Best Restaurants for Soup in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"This unassuming neighborhood spot near the train tracks in Marietta showcases homestyle Sichuan cooking at its finest. A standout is Wei’s fish and cabbage soup, featuring tangy suan cai (fermented cabbage) paired with a bold spice paste of Sichuan pepper and ginger. Poached white fish and a cilantro-infused chicken broth create a hearty, shareable bowl of comfort. Ideal for groups or for one hungry diner." - Eater Staff

Amazing Experience! I had such a wonderful time dining here! The food was absolutely delicious ,every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. Our server was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find great food and great service in one place, but this spot delivers on both. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First time going with hubby and some friends. Parking was easy and free. First walked in and my husband asked what kind of authentic Chinese food did they serve and they didn’t even know how to respond. So I don’t really believe the “authentic” in the name of the restaurant. We ordered 2 appetizers: the Pan-Fried Dumplings (chicken) and Crab Rangoon. For dinner we ordered 3 entrees: Sizzling Black Pepper Beef, Three Pepper Chicken, and Cumin Lamb. Wasn’t impressed with the appetizers nor the entrees. The Crab Rangoon wasn’t bad just a regular dish. Pan fried dumplings were filled properly with chicken, but no flavor and the color of the dumpling was purple. Not sure why. I ordered the sizzling black pepper beef because it was a safe choice for me and enjoyed it. It was cooked properly and flavor was right. Three pepper chicken was okay not great and not much flavor but the chicken was soft. The cumin lamb was overcooked because the meat was tough, but the flavor was good. Service was not great and you just sit there waiting for them. It was not busy but seemed like only 2 people were working. It wasn’t a bad experience but I wouldn’t come again, it didn’t feel authentic to us.

Google
It is a small restaurant across the mall of Georgia. Firstly, the staff doesn’t understand English language. They nod to whatever you say. Secondly, I felt they were in rush cuz they asked us for water while they were passing by our table, didn’t even bother to stop and ask what we needed apart from water in drinks. The crab Rangoon were good but had bare minimum filling, the pan fried dumplings were stuffed and tasted okay. The cumin lamb was chewy, the three pepper chicken was okay and the only best item was the sizzling black pepper beef which was cooked to perfection; neither chewy nor dry. All the entrees came with bowl of rice. Wouldn’t recommend this place though

Google
Wonton soup was plain broth with some cilantro and scallions. Pan fried dumplings did not have much flavor and were indeed purple. Crispy chicken was very good.

We were seated and checked in on very quickly. Our food came out quickly. Hospitality was great food was even better. It was fresh, hot, flavorful I want to go back and try everything else now haha. And the ice tea was just right!

If you are looking for authentic Chinese Food, WEI is your spot! We have been coming here since the beginning in 2021! The food, facility, and service is top notch. It’s in the heart of the Mall of Ga area and probably the best Chinese food in the area. Their only competition is PF Changs at the Mall, Peking House near Kroger on Peachtree Industrial, Eastern China near Publix on Peachtree Industrial Road, and Chen’s on Hamilton Mill. Nonetheless, it’s the best for authentic Chinese food. Not over seasoned and perfect for guest looking for home cooking! We had Shrimp fried Rice, Pepper steak with peppers and onions, and their hot and sour soup! Absolutely delicious! Our host was Jenny and made sure our dinner was quick and perfectly prepared. With that, if you’re looking for good Chinese Food, we highly recommend Wei Buford Authentic Chinese food!

The food was delicious. I had pan fried chicken bao, spicy orange chicken, spring rolls and chicken and shrimp fried rice. The service was great. It does take a little while for them to bring out the bao.

Google
We're puzzled why we haven't discovered this restaurant sooner. It's tucked away on busy Buford Drive, so it's easy to miss. But thanks to a recommendation, we gave it a try, and we're so glad we did. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the dumplings, but the Spicy Chongqing Chicken was the real star. Despite the intimidating "triple hot" label and fiery red chili peppers, the heat was surprisingly balanced by an incredible flavor. Even our spice-averse family members couldn't resist the temptation. The basil chicken was also a hit. With reasonable prices and generous portions, this place will definitely become a regular spot for us.

