Fantastic wok seared food. After driving out to Richmond for some tacos, only to discover it was closed, we stopped in at WenChang. I was craving some noodles and Mongolian beef. This place did not disappoint. Every dish was super fresh and you could actually see the wok seared marks on the noodles. Hard to capture how good the food was here. There’s not a lot of tables, so I could imagine a little wait during rush hour.

Delicious food, off the beaten path, yet worth it. Fresh, high quality chicken The sesame chicken was unique and delightful. The buns and dumplings were incredible. I devoured them without much of an appetite, literally that good. The staff works hard to keep things flowing.

Went on a weekend for lunch, had to wait outside for 15-20mins as it’s a tiny restaurant with 4-5 tables. Food came pretty quickly though! We ordered xiao long bao (soup dumpling), har gow (shrimp dumpling), potstickers, fried chicken wings, honey sesame chicken, bistro fried rice and Singaporean noodles. All the food was decent but only the bistro fried rice was delicious! We inhaled it so fast that I couldn’t get a picture of it. The har gow and string bean were good too. We’re pretty sure the xiao long bao was not handmade which was disappointing. Potstickers and fried chicken was standard. Would come back again if I’m in the Richmond! Price to food portion was good.

Google
Small Gem for Chinese food/ Dumplings. We ordered the Mongolian Beef, 4 Seasons Chow Mein and Xiao Long Bao. All are excellent with lots of flavors. Portions were very generous. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely will be back.

Google
We had two w sum dishes , and the Singapore rice noodles. Both were delicious, freshly made, and I particularly enjoyed being able to pick which kind of protein for the Singapore rice noodles. Big portions, reasonable prices, leftovers for tonight!

Google
WenChang is a winner. I was staying a couple blocks away and stumbled upon this nondescript neighborhood eatery, and I’m so glad I did. The food and prices were great. The crispy honey sesame chicken was a treat. I’m not a big fan of sweet dishes, but this plate was loaded with nice pieces of chicken, fried to perfection with the perfect mixture of sweetness and sesame. The soup dumplings are another must-try dish—savory and juicy. The vegetable chow mein was fresh and not overly cooked. They have two prices for many entrees: cash and credit card. So make sure to bring cash for the best prices.

I was craving some dim sum after finishing a 10k race, and we found this place! The restaurant is a bit small and only has 4-5 tables. We ordered their siu mai, xian long bao, and sweet and sour chicken based on the reviews on Yelp. I highly recommend ordering their siu mai; it was packed with flavor and filling, and it was just delicious by itself. For me, I don't have to dip it into any sauce, and it tastes great already. But the xiao long bao was a bit disappointing. The skin was too thick, and there was only a little bit of soup inside, and they didn't even provide any ginger to pair with it. Maybe it's because my baseline standard for xiao long bao is Din Tai Fung (?), so I ended up disappointed. It's my first time trying sweet and sour chicken dish, I would say the chicken was tender and juicy, and the sugar coating makes it have a good crispy exterior.

Google
Ordered through doordash so didn’t really get to experience the location but the food was so good! The noodles had a nice seasoning to them and not too greasy. The dumplings were AWESOME got the pork and shrimp. I’m from out of town so I’m trying to check out other restaurants in the area but I would most definitely munch out here again!

Yelp
Delicious probably the best dumpling place in the Richmond I've had so far Easy takeout Smaller location have only gotten takeout Would come again everything we ate was so good!

Yelp
Place is quite small but cozy. Note that it has a sign that says cash only, but you can order via QR code on their website and pay with card that way. I think the prices are a bit higher though compared to what is listed on the physical menu. We ordered soup dumplings, steamed dumplings, and string bean chicken. The dumplings overall were decent, but my friend thought the string bean chicken was a bit on the saltier side.

Yelp
Affordable family owned Chinese restaurant with great food! It's cozy with about 5-6 tables so it's definitely better for small groups but the food is delicious and with decent sized portions. Just note, it is a cash only place. The crispy honey and sesame chicken is a must try!! It was very hot when it came to table so you know they just finished cooking it. It was perfectly crispy and coated in a tasty sweet sauce. We also got the fried rice, chow mein and xiao long baos. The fried rice was also good and had that wok hei flavor. I don't usually like chow mein but I really enjoyed theirs! The xiao long baos were also solid. Great spot for when you're craving Chinese food!

