The 16 Best Celebrity Restaurants In LA, Ranked

"Given its name and the long-running reality show following the family behind it, you probably already know who owns this burger chain. Wahlberg brothers Mark and Donnie opened the first location with their brother Paul back in 2011, and over a decade later, it's grown into a global franchise. They have a location right at the heart of Hollywood Blvd. where you can pair greasy burgers with boozy shakes, beer, and wine. It's a solid fast-food spot to take your cousins after playing tour guide at the Walk of Fame for a couple of hours at Madame Tussauds. But the most notable thing about this place is its famous owners." - sylvio martins, brant cox, garrett snyder

Two Wahlburgers Franchises Opened in Los Angeles and No One Noticed - Eater LA

"East Coast burger chain Wahlburgers has finally made its way to Los Angeles, except it seems that nobody locally really cares all that much. The company, backed by actor Mark Wahlberg and his family, slipped in an under-the-radar opening of their USC Village location last month, and the only notice of the opening basically anywhere is a Yelp page with a handful of reviews. The company is also doing limited ‘soft opening’ hours at their long-gestating Sunset Plaza outlet in West Hollywood, but so far no word from many folks on that front, either." - Farley Elliott

Had a great meal and great service from manager Brandon and Njeri this weekend. They knew the menu well and made great suggestions. I had the patty melt and truffle fries, which came out hot and fresh. I'd definitely go back!

Google
Very clean (although they weren’t busy, so that helps). Friendly enough service. Food was good, but not worth $28 (for burger, tots, and fries). Although I loved the sweet potato tots, the burger was thin and tasted like a cheeseburger at McDonalds.

Google
Honestly we really didn’t expect much from Wahlburgers and expected just an expensive mediocre burger joint. Especially on Hollywood boulevard. We were actually really surprised to find we really enjoyed our lunch. The service was really friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and our meals were delicious!

Google
Disappointing Experience at Wahlburgers Hollywood Blvd We entered the restaurant before 9:00 PM—our receipt was timestamped 8:44 PM. While we were placing our order, our 7-year-old family member urgently needed to use the bathroom. A staff member, who was already cleaning the area, rudely told us the restroom was closed. Despite explaining that a child needed it badly, she flatly refused in a stern and dismissive tone. Thankfully, Brandon, who was taking our order, stepped in and was the only bright spot in our visit. He apologized on behalf of his coworker and kindly directed us to the nearest public restroom—at the mall across the street. He even described which floor to go to, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Brandon informed us that although the restaurant was closing soon, he could still take our order in to-go containers. We clarified if we could still eat inside, and he assured us that it was fine since we were there before closing. We received our food, sat down, and began eating quietly. Moments later, the same staff member approached again, reminding us the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. We double-checked with Brandon, and he confirmed that since we got our food before 9:00, we could stay to finish. We could overhear Brandon telling her to relax, but she snapped back, “We don’t have enough labor for this”—which felt especially inconsiderate given that we had left a tip. Still, we tried to finish quickly and quietly. But again, she returned and curtly said, “We’re closing.” I responded, “Just finishing up,” to which she replied, “I gave you a five-minute warning. Now you have one minute.” At that point, we had to pack up, and some of us couldn’t finish our meals due to the pressure and unwelcoming treatment. Even if the burgers are good, the poor customer service—especially how the staff made a family with a child feel so unwelcome—completely ruined the experience. Sadly, we won’t be returning to Wahlburgers.

Google
MEATBALLS ARE NOT EVEN ON THE MENU. tonight at 6:30PM, I ordered Slider Flight (3 sliders,) and 1 bacon Mac and cheese via Door dash. Instead I received nothing in my order. I received no Mac and cheese, strangely, two meatballs, (not even on the menu which I double checked online), 3 pickle slices, and an empty burger bun with two containers of plain cheese, and other pieces and chunks of random things like a quarter piece of a burger party with a jalapeno on it and what looks like dog treats!!!! What idiots work here!! You guys don't deserve jobs with this type of service. I could never serve this at least try harder not to mix up orders if that's what happened Waited an hour. On the receipt it said 'this is pasta' as I had preferenced a gluten free option upon ordering the Mac and Cheese. However instead of a call from someone I get that note? And no M and C? Really really abysmal customer service. Waited an hour for my food. just to call Doordash for a refund?

We have always wanted to try Wahlburger, and didn't want our first experience to be UK based. Not disappointed, real good burgers - I went for chicken which was lovely, but if I go again it'll be beef for sure. My husband's was 👌👌 We got to keep the cups which was cool, they're now in my cupboard at home! A little souvenir. Would definitely visit again. The staff were really lovely and chatty!

