i’m not sure if it’s even fair to rate walmart three stars. Walmart is a three star retailer that’s their marketplace and that’s what they look to do. Unfortunately, the greatest indication of that is the lack of staff and common customer service.

Disorganized and overcrowded. Shelves are often messy or understocked, and checkout lines take forever. Customer service is hit or miss, and finding help can be frustrating. Prices are good, but the shopping experience could be much better. Needs improvement!

WALMART+ IS EMBARRASSINGLY BAD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE. I have been a Walmart customer for 20 years and also an ex employee 16 years ago. Last month I bought Walmart+. I have epilepsy and cannot drive. That being said, I cannot ride 40 packs of water home on my bike. 5 out of 5 deliveries were incorrect last month and cancelled. They relentlessly email to reactivate it, so I did at half price on Saturday. Both orders Sunday and Monday were wrong. Yesterday the water doesn't come I call customer service and they apologize and refunded the water. I say thanks, but I want the water........which they tell me that they can't deliver unless they have something to pick up something. Well nothing to pick up because nothing delivered!! Was given a $10 off $15 order promo code that I can use in store. I go to the store today and cant use it. The customer service desk says I cant use it in store. I can only use it on orders......orders I have to spend $35 to have delivered. So customer service was wrong Today orders is missing 2 items and my bunch of bananas cane as 1 banana in a bag. Get another promo. CANT USE PROMO CODES IN STORE AND ALSO HAS TO BE $35 MINIMUM TO PICK UP ORDER

This particular Walmart is always fine. Aisles are clean, they usually have what you're looking for, and the workers are generally good-natured. I have never seen Walmartians at this location. Sometimes the self-checkout scan areas are packed, or a few of them are broken or offline at the same time. It can cause delays.
