Best breakfast burrito in LA! I usually don't get breakfast burritos, but had to try to see what the hype was about, and it surpassed my expectations. Today was grand opening, and my party arrived around 7:50am before they opened at 8 (but their normal hours are 7am) which the line wasn't bad at all. It was super organized despite the amount of people waiting and by the time we got our food, it took about an hour. Right before opening, the director of operations came out to thank us for coming out. The employees were all super nice and they even gave a sample of the chocolate almond croissant and a choice from three drinks (vanilla latte, matcha, orange juice). The ordering process was pretty easy, you can order with the employee and they call your name out for the drink, which you can then head outside where there is a pickup window. They also ask for your phone number so they can text when you can get your order.
We ordered the bacon and steak breakfast burrito, and for the drinks, orange juice and a matcha. The orange juice was sweet and refreshing, while the matcha was slightly bitter compared to the sample because we got oatmilk instead of the fresh milk. There is no inside seating, but there is outdoor seating. The steak burrito was literally so good, and it comes with spicy sauce that wasn't that spicy but it went well on the burrito. The tortilla had a nice crunch. The grass-fed steak was cut into small pieces which I liked, and comes with egg, avocado (you can also choose to not include avocado), tater tots, and cheese. I tried a bite of the bacon breakfast burrito from my mom, and it was good also, it was saltier than the steak one though.
Overall, while definitely pricey ($18 for a burrito that is about the size of my hand), I left feeling full. It was a good experience and was worth the drive to LA to try.
