Warrior Event Space

I had such a fun night here last week! Located on Sunset, right next door to the Whisky, there's an indoor bar door stairs. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to the open roof dining room. You'll see flowers hanging from the rafters, sophisticated fabrics and chic furnishings. There are several tables overlooking sunset Blvd. As for the food, it's all Asian inspired dishes that were delicious! I highly recommend the chicken lettuce wraps, the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and bbq pork! Don't forget to add a cocktail or three because they are just as delicious!

What there with a couple of friends tonight and it was so welcoming and fun. The vibe was so cool. Tanya and Jay made us feel so welcome. The food is Chinese but has a fusion flavor. The drinks were great all with new interesting twist to them. I had the pear drink and The choo-choo and the Manhattan. All were delicious. We tried the walnut shrimp, the fried tofu and the scallion pancake which was lovely and crispy. We had the Kung Pao veggies, the vegan chicken lettuce wraps. Everything was so delicious. Atmosphere is very Miami Ish and you have a great view out the window. There’s also a great bar attached. I love the uniforms and the service especially! Visit them you won’t be sorry!

Where to start? My wife and I went for date night, we started with the scallion pancakes (yum!) Then the pork bao buns and orange chicken for entrees. Both were wonderfully flavorful and the orange chicken had just enough heat to bite you back a little bit. Cocktails were also enjoyable, my wife had a vodka drink called "The Asian Pear Affair" and mine was a Tanqueray and Tonic, both drinks were well made without being overly boozy. All that being said, the highlight of the evening was our server Allie who was very welcoming, efficient and made great suggestions throughout the evening. Armed with a great sense of humor and her "let's have fun together" attitude made her visits to the table a real pleasure! A big shout out also to Tanya who personally checked in to see how our evening at Warrior had been and was there anything else they could do for us. With traffic, our drive was about 3 hours from San Diego and Warrior is worth the drive, a definite must do again! Next visit we'll try the side of open roof patio that overlooks the famous Sunset Strip!

Ok. First of all holy cr@p. The space is super cool, the girl servers are super hot AND nice and the food blew our minds. I just wanna say thank you to our lovely server who was so gracious and made our experience fantastic.

This place is awesome. The food is delicious, well portioned, and very well priced. Loved the ambience, location and really just everything about it. Will definitely be coming back here.

Visited this place last week. The service was impeccable. Better than double eagles and five star gourmet - really these titles mean nothing to me anymore after visiting Warrior. For the sake of Warrior's longevity, I hope management is able to retain their talented staff and keep them inspired to consistently deliver the experience I had. I wish I got their names, but everyone who worked on Thursday night was simply on point. I didn't have a reservation and they didn't make me feel like a leper for failing to do so. I wished I had dressed nicer, but I honestly thought I was going to find a traditional Chinese food spot. Instead, I was greeted by a beautiful staff who reassured me that my attire was passable for the evening. I still wanted to match the swanky vibe that caught me off-guard. Think Jhenee Aiko and Billy Eilish meeting up for mai-tais. (I might edit this later when I think of a better set-up). Anyway, it was fairly busy and the manager, the hostess, waitress, bartender, and runner? (kitchen was below the dining level and they used an elevator to go between the two) were extremely still attentive. There was a delay in receiving my entree but I enjoyed their signature cocktails and beautiful ambiance while waiting and the staff maintained communication before I started to wonder. The space is cozy - lean but comfortable laced with art and music. I was greeted by everyone who came within a few paces with me. Warm smiles and eye contact. Genuine and welcoming. The decor is sensual - enter from Sunset to ascend a stairwell that finds hanging cherry blossoms, glass bead lamps, rattan, and velour on a two-level patio-balcony that seats you next to the LA skyline. oh and the food: I had the fried rice, orange chicken and fried dumplings. All shareable. Could feed 2-3 people depending on appetites. I sipped on the Asian Pear affair (vodka + pear with notes of lemon and honey).

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Drinks presentation really adds to the ambiance. Bartender and hostess on Wednesdays are the best!

