Westfield Valley Fair is a spacious and beautifully designed mall with a wide selection of stores — almost every major brand you can think of is here. The environment is clean and modern, and the food court offers a great variety of cuisines, perfect for spending an afternoon shopping and dining. Parking is convenient, and the first two hours are free, which is a nice bonus if you’re just making a quick visit. The only downside is the limited number of restrooms. In such a large and busy mall, it’s often hard to find one, and there’s usually a line every time I go. It would be great if they could add more restrooms in the future. Overall, it’s one of the best malls in the Bay Area — stylish, convenient, and full of options.

This mall is mostly geared towards food and high-end brands. There is a lot of walking. Also parking is pretty difficult so not only are there a couple of garages that you can park your vehicles in but you can also use valet parking and there are some areas where you can do like food pick up for the outlying restaurants. I would like to note that the mall closes really quickly when it is going to close.

i love this mall! its huge and has many designer stores in it. it's very big and i went back into a few stores more than once on multiple different days of my trip. it also has very good food options. i did go into balenciaga and they fixed stuff that i touched right after i touched it and followed us around the store so that was kinda weird but other than that this mall is really cool.

Large mall with nice decor and high end luxury stores and a variety of food, drinks and restaurants. Love all the large orchid planters and other plants throughout the mall. We walked there so can’t comment on parking but I have read that it is difficult to find parking. The mall is located at one end of Santana Row so when you’re done exploring that, you can continue exploring at this mall. The hallways are spacious so it doesn’t feel crowded. We were there on a Friday evening. The line up for the two Japanese restaurants Ramen Nagi and Marugame Udon is nutso long. The restaurant closes at 9pm and at 8:40pm there was still a big line up. We ordered food from Shilin Taiwan Street Snacks and Venchi. Check out my reviews for this if interested. Good place for mall walking, shopping and eating 🧋🍱🥘🍜🥟🍦🍙🍫🍪

A lot of shopping centers are not doing well. However, the Westfield Valley Fair is one of the few exceptions in Northern California. The shopping center is still super crowded. I don’t see too many empty spaces in the mall. Most of the stores and restaurants are so busy. I saw lines all over everywhere inside the mall. Trying to get parking is almost like a nightmare! The parking garages are the only worst part of the Valley Fair Shopping Center. But there is not too much you can do other than come early on the weekends!

🛍️ Westfield Valley Fair: Silicon Valley’s Luxe Playground 👗 Shopping Scene: From Gucci to Zara, this mall is a fashion buffet 🍽️ for every budget. Whether you're chasing high-end glam 💎 or casual chic 👟, it’s got over 240 stores to tempt your wallet. 🍽️ Food Court & Dining: Craving sushi 🍣, burgers 🍔, or upscale bites? The dining terrace and food court serve up variety with a side of style. Just don’t expect peace—weekends can sound like a toddler rave 🎉👶. 🚗 Parking Drama: First 2 hours are free 🕑, then it’s $1/hour up to $10. But finding a spot? That’s a quest worthy of a sidekick and snacks 🧭🍫. Pro tip: arrive early or summon patience. 🎮 Entertainment: Arcades, escape rooms, and Build-A-Bear 🧸 for the kiddos. It’s not just a mall—it’s a choose-your-own-adventure zone. 🪑 Vibe & Layout: Sleek interiors, chill seating zones 🛋️, and a layout that’s mostly intuitive—unless you’re hangry and lost near Prada 😅. 🌟 Overall: Westfield Valley Fair is a retail rollercoaster 🎢—glamorous, chaotic, and undeniably fun. Come for the shopping, stay for the people-watching 👀 and maybe a soft pretzel 🥨.

Absolutely ridiculous parking situation — who thought this was a good idea?! This used to be our go-to entertainment complex — a huge place with a multi-level parking garage. For the past 4 years, parking was never perfect, but at least it worked. Sure, on holidays or busy weekends it could get a little congested, but nothing unbearable. Now, some “brilliant” manager decided that every single car must go all the way up to the rooftop before being allowed to park. The result? Complete chaos. Every Sunday is a nightmare — we sit in an endless line of honking, frustrated drivers for up to an HOUR just trying to park. For what? So we can go up to the roof, drive back down to a spot, and waste our time and gas? Who came up with this insane idea?! Did anyone even test how this would work in real life? This new system is a complete failure and has RUINED the entire experience. We’ve completely stopped going to this mall. We’re done wasting time in rooftop gridlock while someone in an office pats themselves on the back for “solving” a problem that didn’t exist. Fix this mess and bring back the old system. Until then — avoid this place unless you enjoy parking lot purgatory.

