Stopped by today. Had to wait 5 minutes before someone showed up at the cash register. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I would say this is one of the worst, bottom quartile, fast food restaurants have been it. --- This is your typical Wendy's. It's clean and serviceable. The location is a little difficult with the traffic.

If I was to give a rating they won’t even get any. On March 11th, I was waiting for 29 mins in the drive thru line with other cars waiting before 2 am and I got no response from anyone. I should have at least gotten a response stating they were close but I got nothing. People were waiting. The employee stayed mute.

I will not return to this place. I saw the horrible reviews but I still wanted to give them a try. I take responsibility for the outcome. I came here o a Saturday night and ordered the Dave's Double along with 10 saucy nuggets of ghost pepper. The Dave's Double was fine and tasted decent. The nuggets were horrible. They were not sauced, smaller than I remember, and just plain horrible.

Tried the breakfast burrito for the first time. Never been to this location and based on my experience this morning I will never return either. Terrible rude service. Someone doesn't know how to make a burrito. ( I know, I know, who goes to Wendy's for a breakfast burrito LOL but they are the only drive-thru in the area)

My breakfast sandwiches were prepared fresh but you could tell the potatoes were sitting there for a bit. They were a bit rubbery. Other then that...Welcoming staff, correct order...just mind the potatoes and y'all are good!! 👍🏽👏🏽 Keep up the good job!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Apple Pecan Chicken salad. Discovered after I pulled off that my salad didn't have any chicken. I returned, they made the correction. Second times a charm!! #bestsaladever

I go to several Wendy's all over metro Atlanta as my career keeps me traveling. After my experience here I have to say this one was the worst out of the Wendy's I have ever been to. Sign on the front door states no lettuce for burgers. This is at all the Wendy's. However I have still been able to order my salads with no problem. I ordered the salad here for lunch yesterday. After waiting 10 minutes I was told they do not have no salads and did I read the sign. YES! I read the sign which states no lettuce for burgers. Does not state you have not salads. AND! Why would you take my order, have me to wait and then tell me you do not have it? They acted like it was my fault for not reading the sign. Filed a complaint using the barcode on the back of the receipt. Manager calls me today telling me that they do not have any salads because the lettuce goes bad. I then state why did the person take my money. "Oh it was her first day and she didn't know that." I then stated maybe you should have a sign that also states no lettuce for salads. "No we can't do that, that's how the sign came to us." Always an excuse and NO accountability at all! I also did not like how everything transpired. They acted like it's my fault they had no salad and took my payment. Will no go to this Wendy's ever again!

Wendy's seriously needs to fire the entire staff at this location--except for the older lady on the day shift (the one with several missing teeth) and the younger female who seems to be a manager in the afternoon. They're the only ones holding it together. Wendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food burger restaurants, but since moving to Atlanta proper, I rarely go anymore--because this location is pure trash. I honestly have no idea what takes them so long. If you're in a rush, be warned: expect at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru or a solid 15 minutes if you go inside. They take about one order every 3-5 minutes... and still manage to mess it up. I've received two "We Got You" coupons from Wendy's corporate because this location has completely ruined my meal--not once, but multiple times. Wrong drink, wrong nugget flavor, missing burger toppings, and even the wrong Frosty. At this point, I'm done. I just don't have the patience anymore. The staff look totally unprofessional--du-rags, dragging their feet, giving off a "my life sucks so everyone else should suffer too" type of energy. It's a shame, because I want to like this place. But this location makes it nearly impossible. Wendy's corporate Do something about this location NOW!

This has to be the worst Wendy's in Atlanta. Their service is horrible the wait is always long no matter what. I had an online pick up order and literally waited 15 minutes for them to prepare one combo meal. They have no sense of urgency at this location and to be honest I don't even trust the people making my food or their produce.

The crew move so slow. They only worried about fixing Drive Thru food first. Placed a Mobile order and had to wait 40 minutes before I got my food. Then the cook was mad because she had to keep making my sandwich over again because they was giving my sandwich to the other people. The one guy with dreads has a very bad attitude and he looks dirty from the hair down to his uniform.

Gross. Food was absolutely disgusting. Why did they change the bacon? That's the only reason I ever went to Wendy's cause they have the best crispy bacon.. now it's floppy microwaved bs. The hamburger patty was cold and tough too... no thanks. Service was slow and they weren't busy at all... Wendy's was the only fast food chain I actually still went to. This location is very Ghetto. Slow, and always missing items. Today was my second attempt to give this location a chance. I had a mobile order, arrive to the location, 10+ cars in the drive thru just for the cashier to say "We have no fries at this time"! I left! My first attempt they got my order wrong but i was pressed for time to get back to work. I ordered a premium combo (large) to receive a small. Paid for bacon on my sandwich , and did not receive it. So yeah everyone at this location are retards. Do not eat at this location