This is one of my favorite places in all of Los Angeles, not only because of the immaculate setting and views -- but mostly because of the impeccable service. A few of the awesome staff I would like to recognize (because they deserve it) are: the best bartender (Bianka), the best servers (Simone, Allie, Skye), and a truly incredible hostess (Amelia). This place is super awesome and the vibes are next level. Recommend this place to everyone and looking forward to my next visit. Best, Paul

This place is super cute - definitely a fun vibe for a fun night out. It's the former Pearl. I like the half outside/half inside vibe. The food is decent, but heavily sauced. The drinks were also very sweet. However, pricing is great. We ordered a ton of food and drinks. We were 7 people, split the bill 6 ways, and only paid $75 each. So in that aspect, the place is great. However, service needs work. Our server failed to bring our four of our dishes (though, we had so much and didn't really need it). The server also failed to give us any real guidance on what to order. He also didn't really check in on us and delayed some things.

Went here for my last birthday! I emailed ahead of time to get a reservation for 10 and was able to customize the menu to dietary restrictions. The food was amazing and great portion sizes for our group! We also ordered cocktails (great as well) that were a bit strong but delicious. Parking was a little rough (valets behind the restaurant - as expected for weho) Love the vibes and that we were able to sit in a pretty private space away from the rest of the people there. Definitely will return

What a great find! We came here as a double date and everything was perfect. We were happily greeted in an extremely aesthetic restaurant by the hostess who immediately took us to our table. The waitress was training a new girl and they were on top of everything! They knew what to recommend and really delivered! Definitely coming back!

I'm so surprised this place does not have the hype it deserves...I saw average reviews but I love Asian food so I went in with an open mind, and my experience was soooo diff from other reviewers!! Location: 5/5 Vibe: 5/5 food: 5/5 drinks: 5/5 service: 4/5 My new go to place for Asian food. All the dishes were very tasty, well seasoned, and generous amount. We were party of 4, and we had plenty left over. 1 of our guests doesn't even like asian cuisine but she loved their food. Legit everything was bomb! Drinks- A+...we got every drink on the menu x2 and all but one (red with some spice) was great!! Our favorite was the one with the pear and the coconut one At first the service was a little rusty, blame it on the larger party...bt the food and drinks compensated for that

Made reservations on a Thursday night just to have fun with friends and this was a great place to have it at! Love the vibes and decor. There's ample seating and it's located on the strip so you can see the street below if you sit near the outside. There's also a lot of heat lamps, so it's definitely warm enough! I recommend sharing these dishes since they are meant to be shared. Between 5 girls, we ordered: 1. Fukyou chicken lettuce wraps - came with a big piece of lettuce and dipping sauce similar to hoisin sauce, but this dish wasn't my fav. Not too flavorful and just alright. 2. Honey walnut shrimp - really great! Loved how these tasted and it was perfectly cooked. A nice slight crunch and a little sweet. 3. Fried rice - this was surprisingly really good! I thought it was just going to be normal fried rice but it was flavorful and the rice was a great texture (not too dry or oily) 4. BBQ pork buns - loved this too! The pork was crispy yet soft, the buns were fluffy, and the sauce was great! This came with a lot of pork too so I thought it was a good amount. We also ordered the asian pear and butterfly drinks and they were both really good! It was the perfect balance in terms of sweetness and alcoholic taste. Overall really enjoyed the food and vibes here. I'd say the only downside is that the service is kind of slow. We had to try to get out server's attention multiple times. Otherwise, I would definitely come back! As for parking, we paid for $20 in the back behind the restaurant. You can also try to find street parking but it's quite hard to do so most times.

I am not sure if they are operating as a restaurant anymore or just as an event space? Came here on a Friday night around 7 and they were closed, lights off, doors locked EVERYTHING! I saw online they say they still have happy hour, so I thought it would still be a restaurant even though they changed their name on here and their website to specify as an Event Space. Not sure why they would do that but ok! Had to go to Night + Market instead and you KNOW they had a wait on a Friday

Absolutely stunning spot in West Hollywood with great drinks and shareable Chinese food. The prices for the food were pretty reasonable too! My favorites were the honey walnut shrimp & the rice noodles. Such a cool spot to get drinks and Asian comfort food! Also one of the most aesthetic restaurants in the area. Amazing service too!

Came here back in June soon after it opened, so this review is super late but I loved this spot! I think it will be a sunset blvd staple soon enough. I was with a group of 6 and we had a reservation booked, but the table wasn't quite ready for us when we showed up. The staff was kind enough to give us all free drink tickets to check out the bar downstairs while we waited for the table, and it was a great opportunity to have some tasty drinks and check out the cool interior of the bar area. Once we were actually seated, we ordered almost everything on the menu for our large group. I thought all the food tasted great, and everyone else seemed to agree. The great food combined with the trendy ambiance made for a fantastic experience. It did take some time to get the attention of our server, but that was understandable considering how busy they were. I would definitely come back here again.

