"Right in the middle of Sunset Junction, We Have Noodles is a good spot for an easy Silver Lake lunch. They do, in fact, have everything from pho to khao soi to ramen, as well as few non-noodle plates for sharing. While the noodles themselves are good, some of the flavors could be amped-up a little - you’ll probably be making liberal use of the condiments on the table. Still, the cold sesame noodles are ideal on a heatwave day, and you won’t be mad about having this place in your midday eating rotation." - Jess Basser Sanders

got the chili garlic noodles and cold brew Thai tea (which just tasted like chrysanthemum tea). portion was decent contrast to what the other reviewer said. noodles were chewy and absorbed the flavor well, chicken was tender, sauce was a bit sweet for me, and the little mustard greens or whatever they were interesting but wish they were cut bigger. Don't think I'd go back since it seems a little overpriced but their pho seemed good. I'd give it 3.5 but there's no half stars so unfortunately it gets a 3.

We love their green noodle, it is very refreshing and it serves cold. I didn't take a photo this time. I had a Thai coconut noodle last time which I think was a little too sweet for me.

The food prepared by Chef Darren is delicious, innovative and should probably be a lot more expensive. Luckily for you and me, it's reasonably priced, multi-layered in terms of flavors and super pleasing to the palate. I highly recommend We Have Noodles, and just so you know, they have A LOT more than just noodles, including tasty eggplant and dumplings.

Really nice little corner spot with plenty of seating and good service. Prices were on the high side of reasonable. I ordered the spicy miso with pork belly and while I like spicy and it looked good it was just too spicy for me, not their fault. I'll be back to try something else.

Great quick comfort food. Good selection of beer and wine as well. The spicy miso ramen lives up to its name and the slow cooked pork inside bursts with flavor and melts in your mouth. Veggie and vegan options are available and given the same amount of care and presentation as the meat dishes when prepared. Good food fast!

Very high quality noodle dishes from a variety of areas. Each dish is unique and carefully crafted for interesting flavors. Small menu makes it easy to make a decision. Staff is very knowledgeable of all bowls.

Delicious creative meals. One of my favorite places to eat in Silverlake. Great location. Casual welcoming environment with a variety of Asian dishes. It has become a frequent stop for me for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommend this place!
