Loved my stay at the Melrose Hotel Dallas! The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable with a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the Library Bar was a great spot to unwind. Plus, the location in Uptown is ideal—close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Google
Great hotel in a walkable neighborhood! We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The hotel has a very classic, fancy, appealing vibe to it, but the rooms and amenities are updated. Our King room had tons of space, a great bed, and a huge bathroom with a very nice shower. The ceiling fan plus AC were great and helped me sleep very comfortably on a great bed with comfy pillows. The pool is very nice, staff are helpful and friendly, the bar, The Library, is beautiful and has great drinks, and the housekeeping staff were great. Note that parking is valet only, at $45 a night, but the valet service was high quality and kind of nice to have.

I think it's a...fine...hotel. The interior of the room was a bit tired, harking back to the 90s, but not in an ironic way. The bathroom was remodeled. Bed itself was very soft, you can decide if that's your flavor, and there was no mini-fridge. Bar downstairs looked busy for a weekday night, which is a plus. I haven't stayed in Dallas before, but I would probably look elsewhere if I was to return.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Henry, the valet. Henry was welcoming, friendly and so kind. He made our first impression a great one! Sadly, that ended when we checked-in. The young lady, who checked us in, could barely say “Welcome to the Melrose.” She never even cracked a smile and was very cold and unwelcoming. We struck up a conversation with the young man, standing next to her, and he was most delightful. Our room was lovely, an amenity was sent up, which was a pleasant surprise. The bar was fabulous and the food great. Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

I have enjoyed this hotel in the past but I was treated very badly this time around. I booked three nights in December but got the flu. I cancelled minutes after the 48 hour deadline so I was charged for the room but I was charged for all three nights even though the other two nights I cancelled weren't in the 48 hour window for charged cancellation. I got charged for the entire stay. When I tried to call them to at least get a receipt, I got pushed around and talked down to even before I could state what I was calling about. I wasn't even trying to get the charge taken off. The reservations person was short and mean and told me that it was an old reservation and he couldn't pull it up (it was three weeks old) Then he transferred me to voice mail. Then I tried Accounting which went to a voice mail. Then I tried guest services who transferred me to a phone that rang and rang and rang. I couldn't even get a receipt sent to me. Additionally, I was charged the resort fee even though I never set foot on the property. Ugh.

Google
This was a great hotel! The staff were super friendly , and the valet guys were amazing! Only thing I would prepare you on his to find good parking you need to pay $45 overnight for valet. Other than that we enjoyed our experience.

Google
I could not be more disappointed. My husband and I stay here every year as a christmas present to each other. As a splurge, we get a suite. The one last year was fantastic! This year, I reserved the exact same type of room and got something completely different. It feels like a crappy, small apartment. I won't make the mistake of staying here again.

Google
This hotel is a gem in Dallas. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff from the Valet to the front desk to the housekeepers. This is an impressive place and well worth the money. Had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Yelp
The umbiance is just awesome at this resturant. I always celebrate my closet friend's birthdays at the Melrose/Warwick Hotel Resturant!

Adrienne D.

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel for free using our points at Hotel.com and we loved every minute of it! We nabbed the Deluxe suite and it was everything we needed for our stay. There was a separate sitting and dining area and even a small kitchenette in the space. The room offered a desk as well which allowed my husband to work while I was still resting quietly in bed in the other room. From the moment we got there everyone was really friendly and helpful, and having valet in the back was super convenient. This is a beautiful, well-kept hotel with plenty of amenities close by, like a Walgreens, and a great location downtown. My husband and I will definitely return for another visit!

Charles C.

Yelp
What a great experience at the Melrose we had. The lead doorman, Rafael greeted us upon arrival and took great care of us and my car. We only had drinks at the bar but will be back soon for a weekend stay. Thank you to Rafael and all of your great staff.

Mark B.

Yelp
Good hotel. Employees are great and personable. The hotel is clean and beautiful. It's centrally located on the same street as all the LGBTQ bars in the Oaklawn neighborhood. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stephanie S.

