Warning to anyone considering West Coast Cutz
Just wanted to share a really disappointing experience I had with West Coast Cutz, in hopes it saves someone else the hassle (and money). A delivery driver named Cory B. came by my house offering to sell me the last two meat boxes he had left for the day. I figured I’d give it a try and support a small business.
Big mistake. More than half the meat was frostbitten, and some of it had actually changed color and turned mushy. I don’t even feel safe cooking it. Honestly, some of the meat was in such bad shape it wouldn’t even be worth taking for free. It’s pretty clear the meat wasn't stored or handled properly — definitely not what you expect from a company selling food.
What makes it worse is that I’ve tried several times to reach out to the owner to get some kind of resolution, and I’ve been completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, nothing. Just really disappointing all around.
I’d strongly recommend avoiding West Coast Cutz. The product quality is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I really hope no one else ends up wasting their money (or risking their health) like I did.