Yelp
WEI has been a long time favorite for me and one of my comfort spots. It is a great place to have a family style dinner; my friends and I like to come and pick a few plates each time to share. We ALWAYS get soup dumplings and pork buns! The staff has always treated me like family and been super welcoming. The food is fresh, delicious, and there are a variety of options to accommodate different preferences. There are dishes that are lotus root focused, which are super tasty, but they also have common Chinese-American favorites like General Tsos. I highly suggest this spot to vegetarians/vegans or if you are dining with a group who includes a plant based diet. The meatless options are outstanding and abundant , so you don't have to worry about picking a random salad/side dish and feeling unsatisfied, lol. We've all been there! Tip: looking for a light snack/drink to have while catching up with a friend? Ditch the typical "coffee date" and come here for a pot of fresh green tea and bao buns!

Yelp
So I am going to try this place again some time. There was good and bad. Soup dumplings weren't it. They weren't hot and nether were the regular. The sauce for the dumplings were very good. The braised pork belly was so good. The baby bok choy was perfectly cooked. The hot and sour soup was very good. Black peppery hot not Chili hot. The wanton soup was good and simple. The lo Mein was good. Service was ok, no chopsticks which maybe I should have asked for, I don't know I don't like eating Chinese food with a fork, it's too awkward for me but maybe I am weird. I like the decor. It was cozy.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. First time and we will be back. Shrimp and lobster sauce, Hong Kong style fried rice, soups and soup dumplings. All delicious. Large portions so no need to make dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow! Very clean place with modern decor. 100 on their Health Inspection score.

Yelp
Great Christmas night dinner. Nice variety on the menu. Service was fast and friendly. We had wontons in chili oil, salt and paper calamari, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and one other beef dish I can't recall. Everything was good the Mongolian beef was so tender, but there wasn't a lot of beef in the dish. The calamari was also very tender and delicious. There wasn't a full bar, but we stuck to soft drinks.

Yelp
Authentic Americanized Chinese food but still good. We ordered the Scallion Pancake, Chicken Lettuce Wrap, and Fish in Chili Oil. All were tasty options but the Fish in Chili Oil, while marked as spicy definitely was not. We do authentic Chinese frequently and were excited to see that on the menu so I felt that was lacking. It was still good though. They do offer many authentic Chinese dishes so if you are considering ordering a spicy dish, let them know you mean it. I'm sure they are simply trying to cater to many of their patrons. Due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews, they aren't wrong. If we were to go back, we would tell them to really spice it up. The service was fantastic! We were greeted and sat, during a busy rush with no issues and served with enthusiasm. Our server(s) were very helpful and prompt on any of our questions or needs like drink refills and such. The decor is nice and restroom clean (which can make or break my reviews as a dirty restroom makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. But no concerns there. I'd definitely go back. I knocked one star only due to the Americanized "authentic" Chinese. While I believe they are trying to balance the two for their guests, to call this authentic felt a bit misleading since we drove out of our way to try this place. Several of the authentic Chinese dishes at true authentic Chinese spots we were craving were not options, nor was the spice level there, it was still good food.

Yelp
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the US! They say "authentic" and that is so true. I come here every time in the area because everything I've had has consistently been excellent. The restaurant is classy and clean and the staff is helpful and fast. We arrived at 5 pm and the rush followed us.

Yelp
If you're hungry and looking for good Chinese food this place is definitely the place. The flavors of the food and variety of the food is very delicious! They also have a bar for you to drink while you eat. Service is good not the best but thats how you know it's a good authentic restaurant. Their calamari is a must get item as well.

