I brought a small bus from an assistant living facility. All I wanted was 7 mini frosty. This was about 10:45am. They told me they didn't serve until 11 am. (The door times read 6am-10am.) They also had people inside eating, and when I asked about them, I was told it was workers that were eating

I'd give it a zero but it wasn't an option, waited in drive-thru 5 minutes which is fine. Ordered to use my mobile app to only be told I needed to come inside, okay strike one, go park. go inside, placed part of my order and she walked away to get that part of my order and then asked me if I was going to use my mobile app to be told I can't use it! Well. Why not? You just told me I needed to come inside. It's down!!! with an attitude. I explained that I was just told to come inside and she called me out on my attitude told her to keep my food and left the building. I I will not return to this location. You need to screen your employees further and give proper training on customer service!!!!!!! And get the app working or do away with it?.

We were passing thru Albemarle Fri July 3 on our way to Myrtle Beach for the weekend. Let me tell you the young man at the front register was as polite as he could be! Did not catch his name though, wish I had. Then we interacted with the manager on duty, again the best attitude and personally. Took the time to talk to my 2 year old grand daughter and went and got her some books. Great experience!

Literally left with the worst customer service experience EVER! It started with the Manager who had to take my order because the person who was suppose to be working the front was MIA. I received the cold shoulder attitude while asking if it was for Here or To Go (responded To Go and food was set on tray). I still said Thank You only to get no response and she just walked away. The Chili was unusually runny so I asked for a plastic bag as it was about to be put into a paper one once I repeated it was To Go. I did not want it to spill in my vehicle a d I got a glare for the inconvenience I guess. WOW! It seemed the whole crew was having a bad day or...just did not care how they were representing Wendy's. The community is Thankful for the location upgrade but all that doesn't matter if the folks working inside are lacking Customer Service Skills. Some training or firing should occur. Guess Richfield will get my business now.

Terrible service. Waited at the cash register for 15 minutes. Staff were short and rude. Don’t plan on coming back to this location. As of this post I cannot tell you if the food was good or not because I have yet to receive my order.

I wish I had a voice recorder when I went thru the drive thru, I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Then when I finally got my food the fries were old and cold, I couldn't even eat them. This Wendy's used to be a favorite to stop, What happened? I'll not go back. It's never open in the evenings for some reason and if you are able to walk in, it smells like a weed shop. I'll go to Richfield if I want Wendy's again

I was looking forward to the Taco Salad! Come to found out you don't get the round tortilla chips anymore. You get a small bag of maybe 10 small Fritos pieces 😠 Not the same. Not toention this Wendy's in Albemarle, NC has pretty sad customer service.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. We pulled up to the drive through and was not even greeted. Whoever was working barked at us "only door dash and mobile"He said it twice very rudely. I was pulling up the app when he said it the second time. I told him that I was putting in the order and he yelled that I couldn't do that in his line. There were no other cars anywhere. I told him that I wouldn't do it then and he said that was fine with him. This is the first bad review I have ever left, but I really wanted some Wendy's chili. Grrr

Quick stop through the drivethrough after ordering on the Wendy's app. My order was ready and fast. The young lady at the speaker understood that I had a mobile order, the next young lady (same one?) at the first window knew that it was prepaid and the gent at the window had my order ready. Easy and quick. And accurate. I did not check it but dug in once I was on my way and it was correct. A good visit at Wendy's today. The fact that a fast food place is taking 30 minutes to get through the drive through says ENOUGH!! The restaurant is nasty, your shoes stick to the floor when you walk, they had a child at the drive through window which I find highly unprofessional. They ALWAYS mess up your order, they either give you a completely wrong order or forget items. I have not yet ONCE had a pleasant experience here. The fact that they're still open baffles me. C'mon either hire better management and help or close for a better place! Chipotle would look a lot better anyways.

Ordered 2 large chilies. There was nothing in the chili except broth, no beans or meat. Was not fit to eat. The drive thru line is impossible to get through. Used to be fasted in town. This place needs to be closed revamped and reopened. Where is the ownership?