Yelp
I stayed here Christmas Eve 2024. I ate at the new Landmark Prime Rib Restaurant and stayed in Room 610. The Prime Rib was horrible- so tough and was overcooked. I ordered a Prosecco and it was hot I had the ask my waiter to get me another one. I forgot my Navy Blazer and Brown & Navy striped blouse in the closet and have left numerous voicemails for the general manager Chris and housekeeping and never received a return call. Of cource Housekeeping never located my items- Merry Christmas to whomever got those. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here nor eat here-The new renovations are beautiful however, not enough to make up for the absolutely unacceptable customer service and lack of hospitality it takes to run a Uptown Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Ritz Carlton is worthy -stay there

Ami S.

Yelp
This place is so LOUD! The pool seems to have a lot of events that go late into the night, and people's voices/screams seem to echo off the buildings. They randomly had an event at the pool Sunday afternoon that had insanely loud music (and lots of people screaming) that didn't end until later that night. It was so loud my windows were vibrating from the bass. The night before there seemed to be a marching band in the parking lot with people screaming at midnight.

Nathan Z.

Yelp
Great location for PRIDE. The hotel is located in the uptown area of Dallas. There are restaurants, bars, and shops in a two block radius. Parking is valet only but quick. The have a great mobile site to request your car. Inside the lobby is updated but period appropriate. The bar of the lobby is cozy and full service. Open till 11 PM with live music every day except Sunday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Most importantly the room, with mini bar was well appointed. The bed was firm but not hard or worn out. There is plenty of room for two to get ready for the evening after a day at the pool and massage at Le Spa. Go, relax, and recharge!

MM K.

Yelp
Pros: -Great Staff -Plenty of businesses in walking distance Cons: -Unnecessary fees -The hotel is across from a firehouse, so it's very loud. -AC is loud -The hotel don't have a real parking for their customers, they only have Valet parking which is $42/day. We were told to park in Dickason street which got our window busted. Asked for cameras footage, was told they don't have a camera in that area. Hotel did nothing. I wouldn't do recommend this hotel.

Jeremy C.

Yelp
This was a great hotel for the price and the location! We really enjoyed how easy it was to walk or ride scooters everywhere. The hotel is a little dated but decorated very nicely. The service was also outstanding no matter where we were in the hotel, that was great. The pool was nice but it could use a few more umbrellas for sunny days and maybe a couple of more chairs--we saw people sitting on the ground by a wall because there was nowhere else to sit. Definitely would stay again!

Tokyo C.

Yelp
I really like staying here and this is our second visit. We enjoy using the pool. It is never too crowded. This hotel is pretty laid back. Our suite has a very comfortable bed and I'm a light sleeper but sleep very well here. I love hearing the nearby church bells. All the staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Thank you We hope to return again soon! I did have a hard time finding out if the spa was open and when I would call no one would answer the phone. So that's why I posted information about the spa. In my review. It is not open on Mondays or Tuesdays and they don't advertise that, so just FYI , I think they're running on a skeleton crew like most businesses nowadays it's hard to find good staff so keep that in mind and I think it's important to be patient. The staff they do have seem to do a really good job. I'd like to give a shout out to Alma and Chris and Nicole. I didn't notice that when I was at the pool the bartender, Miguel was sitting to the side of the bar on his cell phone for a couple hours. I hesitated to walk up there first because I thought he was a guest just sitting over there on his phone but then when I wanted to drink, I decided to ask him and he definitely was the bartender lol, like I said, this place is laid-back. He was nice. The bathroom by the pool is very nice and I like that the shower outside has hot water. Thank you

Cheryl S.

Yelp
What a lovely space. We were greeted warmly by valet and again at the reception desk. Then escorted to our room which was absolutely wonderful. I want to take the shower home with me please! From this day forward I will only stay at Warwick properties!

Simon L.

Yelp
The poor rating is not due to the hotel but to the staff--rude, rude, and rude! In fact, I don't think I've ever experienced such poor service in a hotel in all my travels around the globe. "The customer comes first" is not in the staff's vocabulary. It started when we asked a bartender to take a group picture in the bar. He gave us an angry look and said he was too busy to take our picture. It continued the following morning at breakfast, where we were ignored for 30 minutes by the waiter, as he assumed a fourth person was joining our group. We tried to get his attention but to no avail. Finally, we got his attention, and it was as if we were putting him out, taking our order. Then ordering more coffee and milk was really putting him out. It was so weird. The final straw was at the reception. I stood there waiting to be served for 5 minutes while the two receptionists were busy typing away and ignored me. This was followed by eyes and a nod with a "What do you want?" I enquired where the gym was, as I couldn't see any signage, only to be told dismissively that it was in the basement. It's a real shame with everyone's attitude. I would expect that in Chicago or New York, but not in Texas. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a good location, but will I ever come back here... I think NOT!

