"Equal parts ice cream shop and nightclub, this Fremont Street bar doesn’t open until 10 p.m. on Thursdays through Saturdays. Sure, you can order a drink at the bar and vibe out with pop music in the main room or hip hop up on the ice cream truck roof, but you can also indulge with ice cream in flavors like fluffy Nutella, frozen s’mores, and sour cherry apple pie." - Janna Karel, Emmy Kasten

"Local firm KWDG Architecture described We All Scream as part of 'a new and exciting themed establishment.' Together with the Cheap Shot tavern, they take over the combined 8,000-square-foot venue and also create a 2,063-square-foot outdoor seating area in the rear of the property." - Bradley Martin

Went to this place last night and received the most horrible customer service in Vegas. Paid $60 to enter and bought drinks at the bar. After requesting the bartender for water he refused and flipped me off, for no reason. I got pic of him doing that and he told the security to kick me out. For no good reason just because he was being an a******. The cops outside were on my side and requested the club to give me my money back for the entry and they refused. Do not go here, total waste of time and money. We went across the road the discopussy and had a way better time.

Cute bar/club very popular to locals. There are two different dance floors with different genres playing. Try their AMF for a good time!

Saw Level Up @levelupdub here and had the best time everrr. The I’ve Cream Truck DJ area is a great concept, one I’ve never seen before! The upstairs VIP rooftop is lit , the zig zag stairs act as the perfect rail to rock on and the Security is on point. I love the set up - highly recommend everyone here

I cannot believe I even have to write this review, but security is HORRIBLE. Ben, one of the security guards physically blocked my friend from going into a bathroom stall. He stated that because he was a man he had to use the urinals. Well he has stomach issues and politely said no man i need to poop. Ben refused to allow him into the stall accusing him of doing drugs in there. Searched his pockets and obviously found nothing. THEN PROCEEDED TO KICK HIM OUT AND GET IN HIS FACE? This is disgusting behavior. How miserable are you in your life to go on a power trip like this?

Came here for the grand opening and I really enjoyed it. I feel bad because my camera was not doing the place justice but this place is great. It's a great niche, ice cream and cocktails. Three different main places to be at: Main bar, roof top, and back patio. Really great. Awesome staff and really cool art all around. By the way, the ice cream was great. Give this place a chance and you will have a great time at this venue.

It’s cute, but not worth what I paid. I brought my friends here last night because it was really hyped up on TikTok. We’re not from here and thought this would be a nice place to dance and drink off strip — I was wrong. I expected to be able to go other places besides the bar area on the ground floor and the patio as there are apparently 3 floors to explore and escape from the echo chamber that is the ground floor (severely over stimulating). For $20 we were only “allowed” to go outside on the patio but none of the other floors. The “dance floor” was awkward and no one was really dancing. So basically we paid $20 per person just to stand on a patio; no sitting unless you want to pay extra. We were all so disappointed and overstimulated we just left. I’m sure the ice cream is good though. Edit for reply: It would’ve been nice if this was disclosed by the staff before we paid. Sorry, but it’s not difficult to be honest and upfront. And maybe you should work on your website and socials, because nowhere on instagram or your website gives details — if you have to hunt for the info, it’s not “as advertised.”

Honesty if you come here look around. No one really dances, drinks are expensive for no reason, and the music is outdated. Go somewhere else. Midnight and barely anyone is here

I loved this place! It was really cool to see a nightclub that had so much interesting local artwork. The ice cream DJ booth and sprinkles on the roof were epic! I also loved that I could buy ice cream downstairs. This was a win-win for me! I also really enjoy that there's a dance floor on the roof. I hate how crowded normal clubs are and I like to have some room to dance.