A great mall for families and couples hanging out and a lot of great products and foods, prices very affordable depending on what you’re buying from simple merchandise to luxurious

Yelp
Valley Fair in Silicon Valley is pretty much the best mall you'll see these days. Spacious, lots of stores, plenty of parking, very modern, and bright. If I had more time, I'd probably come here more often to browse and walk around inside. The mall is always busy in a good way, and far superior to your average run-down mall these days with random stores and empty storefronts.

Yelp
Best mall in the vicinity! So many high end stores along with many unique and run of the popular stores that suit practically everyone! One thing I don't understand is why stores are so perfume heavy. Stores were packed, yet persons running the stores have organized check out areas so well that long lines provide efficient check out. This mall attracts lots of people so beware.. it's crowded. Happy shopping!

Yelp
Lots of stores with good high-end options . Parking is a bit rough during the holidays but you can opt for valet parking to just avoid the hassle nice mall and eateries nearby like falafel drive in .... Pretty iconic San Jose restaurant for their falafel sandwich and banana shake the burgers at falafel drive in are very good as well but they're about a Quarter mile drive from the mall The mall itself has din tai fung. Ifyou want to try high-end dumplings s... Very good but you have to pay a pretty price as well for these elevated versions of dumplings a nice way to pamper yourself after a long day of shopping... Or entertaining out of town guests who may had heard about din to fu Ng from their overseas travels. Din tai fung is fairly famous for their elevated dumplings and some of the higher end tea houses have tried to cash in on the high end popularity. Such as truffle laced Xiao lung bao.. call me a peasant butt I can live with just a good plain traditional version though I can appreciate the subtle| increase in the flavor anelegance very soigne.

Yelp
Great place for luxury shopping right across Santana Row. Walk ability to see both places. My favorite time of year is walking to both during Christmas. I love coming here for shopping and eating. Easy parking to find in the self parking lots. Valet is available. I would recommend eating at Eataly or Maestros. All your favorite luxury shops are available here. Gucci, Louis, Bloomingdale's, etc.

Yelp
There were red lantern decorations, I guess for Lunar New Year. The mall is quite big with many stores and food & drink options. I didn't come here to shop. The last time I came here, it was to line up for Ramen Nagi. This time I came here to line up for Venchi gelato. Despite the lines, both are great choices. I love the fact they have "The Asian Food Collection." I'm sure everyone can find something that they would like to eat here. There are several parking structures- free for the first two hours.

Yelp
For some reason, a lot of brands are closing their stores. But it is still a good place for me to spend my weekends, and there are many good restaurants.

Yelp
This is the best mall you can ever get in the Bay Area, except for the parking fee after you pass 2 hours. They have a great selection of luxurious designer stores mixed with everyday brands, high-end restaurants, a beautiful food court with an outdoor patio, and many indoor and outdoor rest areas. I go there more for the food than the clothes. That's how I easily gain an extra size, lol. Most restaurants are mid-quality, so I only go there for Matcha Maiko parfait and Marugame Udon. Then I go window shopping until I find something I can wear or need. Whenever I go to several stores (Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, Zara), I notice the clothing quality has gone downhill as the price increased since the pandemic. I ain't spending over $80 on a tissue paper top. You can get a better deal online. That's why I prefer to spend money on food, specifically desserts. My favorite part of the mall is sitting outside of the Apple Store near the fountain to read a book and snack. The fountain isn't loud; it's so serene like you're in a Japanese garden. There are also a few outdoor games like the beanbag toss. Great for families, hangouts, and dates. The weekends are hectic since it's more crowded with less parking space. I'm sad the movie theater is gone. No more validated parking and the smell of popcorn.

