Inside Michelin-Starred Brat Restaurant by Tomos Parry, in Shoreditch | Eater London
"A Cornwall-based farming operation partnered with the restaurant to supply native-breed beef; animals are raised on moorland with diverse forage and finished on minimal grain to produce creamy yellow fat and concentrated beef flavour, forming an ongoing supplier relationship as the restaurant grows." - Adam Coghlan
I had a cheese and onion pasty. It was very tasty but I'm no expert on pasties; I just know that it was a hearty lunch, which is exactly what I needed at that time!

There's three in Penzance. This one is always quieter so easy to get in and out of, but also as it's smaller, had a more limited selection . Staff are friendly tho

Warren's is a bakery chain all over Penzance. Solid traditional Cornish fare if you're in a hurry.
