Warning to anyone considering West Coast Cutz Just wanted to share a really disappointing experience I had with West Coast Cutz, in hopes it saves someone else the hassle (and money). A delivery driver named Cory B. came by my house offering to sell me the last two meat boxes he had left for the day. I figured I’d give it a try and support a small business. Big mistake. More than half the meat was frostbitten, and some of it had actually changed color and turned mushy. I don’t even feel safe cooking it. Honestly, some of the meat was in such bad shape it wouldn’t even be worth taking for free. It’s pretty clear the meat wasn't stored or handled properly — definitely not what you expect from a company selling food. What makes it worse is that I’ve tried several times to reach out to the owner to get some kind of resolution, and I’ve been completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, nothing. Just really disappointing all around. I’d strongly recommend avoiding West Coast Cutz. The product quality is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I really hope no one else ends up wasting their money (or risking their health) like I did.

Driver was reckless on the freeway. Cut me off and driving over 90 miles per hour on 3rd lane. Insane.

10/10...seriously 5 stars ain't enough. So far we have tried the southwest chicken, lemon pepper chicken, shrimp, and ground beef. Each and every item we have tried is, 100%, hands down thee best tasting meat I've had in YEARS!!! 100% recommend them.....prices were decent too...ESPECIALLY for grass fed cuts. Can't WAIT to try their steaks and fish.

This is one of the best companies around hands down. They only offer quality cuts and their staff is always friendly and welcoming! Our sales rep Chris Ochoa is awesome! Always willing to go out of the way for his customers. Great partners are a key factor for a successful business; Chris and the rest of the West Coast time are just that!

I wanted to buy a freezer load. I bought a verity of products from West Coast. Everything we bought was fantastic. I paid for the order on line. Pulled into their parking lot. They brought it out loaded it in my truck. Their employee wore a mask. Maintained social distance. Very polite fast and friendly. In and out 10 minutes. Five star rating from me. Thank you West Coast. Take my money!!!

Have bought prime rib-eyes here on several occasions and they have always been wonderful. The office is efficient and pleasant. Can and do highly recommend.

terrible service for restaurants, salesman John never answer to is phone, even not a text so you pray everyday for your order to be deliver. As a restauranteur you don't need this kind of stress.
