Wahlburgers

We came here on the way to a Braves game, Wahlburgers hit it out of the park! Pun intended 😁 Very classy, down to earth atmosphere. We were made to feel as we were being invited into a friend's home for dinner. The prices are on par, if not lower than most sit-down restaurants adding to the down to earth feel. We ordered the Our Burger, and a Double Burger, both with fries. Service was quick and friendly. Best tasting burgers we've ever put in our mouths! 😋 Wish we could have stayed for shakes, but we had a game to get to. Located in the Battery outside the Braves Stadium at the base of the stairs leading to the pedestrian Bridge over I-285.

Stopped in for a bite before the game The place was busy but we were seated right away. There are lots of TVs with games on so it was good to sit and watch service was fast and the hamburger was excellent. I got the sweet potato tater tots which surprised me they were super good I wish there was more of them.

Very cool place. The burgers were fantastic, both the beef and the impossible. The service wasn’t crazy fast but they were slammed so I wasn’t anticipating them being fast food level service. We got our food in about 15-20 minutes, which I feel is very reasonable. Especially with them being as busy as they were right before a Braves game. Wife had a Southern Belle drink and loved it. I had sweet tea and a chocolate milkshake and they were both very good as well. Would definitely come here again.

Loved the service, SUPER fast, and the server had a very extensive knowledge of the many offerings on the menu. Ordered the chicken sandwich and a salad. Salad was definitely a generous proportion and chicken sandwich was about the normal size. Changed my side to Mac & Cheese with Bacon. It was a bit too creamy, I was getting box Mac & Cheese “vibes”. But all in all everything else was great, I saw some great looking burger sandwiches ordered by surrounding guests, also the tater tots looked GREAT!! I got to try those next visit!!

Man. I didn't honestly expect this to live to the hype. I cannot express the immense amount of flavor. The spicy spinach bites appetizer was one of the hands down best appetizer I've ever ate. That's a promise. The burger was great. Could have been cooked a bit less than it was. All in all I give it a solid 7.3 out of 10. This is now in my top 5 best burgers I've EVER had. I'm coming back for ALL the sides and appetizers.

Last time I ate a burger at a different place in the Battery and it was okay. I came here this time and wow- amazing! I got the BBQ Bacon Burger with sweet potato tots and they were delicious! Our server was also very nice and I appreciated how kind she was to our family. I wish I remembered her name. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and staff are 10/10. I'll be back again.

Well its May 21 2023 we drove 2 1/2 hours to get here from Augusta Georgia. I was super excited and wanted to visit the restaurant only because the lady at the gas station raved about the service and food. I heard about the resturant in South Carolina from a gas station atttendant while we were traveling. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted and sat down immediately. After about 8-10 minutes I saw a kitchen cook and asked him will we ever be greeted by a waitress it took him to get someone to ask us our order and at least give us something to drink while we waited. After that we got a waiter and ordered he was cool and explained the menu perfectly. The food was Amazing I can't front.  If you haven't been here yet you need to make your way because you will not be disappointed with the food. My goodness we had the 1.)  "the our burger combo" and the onion rings also the appetizer 2.) "spinach and parmesean whalbites"also 3.) "The Super Melt combo". I have pictures. I don't not like the whalburger sauce. But that didn't take away from the food. Also the bathrooms need work. The Mens bathroom was extremely filthy. And it wasn't that busy from the looks that they couldn't have been cleaner than that. All in all the food was great 10 out of 10 service was about 6 out a 10. Cleanliness was about 5 out of 10. I don't know if we will ever come back but I wanted to experience the food that I heard so much about. GOD Bless you all.

I walked by Wahlburgers and wanted to try one of their famous burgers. I noticed there was not alot of people in there, while all the restaurants nearby were packed, so this raised a concern, but we gave it a chance. The server was friendly and fast. However, the food was absolutely terrible. Mark, you need to improve the flavor and quality. The burger was $10, and tasted like a frozen patty, which a fast food chain would be better. I went to this location to try a famous wahlburger, only to eat a frozen patty that lacked flavor. Also, I asked for a fork and knife, and it was plastic. I do not understand why we are at a sit down restaurant, and having plastic silverware, and mustard packets. Mark, you should have a more quality burger if you call this a burger place and could justify charging more than $10 for a burger. This could be a counter concept and eliminate the servers, and just focus on the quality of the food and bar. The bathroom was disgusting and behind the bar was extremly sloppy. Sadly, I think the server was lovely, and it is a poor management, focusing on the margins, rather than quality and experience. I would not return.
