I went to this Wendy's tonight 5/1/2025 around 2AM and the service is great. The employees there are great. I was hungry and was in the mood for some food tonight. The fries are great. The nuggets are tasty and the frostys there are great. If your out between 12 to 2AM I recommend this Wendy's 100%. The employees treated me nice and they were quick and fast would come back here again.

Edit: I went up and asked for a new burger or for them to reheat the original and they made a new one with no hastle. It was still a bit cool, but much better than the first. Changed from 1 to 3 stars for good business practice. All of my food was cold and I ate it immediately. It was like they just had some food sitting out and they put it in the microwave for 5 seconds and served it. Very very poor quality.

I went to the Wendy on park ave on 5/29/25 . The employees was talking for 10 minutes before taking my order . Took my order . I got my order not the food I order and ask the right things. Left home open the bag nothing I ordered again. If they wasn’t too busy talking and pay attention.

I want to say that I just got out of the drive-tru and I would say that the new technology for ordering is horrible. It always gets the order wrong and we need to go back and forth. Also, today it got wrong my order and I feel back because it was not the fault of the human worker. He was just following what the machine said. Human services and interaction is much better than the machine. Please, I want to give thanks to the man at the window that he always does a great Job. Don’t blame him for something that obviously was due to the machine. The service by the human 5 starts. But with the new system would be 0. Thank you

4/21/2025 I couldn't figure out how to do another review Google.....FYI WORCESTER THE MANAGER JUST STATED THEY WERE OUT IF FOOD SO NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR TIME. AND ALSO THE DINING ROOM WAS LOCKED AT 2 IN THE AFTERNOON LOL Okay Park Ave why is it that your location always locks the door to the dining room at 6pm. I bring my son to eat and we have to drive away so very disappointed it's just common practice that your employees always lock that dining room door at the ass crack of dusk....if your afraid to work in a certain area than don't work it. Not everyone wants that drive through experience

I just didn't like how many flies are flying around the restaurant. My boy got this cheese burger and the cheese wasn't melted. We asked the person at cash register about it he said the cheese don't melt🙄if it doesn't melt then what cheese is it really 🤔??

I'm only giving this a two because the employees were nice. Otherwise nearly all of our food was wrong. Had to send my salad back twice because it was the wrong one both times. The third one they gave me was missing ingredients but I just gave up and took it. No dressing. Soda machine was out of half the normal sodas. No straws. Someone I was with ordered a plain sandwich, they ignored that. They forgot my cup and when I went to get it they didn't believe me and wanted to check my receipt, even though it was the same girl I ordered from. Also - not safe. I don't blame Wendy's for the neighborhood, but there was a screaming aggressive man, about 8 unaccompanied children just being wild and in the store without permission. An adult man saying he'd punch kids in the favor? I won't be going back.

It is extremely unhygienic to walk into the establishment and see an employee smoking right outside the door and throwing colds when he enters and yet when he comes in to order my food he didn't even wash his hands, he was walking around with his cell phone in his hands touching all the food. The service here is absolutely embarrassing. They've repeatedly messed up my order, taken way too long to cook food, and made the delivery experience horrid. This place should not be in business - there are way better uses of space than to keep this location running.

My elderly father and I visit this Wendy's location at least twice a week. This location has fresh food and kind employees although sometimes the wait time is a little longer. When we leave the drive thru, the young man taking our order says take care and drive safe. You can tell he cares about his customers. Working in fast food is not easy at times, but he always greets us in this fashion. To the reviewers who are not as forgiving, please realize this is not an easy job and Wendys employees are doing their best during busy times.

This Wendys has the most unfriendliest, miserable staff I have ever seen. It's even worse if you are using the drive thru at night. It just always feels like I am bothering them by coming to their restaurant and ordering food. I don't believe there is any manager on staff at night because otherwise, it would make no sense. I was at the drive thru ordering screen, and I waited there for 12 minutes before ANY one even acknowledged me. What's puzzling is that there was only one other car in front of me. BEHIND me, there were more than 10 cars backing up into the street.