Jordan H.

Yelp
What a great hotel. Despite the snafu at check-in (we reserved a suite only to be told upon check-in they had no suite available), the manager and front desk person went out of their way to make up for that issue. They actually diffused the situation perfectly (because I was a little pissed off after a long flight) and handled it exactly as they should have. The room was amazing, decorated in a very cozy, up-scale way and was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaurant had amazing breakfast. Everything about the decor spoke "class." And it's super convenient to a lot of the bars in the gayborhood. Will definitely stay again when in Dallas.

Melissa S.

Yelp
You wouldn't expect holes in sheets at these prices. I always love staying here however lately the experience has been less than satisfactory. On the other hand their valet, Landmark waitstaff and front desk staff are amazing. Wish I could say the same for the waitress in the bar... just rude! UPDATE- day two housekeeper cleaned room and left the sheets with the hole that was clearly visible on the bed! They didn't even attempt to change the bedding. Wow!!

Kristy S.

Yelp
I have only been to the restaurant, never a guest in the hotel, but it is fabulous. The service, and I mean everyone from the valet to the water server, are top notch. I went most recently with a friend to Thanksgiving brunch - the food was wonderful and for the price you just couldn't beat it. I will definitely visit again.

Quin T.

Yelp
We stayed for 5 days over Thanksgiving and while we enjoyed our stay, there is definite room for improvement. The front desk staff was very nice and professional throughout our stay, but when we entered our room, I noticed that one of the luggage racks was broken and it took 3 phone calls and an hour long wait before it was finally replaced. The walls are very thin, so I strongly suggest bringing a sound machine or using an app. We were also confused about how to connect to wi-fi and after directions from the front desk, we thought all was well, until we checked out and noticed we had been charged daily for wi-fi. Of course, the charges were refunded. They also charge a daily facility fee of $20 which is equivalent to a resort fee. For this extra fee, one would expect bottles of water to be stocked in your room, which they are not. I had no idea about this charge prior to my stay and because I am in Dallas often, I will definitely compare prices of other hotels. While I do love the nostalgia and service that is synonymous with older hotels, I do not like surprise charges and I do not want to belong to a club just to avoid fees. All in all, we did enjoy our stay, and I liked that I could order my car via a text link, although, once, they did not get my text and I had to wait longer than I intended.

Mark C.

Yelp
The customer service here is fantastic. Michael from reservations really bent over backwards to help me and I really appreciate him. The hotel is lovely and I'll visit again.

Patrick B.

Yelp
I booked a room for $126.00. They charged me $27 to park, and a $20 "facility fee". We need a law that prevents showing any price that doesn't include mandatory fees. Then they charged $250 total, after I called they said it will take several days to see the $50. It's just bad business. Decent room, but shady practices sour the whole experience.

Jennifer R.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely exquisite! It is a step into a more beautiful era, with beautiful antique furnishings and ornate architectural elements. There is a jazz bar called the library that was jam packed and the performer was excellent. It was definitely my type of place- decorated with resting in mind, and any modern technology in the room (except for the TV) was purposefully placed to not distract.

Elisabeth P.

Yelp
Oh golly, I almost made a huge mistake. I flew into Dallas for a national exam I had paid thousands of dollars for..all to back up an education I'd paid thousands upon thousands upon..well you get the idea. So I fly in for this incredibly important and expensive exam and foolishly decide to go cheap by getting an air bnb..only to seriously regret my decision the second I stepped into it. My friend saw where I was staying and immediately grabbed my bag and said we're getting you into Warwick..and I am incredibly grateful for the result of his impulsiveness. The Warwick had a group discount for those taking the exam, but of course I had missed it. The gentleman at the front desk took pity on my poor planning and worked his magic to get me a room in an already booked hotel at the discount, it was incredible hospitality. I still remember walking into the immaculate and elegantly decorated room and breathing a sigh of relief, here I would be able to spend the final days studying and preparing in a relaxing environment. The decorations and furnishings in both the rooms and throughout the hotel are luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linen and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was spacious and I enjoyed the smell of the provided toiletries. The room was very comfortable and quiet and it made it pleasant for studying and preparing for such an important day. While there I visited the dining room downstairs for most of my meals and was equally impressed with both the food and the excellent and friendly service. Each meal was delicious and both the hostess and servers made my stay enjoyable. It was so nice to not have to worry about finding meals while studying. On the exam day it was a cinch to walk downstairs and be picked up by the shuttle for my exam. Had I stayed elsewhere, I would have had to worry about getting there for pick up that morning. I'm pleased to say that with a restful and quiet location I was able to spend the last couple days preparing, received a good night's rest prior to the exam, and passed it with ease. I have often thought of my good fortune in changing hotels and how important the peaceful environment was in facilitating my readiness for that big day. I know the Warwick plays host to many exam candidates for a variety of fields, I can only encourage you to make your test day as stress free as possible.