Yelp
Absolutely fisted and super crowded and I can see why as it's one of the nicer malls with lots of shops and eateries inside and I guess, one of the fewer malls in the Bay Area. If anything this is what the Santa Anita mall and all of its surrounding businesses, as well as a slight mix of South Coast Plaza and the Century City Westfield, all placed within one mall inside the Bay Area. RIP to you NorCal people. I can't imagine waiting 2 hours for Ramen Nagi since even on the busiest days, I haven't waited more than 40 minutes, but I digress. Anything you need for gifts, for yourself, something more upscale, something meaningful but cheaper and all kinds of cravings, this is the place to go! I do like that they have a plethora of boba options here of various chains and franchises. My favorites are Pink Pink Tea Shoppe and Rabbit Rabbit Tea as those 2 don't exist in SoCal yet. To combat how crowded everything is, I highly recommend seeing if these businesses have the option to mobile order so that you can just order, go window shopping, and then pick up your drink/order. Pretty neat that they have an Eataly here with their market, multiple food options, and 3 floors of Italian goodies. They also have the Sekaido anime shop which I enjoy, the blind box centered PopMart, Gentle Monster glasses which I've only seen advertised on Instagram on hot Korean models, and a really neat anime shop, Sekaido, which has some rare items that I have not seen in other commonplace anime mall shops. Similar to Westfield Century City you gotta pay for parking here which sucks, but it is what it is and at the very least it isn't as much of a claustrophobic mess as that parking structure. Also the first 2 hours are free, so if you know that you're gonna zoom in and then zoom out or if you have meticulously planned all of your pick up orders, you might get in and out for free! I'll await the next time I go here, but again, I'm so grateful that I have the former Westfield Santa Anita mall near me, after visiting Valley Fair.

Yelp
One of my wife's favorite malls. I encourage her to go with her girl friends! I only came today because I did not want to stay at the house... Quality/Quantity - This mall, over the years, has been getting more and more upscale! We have been customers since 1994, maybe even before...? I watched all of your construction over the years. And you are still constructing... Again, one of my wife's favorite malls. Not so much mine because it is NOT easy driving in or out and it was very hard to look for parking. Now they also charge for parking after 2 hours. 224 stores at this mall, so almost anything you need can be found here. 3 of which are brand new. 68 dining options - I tried to take as many pictures as possible of the choices. Movie theater. Etc. Atmosphere - Huge mall, getting more and more upscale. Events - See website. Free wifi, I did not use it. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 7pm or 9pm; holiday hours may differ slightly. Challenging parking, good luck. And the rudest drivers ever today!! Felt like I was in LA or NY with non stop honking! Why? What is the rush? Service - Good, depending on where you shop or what you do. Price - Good to expensive, depending on where you shop or what you do/eat. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1960 with your 75 worldwide shopping centers. 2014 - Spin off from parent company. 2018 - New ownership, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

Yelp
Satanic Row is across the way, in all directions. Meanwhile back @ the ranch in VF... eh. The grocery is 24/7 as opposed to 25/8. Which is nice. I agree with Danster & others in re: to it being continuously under construction. Shopping offers some of my favorite designers and boutiques. Service is friendly on a general basis, it is more of a "tourist" experience for out of town visitors. Preferably, check out the consignment shops on San Carlos for fashion. They offer a variety of styles of dress that will help address yours needs on a budget for the basics desire. The coffee and pastries have been consistent. It's a lovely area, nice walkabout. Play chess if you're not scheduled for time. There's plenty to offer for a day or night out on the "town".

Yelp
Wow... Love the fleurs de villes event. So creative!! This is one of the best event in my opinion. The mall is close to Santana Row. It's a great mall to go to and walk around. The only catch is that they charge extra for parking after 2 hours.

Yelp
Awesome shopping mall with a wide selection of brands from budget (Gap) to ultra high-end (Loewe, Bottega Veneta, etc). Parking is not too bad although traffic can get a little dicey around peak hours. You get a ticket for parking at the entrance and before you leave you need to pay for the parking at a kiosk located near the parking. For some reason they weren't checking parking enforcement the last time I was there but still, be a good citizen, pay the parking even if they're not checking. I usually come here for most of my basics from Uniqlo and Banana Republic. Those two are super solid and should take care of 90%+ of your wardrobe with the remaining 10% for some ultra high-end statement outerwear pieces from designers.

Yelp
Traffic is a nightmare. Be prepared to spend a MINMUM of 20 mins just to park or just to navigate to leave. In addition, folks are SO incredibly selfish & they will park in the curbside pickup of Macy's, get out of their cars, & go about their day at the mall! This works for them, but really negatively affects the whole shopping ecosystem. There should be way more over site of these spots. (I've see this happen myself.) I don't care how "nice" Valley Fair is, I always go to Oakridge. I avoid Valley Fair at all costs.