This is close to my house, so it's my backup for when I need to eat but don't have much time. Unfortunately, this location has gotten so slow that it's generally faster for me to drive somewhere else instead. And last night, around 9 PM, the employees couldn't even be bothered to attend to the drive-through. Several of us waited, and one by one we gave up. The dining room was closed, so I'm not sure what else they had to do inside. I think it's time for me to give up on this one.

I never write reviews, and I don't want to bash the place cause I understand it's very trying times, and everyone is doing their best. But I've stopped here over 5 times in the last 3 months and I love the frosties and over that many times I was able to order one, once. Every other time they said the machine is down. Does this machine break all the time? If they do, why don't they have 2 of them or something. It's really aggravating to sit in the drive thru line for 10 minutes only to be told sorry machine is not working sorry and that's that. It has definitely not made me stop there anymore. Hopefully they can get their act together, I thought the frosties were great... when you can order one.

I went there because my brother wanted some Wendy's. The person who took my order barely spoke....no greeting or really any eye contact. There were a lot of French fries all over the floor that had obviously been stepped on and mooshed in the food prep area, and there was trash (mostly straw wrapper) literally strewn about the dining area, there was some red stuff spilled and dried to the one working drink dispenser (the other was down), and you could tell that the door to the trash receptacle was broken because there was a wad of napkins jammed in to keep the door closed. Of course the trash receptacle outside had a similar issue though no one had bothered to Mickey Mouse that one as it was wide open! I experienced disgust from the moment I entered through the moment I left!! Disgusting!!!

One of the worst experiences with any chain restaurant. After placing an order for delivery, the staff here told my delivery driver that the order had already been picked up, and refused to replace the items even after both me and my driver had told them that the wrong person had picked the order up. Additionally, I was denied a refund, and called the place 3 times, and was immediately hung up on. The employees and management staff here cost both me and my delivery driver time and money. I've heard similar things from friends about awful service from here. Would recommend going literally anywhere else.

I'd give a one star, but I have successfully ordered here in the past. Although lately it's more an exercise in frustration. And before you say the place is understaffed, boohoo. It was empty and there were two cars in the drive thru. One finally drove away without ordering. God only knows how long he was sitting there. So I pull up and give a couple minutes. No acknowledgement. Is the speaker broken? Finally I say Hello, and I can hear something going on in the speaker before someone finally says be right with you in a moment. Okay, now we're getting somewhere. A few more minutes go by and I ask how long is a moment. Now I'm pressing it and would have gotten the "special sauce" for my trouble. Someone finally takes my order and I drive to the window. I'm sitting there watching the drive thru person stand there. Once again I'm unacknowledged, she doesn't even take my payment. It's coming down to the wire and I'm almost late for work, so I have to drive away. Sorry, but a little common courtesy goes a long way. But just like common sense, that's hard to find these days. These places will continue to make money without my occasional patronage. Dave Thomas has got to be spinning in his grave.