Yelp
This place is SOOOOO freaking good and I've only tried the Kung Pao chicken so far. I was afraid of excessive heat or amount of peanuts but they balanced the dish out beautifully. The dish was perfectly savory, a hint of sweet, good kick of spice, and portioned for 2 meals I feel like ($17). The taste feels authentic like what you get in Chamblee in China town but a tad bit tastier Customer service was very welcoming Ambiance is pretty laid back nothing crazy fancy but it is kind of cute inside for a date night. Attire would not matter here. I will ABSOLUTELY be back and tell others about this place!

Yelp
OMG, it was sooooo good. Every time I come to Atlanta I eat as much Asian eats as I can. I normally stop in Duluth, but I just happened to see this place on my trusty Yelp app when I had stopped for gas in Buford. I was getting a little hesitant as I passed by the mall and every single chain restaurant known to man. I thought this place might even be one of those similarly named fast food PF Chang spots, but it surely was not. We came in on a holiday, so the lunch specials were not available. I'm actually thankful of that as we just decided to do this more dim sum style and got a bunch of small eats. Service wasn't super quick, but they were busy. The decor was pretty nice, but nothing over the top. It smelled amazing though. I had to get the soup dumplings, they were good, but not great. The sweet and sour soup was good, the wonton soup was even better. The real deal shinning thing we tried though was the dry fried eggplant. It was like perfectly cooked cajun fries, but eggplant. Spring rolls were good, other dumplings and such were tasty as well, but I know there are some things that we didn't try that are on the same level as that eggplant. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I was a bit hesitant with the name of the restaurant having "Authentic" in it, but it was pretty authentic. We ordered soup dumplings, beef fried rice, kung pao chicken, and double cooked pork. Overall flavor was a bit too strong for us, but it still tasted good! The pork and chicken were marked as spicy, but they weren't spicy even for someone who isn't good with spicy at all. Beef fried rice had a lot of beef in it. Soup dumplings didn't come out super hot, which was strange but it still tasted good. It was packed on a Sunday night, and I'm not sure if they take reservations. So definitely go early!

Yelp
So far the best Chinese I've tried in the area. Food tasted good, service was good, place looked well kept. Visited in April 2024. We got the Tri pepper chicken and i think it was soup dumplings. Our friend got orange chicken. Everything was delicious and everyone was satisfied. Would come back.

Yelp
This Place is The best authentic Chinese Cantonese style In The area!! Cantonese style Chinese cooking is old world school of that was brought to the United States when the restaurants had hit here in the 80s very hard to find type of solid delicious menu, absolutely Great service and atmosphere... top-notch

Yelp
Stopped on our way home based on reviews. Excellent food - hot - fast service. Great option for tasty, authentic Chinese food.

Yelp
Great affordable food! We tried 2 entrees and 4 appetizers! Place gets busy but we got serve and food came out quickly too. My sister and her kids were surprisingly amaze and we would definitely go back.

Yelp
Lunch special ($11.50) included soup and rice. Our egg drop soup didn't appear to have any add ingredients (peas or such) but the flavor was strong and delicious. An extra treat was the temperature- it was hot, not lukewarm. It would have been another dollar to get brown rice but this rice was exactly right; flavorful and a great compliment to the main dish. My husband said his Mongolian Beef was salty, my shrimp was not. But the soy sauce was clearly not low salt. My onions in particular were strong flavored but all the vegetables were cooked perfectly - crisp but not raw. The only negative was that egg rolls were not part of the special. Sigh. I do love egg rolls. We will be back. Great lunch.

Cece S.

Yelp
Excellent!! Not your typical American Chinese food which is often fried and greasy. It was fresh and light.

Yelp
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Buford area! The food is authentic, fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that they do not have any chicken wings here lol. They also serve good cocktails here for 9.99. You can't beat that. The service here is fast and friendly. The ambiance is good and they have a bar area that's a bit small I would rather a booth instead.
google avatar

Lora L.