We went this evening and saw 5 cars in the drive thru and no one at the front counter. So we decided to go inside and order. When we walked in a young man was making fries smiled but didn't say anything. 3 more employees noticed us and didn't say anything nor came over to take our order. An employee clocked in didn't say a word and walked to the lady that was working the drive thru. She took off the headset and said he you go because I've f-ed this up already. Again they saw us but no one is acknowledging us. We stood there for 5 min in total as the lady behind us left and finally my husband asked if someone able to help us? A man from the back came around the corner and said she'll be right with you. My husband asked the man is there an issue or something happening preventing people from taking our order. He said no we are just short handed. I said everyone is short handed and that's not an excuse. I counted at least 5 people working. We turned to leave and the lady with her kids behind us said she is just standing back there drinking her drink. When we left the same cars were still sitting in the drive thru and in the same spots there were in when we walked in. Two additional cars from the drive thru left as we did. I would give 0 stars if I could. We will never go back to this location and don't recommend unless you enjoy being ignored.

Ordered food on the app and almost an hour later sitting in the line and waiting for the food no one is at the windows, no one is at the speaker. People are trying to walk into the dinning to pick up food and door dashes. All doors are locked and no is up front. Haven't even gotten the food yet and no one knows about the online order.

I just went to the drivethru. Three employees were outside chatting. Got to the drivethru window, and they tell me not accepting orders until 11 am. Only Wendy's I ever been to that isn't open from 6 am until 2 am. Last week, the dining area wasn't open. No sign or apparent reason, just locked doirs.

This is the slowest fast food I have ever been too and bad customer service. I literally waited in line today for 20 minutes before deciding to leave and the car that first got its order was still sitting at the window waiting on there food when I drove around to leave and they were there way before me so..... yeah they need some new fast workers or something.

Tonight as we pulled up to the drive thru, when the young man on the speaker was told we needed a moment to look at the menu he audibly sighed. We told him never mind, that was rude and we'll go somewhere else, and as we drove around the line MULTIPLE employees yelled out the pick up window sarcastically to have a good day. I have never in my life had such blatant disrespect from any establishment. If the employees aren't going to take their job seriously they need to go home.

They are slow after waiting 35 minutes for the line to move it never did I pulled around to see what the hold up was the employees where standing right at the computer talking as there where 7 cars lined up outside I do not recommend for ANYONE to come here if you need you food fast

The manager named Tina should be fired. She is VERY rude about giving veterans their discount. You have to go inside to receive said discount where everywhere else you get it through the drive through. She doesn't think the veterans should even get a discount and that there should be a limit on how many times you can use said discount. They just throw your food together and in the bag and twice now the order has been wrong! My husband did NOT serve his country to be disrespected like that!!!!Next time I am going in with him and there will be words between me and her

Frosty came out watery. My Guy friend ordered and got called a female. I was tryna look at her name tag it's said bunker she realized what I wAs doing and gave me a death stare. She seemed to have a bad attitude. When we was leaving she stared at me with a bratty ass look and turned around very quickly while rolling her eyes.

Don't go to Wendy's after 10pm! Went through the drive thru and ordered a burger and fries only to be told to pull up even even though no one was behind us in line. When we finally got our food the burger was pink in the middle, made incorrectly and the fries were cold. We also ordered nuggets and they didn't come through with the sauce. Wendys get yourselves together.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how sweet and nice this Wendy's spot was. Coming from NYC, there is an expectation that pretty much all fast food workers are nasty. However, the cashier was so sweet and the workers were smiley. I gotta admit I'm not used to this type of treatment so I looked at my food a bit more than usual. The only problem is that the accent was a bit heavier and I didn't know what the cashier was asking me but we got through it together. :)

They occasionally get the drink order wrong, the fries quality are terrible even more often, the current person at the drive-thru doesn't speak or even smile. I tryed to call customer service number on the receipt and is so time-consuming if they even pick up at all. It is a gamble that once in a while you might get decent quality, but with the price, it is not worth the risk, especially if you're in a hurry which that is the whole reason for a drive-thru if I'm not mistaken.
