I saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I started with a few appetizers and ordered the Yak Albondigas, fresh smashed guacamole and Sesame Fried Calamari. For my entrées I had the Pan Seared North American Elk Strip Loin and the Summer Vegetable Succotash & Grits. Most of the dishes were good but two definitely missed the mark. The biggest disappointment was the peach cobbler. It was more reminiscent of a peach crumble than a cobbler. There were peaches at the bottom but it was heavily coated with crumble. It also lacked serious flavor and was much different than what I've had in the past. However, in fairness, upon serving the dish, my server did say it was Colorado style, which, definitely was a surprise. The other dish was the Summer Vegetable Succotash & Grits. The grits were cooked well but did lack flavor. The vegetables were delicious and I appreciated the variety. The calamari was amazing. It came with a sauce that only enhanced its already bold flavors. It wasn't greasy or crispy but cooked just right. I can't recall ever having calamari this good. My server was very personable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She also provided me the names of a few places to visit while in Colorado.

They have a unique selection of meat, which made it interesting. I would like to go back and try something else. I thought everything else was just average, didn’t care for some dishes. But the elk was good, it taste like barbecue, which I didn’t like about the flavor, so I definitely thought the sauce could’ve been different to make it a lot better!! We got the four pack of dip for an appetizer. My favorite was the orange one, the other ones we didn’t really care for too much. The guacamole wasn’t that good there was nothing special about that so I wouldn’t recommend getting that one. The desserts were super average and not the greatest.

Nice restaurant to go to for happy hour! I highly recommend trying this restaurant during their happy hour to get the best bang for your buck. Most of the their dishes are good but not all of them. This is my personal opinion and experience. It is always best to form your own opinions based off what you like. The bison rib eye is delicious. The calamari was lacking the crispness and the crab cakes were okay. Most the other food items were good but not amazing. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and a had a nice atmosphere. Definitely a nice stop for a happy hour date night!

The meal was delicious and unique! It was a bit pricey, but we did get drinks and deserts...

We dined at this restaurant while in Denver, intrigued by their unique menu featuring elk and rabbit. The service was decent, and trying elk for the first time was an interesting experience, though the preparation didn't quite meet expectations. The rabbit dish stood out more positively. Unfortunately, some appetizers lacked flavor. Overall, the experience was fair but not particularly memorable.

This restaurant has all the stars!! I highly recommend coming here for excellent cocktails, wine selections, appetizers, entrees and wonderful servers and mixologists! Chef James is not only exceptional but his kitchen staff is extraordinarily well trained to follow in his his footsteps. This restaurant is a standout restaurant! We had the octopus app and it is the best we’ve had since NYC, the pork chop and lamb entrees were stellar! And dessert….over the top!

This place is phenomenal! Some of the best food I've had in a long time, and I've been through Bangkok. Drinks were tasty and kept full, the service was top notch, and I couldn't have picked a better spot for a bachelor party dinner. Anytime I come back through Colorado Springs I'll be making a stop here.

What a great venue for dinner. Took my father and my 8 year old daughter for a great meal. Surrounded by awesome artist works, and in a cool warehouse industrial, yet finished atmosphere. We enjoyed the pot sticker starter, variety of starter salads, and both the beef ribeye and elk strip. Perfectly cooked, and seasoned to perfection. Left happy and full. Not just for anniversary dinners, felt relaxed and welcoming.