Matthew D.

Yelp
Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean, had all the amenities I needed. The only thing that I did need was a business center, however they let me print to their email.

Ebony J.

Yelp
Wow. All I can think to say about this beautiful place is wow. Truly a beautiful establishment with accommodations that are CLEAN, well lit, high quality and beautiful. I am so comfortable here. I will be back anytime I'm in Dallas. The lobby is elegant and every corner of this building is filled with luxurious, relaxing scent. Oh man, and the staff?? I don't even have words for the service we received here. Every single person is so kind and helpful. We checked in late after a long day in the road and they were all thrilled to see and help us. A huge change of pace and so refreshing to not be treated like a burden just because it's late at night. A special thank you to Brandon for heating my family's cold dinner after such a long day.

Alan K.

Yelp
Located on the corner of Oak Lawn and Cedar Springs, it is convenient to all things in the gayborhood. Dubbed a historical landmark, the hotel's architecture is charming. Although, I think my only real complaint about the hotel is that my room was facing Cedar Springs on the 2nd floor. This location was super noisy and woke me up on a couple of occasions. I should have insisted on a higher floor and away from the street facing sides. There is only valet parking which is a whopping $27 bucks plus tax. I didn't get a chance to dine at the hotel's restaurant or bar, but there are some options for food and drinks in the hotel, including room service. If you are taking an Uber/Lyft/Taxi, there is a front and a back side to the hotel. Pay attention to what side you've summoned your car.

Chris C.

Yelp
I believe this is the oldest hotel in Dallas. Awesome pool, quiet rooms, excellent restaurant and bar, super professional staff. A+++ Highly Recommend

Beau H.

Yelp
Before one starts and evening in this area, one must start it classy. This bar is the best for that. It's a classic blend of 1940s music with cocktails made to perfection. I had 4 cosmos here and loved each of them. Thank you Warwick.

Tim S.

Yelp
We stayed at this wonderful hotel for our tenth wedding anniversary. There were a couple of "glitches" which were addressed immediately and more than fairly when brought up to management. The hotel is old and grand. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and has a lively feel in its lobby thanks to the legendary Library Bar with its live jazz. The room was very roomy with a view of the condos directly across the street. We were a little worried staying on the second floor directly above the jazz band, but the room was very quiet. The room pallet is subdued but grand. The beds were so comfy. We both used to live in the area and spent a lot of our youths in the gay bars up the street. This hotel is almost right in the middle of Dallas' LGBTQ social scene and has been since the 70's, if that's of interest to you. We had both stayed at this hotel several times but never together. We had a great, restful staycation in our wonderful old neighborhood.

Anthony H.

Yelp
The prime rib at the new Landmark restaurant was great! Connie and Scott provided excellent customer service!

Sara J.

Yelp
This hotel was a complete let down. We were woken by construction at 6am on a Saturday morning. The hotel itself was a little rundown. The rooms were noisy. The spa staff were very friendly, but the services were - meh. They are overcharging for the product they're delivering. We wouldn't stay here again.

Grindy S.

Yelp
Great facility, great location. Staff was very nice. The hotel bar is how all hotel bars should be. Only drawback is parking is valet only, at $35+ per night.

Katy V.

Yelp
incredibly loud. I called twice and nothing was done about the noise complaint. do not recommend staying here.

Rick B.

Yelp
The Melrose remains stately and elegant in the midst of Oak Lawn's hustle and bustle. Our 800 sq ft Deluxe Suite was luxurious, and frankly - if we added big W/I closets - we could probably live there semi-permanently. We loved it. Room service featured great food; made more enjoyable with our full-sized dining table. The large walk-in wet bar was also nice! Our corner room had huge windows, offering views down Cedar Springs and Oak Lawn. The church across the street chimed the hours, with peaceful sounds reminiscent of a European village. The lobby bar and restaurant were great, but that info is worth a separate review. Note: do not park in the circle-drive facing Oak Lawn. The valet parking is on the North side of the building, with the entrance off Cedar Springs.

