If I could rate 10 stars here, I absolutely would. Every moment at Wagyu Kappo Yoshida was a showcase of culinary mastery and warm hospitality. Chef Hattori is a true artist – every dish was cooked to perfection, and the balance of flavours was simply unforgettable. The seasonal soup and the Wagyu were easily my top favourites – delicate, rich, and deeply satisfying.
A special mention to Kim, our waitress, who truly elevated the entire experience. He was warm, genuinely friendly, and constantly engaging without ever being intrusive. His attentiveness, timing, and ability to read the room were outstanding. He made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers, and that makes all the difference.
Steve, the chef’s assistant, impressed me with his remarkable attention to detail. His explanations of each course were insightful, just the right amount of storytelling without ever feeling overdone – it created the perfect bridge between professionalism and friendliness, making the entire dining experience both educational and genuinely comfortable.
