's never a seat in here to sit down. It's mainly because it's so busy and it's the only waffle house near. They need to make another store close by to even out the crowd. Besides a service the food is amazing!

Take out only? WTF, Waffle House? I guess that works if you live nearby or don't mind eating in your car, but it's a waste of time if you're on the road and make the detour to this place (or simply prefer to sit down and eat like a normal human being). Totally NSFW.

Waffle House has a different vibe. It always reminds me of a grease spoon. I had an extravagantly made side of Hash-browns with all the toppings and Bone in Ham. The Hash-browns were phoneminal yummers... it was so good. And it only cost 5.00. The ham was extremely salty. It was so Salty you could not enjoy it, but the Hash-Brown was so tasty I forgot about the ham. I received my food quickly and my server was nice. My only suggestion would be that the Waffle House Dona better job cleaning the place. There was small amounts of displaced paper And silverware.

Place was closed inside for dine in at 8:45pm. Was told things changed after Covid and now they only open for take out.

I went to Waffle House around 2 am. I have been craving waffles with hash browns for some reason. I go to the window n these girls are outside getting their food. When I walk up to the window the lady said she isn't taking any more orders because they're understaffed. It was only one other person there n they had 3 employees. Can anyone please tell me how 3 employees is considered understaffed with only one order‍. I hate when places can't be professional. Their best bet was to inform me that they were understaffed n my food may take longer than usual.

This is the most organized and friendly location ever. I've been to many different ones when I lived in Texas & Georgia and they're usually expected to have bad service. People just deal with it because the food is good and it's open 24/7. This location opened about a week ago. Some people in reviews said their order was wrong, but everyone here is new and still trying to get the hang of things. There's a stand outside taking reservations & giving tickets for take out orders, which I've never seen before. An employee opened the door for me and then walked me to my seat. I ordered coffee, Texas bacon patty melt w/ crispy hash browns. Everything was ready in under 10 mins and cooked perfectly. One of the managers checked to make sure I liked what I ordered, and this is the only Waffle House where they've made an effort. I'll be back in the morning and late nights to sober up!

Gotta come back to dine in. The city underestimated the demand and popularity FOR SURE. The parking lot is too small . The to go orders are being taken outside under a tent . It's efficient yes , but not the way a business should flow . I walked in to dine at 11am and there was a 30 minutes wait with numerous people waiting on the wall . I KNEW it was going to be more than 30. Waffle House food is Waffle House food you already know it was 5 stars .

They were very busy and messed up my complete order but my wife said it was the best waffle she ever had so therefore it gets at least three stars... They were also doing training so the place was a complete madhouse and had it only had been open for five days. It was so busy they had people taking reservations with a podium outside and also had one or two ARMED security guards in the parking lot. I guess that's the price you have to pay for getting a clean Waffle House ;)

Due to the location, I didn't have high hopes for this location's customer service and quality. Surprisingly, my experience was great. From the minute I walked in to my exit, everything was great. When I walked in, someone was at the door greeter getting individuals names and asking for seating preferences. There was also someone outside taking to go orders which I thought was very impressive. Being that it was Sunday, I did however expect it to be crowded and a wait and that did live up to my expectations. However, the greeter told me it would be about 15-20mins and it was. Even though the dining area is small, the rotation was quick. The waitress that took care of us was very nice and attentive. The food came out quick which I appreciated because I was starving as I had just got out of church. Overall I had a great experience and would certainly come back for either dine in or take out.

First time at this "NEW" Waffle House. This location is going to be a gold mine. 10:30 AM on a Friday, they were jammed. So much help that they were bumping into each other. That was a good sign. Looked like 4 stations cooking with a lady overseeing them with written orders in hand to make sure they were correct. Got a seat at the counter and ordered. Large scattered hash brown potatoes with onions, cheese, ham, smothered with sausage gravy. Also coffee. $ 7.06. Have had this in several Waffle Houses in different states and it is always consistent. I will go back for sure.

The Miami Gardens location is awful. I'm convinced they do not know what customer service means. I walked in and was not greeted at all. The counter top was dirty, all open seats but no one actively cleaning the area. I waited for 15 min while holding my toddler and was never greeted nor directed to a table. When I did ask someone if a counter too area could be cleaned the woman told me I had to bear with them. The restaurant appeared fully staffed with multiple workers standing near the register doing something with receipts. Surely someone could have stopped to clean a table so a patron could be seated. I love Waffle House but will not be returning to this location.

Came here today and placed my togo order at the tent where the workers were arguing about prices. The food came out fast and there was a white hair on my waffle :(. Why they did that to me??

Not your average Waffle House! They wear gloves when they cook, brought my silverware in a cup of hot water, and my drink in a to go cup without me having to ask. It's kinda busy in here, groups of 3-4 people keep walking in and my food came out so fast and correct! Everyone is singing along to the juke box playing usher and other classic r&b/ hip hop. The staff seem to work well together and keep everything clean. Heck, I was even greeted by someone outside to see if I was dining in or caring out. Thanks to my sever Britney for always making sure I was good. She even told me where to find her near the dishwasher if I needed anything. Worth the 30 min drive all the way from Wynwood!

They have the Best Classic Waffles Ever!!!! I've been here maybe 4-5 times and each time they do not disappoint!

I couldn't have expected less from a Waffle House, & I was still disappointed. Imagine your order number is 21, & they don't even realize that no one made your food at all until they call number 27 & you ask where yours is... It really makes you wonder if the low cost is worth the absolute hassle.
