The only reason why I'm giving this place 5 star was because one of the employees really turned this experience around for me.
My roommates came in the night before for some lox sandwich, came home and was a weird odor to them. Called right away and spoke with Jose and assured us to replace the sandwiches the next morning, however, he did say Rosie was going to be there. So I went the next day and had the sandwiches remade. I asked to speak to Rosie and they said that she's busy and can't come out and Jose is off for the day. So the employee, which, I totally forgot her name, which she totally saved them from getting a 1 star said she needed to speak to her manager regarding the replacement. Then I guess the gates of heaven has opened and comes out Rosie from the back and said, ummmm...do you have a receipt? Not even a "hi good morning" I explained to her that we called in yesterday and talked to one of her assistant managers named Jose, she then said, she spoke with Jose and he said it was only 2. But I thought he was off? So...this is awkward. I wasn't really in the mood to get into a verbal argument and so I just took the L and was ok to pay again for the extra 2, but the way she addressed me so aggressively and making it seem like I was trying to 1up a $5 bagel on her seemed super unprofessional. Look, this is your job, as a manager you are supposed to de-escalate the issue not escalate them even more. So I had to check her and said, "is there a problem?" Because she really needed to fix her attitude. I'm not coming into your home and kicking it, this is a place of business so Rosie a word of advice, be professional. Anyway, the employee helping was super amazing and that's why I decided to leave a 5 star. I sure do hope someone in the higher ups read this, so they know I mean no malice, but if when people get too comfortable in their position they tend to act like a God, or in this case a Goddess. So do us all a favor Rosie, get off your high horse and be thankful for this opportunity and take it a lesson.

PS. I will find out this employees name and will do another review. She deserves the credit. After all Rosie, she really saved you.