Marie H.

Yelp
Save your money and stay elsewhere. The hotel restaurant was terrible and our server was downright rude. The rooms are dated despite them having been redone recently (cheaply Redone I might add). The furniture looks worn out, and the pillows and art look very cheap and generic. The rooms are SO LOUD. We got upgraded to a suite because we complained about being woken up by construction at 6:00 am our first morning there. The manager was kind enough to transfer our room and upgrade it, but the suite we stayed in the rest of our stay was again, dated, and so loud due to the street noise that was CONSTANTLY bothering us. I would never pay as much as they are charging for the suite we stayed in. It was so noisy and not luxurious enough to warrant the price. The linens are scratchy, the pillows are lumpy and under-stuffed (because they're old). The lobby is nice looking but a little shabby furniture wise (they need to replace the rugs and sofas). The only thing I liked about our stay was the Library Bar. I've been coming there for years and I always have a great time. All in all, stay somewhere else and come visit Library Bar for drinks and jazz.

Roxana A.

Yelp
We came here to enjoy a weekend getaway. The pool was rated top pools in Dallas... and I don't know why! There is no pool service, no music, and construction going on beyond the pool. We had two rooms booked hoping to enjoy a staycation. Very disappointed. Several people by the pool walked to La Ventana for drinks and snacks- if you are poolside at The Melrose, I highly recommend taking a stroll to La Ventana for food and drinks!

John C.

Yelp
I only gave it two stars because the bed was very comfortable. I stayed alone, though, and not only did the valet staff ignore me for three minutes when I pulled up my car to the stand, but then a clerk at check in ignored me while I waited in line. Another guest had been in front of me with one clerk helping them, but when another arrived, instead of offering to help me, he simply had a casual conversation with he other guest and had to be asked by the other clerk to help me. If you want to be made to feel like you are being treated like you are "less than," stay here. They'll do a good job of that.

Ann H.

Yelp
The staff are top-notch. The quality of the hotel is not. Don't stay here. The road noise guarantees you will have a miserable stay. But it's not necessarily the road noise; it's the fact that the hotel will not upgrade their windows. They play the story that "it's an old hotel." We've stayed at lots of old hotels and even old hotels in busy cities. Those hotels seal their windows. Don't stay here, please. The load muffler cars are in bed with you here.

Norris S.

Yelp
Do not stay at this hotel if you prefer cleanliness to their claims of consideration of their guests' safety. First day of stay housecleaning did not make up our room. We got through that. Second day was check out. Out of consideration for housekeeping we stripped the sheets only to find the most disgusting mattress. See the picture. They put us in a room with shit on the mattress. Disgusting. When we lifted the mattress flakes of excrement were every where. I've been sick for a week after checking out. Pretty sure it is due to this microbial shit being on my side of the bed. ''this hotel talks shit about how wonderful they are. Under other circumstances I've stayed at Motel Six and Best Western that were cleanger than this literal "shit hole." ''some

Richard H.

Yelp
Great wonderful top notch hotel, such a pity the area is infested with pan handlers and homeless people using the street as a toilet.

Rebecca F.

Yelp
I booked this hotel as I've always wanted to stay there. It was not a pleasant experience. First of all, there is ONLY valet parking, which costs $45 a night. If you don't want to pay for valet service, you have to park on the street. Yes--in the middle of downtown Dallas, near an entertainment district with lots of bars. They advertise a fridge in the room. The fridge is locked and you can't use it unless you pay for something from the minibar. They also advertise free wifi. It's not free--they charge you a $20 per night "facilities fee" which includes using the wifi, pool, gym, etc. The hotel is located in a very noisy area. It's on a busy street and you will hear sirens at all hours. Also, it seems to be right under the Love Field Airport flight path. There is a church across the street with a clock that goes off every hour, starting at 10:00 am. The rooms are nice and large with all the amenities. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, choose another hotel.