Upscale Chinese restaurant with great ambiance! Came to Warrior on a Friday night. We made a reservation through Open Table the night before, but the restaurant wasn't too full so I think we would have been okay without one. When you walk in, you'll see a bar to your left and then if you walk all the way back and the stairs, you'll get to the actual restaurant which is on the top floor/rooftop! The nice part is that the rooftop is covered and there are heat lamps. They also have another bar upstairs which you can go to for casual drinks. The waitress was very attentive to us throughout the night and the Butterfly cocktail was sweet/yummy (would recommend). The food was also fabulous and super tasty. For 2 of us, we got the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Warrior BBQ Pork, and Pan Fried Noodles. The Warrior BBQ Pork was hands down the best dish of the night and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. They give you all the ingredients including the bao buns. The portions were honestly bigger than I was expecting and I would consider them fairly priced. We had leftovers and got to take them home for another meal. Make sure to leave yourself enough time for parking since that area is mostly street parking. Looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes!

02/14/2020 Just before pandemic hit I found this gem of a place on vacation. We didn't have a reservation but I really wanted to try this place. After saying I am not from LA and really wanted to try the bouncer was kind enough to let us in. As we were only 2 they were able to get us something after waiting at the lounge below! Certainly upvoting for That ;) The food was amazing!!!!!! I will add some pics but their desert was to die for! Service and people were friendly too! I am going back to LA next week with a huge group so I'll certainly give you guys another update :). Have fun with the food pics :)..

I was ignored by my server & had to fight for good service. They were not completely packed & I had a reservation for 1. She still looked over me to greet a couple who walked in 10mins after I did. I had to let her know I got there first & even asked her to check open table for my name. Very pissed about that. Because that's your job as a host/serve. She got their drinks before she asked me what i wanted to drink, took their order before mine & checked on them way more often than me. How would I know all of this? SHE SAT THEM DIRECTLY BESIDE ME. I wanted to walk out so badly but I decided to give them a chance since the guys in the back were so helpful. When I asked for a to go box for my appetizer, she took it & threw it away. Why would you do that? Men from the back were serving me more than she was. Very horrible service usually trumps the food being served in my book. So since the food wasn't the best, I wouldn't come back because of the way I was treated. Why would I come back for subpar for & horrible service? No thanks. Cool ambiance though. I always walk this stupid line of over tipping (because of the stereotypical things people think/say/do when it comes to black customers not tipping) & giving a server exactly what they deserve. Unfortunately, since I've been a server before I gave a more than fair tip of $10. She deserved nothing. But trust and believe that this experience pushed me over the edge. I don't care what people think of me as a Black woman. YOU'RE GETTING THE TIP YOU DESERVE. Every server has this girl to thank. Would never come back to this establishment.

The vibes and atmosphere were on point. I love the way the space is decorated. They were apparently a bit short staffed and it seemed that there was a lack of communication between everyone. We had different servers coming to take our order after we already placed it. Despite being short staffed I think the service was good and we were given complimentary drink cards for our next visit at the lounge. I'm picky about my Chinese food for various reasons. One of them being I studied abroad there. The food was good but there were small things that could have been done better. I ordered the Vegan Dan Dan noodles which had way too much "meat" and the flavor of the fake meat was overwhelming because there was so much. The meat was also mixed in which I haven't seen with this dish but that's preference. The Honey Walnut Shrimp were also good and were cooked perfectly. We also had Fried Rice which we ordered has veggie but received shrimp instead. Again, they were short staff so we didn't send it back. Drinks were good!

My new favorite restaurant in West Hollywood. When I say the vibes are immaculate I mean it. Never have I seen a restaurant decorated with so many stunning colors and textures. From gold tables, to custom painted murals and hanging flowers, Warrior has it all. They offer an array of beautiful vegan dishes with gluten free options as well. Their cocktails are just as delicious as they are immaculate. You literally cannot go wrong with any of them. Their server Leilani is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE of a person. She is so incredibly kind and attentive. She was truly what made the Warrior experience magical. I cannot wait to return and bring all of my friends for more delicious eats, fun, and vibes.