Yelp
Super good shrimp and veggie dumplings! Very fresh and hot. Will definitely be back soon

Yelp
This place is cash only, which is something to keep in mind before visiting. My friend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately in a space with less than 30 seats. The spacing is limited, which felt even more small due to the random shu mai around my seat on the ground. We ordered the Bistro Fried Rice with Beef, XLB, and Shu Mai. The seasoning for the Fried Rice was good. The Shu Mai seemed like it had more artificial coloring, and the XLB had the right dumpling texture with the right amount of soup. We didn't wait too long for the food either, and it was worth the minimal wait on a warm day. We would love to visit this place again and try their other dishes next time!
google avatar

Calvin T.

Yelp
This is a family run restaurant with little seating in the Richmond, we loved this place and have been back for a second serving of XLB already! The service is great and they're very friendly. XLBs all had the skin intact and hot broth inside, with well marinated stuffing, the mapo tofu was the right amount of spicy, and the sesame chicken were so crispy and juicy. The fried spicy chicken and crab cheese puffs were okay, nothing exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and try more things! But we'd be sure to order the XLB every time.
google avatar

Yelp
Usually order their sesame chicken to go but decided to dine in today and try their other items. Came around 1:30pm for lunch. Place is very small so not great for big groups. They had about 2 4 seat tables and 3 2 seat tables. Their sesame chicken always slaps. Their chow fun was pretty greasy but as expected from ho fun noodles. There was more chicken than noodles which is debatable whether that's good or not. The basil eggplant is really flavorful if you're a hoisin sauce lover. I think it would be even better if it was spicy but we had to opt
google avatar

Ailun H.

Yelp
tl;dr -- 3/5 for XLB but 4/5 for the value; where are you going to find 10 XLBs for 10.95? Also note, this restaurant is CASH ONLY. I stopped by WenChang for lunch this past Thursday since I was craving soup dumplings. There were a couple others picking up to-go orders, but no other person was dining in. The interior is a bit cramped with only a few tables. 'XIAO LONG BAO' SOUP DUMPLINGS - 10.95 I'm used to each order coming with 6 XLBs, but this one came with 10. Wow. Overall, the soup dumplings were just OK. It didn't taste that fresh and there was a lack of broth in each one. But I can't complain too much if the price is such a steal and there's not really good XLBs near where I live. WenChang is convenient if you're craving soup dumplings near Inner Richmond. Otherwise, I wouldn't go out of my way for them.

Yelp
5 stars for the honey sesame chicken alone! This place is a hole in the wall...tiny space far removed from the hustle and bustle. I certainly wouldn't recommend going with a big crowd as the dining room seemed to seat only about 20 people max. We chose to pick up our food to go and even after a 20 minute drive, the food was piping hot and the chicken was still crispy. We ordered the Mongolian beef, which comes in 3 heat levels. The medium was pretty spicy, and that's coming from someone who puts sriracha on everything so beware of the hot one! The chow fun noodles were bouncy with the right amount of chew and the xiao long bao were decent but not very broth. Ordering online the food was ready in 29 minutes and no line to pick up. I did notice a cash only sign for dine in so come prepared. And order the honey sesame chicken!

Yelp
Everybody have fun tonight, everybody WenChang tonight! A friend recommended this place to me when I asked about a lunch spot to take my dad in the Richmond district so I came on a Sunday for lunch at 1pm along with my son. This corner restaurant is small and probably fits around 20 people max at most. There was a big party of 10 people ahead of us but luckily we were able to get seated within 10 minutes at a small table. The service was ok since it looked like there was only 1 lady working the front area. She took our order and within 10-15 mins our first dish came out. Lots of people seemed to be ordering the same dishes that we had which were: Crispy honey sesame chicken (my fave dish even though it was a bit sweet but the balance of the crunch with the sauce was perfect) Xiao long bao (I've had better but these were still very good) Chow fun (the rice noodles were a perfect texture and it was not too greasy or saturated with soy sauce) I would order all of these dishes again and highly recommend this place. Everybody have fun tonight, everybody WenChang tonight!

Yelp
This is a small casual restaurant. Basic and nothing thrilling. Unfortunately, there is no parklet to enjoy the food outdoors, but 2 small tables set up against the windows of this location. However the food does not disappoint. Honey sesame chicken 10/10. Mild-medium spicy with plenty of viscous sauce. It has a very crunchy but lightly battered outer layer and tender chicken meat. Very well done with a large portion enough for 3-4! Xiao long bao 9/10 with a perfect outer skin that won't break apart but isn't doughy. Not very soupy and with a light broth to it.
google avatar

Konrad J.

