Wayfarer

I absolutely loved living in this community. We have been here for a year and are unfortunately ending our lease due to limited space in our current unit. Skylar- the leasing agent- has always been amazing. She is always very responsive and helpful. We have never had to submit a maintenance request throughout the year of living here. The amenities are amazing! We enjoyed the sport court, rooftop, gym, and community garden. The location is just a few steps away to the waterfront and Mariners games. SO FUN!!! However, I have a few issues that made me want to locate elsewhere. 1. There is limited storage space in smaller units 2. Street parking here is such a big issue! There are very limited spaces on the street, and we were only allotted one space in the garage due to our living in a 1 bedroom apartment. 3. There is a vent between the living room and the bedroom for air circulation. Great- but the vent in the bedroom constantly spits out dust over our bed (despite numerous dusting attempts). I have woken up with a stuffy nose too many mornings to count. The bedroom in our particular unit is too small/not functional to rotate the bed in a different direction-away from the vent. While these are minor complaints and are in no way no fault of the staff, they are definitely issues I would have liked to be aware of before signing our lease. Overall, we will miss living at Wayfarer. Thank you for an incredible year!

Best Apartment Best Amenities. This place is top notch from the spacious layouts and vast options to choose what your looking for. I had 3 days to find a place to live moving from out of state. Jovan was very helpful with any questions and provided many options for my budget. The Amenities is what I love most the attention to details for the common areas, Gym, game room, roof top, Pickel ball court, pet wash room. Parking spaces available for a monthly fee. Building has a small market right next door and cofeeshops and everything is so close, the international district is less than half a mile walk. Same with pier 52. I would highly recommend this place to consider. The friendly staff and safety for your love ones.

I had an excellent experience touring a unit at The Wayfarer. The realtor specialist was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They walked me through the unit and the amenities with care, making the entire process smooth and informative. The property is modern, beautifully maintained, and features great amenities like a fitness center and co-working spaces. I truly felt welcomed and well-guided throughout the visit. Highly recommend The Wayfarer for anyone looking for a stylish home with a supportive leasing team!

I first toured Wayfarer a little over a year ago, and I was instantly impressed. The community is absolutely beautiful and by far one of the most thoughtfully designed and well-maintained places I’ve seen. The attention to detail in the finishes, décor, and overall layout really sets it apart from anything else in the area. After that initial tour, I knew I had found my new home and now, a year later, I can confidently say it was the best decision I could have made. I’ve loved living here so much that I’ll be renewing my lease without hesitation. No other community compares to what Wayfarer offers, not just in terms of amenities and aesthetics, but in the level of care and service they provide. The entire leasing team especially Chris, Skylar, Jovan, Kevin, DJ and Angel ALL have been nothing short of amazing. Their customer service is truly unmatched. They're friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Wayfarer isn’t just a place to live it’s a place where you feel genuinely taken care of. I’m so grateful to call this community home!

My experience was phenomenal. The process was seamless, effective, and efficient. Jovan gave me a wonderful guided tour and was very informative of the plethora of questions I had. From start to finish, one week was all that was needed to put me where I needed to be, only the best apartment complex in Seattle, Wayfarer. Need some work on my basketball shot, basketball court indoors, that's a score even if I miss 10 in a row. Thanks for being great at you career.

I move every year and this has been by far the easiest and fastest move-in process I’ve had. I worked mostly with Jovan, she was amazing! Communicative, helpful, made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this apartment building!

We love living here. We are thankful we found it everyday. It is a positive, beautiful (beyond words) building and community. The staff and residents are great. Living in this building is like a dream come true!

Wonderful, wonderful apartments that have shown true attention to detail. Apartments comparable to others in the area, but the common spaces and amenities are bar none the best in all that I've seen in my Seattle search. My boyfriend and I moved here from Oklahoma and the move-in process was a breeze. I'll edit this post with updates throughout our rental period, but at this stage it's hard to imagine us ever leaving.