Google
So disappointed with the service, food and location! The parmesan truffle tots were nasty, it wasn't made the way it's made at Lynnfield, MA location and this place didn't have any TV's NO Bar!!! It's Christmas, the game is on! This place is a fast food joint and not a restaurant sports bar style for families! The new employee told me that Dave & Buster's has a TV...let's you know that she don't want to work there! Smh

ROBLOXgril Ulloa

Google
My husband and I watched their show and had high hopes but sadly disappointed because the burgers were extremely salty. I did enjoy the truffle fries, though, but that's about it. Im willing to give it another shot because friends of mine say it's usually good. I guess we just had a chef with a heavy hand on the salt. Staff were friendly and we didn't wait to long for our food.

Yelp
The server was the best part of the experience. He was friendly and efficient in taking our order. The inside is well decorated kind of movie theatresque. The burgers were decent but nothing special and the whalburger sauce or whatever it's called is similar too a flavorless version of burger kings zesty sauce. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Yelp
We finally made it! So glad we're here... We had watched Wahlburgers series, and we had to one day eat at their famous chain! We ordered the Super Melt, and the chicken tenders and the cashier recommended the tots over the fries. Great choice! We thoroughly enjoyed the Super Melt. It was a juicy, tasty burger with caramelized onions, bacon, cheese and pickles. The kids chicken tender meal (came with 3 large tenders) and a ton of tots! The tenders were juicy and the tots were nice 'n crispy! Kaiden was personable and helpful with our first order. Highly recommend coming here!!!

Yelp
I watched the Wahlburgers show and really wanted to try it. One opened on Hollywood Boulevard and I finally got the opportunity, 15 dollars for a Smahlburgerr and tots. Clean restaurant and horrible music inside. Service was fast and efficient. Not worth $15 sorry

Yelp
Do not waste your money. $17 burgers that come with no sides, smaller than expected for the price and just dripping with grease everywhere. Restaurant is very small, no ac running and not the cleanest. The individual that took our order was funny at first talking and making jokes to us and our teens, we thought it was part of the experience. But he continued it to our table and never stopped, even when we were trying to eat. Our teens became extremely uncomfortable to the point of asking to leave. Definitely a creepy experience.

Yelp
This was our 2nd time visiting Wahlburgers in Hollywood and our very first time was in Vegas about 2 years ago. We came in to have dinner before our movie of Captain America:Brave New World at the Chinese Theatre IMAX. We ordered the cheeseburger with tater tots which were both amazing and good. The burgers are really good and tasty. The tots are amazing and light. Very nice location, able to enjoy our food and relax. Looking forward to returning again.

Yelp
I so wish we had a Wahlburger closer to home. The family and the burgers are both awesome. Not a huge fan of the fried pickles but I'd love to give other menu items a try.
google avatar

Alex J.

Yelp
Solely based off the tater tots, this place is great. I wasn't hungry for a full meal so I just went with the tots that came with truffle aioli. The aioli wasn't that great but the tots were so crunchy and crispy without being greasy. And for $8, you get a damn good portion. That's all I have to say about that
google avatar

Kristy W.

Yelp
I was excited to be here. This was my first time on the walk of fame. My second Wahlburgers. I stupidly ordered the chicken strips. I won't be doing that again at a Wahlburgers! Even if it say's it was their Ma's favorite! The burgers are delicious! The service was stellar, and very welcoming for being out of town.
google avatar

Vincent C.

Yelp
Wahlburger is serving freshly made and very tasty burgers, hot crust tater tots and all made better by their friendly service oriented staff.
google avatar

Sally P.

Yelp
Food is good, for 2 burgers some tots and one drink it was $60. Everything is expensive but wow! There was no one but us in the restaurant. Hope it stays open!

Yelp
The super melt is a must try! The fiesta burger, not so much. It has all the ingredients for good flavor, but doesn't. The staff was very helpful and friendly and sitting right on the walk of fame with views of the Chinese theater is great!

Martha L.

Yelp
Worst over priced patty melt ever, so much grease it was hard to eat. $17 for a melt The stand at LA county fair was better. Never again.

Art E.

Yelp
I should have spent my money at in and out burgers. we only ate here because the air conditioner was broken on the second floor. if your brother is an executive chef where weren't the fries made fr scratch with an assortment of toppings. I'm really sorry I took the chance,

Daniel O.