I'm SHOOK. As a Taiwanese/Chinese, I've never seen such blatant cultural appropriation in my entire life. My partner and I were walking around the neighborhood and spontaneously decided to pop into Warrior for cocktails and a small bite. I was not expecting to enter a place that was built around the exploitation of my culture. From the bastardized Chinese cuisine and mocking of our language (FUKYOU chicken, really?!) to white female servers dressed in sexualized Qipao that look like they were bought off of Yandy.com, everything about this restaurant is an insult to Chinese culture. What's next - will you have your servers tape their eyes? Shame on the owners and management of Warrior Los Angeles. It's 2022. Open your eyes! This is as unacceptable as blackface and wearing Native American costumes for Halloween. 2 stars because the ladies working here were actually very nice and attentive. I feel horrible to have to write this review, but someone needs to point out that this is NOT OK. Warrior Los Angeles is cancelled.

This place was absolutely one of the worst restaurants, if not the worst, I've been to in LA. My partner had planned a date night and he had requested balcony seating. When we arrived they told us that it was full, but we said we were willing to wait for a balcony seat so they seated us indoors (which first off, isn't actually indoors and the heating lamp was pretty weak so it was kind of cold). We ordered drinks and decided to wait until we were moved to start ordering food. Looking at the menu, it seems like whitewashing Chinese food but I can't give a review About 20 minutes later an older white couple (maybe the waiters didn't think we would order much or tip well since we are younger looking or ethnic since I noticed that only other younger/college age people were seated near us while the groups on the balcony were older) was seated near us and we watched them request the balcony seating and immediately get moved. When we confronted the hostess, she acted confused and consulted another waiter. At that point they told us that we would have to keep waiting and apologized, and I decided that I had enough. I wish I had gotten the names of the two waiters/hosts, and FOR THE RECORD, we are totally ok with not getting our ideal seating but don't promise us first priority to get outdoor seating if you are going to disregard us later! At other restaurants like The Little Door, they told us they could not guarantee outdoor seating and we may need to wait, but still made an effort to seat us in the area we preferred. Warrior clearly needs to train their staff better to not give empty promises as well as prioritize certain parties over others. My partner paid our check and we took an Uber to Ocean Prime on Rodeo, where they were also booked full, but they managed to seat us somewhere nice and had a fantastic night there.

Absolutely loved this place - The food is great, the cocktails are bloody delicious and the staff is super friendly. I walked passed this place many times and decided to give it a go- I was pleasantly surprised with how cute this spot is. The food was great, they had vegan/veggie options too. The staff was beyond lovely and overall I had a wonderful experience. 1000% would come back!

Our evening here was incredible. The food is surprisingly good. The atmosphere is stunning and sexy and a VIBE! Every server and bartender was friendly and chatted with us as they passed. Bathrooms were clean. The cocktails were meh, so I'd stick to liquor and mixer or wine/beer. Our server was the highlight of the evening. I think her name was Simone? She was beautiful and attentive, super funny and was an absolute blast to face around. We will come bank for her!!!

Simone is absolutely amazing one very way imaginable. I've had her for two times in a row and the way she makes you feel at home when you sit down for a dinner and rink with your good Judys. Defiantly come for the fried rice, green beans, warrior chicken and kung pan veggies. The food is always enough to share with reasonable prices. A great place for date night, a friends night out or networking with someone you hope to impress.

This place is cute, but nothing special. None of the food really WOW'd me. I'm here for the aesthetics and drinks. It was nice for a date night. We sat on the top floor and overlooked Sunset BLVD. Our host was suuuper attentive and polite. She gave suggestions and helped with all of our questions. I'll be back to try more drinks, but I'll pass on the food.

I love being able to walk to a restaurant that has asian fusion food! The restaurant is upstairs and is a smaller space than anticipated (which isn't a bad thing!) but they also have a bar downstairs. I enjoyed the fried tofu, scallion pancakes, and their vegan noodles. All of them were full of flavor. The scallion pancakes had a nice crisp to them compared to some other places nearby (like Little Fatty or Pine and Crane). Their noodles were full of flavor and had a good mix of veggies so I didn't feel too bad about it afterwards (haha). The drinks are fairly priced for being in LA. We tried most of the drinks and felt like they were light and refreshing. The only bad thing was that I felt like so many servers/waiters were helping us that they got confused on what we ordered and we almost ended up paying for the other table's drinks on top of ours!

I came here for a birthday party and we loved the open bar! There was only one bartender on the shift so it made things a lot slower but overall he was really great at making drinks and put on a show when he was making things. It was a private party but random drunk/high strangers still kept coming in and interrupting so I think they could do a better job at promoting safety / respecting the privacy of those who rent the space with a bouncer.