Yelp
Rude, cash-only dive. The server did not greet me and unceremoniously tossed the menu on the table. I saw a sign that said "cash only" and asked if that was still the case. She said "yes" and shrugged, so I got up and left.
google avatar

David W.

Yelp
Their food items are prepared and presented with so much flavor and authenticity it's a joy to order!

Hailey M.

Yelp
BEST Chinese spot. Orange chicken and chow mein 10/10. Never had something this good. If you're looking to go here get in your car right now.
google avatar

Lani N.

Yelp
If you miss the Crispy Sesame Honey Chicken at Nan King Road Bistro, then this is the spot for you. Hard to explain the crunchy, sticky, sweet goodness... but it is the stuff of food fantasies. I wish we could find a spot near Oakland that makes chicken like this. The closest we've found is Dumpling Hours dry fried wings (but theirs are wings and TBH the bones just get in the way). Any time our family is in the Richmond or Sunset we swing by and order 2 orders of the Crispy Sesame Honey Chicken and 1 order of green beans and eat them on the way home.
google avatar

Shelley P.

Yelp
Dumpling party! We got soup dumplings, potstickers, and vegetable bao and it was the perfect light snacky lunch. This neighborhood corner spot is perfectly simple and homey.
google avatar

Geri S.

Yelp
Great service! A quiet afternoon in a small space. We enjoyed the XLB, potstickers, and siu mai for snacks. - we'll return for the chow fun next.

Yelp
I have eaten here with friends several times now. The food is just SO good :) Thank you!
google avatar

Yelp
Maybe the best chow mein in San Francisco. Seriously, it's that good. The Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken is also really tasty. Highly recommend. And I can't forget about the crab cheese puffs. It's a perfect compliment to any meal you have here! I'm still working my way through the menu but everything I've gotten so far has been good. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Like others have said, there's not many tables so it makes more a cozy intimate setting. I look forward to many more visits!
google avatar

Yelp
What is this monstrosity they call pork and shrimp sui mai?!?! JUST NO!! It looks like 2 two days old and then microwaved! I paid $12 for this?!? WHERE's the Shrimp?!? Bleh... not one of the suimai has a piece of shrimp in it. The outer layer didn't even seemed steamed, it was so dry as if it were microwaved for too long! Also, for you juicy dark meat lovers, they only make their chicken with white meat.

Yelp
Ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, veggie fried rice & mu shu veggie for my family of 3 for pre thanksgiving meal. Food was ready to be picked up within 20 mins of ordering and their online payment was extremely easy. Really appreciated that they vent their to go containers so chicken was still crispy and not soggy! Had enough food for 3 meals each for the 3 of us and my parents raved so much about the food they said I had to write this review. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Small restaurant, solid quality food. I went with a friend for some to-go dim sum at 4 pm, which is a weird time for dim sum. We got the har gau, shanghai soup dumplings, potstickers, peppered beef and honey crisp chicken. Service was fast. It's cash only. The restaurant itself is small - 5 tables, but we were headed out anyway, but I could eat here as it is cozy.

Alain G.

Yelp
Best Chinese restaurant in the city, hands down. Small establishment, family owned - the couple works it all day. Delicious food and clean and great prices.

Yelp
I had this place bookmarked for some time and wanted to try it. It wasn't even 5pm on a Monday when we got hungry, so we headed over to WenChang Dumpling. Parking took a few minutes but we managed to find one about a block away. Small but cozy spot with just 7-8 tables. Two other tables were occupied when we arrived even at an off hour. The lady who took our order was nice. I believe she's the owner. We ordered 4 seasons chow mein, crispy chicken in hot chili oil, and XLB. Prices are average and portions are decent. I tried to take photos of the online menu since the prices on the physical menu were not updated. 4 seasons chow mein is vegetarian - No meat in this dish. Flavorful and good portions. 4/5 Crispy chicken with hot chili oil - Numbing spice, white breast meat in a crispy batter. It's good if you like sichuan peppercorns. We had a hard time with the spice. Good but not for us. We'll order chicken without spice next time. And I prefer dark meat. For those that enjoy the spice, it deserves a 4/5. XLB - 10 for $12. Decent amount for the price. Skin wasn't too thick nor too thin. Though I prefer even thinner skin. At least the top skin of the XLB wasn't hard. We enjoyed the soup and filling. 4/5 I'd say it was a good meal with good prices and adequate portions. We'll be by again when we're in the neighborhood and craving XLB!

