Wendy's

Horrible customer service. Our family, including children and seniors, visited this Wendy's, and the cashier refused to take our order in person. She insisted we use the ordering machine, even though there were no other customers waiting. Instead of helping us, she was laughing and chatting with someone in the kitchen, making us wait. When she asked for a name for our order, she couldn't spell "Winston" and just said, "I'll call you W." – incredibly rude. I've never experienced this kind of service at any other Wendy's. It's disappointing that Wendy's corporate allows staff like this at such a major international airport location.

The cashier was friendly and to the point. As a fast food worker, I know it can be difficult to balance friendliness and getting things done. On my way back to my table, I tripped and dropped my fries all over the floor. I went back and asked Anthony if I could potentially get a replacement, and halfway through my cautious and apologetic request, he had already got it done and with a smile on his face. I don’t expect good service from airport restaurants, especially in a city as busy as this, but I’m always happy to see people care.

Worst experience i’ve ever had and i’ve traveled all over. I just wanted to get a quick and easy lunch and it turned out to be a long and frustrating process. i got in line as the mobile line was super long. guy would not take my order and i watched 20 other people get their food before me. why do they get priority when u see me standing there. After 20 minutes, i finally get my order taken and wait other 5 mins to get my food. Once I got my food, i asked the man about my drink i ordered. He mumbled something i didn’t hear then walked off. I waited another 3-4 minutes for my drink, and watched as they made others but not mine. I had finally had enough and was going to be late for my flight so I had to leave without my drink after all that. Unless you order through mobile, it’s not worth it at all.

Probably the most affordable food option in LaGuardia airport terminal B. I ordered through the Wendy’s app (the app’s offers and rewards can be applied to your order here). I had the strawberry chicken salad which were delicious and fresh. However, they were missing several items and the special requests that I had put in the order through the app. The ghost pepper fries and spicy chicken nugget were also decent. Finding a table when the airport is busy was also quite a challenge.

The cash register employee at Wendy’s at 6:19 AM was a complete and utter insulting mess. I spoke very clearly and succinctly my order which was number three sandwich only plus orange juice. It took close to three minutes to get him to understand what the order was. I would say he needs training, but I don’t think that’s possible. What he needs is to work somewhere else maybe back of the house cleanup away from customers. I give this a zero stars, but that’s not possible on this website.

These people handled the crush of cranky flyers so well. Their soda machine even wasn't working, but they had such great attitudes. Food was perfect and delicious. I should've gotten their names and didn't, but it was December 18th at 6:10 pm local time. Please tell them they were great, management!

Lady manager was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted a little raw onions for my sandwich she said has to wait until 1030 SMH

Extremely rude and abusive language by a young guy at the cashier duty in the morning. I should have checked the other reviews experiencing similar hostility which shows this location rated at 2 stars. Will certainly avoid this Wendy’s location moving forward.

Always a long line, but this place worth it compared to the other restaurants in the fast food area Pros: + Friendly staff + Quick turn around (minus the wait for the line) + Prices are higher than most restaurants outside an airport, but still reasonable for the price surge Cons: - Long wait times IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

Never have I ever written a review about a restaurant in an airport. You got to Wendy's and you expect to wait. Not two minutes after I ordered, my sandwich was ready. It was hot, it was fresh, and the people working were kind and working hard. Into it. I also like the option of being able to order from a kiosk or waiting in line.

Go elsewhere! Where's the beef Dave, or should I say chicken?? This is the thinnest chicken sandwich I've ever seen. Prices have gone up but portions are skimped...just breading on the right edge! My bun was cold, unripe tomato and lettuce stalk.

Food here is just average. It's a relatively inexpensive place to get some grub while waiting for your flight. Line could be long but it moves. The best part about this place is the comfortable seating and the fountain show that's right next to it.

The chicken, the savory, and the bacon are sweet. The taste is just really weird and unbalanced. Worst chicken sandwich ever had. The potatoes are salty and dry .

I was very pleased with the customer service during my recent visit. I placed a Grab order (which is a great app) but their Grab machine was not working. Diana at the register didn't miss a beat. She processed my order manually in a matter of seconds AND she was extremely pleasant & professional. The rest of the team working with her were great too! Thanks for making my Wendy's and Grab experience a positive one!

Honey chicken biscuit meal is advertised as $7.99 on the board, but when I ordered it, it rang up as $8.79 plus tax. I asked "why isn't it $7.99?" The man said: I thought that you wanted the medium. Mfer what? He rung up a small combo, and to my surprise, the meal was just that, small! The honey chicken biscuit was the smallest one I've ever had from Wendy's (been ordering their breakfast honey chicken biscuit's for 5+ years), the potatoes didn't fill the container, and the sweet tea wasn't filled to the top. Don't have a big appetite if you plan on getting breakfast from this Wendy's, when you fly out of LGA.

the line was packed, friendly staff. they gave me the wrong order but I didn't bother going back in like but what I got tasted fine.

Food is good. Service is terrible. Rude. To the staff, if someone else wanted you to work for them, that was better, you would've took it. As long as you're there, be nice and be grateful. You're not there for free. They don't pay you to be rude. If you want to be rude, work there for free.
