If you’re coming here looking for bells and whistles or to meet your celebrity NKOTB crush, you’ll be disappointed. The food is good. Nothing spectacular. Try the onion rings and the Thanksgiving Burger.....not sure if that was the name. No wait time. Great service as Andrew was very attentive. Pricing is decent for a burger joint in the area. Seating comfortable. 4 stars only cause I was expecting an experience.

A fun place to go that has great burgers! This was our second time here and the service and food was on point. They have a great menu and while most of the food is your standard burger joint items, they have a really fresh take on them. If you are into sports, you will enjoy all the TV's and the bar area. They have some great mixed drinks and adult shakes as well.

Burgers were really good. I tried the Fiesta burger and my wife had the Impossible Burger that's plant base. Both burgers were delicious. You can also add toppings for free which I thought was great! We also got fries and onion rings as our sides and the onion rings were very different. It wasn't your typical onion rings it was red onions with light breading and they were really good I was very happy with that. My son got the chicken tenders and the chicken was really good it tasted very "fresh". The service was phenomenal hopefully they dont slack off on that in the feature.

Well I expected a lot more from this place but instead received a mediocre experience. Fish sandwich was amazing, onion rings we're good, burger was ok and service was blah. We waited longer than expected to receive a drink order. Once our food came, they forgot my wife's tater tots and my fish sandwich. It was about 7 mins before that came out. Tater tots were greasy and over cooked. I would have said something to manager but he was to busy standing on the side using his phone. All in all I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but it's worth a try.

I loved it. The burger with the sweet onions is so good u guys have to try it. I likes the atmosphere I’m glad I didn’t have to call to reserve seating but either way they do sit u done and wait on u. The windows also opened up which was cool. Cause the first table by the door right near the windows is so cold when the ac is on blast I had to ask them to open it cause I was cold 🥶 but i really loved it I have been dying to come here since it opened. And the cute little napkin holders have a picture of mark and...I believe his family so it ALMOST feels like he is sitting with u. Which is amazing lol The fries were not to die for but maybe I’ll change my mind next time I come. He also have like a vegetarian specific menu which I thought was adorable and u can also drink there. There is a parking garage right by there also 🚗 I think I was there like 40 mins and it charges me $36 dollars almost as much as I paid to dine there haha with my brother. So if u can find cheaper parking near by definitely go there. Edit: came back today feb 28th, 2020 I got the whisky breeze 🥃 is alright 💁🏼‍♀️

probably my new favorite burger place in chicago! so many burger options even for the vegans ! our server was super chill and funny. The wait to sit was about 5 minutes for our party of 6. everything was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious

Friendly staff and very accommodating with food allergies (made sure separate dryers for vegetarians). Fries look great also! Would have loved to meet Mark but you can’t win them all. Shout out to the woman at the register - Carrie - so friendly! 🤷🏻‍♀️😀

We live across the street from this ex-Chili's location and was kinda skeptical about another burger place. I mean, there are plenty around the corner, M Burger, Shake Shack, you name it. We know better not to come the opening weekend, people always write bad reviews after waiting for hours and become hangry. So we picked a week day a week after the grand opening. It is a table service type of burger joint, burgers, sandwiches, veggetarian, salads, shakes, beers, cocktails, liquor and wine. There was no wait, the food came in about 15 mins, not bad at all. We had a little bit of everything, BBQ Bacon salad, Burger, Sloppy Joe, Tots and Crispy Onion Strings (red onion). The quality is great, the meat has great flavor but not overwhelming, the sauces taste just right. We will definitely come back.