Yelp
The Xiao long bao was quite nice. The wings were okay but not great value $10 for 6 sections of wings. Lastly, the mixed vegetables were also okay (lots of garlic) but also not great value.
google avatar

Yelp
Seated promptly, though there were a lot of flying insects upon being seated which was a disappointment. Ordered the Shu Mai and Pork and Green onion bun. Took a bit to receive the food though both came out hot from the kitchen. The Shu Mai was great but the pork and green onion bun was tasteless, unappetizing and appeared like a black ball of goo inside a pasty bun. Not good at all. I ordered tea and the teapot was very grimy and dirty. The cleanliness of this spot needs to be to be looked at more closely.

Yelp
Delicious Chinese food and good value for dumplings! I've been wanting to try this place because whenever I pass by I always see a huge crowd waiting outside. Food: 4/5. Flavors are good, the portion size matches the value. Four seasons chow mein: the combo of thick chewy noodles and rich soy sauce did it for me -- this dish is a stable. Crispy chicken in chili oil: This dish is the highlight for me. The crispy chicken is juicy, tender, and crunchy. It's coated with a splash of buttery chili oil fragrance and it's not too spicy in my opinion. Xiao long bao dumpling: the portion size is good, the dumpling is decent. I prefer thinner xiao long bao skins and this place has a thicker wrapping. Not too much juice in the xiao long bao as well. Service: 4/5. We went at around 7pm. They were quite busy and the restaurant is quite small (can only fit 4-5 tables max). We waited around 10 mins to get seated.

Yelp
I was looking for a Chinese take out restaurant in the Richmond that opens before 5pm and found this restaurant with great reviews. Our impressions: - beef chow fun - huge portions of meat and noodles. flavor was good. - walnut prawns - huge shrimp but batter was oddly crunchy in a hard way. sauce was good. - eggplant with basil and tofu - it was ok. - green beans wok'd - solid dish but had way too much spicy red peppers - crispy honey sesame chicken - I'm not sure why people rave about it because it was a little dry (white meat only). If I were to go back, I'd definitely order the walnut prawns and chow fun. I'd also like to try their XLB but only if I could dine in.
google avatar

Yelp
Food and service was excellent. We've had better on the soup dumplings (Xiao long bao). We had a group of 6, so we tried quite a few dishes... all good. No waiting when you come on weekday for lunch but finding parking in residential neighborhood is a little challenging.

Yelp
Went here for an early dinner after a walk in Golden Gate Park. Richmond has some of the best Asian restaurants and this place was no exception. It's a cute small mom & pop restaurant with ~10 tables. Don't plan on walking in with a large party. The food: - Mushroom Mapo Tofu: honestly the star of the dinner. We had gotten a bunch of dumplings so decided to change it up on a random entree for the last item and we are SO happy we did. The Szechuan flavors burst in each bite and the sauce-level is perfect to mix with some rice. - soup dumplings: this came with 10 with was a surprising amount for just $11! The dumplings had a nice flavor to them. Won't same the best Xiao Long Bao I've had in SF, but probably best bang for buck! - shrimp dumplings: once again, I was shocked by how many dumplings we got! 8 for $11! The shrimp tasted great :) - green onion & pork bao: this was an interesting but tasty dish! Rather than roast pork inside (they have that as well), it was almost like what I'd expect in a normal dumpling. The bao was not too dry and soaked up the soy sauce & sriracha combo I made. Really enjoyed this Overall, I was impressed by the quality and quantity of the food, given the price. Wish they had some chili oil or dumpling sauce for dipping, but the soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha worked well enough. I also appreciated they kept swinging by to refill our waters. Will be coming back!

Yelp
Was excited to try this place. However it is CASH only. I thought cash only was illegal. They should mention CASH only on front page.

Yelp
Decided to try WenChang after my friend raves about this spot. We tried their har gow, siu mai, potstickers, lumpia (was confused about that), Singapore rice noodles, crispy honey sesame chicken, and hot and sour soup. The restaurant is small and does not seat many parties but we were seated (party of 6) with no issues. All of the dim sum items were just okay - wouldn't order them again. All other dishes that were not dim sum were really good and I would order them again. The hot and sour soup had the right amount of tang. The crispy honey sesame chicken had really good flavor and texture. Sad that the dim sum was lacking considering their name. But at least the other dishes were good!