Five stars in every area! Food is wow! Drinks are some of the best I've had! Service is exceptional and the ambience omg! This place is a hidden gem!

Okay so I walked in here and realized this place used to be Pearls Rooftop!! And I loved Pearls Rooftop! Needless to say, Warrior isn't Pearls, but the ambiance of the restaurant is still the same. I LOVE the dimly lit, garden feel and the huge fireplace when you walk up the stairs is a great addition. Unfortunately our visit started off a little rough but our waitress quickly made up for it upon realizing we were her table. We tried a variety of food such as the beef and broccoli noodle, the F You chicken, green beans and fried rice. Oh MY Goodness, EVERYTHING was delicious. The chicken had the perfect amount of spice and the green beans were some of the best I've tasted. All the dishes were freshly made and had huge flavor! The only dish I did not like were the complimentary fried tofu. Yuck. As for cocktails, there is an interesting menu full of fun drinks. I ordered the something paradise, I can't fully remember the name but it's the first drink on the list made with Rum. TRY THIS! It was a light and uplifting with a unique taste to it. Soooooo damn good! Thank you to our waitress whose name I totally forgot. She was super sweet an apologetic for the confusion in the beginning. She truly helped turn the visit around. Paired with her kindness and the quality of the food is enough to get me to return.

What a hidden place that I never knew about. This is real good Chinese food probably the best I ever had. The place is decorated with fantastic light and fireplace. Besides the food I also loved the drinks here, I got every drink on their featured menu and everything was ahhmazing. There was one with coconut and lemongrass I believe in a wooden cup ohh wow that one I can drink gallons of. I will definitely be back here soon with some friends.

Tried this place on a whim for a night out on the town. This restaurant is absolutely perfect for a date night, birthday, celebration or girls night out! The food was delicious, portion sizes generous for the price, drinks strong but tasty, and the ambience was sexy, chic and cool. Service was excellent, friendly and professional; we felt we were well attended to, and the food came out quick and hot. When asked recommendations the server was knowledgeable and catered the recommendations to my own preferences which as a service professional in past experience myself, definitely made me feel like I was in good hands. To arrive you'll walk through a narrow corridor, past a lounge area and up a tiny staircase to an open concept dining area. The restaurant itself is semi outdoor and has a covered patio/rooftop feel to it. The side of the restaurant facing the street is completely open for you to gaze out to Sunset Blvd during you meal. The dining area features Neon signage mixed with a modern and oriental aesthetic. The room is dimly light with candles making the room feel intimate and sexy. The food is served family style. Larger portions at reasonable prices not typically expected to be found in what is usually an expensive dining experience in LA. You get all the frills of an instagrammable dinner without the hit to your bank statement and still have leftovers to take home. The food is tasty, authentic and rich. We tried the walnut shrimp which was the perfect balance of crispy and sweet. Next were the broccoli and beef noodles; the noodles were firm, broccoli fresh and crunchy and the beef was similar to a short rib, tender and juicy. The fried rice was a bit sweet but not overwhelmingly and had a good balance of umami. I would definitely try the fried rice with the add ons next time. The menu does differ a bit from what is posted on their website but I wasn't disappointed. Everything tasted great. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend and can definitely see this restaurant become the next trendy restaurant you need to be seen at.

I was very excited to try this place given its amazing reviews but had a terrible overall experience. Had a reservation for two- got there a few minutes early. Was asked to wait by the bar until our table was set up while there were 80% open tables. Grabbed a drink. Hostess then led us to one of the empty tables that were already set prior to our arrival. Came to order food. Waitress took our order. Came back a few minutes later and said that they were out of orange chicken. Then out of the noodle dish. Then out of the other noodle dish. Mind you, there are only 8 main courses, and they were out of three of them. Ordered a sake bottle, and they were out of that too. Ordered a second bottle, same story. For a business that was running at 20% of its full occupancy, at 9pm, on a Saturday night, this is embarrassing. Needless to say, I won't be back. 1 star only because the few dishes I could order were extremely salty and we had to go through 3 750ml bottles of water.

Came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday for a friend. There were 5 of us (this is really important). We ordered drinks and food and enjoyed our night and atmosphere. The problem comes AFTER I paid for the bill. The bill came and it seemed a little pricey, I looked it over and shrugged it off and left a tip, it's for my friends birthday! After examining the bill more I notice they snuck in a 18% gratuity fee in small letters and in even smaller font at the bottom it says "18% gratuity added to parties of 6 or more". There were only 5 people at my table the entire night. Will not be returning here.