Yelp
I try to avoid large shopping venues of this variety. Blame in on my agoraphobia, but I limit my buying with online purchases and my dining out to time slots with lesser people. Towards the end of 2023 however, we dined at two restaurants that were tenants of NorCal's largest mall. It was a weekend that couldn't be avoided. On a rainy Friday night, we had late dinner at Mastro's, a steakhouse located out of the main structure. This was our daughter and son-in-law's treat, so we agreed on it. That Sunday, which was another wet weather day, we decided not to get soaked and eat at Santa Clara's Ramen Nagi rather than take our chances while waiting at the Palo Alto shop. Having been at this mall years ago while enjoying pricey XLB at Din Tai Fung and hanging with out with mall loving friends, I have indeed seen the improvements. Luxury brands as well as automakers and Dyson of all companies set-up shop in this shopping center. Then there's the multi-level Eataly Food Hall which is the 9th location in the USA. With 4 multi-level garages, parking shouldn't be as challenging. A good tip would be to park at the almost empty upper levels and don't bother waiting or driving around the ground floor spots.
google avatar

Sai G.

Yelp
A lot of places to go by and shop. Has amazing dessert and ice-cream places inside the mall. Love coming here on weekends for a window shopping and always ends up going around more than 2 hrs. There will be long lines on some of the best selling places on weekends, but worth waiting in lines. Parking is plenty and Monro parking garage is very easy and close by to Macys and the staff is very friendly when exiting the garage with ticket scan help.
google avatar

Yelp
This is such a huge and beautiful indoor mall! I'll have to plan a return trip to San Jose and bring my daughter with me. We'll need a whole day to explore all the shops. There are so many restaurants too! There are lots of high end shops, as well as more affordable ones. Definitely will be back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Westfield Valley Fair is the BEST mall in the Bay Area! They have everything you need, the best shops and the food (of course) and there's Santana Row across the street! Yes, it's a little pricey but we are worth it. Too bad it's 45-50 minutes away, or else I'll come once a week. Once a month is not bad. While all the malls are dying in the Bay Area, Westfield Valley Fair is getting better with age! It looks like a freaking airport, so beautiful. We have been coming here for the past 25 years since we were teenagers. Wish all the malls could be half as good as Westfield Valley Fair (aka Valley Fair). A thank you to the Valley Fair security, my car battery died (Dec.2023) and they gave my car a jump on the batteries- restarted the car, so I was able to head to Autozone for a new battery. I didn't have to call AAA and wait! The guy was so helpful and sweet, thank you.
google avatar

Courtney M.

Yelp
It smells like a wasteland/sewage as you walk into the mall from the Tiffany's entrance ... the smell is apparent as you continue to walk 10 minutes in either direction ... also their map says they have a hello kitty cafe by the Monroe parking garage next to California pizza kitchen but there's nothing there .... I later found inside a "coming soon hello kitty cafe spring 2025"
google avatar

Kev S.

Yelp
PARKING! PARKING!! PARKING!!! Not for finding the parking space; but for exiting the parking lots. The valley fair Westfield parking lot has major challenges in bay area malls. Exit times are more than 30 minutes. Worst you exit the Stevens creek parking lot to be directed straight into Monroe parking lot with additional exit times. The exit times, the lane control, the exit signage, needs to be greatly improved.
google avatar

Christina T.

Yelp
I have been to this place for a long long time! My last dine out meal prior to the shut down of the pandemic was at Raman Nagi. I remember, we were sited pretty much right way and there were a long line like it's normally that Wrapps around the corner. Most of the time, I don't shop here unless there's a nee for me to visit a specify store. I mostly come here for the restaurants and theater. This place has expanded so much since I visited last time. So many restaurants added and very tempting to try them all!
google avatar

Eva S.

Yelp
During holiday the mall has special hours, during Christmas the mall has special operation hours changed to close at 10 pm. Came back after Christmas, the mall is packed and they have newly open Venchi from Italy by pink pink teashop. Surprisingly there are lots of parking on the roof top by Macy woman.
google avatar

Wilson C.

Yelp
Has tons of shops and pretty had anything that you would want to buy. I would remove a star because it's always so crowded and difficult to find parking.
google avatar

Cheri B.

