I really enjoyed trying out this new restaurant! Our server Derrick was so kind and attentive! The meats were delicious—I didn’t even feel like I needed to use the dipping sauces since the meats were marinated really well. The beef was top quality! My only suggestion would be to add some soups to the menu! There were some Japanese curries and kimchi pork bowl but I’d love to see some lighter soup options as well.
