"Agreed to pay $400,000 to settle allegations that its 46 Massachusetts locations violated child labor laws after a complaint that a teenage employee was scheduled to work late—beyond the state’s nine-hour daily limit. The attorney general’s office estimated nearly 2,100 violations; $200,000 of the settlement will go to a fund educating young people about child labor laws.