Yelp
The parking here is an absolute nightmare. Once you get into the stores it's fine but getting in will take you 30 minutes easily and the same for getting out. The most aggravating part is they have hundreds of spaces open and blocked off on the lower levels. And - they blocked one of the two exits!!
google avatar

Cecilia M.

Yelp
This mall is impressive. As a visitor from out of town, I was shocked to see that you have to pay for parking! But I must say the features are impressive: signage for full/vacant parking spot, and payment system all work seamlessly. It was busy on my weekday visit -- so I can see why they need to charge for parking in order to stem the traffic flow. However, it also makes the mall less accessible for all people. They have "Westfield" branded portable chargers for rental - which is a handy service! But again showing that you can enjoy the amenities here - if you can afford it. The shops range greatly from luxury brands to regular shops. From Bloomingdale's to Macy's. So pricing will vary depending on where you shop. There's everything you could want here! Including toys and gadgets and various types of eateries which can satisfy any craving. I do appreciate the wide range of cuisines include a huge section full of Asian food. There's also the ever-impressive Eataly, or, you could grab a quick and simple burger from Shake Shack! Scale up or down to your choosing. There's even entertainment options like a movie theatre and bowling alley. The mall also has displays for selfies all around the campus -- both indoor and outdoor. Perfect to capture memories with friends or your family.
google avatar

Phil Z.

Yelp
You have to pay $15 to park at this mall or be prepared to walk 1/4 mile. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Parking is awful, traffic is awful. On top of that, expect 30 minutes just to get out of the parking garage. One and done.
google avatar

Elisa G.

Yelp
This is my new FAVORITE mall and it has all the high end stores and great restaurants too!! I love it and could live here!!
google avatar

Quentin P.

Yelp
Very nice mall in South Bay. I think of it as South Bay equivalent to Stanford mall. This one is all indoors. Recently updated in past 3-5 years with luxury and upscale food area. Not a mall-rat, but nice to come here every once on awhile. Yep holidays are horrible and the pay garages don't help that. Getting in and out got a lot slower. Pack some patience and yoga breathing for the parking and traffic and then enjoy the shopping once you are in. Many boba places and some nice upscale restaurants. Across street from Santana Row. It's highly recommended to visit mall and walk over to Santana. Selection: lots of top stores and always more coming. Has nice luxury brand area on one side of mall. Value: hmm, it's pricey but some stores are only ones from peninsula to and including SF. Like MCM, they closed the SF store, so this store here is only one in Bay Area.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to shop and eat! Very affordable and never busy. Definitely check it out.

Yelp
I'm from Fresno but I love traveling to this mall. They literally have everything I need and want in this mall. I would usually make this trip if I wanted to grand something high end. Last time I was there I visiting the LV and Gucci store to purchase a bag and I like that I can go and try things on and take a look at their inventory in person. The food choices there are TOP TIER! You literally don't need to go anywhere but stay in this mall and get everything done! Love it, wish we had something like this here in Fresno!
google avatar

David T.

Yelp
Some of the stores here are iffy. I recently came here and bought something from the Tiffany store. I had a problem, came back - they wern't very helpful. The pricing here is ok, very expensive. So expect that. The selection is pretty good. Just wish the CS was better than it was.
google avatar

Ivan B.

Yelp
I came by to shop here since it's Black Friday week and pretty much they added Christmas decorations. Most stores sell products that are on sale and I decided to buy a few items there. I also noticed that the Bath & Body Works store was relocated at a different section of the mall and thought that it's gone for good. I decided to buy one of their hand soaps since they're on sale with prices of $2.95. The Dining Terrace is well-designed with a bunch of great food selections, but I decided to get something from Potato Corner since it's been a while since I went there. Parking tends to be difficult at first and second floor, which is why I decided to park at mezzanine floor. I didn't want to shop during Black Friday since parking is gonna be too crowded.

Yelp
Deserved Zero star for this westfield mall the Parking is complicated cause traffic Jam there outdoor mall FYI dont allow dogs the security will run up-to you if you have fur baby with you! Very disappointing. Never coming back here again!

