This place is great if you’re mindful of your body and what goes into it. If you want to begin a clean/detoxing start to your inner body, i recommend stopping by. They offer hydrogen water, feet detoxing, saunas, and have many packages. I’ve had the water and it taste very light, and the foot detox is interesting to see what your body is saying at the moment.. I definitely will recommend this place to friends and family.

Waterbar in West Hempstead is the perfect place to go and unwind. The space is beautiful and immaculately clean. The owners & staff are incredible. I love the ionic foot bath and the sauna; always leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. Of course the water is so refreshing (smooth and clean) after a sauna session! Can't say enough good things about this business. Highly reccoment!

Absolutely love this place! The experience is wonderful the second you walk through the door. Friendly staff, all their products are out on display. Water stations are convenient to get too. Sauna rooms are clean, towels are clean, and the bathroom is well kept. I always do the Ionic foot detox at every visit, which is peaceful and the staff is always ready to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend. I appreciate the small business ownership, I feel like family every time I walk in. Always a great experience! Stay healthy!

I absolutely love Waterbar! Such a cool spot. All the staff are awesome. I like how the sauna's are individual and in their own rooms. The ionic foot bath was fantastic! And last but not least the water. The water is the best I've tasted and I'm what some might call a water snob. It's very clean and light, you don't feel bloated after drinking a couple of glasses. I always leave this place feeling great, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Waterbar is THE place to visit for all of your wellness needs. I began drinking their water in 2019 and I will never look back. It's pure, clean and down right delicious! Their store is also fully stocked with great wellness products and home to their amazing infrared saunas. I love to take advantage of these when I can because you leave feeling like a new person. The staff is also wonderful and always so helpful. I will forever be a Waterbar customer.

Waterbar is amazing. My fiancé and I have been coming here together for a few months now and we really feel a difference. Helps us relax after long work days and makes us feel healthier overall! Blake, Leann, and the entire staff for that matter really know their stuff and are always looking to improve the health of their clientele. Highly, highly recommend!

Love this place so much! I have a monthly membership for the sauna, vibration therapy and foot bath. I absolutely love coming here because it is so relaxing. It is a small place so be sure to call ahead to make appointments. It is clean inside and the staff are friendly. They also have several wellness products for sale. I strongly suggest giving them a try!

Definitely not , tried the foot bath detox thought it was going to be an actual relaxing treatment and it was not At all . The water was scorching hot she kept telling me it has to be like that for your pores to open , my feet were burning all night I couldn't sleep and the next day . They were red like I had a bad sunburn but it was a water burn . They literally just fill up the foot tub and leave you sitting in a room facing other clients . The leather chairs are sticky and greasy , they really need to be wiping them down in between clients or giving you a towel to sit on , not a great experience. Wouldn't recommend. I think it's great that they give the $25 introduction price but not even worth that price.

My review for waterbar is wayy overdue. I would totally give a 10 if it were available. As a fan of holistic health and wellness, I love me a place like waterbar! You come to refill your giant jugs of water with mega filtered, hydrogen water and then you do your wellness services. It's great! I used to get water refills at water stores out west and in NYC, it's hard to find a service like this. They offer infrared saunas, ionic foot detoxes, vibration therapy machines, and I think they newly got a leg compression machine. The beautiful thing is you can get a monthly membership for $70 that includes 4 services and 21 gallons of water. I found this place via a Groupon deal (btw, don't buy one, stop in and they'll honor the Groupon price for you) for an infrared sauna, an ionic foot detox, and vibration therapy. If you are in need of relaxation and rejuvention, these 3 things will change your life, no joke. Not enough people know about the benefits of detoxing the body for optimal health! After coming for my Groupon deal, I bought the membership deal for $70/mo and now I'm a member/customer for life! Since drinking the water, I feel more hydrated, my joints and muscles are less tight than usual; the infrared sauna has made my skin so nice, and overall since I started going to waterbar about 2 months ago, I'm back to feeling like myself (after having a baby, breastfeeding, etc this past year+). What I haven't even mentioned is how amazing the waterbar community is. Shout outs to Elise and Lianne who are super fun and who also support medical freedom. Do your body a favor and come to waterbar!

I wish I could rate 6 stars. I walked out feeling amazing, energized and over all refreshed. I did the sauna, vibration therapy and ionic detox foot bath. The women working there was amazing and very informative! (I'm a newbie with this kind of stuff and she was very nice and caring.) The water tastes amazing and I cannot wait to go back!