Yelp
This is a small family restaurant out in the residential Richmond area, so there's not a lot around it. It's not going to be good for large groups. I counted 4 two person tables and 2 four person tables with another table outside. We got there at peak lunch time on a Sunday and it was full but the tables turn over fast. There was only one waitress working when we were there, so the service was kind of slow but not for lack of trying. Big plus for this place is that everything is reasonably priced. We got noodles, an entree and an appetizer for $40. I'll be coming back for that reason alone. The Singapore style noodles were good but I probably wouldn't order them again. They put a light yellow curry on the dish that I wasn't expecting. I'm not a big curry fan, but I was still able to get through it. The General Tzo Orange chicken was interesting. The chicken is tender and has a nice tangy sauce. There is a light spice but then a heavy amount of garlic. I didn't really get any of the "orange" flavor you typically expect from a dish like this. In summary, I'll definitely be back because the great price. I wouldn't order the orange chicken or Singapore noodles again but I would like to try the chow mein and XLB dumplings

Sean G.

Yelp
I Placed a to go order. Two items were missing. I called the WenChang restaurant. They told me they didn't know how to fix this, and that I should call the driver. What driver? How am I supposed to contact a driver? The delivery was left at our door. I never saw a driver. Where is the quality control when a restaurant hands off an order to an unknown driver? Why are they not checking the order to make sure it is complete? Not good
google avatar

Lee D.

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - Overall the food was 5 stars. Xiao Long Bao, soup dumplings - This was good, piping hot. Retained its juices in the bao. I also noticed every table ordered this, it must be a signature dish here. Singapore Style Noodles - Fresh and good flavors, generous portions. I should have added protein. Mushroom Mapo Tofu - This was the hit. Very good flavors. Again, generous portions. Other ingredients that are not normally in a Mapo, in a good way. Also good and interesting, how do you cook the black beans? We would come back just for this, but again maybe add a protein? Today we had a very healthy dinner, LOL. Significant to-go orders while we were dining in. More of a to-go place then a sit down. They partner with UberEats, Doordash, Grubhub, and Postmates. Atmosphere - Small local restaurant with 6 tables. One table outside, but this is SF winter so no one is crazy to sit outside in 40 degree weather. So small that you can hear everyone's conversations. The place looked like the owners built it themselves, you got to love DIY! Street parking, good luck. Open 6 days a week from 11:30 am to 9pm, closed Mondays; I suggest adding this to your website. Service - This is where they lacked. Just one person, I believe the owner, was working the 6 tables and all the deliveries. Her daughter was riding on her scooter, then watching videos and games on her phone, etc. Price - $42 + tip; all 3 menus had different prices. The menu posted on the window, the one she gave us when seated, and the QR code menu... I really suggest getting that corrected as NO one likes surprises! When I brought it to her attention, she said the QR code with the highest prices are the correct prices... Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1998 and this location since last year. Please update all your menus!

Yelp
Just moved in the neighborhood, and came here to find my new go to restaurant, and I think I have found it. I love how tiny it is, and his family vibe it gives me. We ordered crispy chicken with chill, Singapore style noddles, and hot and sour soup. THEY ARE ALL FABULOUS!!! First of all, they all came with a big portion. We were so hungry and had some leftover for the next day. My favorite is definitely the crispy chicken. It's perfectly sauced and seasoned. My partner's favorite is Singapore noddles. The people here are very nice as well. It's a family owned place in my favorite neighborhood of the city. I will for sure come back here on a monthly basis.

Yelp
This has to be the best dumpling restaurant in the entirety of SF. Everything I ordered was the best of its kind that I've had over the years. It's a tight hole in the wall and only takes cash so come prepared - it's extremely worth it! Can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Corina L.

Yelp
We didn't realize this place was cash only until we arrived, so as a workaround, we ordered online and checked out using square payments. Fortunately, we were still able to dine in, and the hostess checked in with us and brought us water. The food was solid, not the best I've ever had but nothing wrong with it. It's a good place to share a meal with friends or family; just don't forget to bring cash!