I wouldn't go back. Very surprised that this place is so highly rated. The food is not great. I went to dinner with 3 vegans and we ordered an entirely plant based dinner. The waitress who took our order did not write anything down (which I personally cannot stand). It doesn't impress me when you fuck up my order because you didn't take notes. We started with drinks. We all ordered the same drink but 1 of my friends ordered the mock tail version. They delivered her the alcoholic version... she noticed because she started getting tipsy. That was the first strike for this dinner. We also ordered the vegan lettuce cups and they brought us the CHICKEN version! My vegan friend was already 2 bites in when we noticed that something was off. I asked the waitress about this and she immediately took it away and said she brought out the wrong one. Rather than take this dish off the bill, she brought out 3 shots of tequila (only 2 of us drink and the 3rd friend ordered a mock tail so why on earth would we want shots?) The food in general was not great. The lettuce of the lettuce cups was yellow. The scallion pancakes were very flakey but not doughy at all. The garlic green beans were soggy and drenched in sauce. Lastly, when we went to pay, we put 3 cards in and she charged my friend twice, and my other friend once. So we ended up having to do venmo anyway. Just a shitty dining experience with below average food and drinks.

I made a reservation on open table on October 18th for 8:30pm. We had to pay for parking and went to the restaurant and it was closed. Literally no one was there. We were so disappointed because we made reservations expecting to have dinner there. Since we already paid for parking we ended up going to the cantina next door.

One of my friends from the Bored Ape community referred me to go here since the food was apparently super delicious. Decided to pass by and make a reservation in person for the week however I realized upon getting there that it's only for corporate events .

We recently came here for dinner, my first time here, and upon walking in I absolutely loved the decor especially the candelabras! To start ordered was the crunchy cauliflower Aioli, Chives, Fukyou Chicken Basil, Chili, Onion, Szechuan Pepper and the Filet Mignon Black Garlic Sauce, Yu Choy, & Mushrooms. The chicken was pretty spicy but quite flavorful, deep fried and breaded. The Filet came on a really hot sizzling plate, upon delivery they pour the ozzy goozy goodness sauce over the meat, very flavorful but could use a bit of seasoning. Overall great experience! Note: Look for street parking that is free after 6:00 as opposed to paying the $20 for valet.

Celebrated hubby's birthday and our long overdue date night. I finally got our dinner reservation (a must!) since they re-open. The staff are all super friendly, it adds up to the positive vibe, especially Tanya - Thanks for the tequila shot!! Their drinks taste great- i got the butterfly cocktail and hubby tried the watermelon drink, so amazing! We want to get more drinks but i want to enjoy and savor their food more, the portion sizes are amazing and very delicious. We ordered scallion pancakes, warrior bbq pork shank with bao buns, orange chicken (almost every table ordered it), honey walnut shrimp, and a birthday celebration must have noodles - we got the dan dan noodles (spicy but very good). We ate too fast and still have a lot of food to take home. Overall, we will definitely be back soon. We had a very great time!!

Located in the heart of the Sunset Strip, next to the Whisky à Go Go and near the Viper Room and Book Soup, Warrior is the quintessential hip cocktail bar clearly not aimed at boomers such as ourselves. We are not big cocktail drinkers and their wine selection was interesting but modest at best. The servers seemed to be straight out of Las Vegas given their attractiveness and flattering outfits. The interior, requiring the ascension of one flight of stairs, opened up to a breathtaking view south of the LA basin, with baroque touches such as sputtering 5 candle candelabra. We sat in a highly comfy booth for two. All of this would not matter that much but for the food, which due to the influence of chef Hung Huynh, was excellent. We particularly liked the drunken Warrior noodles with perfectly braised short ribs, tender without a smidgen of fat or gristle. A side of rice came in a small stainless bowl in the Korean style. Perhaps not the best food in town but the combinations of the atmosphere, view, service, food, location, and moderate prices made it a winner.

Loved the food! Dumplings, phat rice noodles, and orange chicken were great. We also ordered the tofu which was good!! Definitely recommend coming with a group and ordering family style. The ambiance and decor in itself is a reason to go. A lot of different locations to sit at, even a private room with a party/event going on that looked super nice. Definitely recommend trying out while it's new, once people find out about it I anticipate it being pretty hard to get a res because it was definitely one of the better Asian spots at this price point that I've been to! Only downside was that The drinks weren't the best (both cocktails and wine), but still decent.

