Notable Seattle Restaurant Openings for January 2026 | Eater Seattle

"Situated next to Asian Family Market on Aurora, this newcomer offers an all-you-can-eat format for both hot pot and Korean barbecue and appears to be part of a growing chain, with additional locations planned in California and Las Vegas." - Harry Cheadle

Wagyu Factory - Review - Bitter Lake - Seattle - The Infatuation

"This Bitter Lake spot features the magical letters you want forKorean BBQandhot pot: AYCE. Load up on meats like the namesake wagyu for the grill, or wander over to the massive refrigerated ingredient bar and prep for some broth-dunking. You can also boil soup and grill meat at the same time on their shiny combo grills." - Kayla Sager-Riley

Great place with great food. The all you can eat bar (the meat are all pretty high quality) is totally worth the price imo. ALSO, shout out to our server Renee for giving us great recs, the jasmine milk tea and egg tart were indeed very good:)) She took care of us through our our meal.

5-Star Google Review for Wagyu Factory “Absolutely outstanding experience at Wagyu Factory! This place is a wagyu lover’s dream come true. We came for the all-you-can-eat hotpot and BBQ combo, and it exceeded all expectations. The premium wagyu cuts were incredibly tender and marbled – they literally melted in your mouth with that rich, buttery flavor. We grilled some on the built-in BBQ and dipped others in the delicious creamy broth (the seafood one was a highlight – so flavorful and comforting!). Highly recommend for anyone craving top-tier wagyu without breaking the bank. We’ll definitely be back soon!”

The waiter, John M. That’s the waiter you want. Tell me a timely professional, helpful, and nice. He helps guide you through the menu and has great recommendations. Food was da bomb.com. Bring your own salt though. They only have “Special salt” which is kinda sweet. Overall I’d give this place a 9.2 lunch score.

Tried the new BBQ place, Wagyu Factory (used to be Niku Feast), and I really enjoyed it. The meat was fresh, high quality, and tasted great. Our server, Renee, was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Use to go to Niku Niku but once their meat quality went down I stopped. Now that Wagyu factory is here I’m back! Let me start by saying the waitlist function on a Friday directly at 5 pm - SUCKED. Got there at 510 and was 21 in line. We didn’t get seated for TWO hours. I can’t wait till they go back to reservations because I will NOT be back till I can make a reservation prior! The menu for Wagyu is great but honestly you don’t need to do it because the AYCE was just as amazing! Our favorite server DERRICK who is from Niku Niku is still there and he’s the BESSST!!! he made the whole two hour wait worth it!! Great meat quality. So many more options. Loved it and can’t wait to be back! Can’t wait for reservations to be available.

We came for the soft opening to celebrate dual birthdays — yall did not disappoint. Meats were fresh, tender, and savory. Our server Hendy was very informative, attentive, and within close proximity to change our grill as needed. Congratulations on your newly opened spot! We will be back again!

As a lover of the Chubby group, I’ve had Chubby Cattle in LA and NYC so many times and it has never let me down. Until now. Wagyu Factory did not live up to the expectations set by other Chubby locations at all Food: meat quality was so average. It was marketed as a premium experience but all the meats were poorly marbled or overly fatty. The sides were extremely lacking—wdym there was no ssamjang or wasabi? Radish wraps? The salt had sugar in it as well. I also found a HAIR in my food and you’d expect upon soft opening that the quality control and attention to detail would’ve been higher. I think the greatest disappointment was the lack of sushi—it was displayed on their menu and when we got there, our server confirmed there wasn’t any. Service: shoutout to our server. Great attitude, friendly, frequent grill changes. One nit, not to our server’s fault, but water was self service as well. Wagyu Factory again, markets themselves as a high end wagyu shabu/yakiniku experience so why is it that you’re forced to get out of your seat and refill your water each time? Never seen that before at a restaurant of this caliber. My family loves shabu and bbq, and had we had a better experience we would’ve easily been sold on the membership. But with this poor food quality, you’d be better off going elsewhere or honestly flying to nyc/LA for a proper Chubby experience

A clean AYCE restaurant with somewhat decent quality meat(my husband is a butcher). However, the meat was sliced very thin, and the grill was quite small for a family of five to share, making it feel better suited for smaller groups. The portions were also small for a ‘single person’ serving, and we were disappointed that there was no ribeye, a little thicker steak, or other higher-quality meat options. Although some cuts were labeled A5, a few of the meats were tough and chewy. But overall it was a good experience and good service!