Yelp
After being on the east coast a couple of months, I wanted to visit the Melrose Hotel - stay in luxury for the night when I returned in November. I wasn't disappointed! My bestie picked me up from the airport & we drove straight to the hotel & were greeted in the parking lot by a sweet valet. The parking lot was pretty crazy, seemed unorganized, but this nice man took the time to help us get inside. Found out they had a wedding reception going on! The reception area was not busy and we got our room keys with no hassle. The lobby was gorgeous! Our room was nice and when I called down for more towels, they brought them right up. We visited 'The Library' (the bar) for a bit around midnight & chatted with some nice people for a bit. It was very nice. Some wedding party people trickled in, but they behaved themselves, lol. In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant. We both ordered egg white omelets, with spinach & mushrooms & cheese. They were SO good! Very fresh ingredients. Our server Gene was so nice and he was very attentive. Loved the dining room, very elegant, but not stuffy. When I got the final bill, we had an erroneous charge which was cleared right up after I called accounting. I wish I would have taken more photos, but I've uploaded a few... Thanks for welcoming me home in style, Warwick! I hope to return some day soon!

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
I expected this hotel to be a luxury hotel, but historic hotel is probably a better label. It was a beautiful building, the lobby is lovey, the bar/restaurant seemed nice (though we didn't have anything from it), but the room left something to be desired. They had overbooked for the room we reserved, so we got downgraded. But it was 'a VERY nice room' and we were 'getting a discount'. In reality they just charged for the room we got instead of the one we reserved, and the room was was decent. It's really an ok hotel, but it was nothing special. The a/c was incredibly loud when it kicked on, the sounds from the hallway were magnified, and everything was really just in the ok range. It wasn't dirty, the linens were nice, i just have no desire to return.

Mel R.

Yelp
beware - they will randomly charge your card for several purchases and you cannot get ahold of anyone to explain what happened. we had a set price with Expedia and this hotel charged our card 4 times for thousands of dollars. after not getting anyone to reply to phone calls or emails we finally had to go to our bank and dispute. the bank says all of the charges look suspicious & they flagged this hotel for fraud. when we checked out we were told the printer was down for our receipt and one would be emailed - sounds like a typical scam to charge you for items you never got or signed up for. and to commit fraud on your card. we loved the hotel but after this experience we won't be back as we don't want to take a chance for more fraud to occur on our credit card. very rude customer service rep never followed up and argued with me saying I made charges when I in fact did not & when asked for proof she never provided.

Jason M.

Yelp
Black mold. Andrew...the GM hasn't responded. Sabrina...the front desk manager told me it isn't mold until it gets tested. Ha...please...give me my money back. I didn't even stay in your hotel.

Lisa F.

Yelp
Stayed here for 4 nights to attend niece's wedding. Lovely large deluxe room on an upper floor, quiet (except for planes, can't help that!) and comfy. Good food, the wedding rooms were great and the Library Bar is hopping and fun!

Andrew S.

Yelp
No concern about Covid safety. They'd rather you show up sick than cancel your reservation and refund you. I'm speechless, but not at all surprised. That's Texas for you. I was supposed to drive up to Dallas for one night but I'm sick, so I was going to stay home. But, this lovely hotel won't let me cancel without charging me. Their policy is that they charge you one night, but since I'm only staying one night, that's a 100% penalty. Nope. Not a good policy. Read the room. The world has changed. We need to be better and kinder and look out for people. Corporate greed is so pre-pandemic. Get a clue.

Yelp
The hotel is an amazing oasis in itself. Love the rooms. David the massage therapist in the lobby was such a warm welcoming when I would go to the visit. He made everything comfortable thank you David .... It's always nice to see his smile when I would come into the lobby thank you all

Yelp
Attempted to contact this place multiple times on Wednesday April 13, 2022 and none of their phone numbers worked. If you are running a hotel and a restaurant I would think you would want to have a functioning telephone system. To me this is pure incompetence.

Yelp
I travel constantly for work. Worst hotel stay ever. Constant noise. Fire station across the street and construction all around the area. Got maybe 4 hours sleep over 2 nights. Dated and definitely not 4 stars. Canopy was a lot better and high class worthy of 4 stars.

Yelp
My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The valet was easy and convenient. They sent me a text message which had the link to request when I needed my car at the front. The room was spacious and the bathroom was recently updated with nice amenities. Although my room was facing the fire station which was a bit soar when suddenly at night twice I got disturbed due to the loud siren noise. Breakfast was nice too, the waiters were very attentive too.