First off lightning and decor of this place is so fun and pretty! Love the vibes, so much potential. Food was half good. The chicken for our lettuce wraps was so extremely greasy that I couldn't finish it. My boyfriend ate most of it. At the end of the night we asked for extra lettuce to take with us since we had more chicken, but they said the kitchen was closed. Maybe it's just me being extra, but isn't grabbing some uncooked raw lettuce easy? The orange chicken was really good we enjoyed that and it was a large serving! I was very disappointed in service! We waited forever for shots! We purposely ordered shots to get them quickly and that took forever. We waited for what seemed like almost an hour for our check! It was beyond ridiculous since it was the end of the night and there were barely people there. This place has potential like I said, but they need to work on their service, maybe hire more staff!

Drinks yes! Food....NO! I used to love this place when it was Pearl's Oyster Bar. I was excited to try the Warrior and was happy to see that it still had the cute, CA, baloney vibe but with cool Asian inspired artwork and decor. The drinks were cool. Two of us had the Butterfly Kok-tail- fruity, refreshing, so good! Our other girlfriend tried the Choo Choo- it comes in an adorable miso bowl and tastes kind of like a pina colada but not quite as sweet or as thick. But the food was pretty much an all around fail. And even good drinks don't make up for just how epically bad the food is at this place. Fried Dumplings- these were the only decent thing we ate. Albeit they tasted like Trader Joe's frozen dumplings that had just been fried up and served with a side of sauce. Fukyou Chicken Lettuce Wraps- Yuck. The lettuce that comes with this dish is just a thick slice from a head of iceberg lettuce as opposed to decent size leaves that you can make your wraps with. That aside, the chicken was vomit invoking. It was small bits of dry shredded chicken in an overly spicy weird sauce that was just bad, I mean BAD, and not edible. Pan Fried Noodles- whatever the "warrior sauce" is that these noodles come swimming in is really just plain gross. Too much sauce, way way way way too much sauce. We basically got Udon noodles in a thick hoisin soup sauce. You need a spoon to eat these noodles. But then you don't want a spoon because it's awful and you would rather have a cup-o-noodles at home. Warrior needs a new chef, stat. In the meantime, don't waste your time or your money. Wait for a table at Din Tai, go to Bao, even PF Chang's is better.

Wow! This place is gorgeous! The decor is so chic on the indoor/outdoor terrace with hanging plants, beautiful furniture and a fireplace. The atmosphere was perfect for a get together with my girlfriend for cocktails and great food. We wanted to go somewhere with a "vibe" and this was definitely a good choice. The food was outstanding and each dish was presented beautifully. We started with the "crack cucumbers" which were so addicting! We then had the kale salad and the tomato/tofu salad. Both were the best salads I've ever had! Since we couldn't decide between all of the items on the menu, we also ordered the Wagyu dumplings. They were so good we almost ordered another!! They came in a caramelized onion sauce that I could have drank by itself! For our main, we shared the seabass and the toban mushrooms which came presented in a beautiful lidded dish. Both were seriously delicious! Overall I think the best part of the meal was the prices. For the quality and portion size you'd expect to pay way more. The service was attentive and they answered all of our questions about the menu. This was the perfect girls night out! A We went downstairs for cocktails in the lounge after dinner. I can't wait to go back!

Wow wow wow I can't express how amazing everything is here the vibe the service the food wow the fooooood honestly one of my new favorite Chinese spots hands down and there open till midnight and the vibe is so nice we had the best waitress star she really was a star! I can't wait to come back here if your thinking about going to warrior RUN because it will not disappoint at allll and the prices were not bad at all! If I could give it 10 stars I would

Soooo let's start with saying that the wait staff were great, 5/5 the ambience and location is great and the place is super cute BUT the food is not even close to as good as Panda Express, this is a really big disappointment if you are looking for a good eating experience because you just won't get it and there's probably nothing even comparable to panda that will wet your appetite, cocktails are ok but also best just making your own fav drink as they have a full bar

Omg Simone is hilarious and so attentive to all her customers! How she juggles all her tables is amazing! She knows everything on and off the menu, and really made my date night memorable! As for the business, all the staff is incredibly nice (and attractive lol), and the food and drinks are incredible. Definitely worth trying out if you've never been here, you won't regret it. So glad we decided to try Warrior! This place was so delicious! The atmosphere is fun and design was so pretty! Alexandra was our server and she was so amazing and had excellent recommendations. We had the Scallion Pancake, fried dumplings, pork with bao buns, beef and broccoli and the Kung Pao Veggies. All were super delicious! Cocktails were fabulous as well!