Yelp
This is a cute restaurant that is a little smaller, so if you have a bigger group you may not be seated together. The service was fine. We ordered 2 appetizers and 5 main dishes: P4. Beef Shank & Tripe P10. Salt & Pepper Calamari N3. Lo Mein Noodles N2. Hongkong style fried rice N5. Hongkong style rice noodles K5. Taiwanese Braised Pork H15. Seafood Stone Pot Most of the food was flavorful and delicious but the only one that I would recommend NOT to order would be the seafood stone pot because it tasted watery and had no flavor to the dish.

Yelp
Delicious, quick food! We got the wonton soup to start and it was so good! I always get the house combo lo mien here and it never disappoints. They also offer take out.

Yelp
Ordered takeout to go with my grandsons 2nd birthday party at home. He's a fan of Bluey and they have an episode that is all about a takeout experience. Bluey was the them but other than ripping the egg rolls it turned out great! We ordered a variety of food. 1/2 duck, egg rolls, cucumbers, beef & broccoli, sesame chicken, beef and tripe cold dish, and pork loin mein. Everything was delicious. Although the sesame chicken tasted more like orange chicken. The duck was a fun treat. Once a year thing maybe. But it was crispy and tender. We took the grandkids for the pick up of the takeaway and that was the only bad experience. He wanted to go in and eat right away! Other than that- will definitely go try and more flavor profiles!

Yelp
This restaurant has a lot of great options. We stopped in at lunchtime and were really happy with the service and overall quality of the food. To start, the hot and sour soup was delicious. It had a nice deep broth that really delivered on the pepper flavors. It is meatless but contained tofu and and quite a few vegetables. Definitely a star. The stir fried cabbage had some excellent flavor as well. It was a nice sized portion. My issue was that it was way too oily. I still liked it, but the amount of oil was a little off putting. The lunch sized portion of kung pao chicken ordered extra spicy came through! This dish was also a tad on the over oily side, but it was sooooooo good. They made it with a lot of the numbing peppers. I would order it again. The service was friendly and fantastic. The prices were good and they have some nice lunch specials. Be sure to check this place out.

Yelp
I'm a fan! I ventured to WEI Authentic Chinese following a strong craving for hot and sour soup. Working in Lawrenceville, I could venture a bit south to the Asian mecca of food or travel north to find American Chinese cuisine. I like Wei for its variety of Chinese cuisine - my home cuisine, Cantonese food, as well as the American Chinese cuisine that I sometimes crave, plus Szechuan food, too! On my first visit to WEI, I ordered the HOT & SOUR SOUP - Wood ear mushrooms, tofu, egg, bamboo and the SICHUAN DANDAN NOODLE - Topped w. ground pork, scallions, peanuts, hot chili oil, sesame seeds. I didn't think I would like both dishes as much as I did. The hot & sour soup was rich and flavorful. The Sichuan DanDan noodles were simple but surprisingly delicious - on first sight, the noodles look plain but beneath the dish is the tingling, spicy chili oil that brings the noodles, pork, and scallions all together. Super simple, super delicious. On my second visit, I tried their lunch special - the SPICY PORK IN GARLIC SAUCE - Bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, bell peppers. I wasn't expecting much from this dish, but it absolutely blew me away. The sauce in this dish is absolutely unique and delicious - tangy, spicy, bold and flavorful. The pork is great and ample and the vegetables are perfectly paired. Be warned that this is a fusion dish - if you are not used to authentic Chinese food, the wood ear mushrooms and bamboo shoots will be an adjustment. All-in-all, of the three things I've tried here, everything has been great. The portions are large and prices are comparably cheaper than most places. Service is swift and food has always been ready when I arrive for pickup. Definitely give this place a try!

