"Join the Thanksgiving day brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will include muffins and pastries, fresh fruit, a cheese platter, grilled vegetables, several salads, a seafood station with chilled poached shrimp and smoked salmon, roasted herbed turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, pan-seared salmon, molasses pork loin, pan-seared chicken breast, mashed potatoes and candied sweet potato mash, ginger honey heirloom carrots, butter poached winter vegetables, Virginia baked ham, hickory-smoked prime rib, and a made-to-order omelet and waffle station.
