"Tofu pudding is freshly made on the spot – just add toppings such as grass jelly, red beans or lotus seeds. Or try their drinkable versions, in which the soybean flavour is complemented by the velvety texture of a smoothie." - Michelin Inspector
The Breakfast Club: 6 Soya Beancurd Places To Get Out Of Bed For
"This corner stall at Whampoa Market opens at the crack of dawn and serves only hot beancurd in their signature red bowls and metal spoon. Long lines are a usual sight but the wait is short and well worth it for tau huay that is still made traditionally using gypsum rather than commercial lactone. The result is silky soft beancurd that melts smoothly in your mouth." - Rachel Tan
Black and white - taste is so so only . Overrated or it could be pure soya drinks is better? Will
Try again but black and white is not up standard. Bukit Timah market - Whampoa soya still
Lightly better.

Soya bean milk was fragrant and full bodied. It was also relatively cheap at $1.30. However, auntie didn’t give me the option for less sugar. Cash only. Also would prefer that it was served in proper cups instead of disposables for dine-in. Expect long queue.

Wanted to support local.
But local hygiene not proper.
Soya bean is ok, but normal.
Price also ok, reasonable.
Stall got long queue in a corner.
Location is good, very noticeable.
If the queue is not long, doable.

Dou Hua for only $1.20 anyone? There are many Whampoa Soya Bean stalls all over Singapore, but this is with additional Grass Jelly! The soya bean curd is super smooth! And it tastes good also, quite rich, and very value for money with the amount of ingredients added. I was there at 8pm and it’s the only stall that remained open. Not easy during covid period so pls support locals!

There seems to always be a long queue at this soya bean stall. But thankfully the queue does move quickly. The beancurd is really good and done well, very soft. The soya milk was not as tasty and was not served cold enough.

Reliable spot for some good soy. I love the grass jelly desserts with palm seed. One thing to note is that you should ask for less sugar bc I find it a bit sweet, but still overall quality very high.

Heard so much great things about the wonderful soya bean curd, etc. My first visit to eat at the stall did not disappoint. It was indeed very good and it lives up to its much talked about reputation.
Smooth. And a joy to swallow every spoonful.
But be prepared to queue. The long queue is perpetual and never ending.