Yelp
It's LA. Lots of better burgers for the price, or cheaper. But it's a chain, so perhaps that might be an issue. It's also Hollywood Blvd and a tourist area so perhaps prices are higher at this location. If, you are from out of state, maybe you will think this is great. idk.

Yelp
This burger joint is known for Mark Wahlberg...the actor from numerous roles including Transformers: Age of Extinction. The two-story dining room includes posters of him from various film roles. This joint has burgers, sandwiches, sides and shakes. Sodas are fountain. However, each is sold separately so there's no combo. Asking for extra condiments is also charge. There's no free water except for bottle of water. They also have merch and Photo op as soon you walk in. Order the burger and fries and got one drink. The burger is juicy and fries surprising not too greasy. Overall, it's good but it can be very pricey. But it's LA so what do you expect?
google avatar

Yelp
*Food The fried pickles were literally mouth watering. Absolutely delicious and so fresh. A lot of my rating is going off of JUST these. The mac n cheese wasn't bad- but it really wasn't great or anything magical. It seemed like a basic white sauce and the bacon was cold precooked and thrown on top. It left much to be desired. We were just stopping in for a snack so I'll have to try the actual burgers and update. *The Facility Easy access if you're walking down the street. The bathrooms were.... Well let's say a tad rough. Overall the resturant seemed clean and efficient. The young man at the front was vibing to the music and pleasant to speak with. I'll be back for those pickles !
google avatar

Yelp
Even though they have a limited menu here , the food was amazing . The BBQ burger was so juicy and the sauce a mixture of heinze 57 sauce and BBQ. the bacon was cooked perfectly . My husband loved the chicken caesar salad but the dressing had too much garlic for my liking . O wish they had one of these out in the valley or in Ventura some where . I'd gladly pay $15 for a burger this juicy . The tots here are plain but they were really good and they use fresh oil , there was no old oil taste . Service was decent the staff was nice food brought to our table . Will come back next time we come to the DGA for movie night

Yelp
Had a delicious, juicy double decker cheeseburger at Wahlburgers on the Walk of Fame! Perfectly meaty and flavorful--great spot for a quick bite in Hollywood!
google avatar

Jim V.

Yelp
In a world of $20 hamburgers, it is what it is- You just place your order and hope for that 20 bucks it will be good. This Hollywood hotspot delivers, and it feels like an adventure. as I was Picking up my order, a big beautiful logo'd box of burgers was going out to Paramount Pictures. and a few minutes later others flocked to a lady for pictures, she looked nice and seemed kind but I have no idea who she was. No sign of Mark however. Its a great place for lunch in Hollywood because the food and service was great. It however wasn't the best burger I ever ate so 4 stars it is. Plan on $60 for two but bring your selfie stick.

Yelp
Food I got jenn's chicken sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich itself was not good for me and really bland. The sandwich looked good and was filled really nicely but upon my first bite to the last it was really bland so I didn't enjoy it that much. The only saving grace for me were the onions which were really good and flavorful and had good texture too. The place as well is super pricy and a tourist trap. I asked for a water cup and they dont provide water cups so you have to buy a soda cup just to get water which is a huge negative for me. Service/Ambiance The place is in a really good neighborhood filled with a lot of stuff to see and the staff were nice and service was really quick too

Nick H.

Yelp
Absolutely not coming back. Staff said put the number on the table, we'll bring the food out. They brought it out for others. They brought it to the counter for me. The difference? Skin color. Food was good and i left a tip in the jar Because somebody took the time to make the food for me and put it on a tray. But the action was stupid. First time there, Last time there.
google avatar

Lexie P.

Yelp
Burger was okay. Bummed that it took almost 20 mins for a kids smahlburger :( Had to ask the staff to check on my order while watching others that ordered after me receive their meal. Not real interested in coming back, especially given how many other options you have in the area.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
The cashier here is bomb! Def needs all the raise money thrown at him because he was a breath of friendly fresh air on Hollywood Blvd. Super friendly and conversational! Now the food is decent but I was hoping for real delicious eats. I had watched the TV show and was all excited to get the brothers' take on burgers. It was fine and probably better than other places on Hollywood Blvd, but took us 20 minutes to get our eats. We popped here before a show so when we were waiting, waiting, waiting for our one burger & fries for so long, we got a bit perplexed. It wasn't overly busy so for a fast food joint, the wait was confusing. And then the food was fine but forgettable. That being said, I enjoyed sitting on their hidden upper level. Everyone was eating downstairs, whereas upstairs was private with a great vantage point to people watch Hollywood Blvd. Despite the awesome cashier, my friend and I won't be returning. Just too many places to try on Hollywood Blvd to go back for long waits and just alright food again.
google avatar

Kristine J.