My husband and I dined here tonight for a much needed date night. The restaurant is upstairs and has a really cool look and vibe. Hubby ordered the Japanese old fashioned and the house old fashion. He enjoyed both but his favorite was the house old fashion. I ordered a Butterfly Cocktail and it was sweet, strong and delicious. I would recommend this place for a nice date night and a great place to come with friends. Next time I plan to come with friends to share and try more of the food. We ordered the honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, lettuce wraps (spicy and delicious) and Orange chicken. Rice and Orange Chicken are big portions, I would say enough for 4. We have a lot of food to enjoy tomorrow so I am not complaining. The staff all worked together to take care of all their customers no matter who was waiting on the table. Their customer service was outstanding. There is a great bar downstairs that we had an after dinner cocktail and played Chinese checkers at. Overall I loved the dining experience, great cocktails, great food, excellent customer service. We can't wait to come back.

The service tonight was absolutely horrible. I've never felt the need to write a bad review until tonight's dinner, especially given how understanding we all need to be with the restaurant industry in this pandemic but this was inexcusable. After arriving at 6:45 and placing our order with our waitress shortly after, we were left unattended for almost an hour until our food arrived. In that hour, we politely asked the waitress after thirty minutes when we could expect our food and she retorted that the restaurant was short staffed that night and that there was a large party attending (even though we placed our order well before that table attended and the restaurant wasn't even at half capacity), no apology, no sympathy, just an excuse which didn't even hold water and implied other patrons had precedence over us. Fifteen minutes later, we noticed that a table next to us that came much later was already receiving their dishes and asked the hostess (who was much more competent) about what the hold was, she apologized and said she would check in. Shortly after, our original waitress who had been avoiding our table the entire time came by and said that the food would be coming out shortly and that it was delayed because the elevator can only hold so much food (an excuse that doesn't explain why the adjacent table received their food shortly after ordering). By this point we were starving. Only after that ordeal did our food finally arrive, passably good but over salted. Any attempt made to communicate with our waitress was met with condescension and poor excuses that made us feel very unwelcome. Another adjacent table also said as they left that the food took an eternity. An enjoyable night with a lot of potential totally spoiled. I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past but their current standard of service and timing has taken a turn for the worse.

Great beautiful atmosphere and ambience. Let's start with staff. They immediately accommodated me when I asked for seats with a better view. Also when we asked to take a picture our waitress was kind enough to suggest turning on the fireplace and taking better pics of us. Okay now food. We ordered way tooo much. The pan fried noodles were great. Wontons were 10/10 probably my favorite thing. The crack cucumbers were okay...

the ambience was delightful and the food was pretty good for chinese food in la. only reason i gave it four stars is because the food took 5ever. i'm really obsessed with the decor and intimate lighting in the space. the cocktail was nice too. very fruity. i had the butterfly kok-tail with gin and a bunch of fruity things like pear elderberry. parking isn't ideal in the area but i'd def come back for date night or a larger party because they offer shared plates and it's a lot of food for 2.

Had such a nice time celebrating my birthday here! The staff was lovely and very accommodating. We changed the party size a couple of times without a problem. A few of us showed up early to try and have a drink downstairs in the lounge, sadly it was closed for a private event but they let us sit at our table early and enjoy our drinks there which was really nice of them. Between 10 of us we tried a good amount of the menu. They also have a good amount of vegan options on the menu which we definitely appreciated! Our standouts were definitely the Fried Rice, the Cucumbers, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The cocktails were great as well, a little on the sweet side though! I really enjoyed the Hot Ticket and the Morning Glory. Overall would definitely recommend. The ambiance is so lovely, the staff were friendly and accommodating, great food and great drinks! Will definitely be back!

Pork belly baos were good, classic Asian flavoring. Broccoli noodles felt mass produced and a little greasy. Chicken had a very puffy breading, maybe used a leavening even. The chicken inside was rather small but still tender. Ambience was very artistic and gave the feeling of exclusivity. Food was very similar to Panda Express to be perfectly honestly, which is not meant to sound negative. 4 People, $120 total