Yelp
Parking is AWFUL Really poor. Easy to wind up in the employee lot. Hard to escape when you want to leave. Once was queue'd up for 45 minutes because the exit onto Winchester was blocked. Hate the place

Yelp
The Westfield Valley Fair Is The Largest Mall In Northern California And The Third Largest In California After South Coast Plaza And Del Amo Fashion Center. The Service At This Mall Is Amazing, Lovely, And Organized Because Of How This Mall Is Clean And Large. There Is A Great Amount Of Selection Of This Mall From Stores To Restaurants. Selection Is Deemed Useful And Convenient Because Of All The Offerings In This Mall. The Value Of This Mall Is Also Outstanding Because Of How This Mall Is Recognizable. If People Are Shopping In The Bay Area, I Would Recommend This Mall. I Hope I Can Come To This Mall One Day
google avatar

Yelp
The good: The mall is nice. Good food options. The Bad: paid parking that takes 10-20 minutes to get out of on a Saturday. I set a stop watch today. I won't return until that's gone. Very frustrating when you are already spending a bunch of money in the mall and then they hold you captive and nickel and dime you. Not thanks!

Fahad P.

Yelp
Worst parking experience. Stuck for 45 mins. Never coming here again. Keep an hour in schedule to get outa parking

Yelp
I have lived in this area for 28 years and I've never had a more devastating experience. My 19 year old daughter was racially profiled while at the mall. Today at The Bay (a clothing store) a male cashier accused my daughter of stealing. She was in a group of other young adults and the employee closed the door and held her for questions. He was not mall security nor was a security guard present. First he accused her of stealing earrings. Um, her earrings were covered by her hair. Then he said she stole a skirt that she purchased from another store, then finally she said she stuffed something in her pocket. My daughter willingly handed over her jacket so it could be searched. Mind you this wasn't a security guard and the the cashier who accussed her just stood off to the side starting at her. He mever indicating what he thought she stole. When they didn't find any stole items the employee that approached her simply said, "my bad". No apology, nothing else said. Any mall that allows it's shops to racially profile its patrons should be shut down. The Bay employees bigoted people and should formally apologize and train their staff on how to treat ALL guest.

Yelp
This place is expanding and expanding, taking over parking lots and any unused spaces around the premises to create room for new businesses. I have been to this place for a long long time! My last dine out meal prior to the shut down of the pandemic was at Raman Nagi. I remember, we were sited pretty much right way and there weren't a long line like it's normally that Wrapps around the corner. Most of the time, I don't shop here unless there's a need for me to visit a specify store. I mostly come here for the restaurants and theater. This place has expanded so much since I visited last time. So many restaurants added and very tempting to try them all! One thing I absolutely dislike about this place was parking. It was already bad enough prior to the pandemic. Now, even worst! For one, you have to pay for parking after two hours, it's only $1 each additional hours with $10 maximum per day, which is not bad. However, it is very challenging to find parking spaces! Today, I visited around 12:30pm on a Monday, I had to circle around a few times to find a parking space! Imagine on a weekend. One time, on a weekend, I waited 15 minutes just trying to get into the parking structure and I never made it there. After 15 minutes in line, i was still on steven' screen, didn't even get close to the premises of the mall yet. So, I turned around and left to a different mall. In summary, this is a great place to dine, and shop if you don't mind the parking hassle. Just be prepared and come early.

Yelp
I love post-covid Valley Fair!! I have not been here since before the pandemic, but today it was so rainy that I decided to "do the mall". I can't believe how much has changed. If you haven't been to the mall, you need to go NOW. And if you have an EV, you can charge it at the mall while you shop. And if you need designer goods, this should be reserved ahead of time. Or if you need psycho donuts, this is not a problem. They are located on floor two. Eataly is also here. What more is needed?! Cheesecake Factory!!! Visit VF, but don't stay more than 2 hours:-) Parking is not free after 2 hours...

Yelp
I don't normally rate malls but here I go! I want to call out 2 places: Nordstroms and Legends. I went to Nordstrom's to get gifts for my sis and mom. I ended up buying nice jackets and was assisted by Stephanie. Thank you Stephanie for your help and patience! I'll be sure to return for the great clothes and service! I then went to Legends as it is an incredible Hobby store. I did see folks playing games in the back. When my 3 year old Izzy gets older she and I will paint the miniature Dragons which Legends sells. We his store has many fun games and it's fun to browse here. Finally the overall mall experience is nice. It sort of reminds me of Las Vegas with its elegance. I highly recommend going during weekday nights. It's less crowded and there is ample parking. Parking is free up til 2 hours.