Yelp
Didn't know Mark Wahlberg and his bros made a burger joint with different locations. Food's pretty great! I would say you need to eat the burgers fresh, cuz that's their prime deliciousness. They are definitely not good anymore when they've been sitting out and are cold. They are on the pricier side, but the burger and onion rings were great overall. We got the our burgers which come as is, and added caramelized onions to it. I didn't really notice the latter tbh. But the burger tasted yummy fresh. However, the onion rings were the best!!! Soooo so good. Thin onion rings that have been flavored out even without the sauce. Highly recommend getting a side box of that! Parking is not the best in Hollywood as you know. Try to find free parking around.
google avatar

Pedro V.

Yelp
Service not 50/50 or 100. Food was not all that, had to finish what I paid for. You can imagine how the ambience is! It's Hollywood, there's tourist, homeless and zombies. Enjoy.
google avatar

Liana M.

Yelp
Came here with some people who were excited to try the food. Wahlburgers was recommended by a family member of theirs. It's cute that Mark Wahlberg and his brothers put together a restaurant, but I have to say, it's kind of lacking as far as celebrity restaurants go. My biggest gripe is that there are no combos at all, unless you count the kids meal. Everything is a la carte, which is kind of stingy for a fast food place. And charging $16.95 for an Impossible Burger that doesn't come with anything at all, not even potato chips, is just rude. The other burgers are slightly cheaper but not by much. Basically, if you want a traditional fast food combo with a sandwich, side, and drink, expect to pay around $30. It should be half that!! As far as the food goes, it was pretty good but honestly, not $30 great. The burger had melted cheese (real not vegan), lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce. But it didn't taste like they seasoned the patty or did anything to it really. In fact, I'm not even sure it was an Impossible Burger because I've just had way better ones elsewhere that tasted a heck of a lot better. I liked the onion rings, but they were kind of weird. Shoestring style onion rings are definitely a choice. And after a while, you just feel like you're eating an entire onion because they give you so much. But they tasted pretty good overall. Service saved them and so I gave 3 stars. The guys behind the counter were great, super friendly and helpful and not too bad on the eyes either. The restaurant was pretty clean too, considering its location. Honestly, though, I'd choose Hart House over Wahlburgers any day, whether you're vegan or not.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
Solid quick service, good burgers, but subpar onion rings and fries that lack flavor. Theres probably better options on Hollywood Blvd for an affordable burger.

Norlie R.

Yelp
the store is open until 9pm but they close the restrooms early, as customers, we have the right to access to until the store close. very bad experience
google avatar

Linda C.

Yelp
Not the best fast food place. I've been to a few locations and I really wanted to give Wahlburger another chance however the quality of the food isn't the best. The chicken tenders here is similar to a chicken nugget size. Breading was terrible. It also tasted chewy, so not sure if that's normal. The tater tots was average, deep fried and crispy. The burger is expensive for a basic cheeseburger. This place is 2 stories and is located right on the Hollywood Boulevard. Busy foot traffic and ambiance is loud.
google avatar

Yelp
10 out of 10!!! Hubby & I went see Jelly Roll perform at Jimmy Kimmel. I've always wanted to go to Wahlbergers, so we decided to finally go. We are sooooo glad we did. The customer service was incredible since it was our 1st time Renae was so helpful she explained everything and gave us options to add items. Best burger I've had in a long time. I had the bbq bacon & my husband had the double decker. They were juicy and cooked to a perfect med well. We will definitely be stopping by next time we are in Hollywood
google avatar

Priya K.

Yelp
Ordered the our burger, side of fries, I like the smell of the grill in this place. Staff is clean, presentable and friendly. Fast service so that's good! Ambiance is obviously pretty chill because it's located on the blvd. there's a movie premiere or something going on today so that's amazing.

