"Join the Thanksgiving day brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will include muffins and pastries, fresh fruit, a cheese platter, grilled vegetables, several salads, a seafood station with chilled poached shrimp and smoked salmon, roasted herbed turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, pan-seared salmon, molasses pork loin, pan-seared chicken breast, mashed potatoes and candied sweet potato mash, ginger honey heirloom carrots, butter poached winter vegetables, Virginia baked ham, hickory-smoked prime rib, and a made-to-order omelet and waffle station. Kids can get chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly. There will also be assorted desserts, and mimosas are included in the cost of the meal.