I hate when I have such a horrible experience at a business or restaurant that my motivation for writing the review, is driven by anger and disbelief in the way people act. In my time serving food to others, whether through the window of a drive thru, or delivering the plate right in front of the guest; had I dared to be so rude, I would have been immediately terminated from that job. But as sad as it is, I could probably go back to the Wendy's on Park Ave right now and if it was this persons shift, I'd bet money that nothing happened and she is still handing bags out the drive thru as rude as ever. I stopped quickly at this location on Park Ave in Worcester this past week. I went through the drive thru, only because I was super short on time and there was one car ahead that was already paying at the first window. I ordered 2 small Chocolate Frosty's, the son of a Baconator burger ( just the sandwich, not the meal), and a Chicken Sandwich from the value menu. I paid at the first window, pulled up to the second window, and this is where their employee of the year stepped in. After she handed me a bag and one Frosty; she walked away, and I just waited at the window, because she said nothing indicating that she wasn't coming back. Finally she notices me! So I said , excuse me, I ordered 2 small chocolate frosty's? She instantly took the attitude out and responded NO, you ordered ONE. I said well I had asked for 2 at the window, but I don't believe I received a receipt . I was barely able to finish talking , as she straight up walked away from the Drive Thru window obviously annoyed. She comes back and sticks the receipt out at me. She goes "you ordered one Frosty and paid for one Frosty". So I look at her and go "well maybe the girl who took my order at the first window didn't hear me correctly ; but regardless, I still need another Frosty. Can you just make one and charge me, please"? Her response to me was that if I wanted another small Frosty, I needed to either come inside or go back through the drive thru line.... even though I asked her before I paid for my order, so realistically all she had to do was add it to my order and it might have added an extra 30 seconds onto my time at the window. Instead she was so beyond rude, I ended up driving out of the parking lot. THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES YOU GO BACK TO A SPECIFIC PLACE & CUSTOMER SERVICE THATS SO POOR, that you vow to never go back to a location again - even if it's convenient. This person either needs a new job, or she needs to be retrained and learn that she has a job that serves the public - so treating them poorly probably isn't the best idea. For what it's worth, the receipt she so rudely took time to grab from the girl at the first window did have a name on it, Kerelyn. I'm not one to usually take the time to give such lengthy bad reviews. But I have gone here and had the misfortune of being helped by this woman at least 3 times, and I have yet to catch her on a friendly day; so clearly she is allowed to behave however she feels at work. Lesson learned . WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS WENDYS AGAIN.

Only picking one star because I HAVE to pick an option. The person taking my order was incompetent and rude as hell. They put breaded chicken on my salad I asked for with grilled chicken because I can't eat gluten. I went in and asked for what I needed, and the lady at the counter looked at me incredibly weirdly and scoffed. I also asked for onions on my salad and she says "well onions usually aren't on a Caesar salad" I'm like "yeah, I know, that's why I asked for them" lady was just out her MIND. She whipped ONE ONION RING on that new salad to spite me, she didn't wanna deal with it from the beginning, and I'm always nice to employees always!!! I don't deserve that stuff and neither does anybody else. And I'm just finishing my salad now, there is a pool of water at the bottom of my dish! Never agaiiiiiiin!

THE WORST EVER!!! This place is absolutely disgusting in every way. I was door dashing to make some extra money and I waited in the drive through for an hour... Waste of my time. When I finally got to the window they said they didn't have my order!!! While I waiting in line the lady working the window was talking to the person in the car in front of me for at least 15 min laughing and giggling like there wasn't 20 cars waiting to get their food. She was trashy , rude and wore a shower cap?!!? and had one tooth... I just couldn't believe my eyes I thought I was on mtv punked. She was talking about blowing c*caine before work to her friend for 10 min. All of them are rude and give no ***** about anything. Don't go here ever, this place should burn down and no one would bat an eye. Would be doing the world a service if Putin aimed a nuke at this place and pressed the big red button. Absolute dump

I've been here multiple times, and they have never gotten my order right. Today, it wasn't even busy and my order was very wrong, and the cashier even asked me follow up questions about what I wanted. She seemed distracted by chatting with her friends in the back, even in the middle of taking my order. The quality of the food is usually good though. I was in this Wendy in Park ave to pick up a double order from the DoorDash app and the lady that was taking the order was so dam rude, telling me that is one order per car and I have to go again in that long line in the drive thru to get my second order, that don't make sense, if DoorDash gives me a double order is because it need to be pick up at the same time because no customer wants their food cold , and she was so rude telling me I have to get one order per car and then go around back in that long drive thru line again to get the second order so i can deliver cold food to customer, she really gave bad customer service and she should be fired, she work today July 9 at 12 am in the drive thru, she so dam lazy, Worst Wendy ever

They have the slowest drive up of any fast food place in Worcester. I just went there today (08-15-17) @ 7pm & tried to order a grilled chicken meal (#9) & I was told that they weren't making anymore grilled chicken sandwich's for the night because they will be closing in an hour. All of the signs at the drive up say that the drive up closes at 3am & the lobby closes at 10pm on Tuesdays...there was absolutely no notification on any of the Windows of drive up saying they were closing in an hour (at 8pm) today & even if they were closing in an hour, why couldn't get a grilled chicken sandwich? What does closing in an hour have to do with it - I could see if they were closing in 15 min or something, but an hour?!?!...I just don't get it...