Yelp
I am a Wahlburgers fan. I watch the show. Those guys are funny. They crack me up. I've always wanted to go and never had the chance. It wasn't until after our elite Hollywood bus tour where Shay, our driver pointed out the Wahlburgers to me on Hollywood Boulevard (where the Hooters used to be, basically across the street from the TCL Chinese Theater... I decided that I was going to go there after I got into my car from the elite Hollywood bus tour. So I walk in the place is nice it's clean. It's got two levels. One level was closed off I guess clearly there wasn't enough customers. It did take at least a four minute before anyone acknowledge my presence as I was standing at the register... My order was taken and I was given my receipt and I thought it was really cool that he said if you need to use the bathroom the code on the receipt. That was definitely cool never seen that before. On the show, they don't tell you how much people are paying for anything, so I didn't realize that it was kind of pricey... after I put a dollar and the tip jar I had spent 20 bucks. $20 for a burger and onion rings? I thought this better be good! I asked for them to cut it in half. The guy said no problem. It took about seven or eight minutes. My food was ready. I didn't need to use the bathrooms by the time I came out about three minutes later I was ready I just takeoff and I get to my car. I open the bag and there's no onion rings. There's no onion rings in my bag, I was really disappointed and there's no way to contact these people and I had to park three blocks away so I wasn't walking three blocks back. I called the number that was on the website left them three messages...it's been a week and no one has returned my call, now mind you it's six dollars for onion rings they don't really care about my my little puny six dollars, but I care that I didn't get to eat them. I took a bite of the burger it wasn't even as hot as I thought it should be, and I felt like, man I could've went to In-N-Out got a burger, fries and a drink and it would've been hot and good for under $10. I rarely leave one star reviews. But my honest opinion Wahlburgers is over priced and overrated and I'm over it! Where's my onion rings Donnie? Hello Mark? Where's my onion rings...?

Yolanda G.

Yelp
Good burger and shake my son and I enjoyed it very much Had a cheeseburger and fries he had a regular burger and fries and a shake, and he liked it a lot

Yelp
I was waiting to try this East coast burger spot for years. Very disappointed, the burger has to be cooked from freezer to grill or microwave. Very bland no flavor, fries too thin. Just a little better than a ampm burger

Piere H.

Yelp
Never been here now I can cross it off my list and make sure never again, absolutely not worthed the most tastless burger I have ever eaten. I have been there done that finished forever.

Yelp
I heard they open this Wahlbuger at the casino and I ran to go check out food, and the drinks

Yelp
This has got to be one of the worst dinings experiences I've ever had. Service was.. okay. Not the best, but not the worst. The worst part was unfortunately the food. We paid just under $50 for 2 burgers, an order of onion rings, and 2 drinks. Unfortunately, it was not worth even half that. It was, in my opinion, glorified cafeteria food/fast food. They don't even offer complimentary water, which almost every restaurant in LA does. I don't usually drink soda, but they "don't have cups for water, so they'd be charging the same as the fountain drink." What :/. They also ask how you want your meat cooked, but it doesn't really matter because we both got the same almost-well done burgers, even though we asked for medium & medium well. That's not even the fault of the cooks because the burgers are so thin that it'd be difficult to really cook it to medium/medium-well properly. It's just.. not that kind of burger. These are cafeteria-style burgers, at best. To have the audacity to charge THAT MUCH for such subpar food feels almost criminal to me. Not only will I never come here, but I'm actually specifically going to tell my friends & family (and Yelp) of the comically bad experience in the hopes that they don't ever consider going there. What an absolute embarrassment of a dining establishment. Just because it's in a hotspot for tourists doesn't mean that they should have the freedom to charge such exorbitant prices for such subpar-tasting burgers.

Lourdes W.

Yelp
Place looks run down, needs some loving care. Burger was good a little to grease for me. Picture is what my husband ordered, a BBQ burger.

Mr M.

Yelp
Terrible service black male in front the cashier was very rude to me and my friend and our girlfriends when we were going to dine in and try Wahl Burgers for our first time and we all were ready to eat and need to use restroom so we can use and wash our hands and he would not let us, as well as not even get a word in and was very rude and sarcastic, first time I experience this especially going out with my gf and friends or family. This cashier looked very unhappy and had horrible customer service I would not expect this from such a location but I guess the people in the restaurant working or fast food chain really make a difference when there happy and good hearted and not a prick like this guy on 2/23/2025 7:30pm. Terrible.
google avatar

Cesar M.

Yelp
The restaurant staff was extremely rude and awful, They Refused to serve my grandma a cup of water. She's 80 years old and only bought a burger. Very disappointing restaurant experience. The food was decent, In going to drive my other 9 family members to InNOut. Thanks WahlBurgers

Raquel A.

Yelp
I was excited I was going to Walburgers however I was very disappointed. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the tater tots. I will not be returning. Oh, and it's very expensive. Everything is sold separately (except for the kids meal).
google avatar

Joel M.