Yelp
This comment applies to parking on Black Friday 2024. They did a really good job of directing traffic so that you can actually get in and park. And get out easily by focusing on one way traffic. They weren't charging for parking though I accidentally paid $2. (However, bathroom lines could've been better. Hardly any women's stalls in the center bathrooms.)

Yelp
This is always the first mall my friends and I think of when we want to go hang out or do some shopping. They have everything that you need: Luxury brands like LV, skin care like The Face Shop, and restaurants like Din Tai Fung and Eataly. Entertainment like The Icon Showplace and Bowlero are also located in the mall. It is conveniently right across Santana Row, so you can walk across to do some more shopping! You can also buy valet services and there are multiple parking garages, however, because so many people go to this mall, PARKING IS ALWAYS A PAIN IN THE BUTT HARD TO FIND (including weekdays). They recently started charging for parking, like in Monroe garage where you'll have to pay $1/hr after you park for 2 hours. There's also a parking spot near Macys that costs $5-15 the last time I remember if you are willing to pay for convenience. This is definitely my favorite mall in the San Jose area!

Yelp
We shopped for over 8 hours and we still didn't get through the entire mall. This is our new favorite place to shop!

Yelp
Westfield Valley Fair is one of the nicest malls I've ever been to. Lots of parking spaces, a modern, clean look, and plenty of stores ranging from chains, high-end, and one-of-a-kind. I've not been to another mall that has the tremendous number of restaurants that Valley Fair has either. The directory listed 20+ Asian restaurants/food/specialty stores alone - which is pretty cool if you're in the mood to try different things. Even if you're not dining, you could easily spend several hours merely window-shopping. There's even a plant nursery called Leafy - it feels like a tropical paradise inside!

Yelp
Hi Westfield Mall, I'd like to ask you to reconsider the new "No Dog policy". As a local resident who's been a customer of this mall for many years it feels like this policy is not reflective of the community it supports. I am aware of the few negative complaints about dogs on Yelp Reviews, however, there have been an equal amount in favor of dogs. Instead, would it be possible to encourage responsible dog owning? A few ideas are: Introducing doggie clean up stations throughout the mall, offering basic guidelines of etiquette, allowing dogs outdoors but not indoors, all dogs must be on leash and a strike policy where by dogs who show inappropriate behavior are banned from the premises. With these policies, it would address the majority of negative dog comments. This is a very dog friendly community and a lot of major luxury malls including Stanford Mall and Fashion Island in Newport Beach offer dog friendly policies. Additionally, as you continue enforcing the current No Dog Policy is it possible to meet your patrons with kindness as they adapt to these rules? Many of us have been going to this mall for years and are local residents. As such, we may need to be informed of the updated no dog policy. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with one of the staff members who approached us with a lot of hostility and was unprofessional. Please remember that for some having the opportunity to spend an afternoon at the mall may be precious/rare given the burdens/demands of life and we may just be trying to enjoy a few minutes of peace. Please remember this when approaching your guests who look forward to coming to the mall. I hope you'll take my comment seriously and consider some of these other less drastic options to the dog policy. Thank you!

Yelp
This place is huge! Such a nice indoor mall that has different shopping ranges from high end brands to the regular ones. I also love seeing so many Asian restaurants in the same area. The longest ones being ramen and udon literally right across from each other. I found it hard to find the directory, there would be posts that looked like directory but they were just advertisements. Each turn of the mall leads to a different path and doesn't quite loop around. Overall this place was clean but very busy on a Friday afternoon.

Yelp
I had not walked through Valley Fair in at least a couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised today (a Friday) to find the annoying kiosks gone, which I so much appreciated someone not approaching me asking, "Where do you get your nails done?" "Who does your hair?" Etc., etc. with the premise of trying to give you a sample of something and very high pressure to get you to their kiosk, and they wouldn't leave you alone. Thank you Valley Fair for removing these kiosks for a better shopping experience.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite malls in the Bay Area. It's a gorgeous mall with a wide variety of shops and food vendors. There's something for everyone here. Shopping on a budget? There's forever 21. Looking for cute stuff and stuffed animals? There are multiple shops. Looking for clothes, candles, makeup, cars, soap? They have it. They also have luxury stores. One of my favorite things to do is get a wild berry or strawberry gelato from eataly and chat with friends