At 3:25 pm, February 1st, 2025 I attempted to purchase food from Wendy's located at 1940 Piedmont Rd. in Atlanta GA. I did not have a lot of time. I could see that there was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside where there appeared to be no line at all. I placed my order. Two gentlemen were also waiting for their order to be received. As time passed, both of them started talking about how long it was taking. I did not realize it until I looked at my receipt that I had been waiting 14 minutes and none of us received our order during that time. I politely asked the cashier if I could just get my money returned. Without saying anything she returned to the kitchen until another customer came in to place an order. Once she had finished the transaction with that customer, I asked her again "Please, if I could just get my 12 dollars back. You have the register open". She said she could not do that and returned to the kitchen. After waiting for another two minutes, I said in a loud enough voice to reach the kitchen, asking her again for a refund. I heard a male voice say he was cooking the food. I asked him for a refund, and he just repeated that he was cooking the food making it sound like he was too busy to address my request. 17 minutes had passed before I, not having time to wait and realizing neither of the gentlemen before me received their food, needed to leave. I left without food or the money I paid for it. I heard the male say "Have a good day" as I was exiting. It is astonishing how poor customer service has become. I understand being very busy. I too was on a tight schedule. I was thinking I could pop into a fast-food restaurant and be on my way. But instead, I had my money stolen from me and then was harassed by the thief on my way out of the door. I'm sure nothing will come from this, but if this store starts underperforming, now you know why. I doubt that it will since it is at a very busy intersection and there is always another sucker.

On top of that I got pulled up after having to remind them to make my food fresh & when my food came out, I checked my order & realized they were missing a fry out of my order & I waved down the manager who was bringing out someone else's food & her exact words were "no y'all gone have to come in I'm not bringing nothing else out" & I just thought to myself wow this is ridiculous & the fact that I come here all the time. After being to many many disappointing fast food places in North Atlanta, I was so happy to find a store that was so nice. It's scary nowadays to see a now hiring sign on the window, because you never know how understaffed they are inside. The dining room was OPEN! Yay that's a start. And it was clean! Our order was perfect. No missing items. The employee was friendly and funny. Our food was hot and tasty. No sitting under the warmer here. Fries were hot and salty! I know it's weird to yelp a fast food restaurant, but with all the bad experiences I've had lately, a little praise was due Good job!

This place is always ghetto and the people are never professional. I have lived in the area for 16 years and I try to never frequent this business. On 12/19, I decided to give it a try after taking a long road trip I ordered through the app to limit interaction and to make sure my order was correctly. I pulled up to obtain my already paid order and was give. SOMEONE ELSE's order!!! I politely returned it and said I'm picking up my mobile app order A person came to the window and said very rudely "that's not how we do it here". Mind you, the curbside slots had employees parking in them. He told you "you have to come in and we will get your order but that's just not how's it done. You will need to...:" At that point i told him I would cancel my order and politely went onto the app and did just that. They have the worst customer service and I never have a positive experience when I visit that location. They are known in the area to be hostile and confrontational

How is it hard to read a mobile order. It's written out clearly. They didn't give me sauce for my nuggets, let alone ketchup, and gave me chocolate frosty when I ordered vanilla. I don't eat chocolate. Check your orders before you leave the lot. IDK if it's dyslexia or illiterate, but there's no excuse to not have a paid service order correct. This is getting to common with these chains lately.

Wow. I have never been to a drive thru so ghetto. The person at the first window dropped the f bomb as soon as we pulled up. He continued to use vulgar language like more f bombs and the N word over and over again regardless of seeing two young children in the back seat. It was extremely disrespectful and disgusting. Then we got to the second window and was given the wrong bag of food and then was given push back for letting them know that they gave us wrong food. When asked for a receipt we were also given push back as though it was the biggest request in the world. I just don't even know the words to describe the experience I just had. Hands down the absolute worst Wendy's on earth!

It's honestly laughable how bad this Wendy's is. I ordered a Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club....the photo is what I got. Like others, I was also told "we outta Sprite" even though I had ordered a Coke. Then he said "we outta that too" and tried to give me a Cherry Dr Pepper instead. Clearly will not be returning.

If I could give negative stars I would. This location lacks the basic skill set needs for fast food industry. They are half assed - they don't care about what you've ordered . EVERYTIME I come I give them the benefit of the doubt -- never again. You tell them one thing they do another. You're in the drive through they tell you to pull up and still come out with the wrong order . Lack professionalism - cleanliness - organization . Shut this location DOWN !

Not an issue - the guy behind the counter says "I don't know what to tell you" Explain your issue in detail, to the manager? She says "Wut?" Don't bother.

The WORST!!! The employees were yelling and fighting inside. Had my bag THROWN AT ME through the window!! My burger didn't even have a wrapper...just thrown in the bag. I had to throw the whole order away. Is this your idea of good customer service? There are constant issues with this location. Fix it!

I'm mad that I had to even give this place a star at all. I guess it's like a participation trophy. They are slow even when nobody is in the restaurant or in the drive thru. All the employees seem like they are going to fall asleep at any moment. There is a complete void of basic manners and this store is a tarnish to Wendy's brand.