Yelp
TLDR: 11/10 literally this place is so good i can't wait to eat my leftovers!! My partner and I came here for an early dinner (5pm) and we were the first ones in, but a ton of people were coming in and out to pick up phone orders, so we knew this was going to be a promising spot! CRISPY HONEY SESAME CHICKEN: My absolute favorite dish, and I am now afraid I won't be able to eat anything else!! It's crunchy without a bread coating yet still juicy, tender, and succulent. The sauce??? To die for. It's so perfectly sweet and sticky but packed with so much flavor. I could go on and on about this. Good to eat on its own or with rice! BASIL EGGPLANT: Also a solid entree choice. The eggplant was perfectly tender and saucy. The green bell peppers that it was cooked with had a soft bite to it, but had the slightest crunch for the balanced texture throughout the dish. HK Crispy Noodles: This was really good! The dish was served in a dish that had really high sides so it kept the sauce contained and absorbed really well with the crispy noodles throughout our meal. There wasn't any meat in this but it was so flavorful and had so many beautifully vibrant vegetables (broccoli, bok choy, carrots, onions, shimeji mushrooms) that I didn't feel a "lack" of anything at all. AMBIENCE: The vibes were right. It's a cozy restaurant that only fits so many people, but provides the right environment for such a nourishing menu. The staff were also very sweet, attentive, and efficient. My partner and I almost waited no time before our food came out. Love it!

Yelp
Great place, off the main drag on a quiet corner. Not many tables, cozy spot with great food. We had soup dumplings, spring rolls, and honey sesame crispy chicken with rice. All were delicious, and at a price to love.

Yelp
Great food and friendly service. Best dumplings. My daughter and I love this place. Cash only.

Yelp
We had a fantastic time at WenChang. Place is tiny - real tiny - but we were able to eat outside and the tea kept coming. We ordered some noodles and dumplings, and the portions were HUGE. Everything was fresh without being too greasy, and the prices were right. Just note that they were cash only when we went.

Yelp
Dim sum plus standard staple mains for SF dim sum spots. Overall, was not very impressed and for the same price you can find much better in the area. Would be good if it wasn't the Bay, but can't recommend given the options in town. Notes on takeout: that they said pickup in ~35 mins but sent me a notice the food was ready after about 18mins. Accordingly the food was not at peak freshness but since I'm expecting this is common for pickup I'm only giving them a slight bump to adjust for this. Notable dishes: Shrimp Har Gow: wrapper was the perfect thickness but the filling was a little on the light side. Overall very good but not quite the amazing plump ones you might get at Dragon Beaux. These were the winners and a reason to potentially return. Shumai: Just not good - some of the worst I've had in town. Extremely dense/hard, relatively dry/overcooked wrapper, slightly off taste/smell. Soup Dumplings: Mediocre. The freshness from takeout might have been an issue but they were light on soup and the meat was not as fragrant and flavorful as I've had. Not much different from Trader Joe's ones.

Yelp
I've ordered twice here before via DoorDash and tonight was the first time coming to dine in person. I decided to try menu items I haven't had before and everything was delicious. All of the items I've eaten from the 3 times I've had WenChang have been great, so I really don't think you can wrong with any of the dishes. This spot is steadily becoming one of my fav Chinese restaurants in SF! I didn't realize how small the shop was, but it really has that family-owned mom & pop shop feel. Even the other customers were friendly and talkative. I had two groups of people come up to my table to ask about my food. Sorry about the pic, I had started eating first before I realized I really wanted to write a review for this place because of how consistently good it is.

Yelp
Tiny corner spot in a residential part of the Richmond. We haven't patronized them for a couple of years even though they are walking distance. We came away impressed. Did take out of their Honey Sesame Chicken, Veggie Egg Foo Young, Sweet and Sour Pork, Singapore Rice Noodle and 4 Seasons Chow Mein. Portions with take out were pretty decent sized even compared with Empero Taste. Our bill came too $88 (2024 pricing). Our fam of 4 had plenty of leftovers. The Chow Mein had good 'wok hay'. Its noodles are semi thick which is not my fave, but OK. The Singapore noodles wasn't spicey, but had good strong curry and lime going for it. Pictures from other reviews made it look light on flavor, but it wasn't. The Honey Sesame Chicken had the boldest flavor and texture, but was hampered with being overcooked/fried. Not burned but the white meat chicken was all on the tough, dry side. Maybe we got a bad batch since it is one of their popular dishes. The egg foo young had nice umami flavor and not as greasy as ive experienced. The Sweet and Sour Pork was probably the best done dish of the night. Not overly sweet or gingery. Meat was mostly tender. Batter not overly thick.

Yelp
We've had a lot of dim sum all over the place and this has to be among the freshest most authentic dim sum that we have had. We really enjoyed it here definitely coming back.

Yelp
The best Chinese food my husband and I have ever eaten. I am a vegetarian and got the veggie bao buns and the eggplant basil dish with tofu. 10/10 recommend.
