The Best Restaurants In West Hollywood - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Located on the back patio of Las Perlas, Walking Spanish serves gussied-up takes on Central American dishes like thick yuca fries topped with crispy pork belly, pan con pollo sliders, and pupusas with fillings that sound like entrees. If you’re famished after a few palomas, your focus needs to be the $30 pupusa flight, which includes all five varieties, including gooey gruyére and fontina cheese, chicken in mole poblano, and our favorite, “The Eastlos” made with consomé-laced masa and drippy goat birria. Orders are placed at the register on the patio, but we’d recommend taking your haul back into Las Perlas to eat. The lighting is better (re: darker) if you’re on a date and you’re a short walk to the bar for another mezcal Old Fashioned." - brant cox