Slow, slow, slow. They remodeled this unit a couple of years ago so I thought I'd come to see if anything had changed. Nada-nothing. 11 minutes for two sandwiches and three minutes for a cashier to even show up to take my order. Almost fifteen minutes for fast food! Girl who took my order even messed up my drink order. This has to be one of the worst Wendy's in the city. On a positive note their Health Inspection was a 98.

Even though the drive through was empty when we pulled up, the food was still over cooked and the grease was burnt. My husband said he chicken sandwich tasted like a cardboard box with mayonnaise. At least the drinks were good and we didn't have to wait to long to get our food.

Awful service. I pulled up and THREE people shrugged me off, not wanting to deal with me. I sat in my car idle for 20 minutes....watching the employees do their closing duties. Imagine how easy it would be to just say, "Hello, we are closed". Instead they all glanced at me and continued their business for 20 minutes. Why is it so difficult to just say "we are currently closed"? Especially when the hours of your location are not accurate. They made it way more difficult than it had to be. Just speak!! This location is absolutely horrible! It has to be privately owned. It never opens on time. I was told 7am when the sign say 630am. And even this time of morning when you think they prepare and ready to open you still wait 30 additional mins to get food because no one is there to cook. I don't think If the sign say you open at 630am that mean you show up at 630am. This is not the 1st this happen. It happens often! Magnet here is god awful. 705am and still my order had not been taken, neither have I been acknowledged. What the HELL? Stayed till 713am still nothing.

This was literally THE WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. So I pull up to the drive thru last night at around 10:30pm and order a few items. I specifically ordered my small fries last. It's pouring rain so of course everyone is trying to avoid the rain. The first window, the guy was super nice and I proceed to the next to collect my food. As soon as I pull up, the young man barks at me telling me to turn my windshield wipers off. I said, "oh I'm sorry" and proceed to turn them off. He comes back, hands me my food and I realize that my small fry is not in the bag. The window is now closed as he is waiting on the next customer, but he rolls his eyes when he sees that I haven't pulled off. He opens the window and I let him know that my fries aren't in the bag. So he waves my receipt out the window and says, "you didn't order fries" in the rudest tone. I let him know that I did and he tells me he can only take card at this window. I say okay that's fine. He rolls his eyes and rings in the fries. At this point, I proceed to ask the gentlemen if he is okay because there is no way he is in his right state of mind treating a customer like this. He yells, "I told you to turn your windshield wipers off!". So from there, it got ugly. I say all of this to say, I am a service worker at fine dining spots here in Atlanta so I do understand the frustration that you can have sometimes. But it is NEVER okay to treat guests this way. I asked to speak to his manager and he starts to scream behind the window, "I AM THE MANAGER!" Throwing up his hands aggressively. It's so unfortunate that this well loved establishment employs people who behave this way and forever tarnish their brand. I will NEVER return to this Wendys. As the manager, he doesn't value quality customer service and should be relieved of his duties. I'll go to Chic-fil-A next time if I'm in the mood for a peppermint shake.

I will never ever ever go to this location again, never! I was in the drive thur for 9 minutes, then when I got to the order board the person kept asking me to wait a minute while she was doing something else with another drive thur customer. Once my order was placed after 13 minutes in the drive thur and me complaining, she told me I can park and come in, no I can't, I'm hooked up to oxygen which was charging in my vehicle, that's why I came through the drive thur. Now I pull around to the window and it another 5 minute wait, a customer three cars ahead had an issue with his order. Okay now I finally make it to pay and get my order, I'm too through at this point because she ask me to pull up to the yellow line so someone can bring out my order... another 3 minutes goes by and the woman that brings out my order has the audacity to ask me to pull up a little more so she doesn't have to walk to my car with her bad flat feet! 21 minutes from a order, if my grandchild didn't want a meal with a frosty I would have left 21 ago! Horrible customer service and nasty employees there!

I really wish I could rate this place ZERO STARS! The staff is incredibly rude, I was waiting for my food for 20 minutes and my entire order was INCORRECT! I didn't even bother getting my correct order because I knew it was going to take just as long. The restaurant is filthy as well. All of the food was so cold too! I actually bonded with every single customer in the building because EVERYONE HAD THE EXACT SAME ISSUE! I'm surprised their still in business. Definitely not fast food! Don't come here unless you have plenty of time to waste! Worst Wendys ever, so sad.

0 STARS!!!!! If I ever go here again, and see the guy who was in the drive thru window, I will buy food and a drink just to throw it back on him. He is so f*ucking rude. He had an attitude because he rushed me to the window when I was trying to change my drink order. (There was literally nobody in line behind me) Of course I asked to change my drink to a large instead of small when I got to the window. I even apologized for the inconvenience, though he didn't deserve it. He literally smacked his teeth, said "ughhhh" and snatched my card. I normally would have cussed somebody out but it's more fun to leave reviews. If I knew his name, I would put it on here. This location is trash anyway. Don't go!!!!