Yelp
I came here yesterday and really enjoyed it! The service was excellent! Our server was fast and friendly and checked on us regularly. I tried the Hot & Sour Soup, Soup Dumplings, Stir-Fried Cabbage and Crispy Beef. The Hot & Sour soups was delicious. It was a great warm and hearty soup on a cold day. It does not contain any meat and is filled with various veggies and mushrooms. It was perfectly spiced and the right kick. My soup dumplings were a bit disappointing. Most of them were punctured and the soup had spilled out and steamed away. The Stir-Fried Cabbage was delicious. Ours included a medium level of heat from the numbing chilis. The Crispy Beef was thinly sliced beef perfectly fried and seasoned with cilantro and numbing chilis. I ate this in combination with the cabbage (think wrapping the cabbage around the beef and having a delicious spicy wrap). All and all this was a fantastic visit. I would not order the soup dumplings again, but everything else is a definite "yes please!" The service was fantastic and the other reason I would happily return.

Angel R.

Yelp
First experience here was impressive! I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp with hot tea. Everything came out very quickly with attentive service. The shrimp portion was more than expected. I wasn't able to finish it all. And the flavor was just what I was craving! I ended up ordering another dish (Sizzling Beef) to bring home to my husband and he said that was delicious too. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
very quick service, many menu options to choose from, fair prices & i really do love the atmosphere. i ordered the P6 Sichuan Dandan noodles - it was at my table in under 5 minutes & very tasty. looking forward to my next visit

Yelp
This place was located in Buford, only a few miles away from Duluth...my home away from home! I chose this place because I was craving some Dan Dan Noodles...something fulfilling, yet light, after a much heavier meal earlier in the day. The place itself was pretty basic, but modern and seemingly clean. I could be wrong, but looked as if 2 women ran the show. Anyway, I ended up getting a Hot 'n Sour Soup and Scallion Pancakes, along with the Dan Dan Noodles...so not such a small meal after all? At least I made great efforts (and succeeded!) not to eat all of it. It was hard though 'cuz everything was really good! Well, think I would have liked the Dan Dan Noodles to be a tad spicer, with a tad more beef. The Scallion Pancakes were good (I liked how thin and crispy they were), but a little light on the flavor. I remember liking the version I had from Charlotte more (Great Wall, I think?). Now, their Hot 'n Sour Soup was possibly the best version I've ever had! Overall, I thought their foods were solid. I got my foods in a timely manner, but the service was a bit off. My request (for all 3 items to hit the table together) was basically ignored...though I didn't have to wait too long for the 3rd item (Dan Dan Noodles). Also, my waitress wasn't too attentive. Not a big deal since I really didn't need anything...but I did have to wait a good few minutes to get their attention for the final bill. No matter, I really liked the casual comfiness of the place...and appreciated the foods enough to return.

Yelp
One of the restaurants I'll visit when I'm homesick! I've only dined in once but it's my parent's dating spot lol. My personal favorite is their pumpkin cake and fried rice. They taste pretty authentic and with big portions that's enough for the whole family to share.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch with my husband on a Tuesday. We've been wanting to try this place out for a while now and finally had time to. We walked in right at 11am when they open. Their open sign was on about five minutes before 11am, when we arrived, but we decided to wait till 11am anyway. Upon entering I noticed they had a full bar and cocktail specials. Nice! After being greeted they welcomed us to sit wherever, assuming because we were the first customers. Waitress was very sweet and patient. We had an idea of what we wanted but couldn't pin down exactly what. Ended up ordering 5 dishes and a soup. Waitress didn't judge us. Usually we'd get "looks" but she just laughed with us and told us we can always take our leftovers to go. Aww.. For our soup choice I chose hot and sour, because I feel it's one of the soups to use to judge the quality of ingredients in a place, and they did not disappoint. Broth was perfectly acidic with a little touch of heat. They weren't stingy with the Tofu and vegetables. Wood ear mushrooms and bamboo were actual quality and not bits from the cheapest cans you can get. Soup dumplings come with six dumplings per order and a vinegar base dipping sauce with fresh ginger. We ordered the pork version. They came out hot and of course fresh. You can tell they're made in house. Dumpling wrap was not too thick and filling was actually filling. Soup was a little lacking in a couple of the dumplings but that did not take away from the dumplings at all. Dan Dan noodles were probably one of the bests I've had honestly. I'm not usually a fan of Dan Dan because some places have them tasting like peanut butter. Wei's dandan noodles were more on the savory aromatic raosted chili side which I really enjoyed. We tried leaving room in our tummies for our coming dishes but ended up finishing this dish it was that good. Mapo Tofu, my husband said is one of the best he's had. We ordered it because it's one of his favorite dishes. We ordered it from the lunch special and it was still a decent enough size for sharing. Chongqing chicken was my favorite! Perfect crispy bites of fried chicken with bits of peppers and peppercorn. Spicy and numbing. Would be great to pair with a beer. I love spicy food so to me it had a good kick of spice and I could eat some bits of peppers for more heat. But to my husband, who has a lower tolerance, some bits were too spicy. Lastly we had the boiled fish in chili oil soup. My husband loved it! Every time we order this dish we always forget about the noodles underneath the fish so don't forget it has noodles. The fish is tender and succulent. The broth is rich and almost like a gravy. Perfect for topping on rice. The noodles and vegetables are a nice addition but the fish and soup makes the dish. Like most of what we ordered it does have a kick so if your tolerance isn't high the spice may bother you. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and, of course, the food. We cannot wait til our next visit so we can try more of the menu!