What a fabulous place! Infrared sauna and ionic foot bath are great! Really alleviates lots of aches and pains. I sleep so well after a session. The staff is so knowledgeable and very helpful! Lots of natural wellness products in the store as well... I wish I could give 10 stars!

Since I have been coming here, my family and I have been all around healthier. The knowledgeable and caring staff go over and beyond for us and our needs. The hydrogen water is a game changer ! I am so glad I found Waterbar! About 10 months ago I was struck by a car while crossing the street. The injuries from the accident included fractured bones in my back, multiple herniated discs in my back and neck, torn rotator cuff and torn bicep, and tons of aches anD pains all over. I had several surgeries and tons of PT, but my pain and discomfort was still a constant in my life. In December 2019 I went to Waterbar to check it out, and the staff was as wonderful and knowledgeable about both their water and other health supplements, but also about theIr saunas and ionic foot baths. Great stuff! I took a monthly membership and have since gone to use the infrared saunas almost daily. The saunas have loosened up my joints and muscles and allowed me to get back into regular exercise and regular life by really alleviating what I thought was going to be general aches, pains, and discomfort that would never go away. To a very large degree, those aches and pains are gone. They have good hours, open seven days a week, and the staff is great and very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Loved my experience here. The girl who greeted us was so helpful and took the time to explain the services and answer all of our questions. They also have some great natural products for sale. I will definitely go back.

Love this little local water. I go once a week for the infrared sauna its a great price and the package deals save you even more. I but hydrogenated water by the gallon. Amazing stuff. Super friendly staff!!

I am so glad I found this place. I saw a groupon for an Infared Sauna and Water package so I jumped on it. So hyped that I did. The sauna was freaking awesome!!! I felt so much lighter afterwards and I have a great gallon jug that I can carry for refills. The staff were Very friendly and informative. Real chill environment. I will definitely be going back.

I would've gave this place 5 stars if the sauna room was sound proof. Other than that love it and will be returning

It's nice to have some normalcy in these crazy times. I found the waterbar to be very therapeutic and has been beneficial to me in many ways. I am beyond grateful for their their services. Member for life

This place has been a lifeline for me since my gym shut down the locker rooms, showers, Finnish sauna, and steam bath amenities due to Covid restrictions. I primarily use the sauna and I have the Detox membership which is $69.95 per month. It includes 4 services and the autopay is convenient. They also sell a unique assortment of organic bath & body products. My only suggestion would be to add in spa music to enhance the overall ambiance.

I have to use 1 star, but to be clear did not use their services. This review is more related to their customer service and just incredibly inappropriate behavior by an employee. After hearing about how amazing this place is from my husband, I went today, since I've been having pretty bad back pain. We walked in today and were immediately told "Take those masks off; you need to breathe in some air". I did not take my mask off, and thought "Hmm that's a weird way to greet people; and what business is it of yours if I'm wearing a mask?" (Red flag #1) The person then proceeded to share that she didn't believe in Coronavirus and "it was all a government conspiracy and I know people who got it who only had flu symptoms". My husband then said "actually we have 2 friends in their 30s who passed away as a result of Covid". That comment was received by a shrug and a "Yeah well I think it's being exaggerated". She doubled down on her opinion! Lady get a clue! I then added, getting increasingly upset, "No, people actually died". And was met with another shrug which said "oh well but it's still fake". I was angry and upset. I chose to leave because it was so unbelievable to me, especially given that less than a week ago I learned about a wonderful young woman I worked with who passed because of this terrible virus. And so many of our neighbors and others have been directly impact by it, as healthcare workers or patients. See, here's the thing, it's one thing to have your conspiracy theories that you discuss with your family & friends - that's your business. As a business owner/employee, you have no idea who is walking through your door, what experiences they have - you know nothing other than they are a current or prospective customer. So, when you peddle in some wild conspiracy theories - keep that ish to yourself! It is especially concerning when Covid has impacted communities of color disproportionately and it is oh so very real. So to hear this from a white woman who seems to be blessed to not have had this virus' tragedy touch her personally, say that this virus is a made up government "fake news" conspiracy was like a slap in the face. Go get some training lady.

