I've been enjoying the free cup of coffee and the chocolate croissant for breakfast. The member perk of a complimentary coffee is fantastic, but the cleanliness of the coffee machine could use some improvement. Additionally, the chocolate croissants are delicious but oftentimes it tend to run out quickly or not be served. It would be great if these issues could be addressed to enhance the overall experience.

Rude staff... If I'm polite and engaging, I expect at least the members of staff (partners) at the tills/ checkout to at least say please, or thank you. No engagement whatsoever, and then to be looked at you like your an inconvenience! If you don't like your job, or you don't like your customers, then I suggested make room for more self service tills and reflect on your service skills.

Mostly good choice, but the coffee shortbread I go here for is available less than 50% of the occasions I visit.🙁 As usual, the security staff are 200% ineffectual - I don't understand why employees these days think it's OK to work with their personal earphones in, or to think it's OK to be paid to use their personal mobile phone whilst at work??? Surely a security guard needs to be able to hear and see what's going on around them in the workplace?? If you want the job, do the job. Otherwise, give it up for someone who is willing to do what they're being paid to do! EDIT: Thank you for your (meaningless) response, Danielle, but pity you're in such denial. This security guard had left the shop and was hiding behind the outer pillar, doing 'his own thing' - and anyone can see that he has his personal earphones in as well as the store headset. But if you want to believe, or make out to others, or indeed yourself, that he was doing the job he is employed to do for you, then good luck to you! It's clear from reading the reviews for this store that there are longstanding issues with the staff here, from the manager down, so it's no wonder the security staff think they can get away with this sort of behaviour. And to be fair, with a response like yours, you're not doing anything to help the situation either!

Last 3 days ago I bought here fruits for my son but one of that fruit pac already expired I bought 25/04/2024 but the fruit was expired from 24/04/2024 The store staff need to more careful of their products

Love food ideas, new recipes and selected quality product. This year flowers bulb/seed are nicely packed in carton and there is a variety of flowers.

I have used this branch of Waitrose for many years and have found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and good-humoured to engage with, including the security staff. I more often than not get what I want to buy and rarely have any cause for concern, which has always been very well addressed. I am surprised too, by the amount of good bargains on quality products that are readily available, at times beating their less higher-end competitors. A few weeks ago, I was so tired and had terrible brain fog, so had zoned out, unknown to me. a middle-aged Asian male member of staff at the counter where the cigarettes etc are sold noticed this and asked a member of his staff to put my basket on the counter and pack my shopping with genuine enthusiasm, a warm smile, and concern that touched my heart and I will always treasure his kindness and that of other members of staff over the years. It is certainly true staff will always be the greatest asset any company or organisation has which is why they should always be treasured as such. Congrats!

Filth absolute, filth. poultry section filled with blood and chicken juice. Freezers and fridges leak and are dirty. Shelves are a mess. The standards are dire and management needs to wake up and fix this store.

Worst service ever,, my sister is actually 23 years old and she had an online ID that was accepted by the manager but the employee was extremely rude and refused to serve us obviously because we were racially categorized as not acceptable so she decided to walk away and unfortunately the manager just simply came and kicked us out without even asking what the problem was so we just simply decided to leave even though my sister came in before with her 16 year old son that carried her bags and wasn’t even asked for her son’s ID an we were treated with the worst way just because my sister looks younger and she’s actually 23!! This is extremely unprofessional and rude.. I am actually thinking of making an official complaint and ask for compensation for the horrible discrimination and disgusting treatment!!