Yelp
Phenomenal. Large portions, great service, incredible food, decently priced. Drop what you're doing and come here now.

Yelp
I've only had them through door dash but I love their pan fried bao!! It's so tasty. I can't wait to go in and sit down for a bite, too.

Chris W.

Yelp
Ordered the Salted Crispy Chicken through delivery. It was basically razor thin chicken skin deep fried. All batter, no chicken.

Felix B.

Yelp
Nice seating inside. Service seemed off to me, despite its title saying "authentic." The menu had authentic Chinese options, but also had Americanized food too. When I asked what they recommend, they mostly offered Americanized options for us. Idk if it was bc we weren't Chinese, but it definitely made me question their "authentic" foods. Anyways, I disregard their Americanized recommendations and ordered Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and dry beef pot. Dry beef pot was good. I've also had their Dan Dan noodles before and loved it. Xiao long bao were okay and I could find better elsewhere; I wish it was steaming hot. Also when they served us, they didn't give us a chopstick nor spoon for Xiao Long Bao and only left us with a fork. Again, it felt disrespectful. Even though I'm not Chinese, I'm still southeast Asian and know how to use a chopstick... It's either they were discriminating us or they weren't authentic. I'm on the fence about coming here again.

Yelp
Very good Chinese. I ordered the spice chongqing chicken . This is an intense dish that is not for the faint of heart. I would not get this again. Not because it was not properly prepared or that the potion size was bad, which it was not. and not that I wasn't warned about it. This is a dry rub sauce in the chicken that is not only spicy hot , but has a numbing effect on you mouth. I felt like I had been to the dentist and had Novocain. It leaves a very bizarre feeling that is exacerbated by drinking a cold liquid. It took several houses for the feeling to go away fully. Consume this dish at your own risk. The restaurant is very nicely laid out with a casual Ambiance. The service was top notch . My companions had other dishes which were fantastic . The egg rolls although smaller are on point with flavor. This is a great location to try the delicacies of the orient.

Yelp
My family and friends all love this place. Not a single thing I can complain about. We tried a lot to their menu items and their food is always great. The drinks aren't bad either!! Must try!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is really good and we've come a few times simply because Richard is craving calamari, and we always order a couple extra things lol They have a variety of dishes and something for everyone from meat lovers to seafood lovers to vegetarian's as long as you love the Asian flair you'll find something to enjoy here. They also offer lunch specials Monday through Saturday. The staff is always kind and very attentive.