I frequently went here after drinking due to their hours. But their staff was fairly rude, they were frequently out of ingredients, and the food wasn't amazing. When I went most recently 09/04/15 they were closed for construction possibly indefinitely.

Bad customer service ever. I don't know the quality of their food (ordering for my friends), but their employees were rude AF through their (probably) racist attitude. Ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger as requested by my friends, so I did not know the price. I asked one guy what "JBC" with the price $1.99 on the receipt was cuz I just wanted to make sure I got the right one. That guy showed his RUDENESS and RACIST on his face and laughed at the end with another guy about my question (I heard it clearly) even though I still was standing there. Never go back again. If the service is not improved, this location should be closed forever for that type of shit service.

This Wendys is gross. Dirty all around from the bathrooms, dining area, soda bar/condiment area, from what you can see of the kitchen, god forbid what we cant see! Even the outside is dirty. Cigarette butts every where from the staff who are constantly outside smoking in groups while sitting on the curb in front of the entrance. They are always outside yelling obscene things at each other, you can hear them even when you're just walking or driving by the place.

Worst location I've ever been to. Ordered 2 combo meals and a few things off the value menu all of which was on the screen when we ordered. Got to the 2nd pick up window and had to wait for almost 10 minutes while they figured out the car in front of us' order and then tried to give us the wrong order. Confirmed which order was ours and then waited another 5 minutes when I assume the manager came over handed us a bag of food and said "finally, here you go" and the order was wrong, we were missing one of our combo meals. The worker then started arguing with us over what we ordered, we asked for the receipt to see what we paid for and the meal was missing. We said ok can we order that now since you didn't ring it in and we were told no, we have to drive around and order again. The drive thru line was now about 7 cars deep. Unacceptable since we didn't make the mistake, they did. We were gladly willing to pay for it and would have pulled up and waited but the worker at the window kept arguing with my husband saying we never ordered the meal even though there were 3 of us in the car and all heard him order it and was on the order screen. Both the worker and who I assume was a manger gave us so much attitude and were so argumentative. We left and went to a different location in the city. Never had such a bad experience at any fast food place.

This particular location is trash. I've been here multiple times because they seem to be the only Wendy's in the location open late (until 2 am). I will most likely not be back. Every time I come here the experience is just so awful. This time, it was pouring rain so I waited in the drive thru, otherwise I would've gone inside. The drive thru took at least a half hour. The people working there were so slow. When I was placing my order they were rude and seemed like they couldn't care less about accommodating me. The woman had a dull tone and was kind of rushing me along. They were out of every single type of lemonade or specialty drink. The frosty machine was broken. When I pulled up to the window, the girl in the back was eating food and messing around, while the cars continued to pile up behind me. She did nothing to help. The woman at the window was a psycho and just saying random shit, I couldn't even understand her. Laughing like a crazy person...I was just waiting to get my food so I could get the hell out of there. The fries had not even been salted and tasted like cardboard. Complete waste of time/money to go here.

Went through the drive through today for last minute lunch. I ordered the chicken nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce and a sprite. Drove away....no sprite and no sweet and sour sauce. Oh well I should have double checked. Got back to work hungry and excited for food....Nuggets were barely cooked . The only reason for the one is for the friendly staffer that took my order. I will not be going back. Very disappointing. In the commercials they say real white meat chicken....definately not.

well I think we all can agree that every Wendy's you go to is different from the other. The food quality, service and other things are always different. For this reason, Wendy's should implement a strategy where they add an adjective before each location. This Park Ave., Worcester Wendy's, would be the 'Worst Wendy's.' first of all, you will get absolutely horrible food. Secondly I can make a pizza from scratch quicker than I can get a Junior bacon cheeseburger. Speaking of Junior bacon cheeseburger, Junior means slightly smaller - not bite sized! Just when you think it doesn't get much worse, this Wendy's parking lot to restaurant ratio is absurd - probably 75 to 25. Don't have a stupid monstrous parking lot if you're always going to be dead because you stink and you never have customers. I absolutely despise this Wendy's.