Yelp
The food was extremely overpriced for a fast food restaurant. The restaurant was filthy, tables were sticky, bathrooms smelled horrible, I can go on. Save your money and go to Island Burgers instead. You will pay the same price for a true gourmet burger. If I could give it a negative score I would.
google avatar

Rosalee I.

Yelp
Don't sleep on this place. Deep down I was hoping Mark or Donnie Would be behind the counter to take our order but it didn't Happen Place is right across the Chinese Theater so if you are looking for great burgers, this is the place! Service was exceptional, staff was super friendly and attentive, even offered to cut my burger in half since I was sharing with my bff. Shortly after ordering, I realized their food was made to order which explains the unusual wait time. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! Yelp
So good! The burgers were fresh, very well seasoned, and had the perfect amount of bun/produce/meat. We got a side of fries and tater tots which were crispy and hot. The staff was super nice. Prices were reasonable, a tad bit high but the food was worth it. There isn't a lot of seating so make sure you find a spot asap. It's location is in the middle of Hollywood Blvd which is convenient if you want a quick good lunch.

Yelp
I absolutely loved the Wahlburgers location on the Sunset Strip (RIP it closed last year as several Wburgers locations shuttered), so I was excited to see that a new one had sprung up right in the heart of Hollywood, near TCL Chinese Theater, Madame Tussaud's, and all the tourist action. The burgers were good, actually NEARLY as good as the Sunset Strip location as they had the juicy thick meat patties with the slightly crispy edges that I liked at the other Wburgers location. But there were multiple reasons why I wasn't clicking my heels with joy in the way I have at previous Wburgers experiences elsewhere. Here were the issues: 1) We ordered 3 medium-well and 1 medium burgers, but they didn't label them and couldn't tell us which was which. 2) Pricing was fine for the burgers (the signature Our Burger is $10.95) but the drink pricing is crazy. $4.95 for a refillable soda and $8.95 for a shake. The soda does come with a collectible Wburgers Hollywood cup (that's good) but I wish they had mentioned it on the menu because that adds value and explains the high price for the soda. I would have gotten a soda instead of a shake because of the collectible cup had I known. 3) The famous Alma's macaroni salad is GONE from the menu. So sad, considering it was my favorite menu item and named after the Wahlbergs' matriarch! It's been replaced with bacon macaroni and cheese, which is just not the same...I guess I'll be trying to make it at home using dupe recipes from the internet... 4) The bathroom situation is an absolute disaster. They have coin-operated men and women's bathrooms with multiple stalls inside. The staff thought it was a good idea to control the customers by letting in one person at a time, and letting men into the women's bathroom and women's into the men's bathroom. I would be fine with that if it meant that whoever was waiting could use the next one available, however, they kept letting men into BOTH the men's and women's bathrooms, leaving us women outside waiting for the men to come out of the women's bathroom. If a man came out of the men's bathroom, they wouldn't let the women in. Once a dude stepped out of the women's bathroom, I told the woman behind me that both of us should just go into the women's bathroom and she didn't have to wait for me. She looked at me twice wondering if we should break the weird rule of not letting the women into either bathrooms and the weird rule of more than one person in at a time! It was beyond frustrating not being allowed to use either bathroom and being policed by the staff like that. On the plus side, I did like: 1) They have upstairs seating where you have a direct view of the Chinese Theater across the street. 2) Refillable soda cups 3) The burgers were actually juicy. I've been to the Wburgers at USC Village (this one also closed last year) and had a dry and charred, nearly inedible burger, so it seems that overall Wburgers is very inconsistent across their different locations. 4) They have a lady offering to take souvenir photos inside. She approaches people's tables and then prints them downstairs at a cash register next to the regular ordering counter. It seems like a scam (as people are often accosted in Hollywood Blvd and grifted) but it was actually legit.

Yelp
Beyond overrated and a total rip-off!! The $14 BBQ Bacon Burger didn't even come with lettuce or tomatoes. I asked to add lettuce and still didn't get it. Soda costs $5!! Tator tots are mushy and French fries were old. We got them to go so it was disappointing to find all these after so much anticipation of hope to get great burgers and fries. The only thing, the service was good. But that doesn't compensate for any of that!

Yelp
Meat for the burger was decently seasoned. Tots had a crunch. The service to order and receive the meal was in a timely manner. Restaurant was kept clean. Extremely pricey, just for burgers. Due to the high price, I'd rather go to another spot to get bang for your buck.