Came in to find out more about their water and services. Very nice woman explained the waters to me and showed me their sauna area which looks very clean and modern. Sampled the water and purchased a glass gallon jug filled with alkaline water. So much better then buying bottles. I'll def be back.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! I'm all about health and wellness. I found WaterBar by chance. I tried it for one day and immediately bought an unlimited monthly subscription, because i felt absolutely amazing after my first session. As for the staff Everyone here is So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calming and soothing and I've made some true friendships. It's wonderful to be able to share thoughts and ideas and not be judged. We have discussions and disagreements, but everyone respects everyone's right to their opinions. It's a place to toss out ideas,, discuss current events AND get healthy in mind , body and spirit. The infrared sauna is incredible for So many reasons ,, ionic foot baths for detox and vibration therapy to help maintain bone and muscle mass. Local merchants sell candles , coffee, skin care , soap, elderberry Etc. They have Kombucha on tap. And of course the Main attraction ,,water. Filtered over 7 times,,there's hydrogen water (my go to) and Alkaline water. Stop by,,say hi., try it out,, you won't be sorry Alyse and Blake are the co-owners ..both super awesome. And LeeAnn works there and has her own incredible line of skin and hair care products. My favorite place.

I wish there were more stars I could give this place! During a time where ones health has never been more of a concern, it's very comforting to have a place that offers services and products to protect and enhance your immune system, and a knowledgeable staff to answer your questions and address any concerns. The Water Bar has become a staple in my life, and I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Great spot but ask about hours. States 9pm as closing time on weekdays but upon calling the person told me they have "winter hours" disappointing the site and booking tool is not up to date I would love to come in after work.

Waterbar is my sanctuary. I love it there. I do the detox services a few times a week and it has helped me tremendously with my pain and inflammation. Would recommend.

I have been coming to the Water Bar for months and have had really good experiences. The owner and his sister are very nice and helpful. The only problem I have occurred is from a women who works there named Elise. I stopped going because of her ignorance towards COVID-19 and how she said "It was not a big deal". So after 2 months I decided to try again. Today she and two other customers were not wearing masks or social distancing in the store, which of course made me extremely uncomfortable and is against what is being asked of everyone by the state. I love the idea of this place and I hope their future is a bright one, but this is unacceptable.

from the day water bar opened, the goal was to spread awareness and reach every single individual looking for clear, concise and scientific information when it comes to mental, physical and spiritual well-being. This place is loaded with massive infrared saunas, vibration therapy machines, and ionic foot baths(not detox baths those don't exist). while this world relies on passion the owners of the water bar are devoted to giving you a good price and a even better experience. all of the information is available upon request, this place offers reiki, yoga, meditation and even other 1v1. appointments with their coaches. honestly I have been and worked at other "detox centers" and the standard at this location is absolutely outstanding, the sense of community is the first thing you gather once walking in and the second is a breath of filtered air as-well. this place is all around exactly where you wanna be. perfect distance for anybody traveling from queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan to get some healthy products for their nutrition, hygiene and even some cute local hand-made jewelry. I'm so impressed with the work they put into this beautiful Long Island shop.

I've been coming to the water bar for over a year now and let me just say compared to other water stations Ive been to this is by far the best. Everything is always clean and easy to access not to mention the water itself which is the best I've tasted. The ambience and staff itself makes you want to stay for hours. The staff is super friendly and informative and professional while still being caring. I have reccomended friends, family, and even coworkers who all agree about the excellence of this establishment. If you havent come here yet, youre missing out !

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Blake Alyse and Leanne are all so accommodating and make it a point to be on first name basis with the customers.. also very knowledgeable and passionate about real health and will take time to explain what each product does for you.. the place is IMMACULATE which is always a huge plus and the services (sauna, vibration pad, ionic foot bath) are the BEST! I have been gong there for a little over a year and look forward to going back every time !

What an amazing experience! The Waterbar is extremely clean and zen. The chromotherapy sauna was great, and I left so relaxed and refreshed! The hydrogen water is a must try, however, I was not familiar with it prior but the knowledgeable staff educated me on all of the wonderful benefits!

I absolutely love the waterbar. I've been getting my hydrogen water there since they opened. It is a beautiful calming atmosphere and My Four year old son loves And looks forward to sampling their flavored water made fresh daily. They sell oils and lotions and products that are organic, Healthy, and Calming.