Yelp
Multiple, positive experiences with both dine-in and take-out. Consistently great food - temperature, flavor, portions. Customer service is regularly friendly with a patron-first mentality. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Another gem hidden in plain site. Opened for 7 months now and I just saw it. When I looked them up and saw they have Soup Dumplings, I had to go. Wow! Everything was SO good. Busting with flavor and unique menu items. Salt and Pepper Calamari was so delicious and packed with complementary textures and flavors. I ended up eating it as my main meal. Soup Dumplings. Just amazing. Right amount of liquid and perfect texture . Even the more Americanized main dishes were fantastic. Fresh and made authentic. I will never get "Chinese" from anywhere else after this. The staff was so friendly and saw how much we were enjoying it, so suggested the Scallion Pancake. She did me a favor for sure! She also explained the concept and technique behind the cooking. I mean it was an amazing unexpected experience. I will be back and make sure my friends and family come with me.

Yelp
Best Chinese ever! Been here toooo many times and it's the same or better every time ! Everything is fresh! You want spicy they got it ! Get out of your comfort zone , try something really authentic, like the dry pot ! Or have your server recommend , out favorites are the soups both egg drop and wonton ,hot and sour, the pot stick Mei and Alice are awesome and so are all the other servers! Can't brag enough on this place! They make you feel like family for sure .

Jane H.

Yelp
The food is amazing at this place! I tried their salt and pepper shrimp, salt and pepper pork, Mongolian beef, spicy chicken dry pot and chicken fried rice with my family. Every single dish was amazing. And I am impressed about their spicy chicken dry pot. It was so good that I mixed rice in the sauce and finished every bit of it. The restaurant was clean and the seating was comfortable. The servers were very kind. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Yelp
Everything was great. Food, service, and the vibes of the spot. We ordered the wonton soup, egg drop soup and hot and sour. The wonton soup had cilantro in it which I personally don't like but I can see how others would enjoy it. The egg drop was good, no complaints. The hot and sour was a good balance of hot and sour, the sourness wasn't overbearing like some hot and sour soups I've had in the past. The salt and pepper shrimp was great but the vegetables could've had some sauce, my mom didn't like how it was dry but she still enjoyed it. I ordered the beef fried rice and it was very tender, the rice was good. And lastly we ordered Kung pao chicken and my dad said it was delicious, it was spicy, the veggies were crispy, the chicken was lightly breaded and tende

Yelp
I rarely leave a review but wow this is some of the best chinese food I've ever had. I'm not from the area - I'm from Los Angeles - so I don't know if this is par for the course in Buford or above regional average. Ordered via door dash. Pan fried pork dumplings. Wow some of the best I've had from filling to wrapping to a crispy fry Hot and sour soup. Very good with fresh mushrooms. Only complaint would be to hsve a touch of pork in it. Kung pao chicken medium spicy. Honestly best Kung pao chicken I've ever had.

Yelp
Man ive been coming here consistently for over a year and the consistency in their fast service, good quality hot food and safe ambience has never changed. Love this place and heavily recommend it. Orange Chicken, sesame chicken and Mongolian beef always hit the spot. God bless this place!

Yelp
I like it! I think the service was the best part, very friendly servers :). The food was good too, and it is definitely worth coming back for. This time I don't have that much to say besides that the food felt pretty authentic and I want to try more dishes next time. Interior was spacious and clean!

Yelp
Omg so delicious! Great service, excellent food! Why no 5 stars then you ask? Dirty plates. We had to ask for new appetizer plates twice and they still weren't clean. They had things stuck to them in places but only like every other plate. So we just didn't use them :) Then we just tried to ignore whether or not our main dishes came on clean plate hahahaha. Seriously though I'd eat here over and over again it was so good. I had the spicy beef dry pot and it was just delicious! Spicy for sure but a good spicy. The other dishes photographed were my table mates dinners. Everyone loved their food! Note to WEI-Please consider replacing your dishwasher.

Yelp
I actually don't see how anyone could rate less than 5 stars. We had the Beijing beef and three pepper chicken and both with rice were fire. We will def be back for some well flavored and fresh Chinese food.
