Low quality. Had to have them remake my burger as it was nothing but a dripping sauce mess. Second one came out exactly the same after sharing my concerns with the manager. They took 15 minutes to remake it too. Don’t recommend. Service is trash.

Google
Some unique offerings, food is always good, some lack of attention to detail & complacency has snuck in vs. a year ago. Based in Texas, cleanliness & service quality has slightly degraded compared to a year ago, less staff, Dining Room NOT as clean as it should be, many employees paying attention to their mobile screens instead of keeping the Dining Room tables & chairs clean, a pattern that has progressively worsened. Sage was their friendliest & most conscientious Dining Room attendant.

Never thought I’d be disappointed by Whataburger! My honey butter chicken biscuit was awful. Biscuit itself was good but the “chicken” was a tiny, crusty-heat lamp warmed chicken tender. One bite into the rubbery meat was too much. SAD!

Google
Well let's start of positive, it's an iconic burger spot. I had high expectations for average results. The full service model is great when they bring your food to your table, the fries were not seasoned and I wasn't impressed with the burger, eatable and enjoyable yes, satisfied average. Would recommend a visit to a friend, but nothing special

Google
The cashier, I believe her name was Amanda based on the receipt, was great. Super friendly and very professional. The older gentleman, I can't recall his name, was also super friendly. He was the one bringing out the food and asking if we needed ketchup. These two individuals made our experience great. Huge improvements over some of the previous employees that worked here.

I had an interesting experience at this location. I received a very dirty cup that could’ve easily made me sick through cross contamination. I made the manager Dominique aware & requested that I receive an additional apple pie upon the 2 I’ve already ordered. & she denied me that. I communicated that prior management would’ve honored the request & that’s the type of honoring of your customer which would keep a customer coming back. She gave a really snappy & unecessary response . In my opinion it was rude & she raised her voice. Do better Whataburger . Is this a reflection of your brand ? I also made her aware that I worked for osha & she said she didn’t care basically . So I will be filing a formal complaint . I hope being unwarranted aggressive was worth it.

07/08/24: Food was just not great. Fries are never great. Culver's and Freddy's have much better fries. Girl at register heard me fine but was not listening to me. Was also confused about the word "allergy". When the guy brought out our food we asked him for 7 ketchups between us, 1 container of mustard and 1 container of mayo. He goes to get them. We were sitting at the front end of the restaurant. My back was to the counter and my wife was facing the counter. From the counter, the guy looked at my wife and said: Come up here and I will hand your stuff over to you. My wife got up from her food, went to the counter and picked up the condiments. There were two other couples in the restaurant at the time. The line cook was very good. I looked at my receipt, went back up front, the girl has another customer. I caught his attention, he came up and I pointed out that after telling the girl 3 times no seasoning on either burger she did not bring up my burger with no seasoning. He just smiled, said, no problem, I will take care of it. Freddy's just has a better burger and a hell of a lot better fries. Atmosphere. Music today sucked.

Google
Drive thru employee was efficient and my order was correct. Ordered #1 combo. Love their french fries. The hamburger was fresh & the meat was the size of the bun, not always at other burger places. Very happy!

Yelp
We came to town to see friends and decided to stop at whataburger on the way there! The food is okay, and the service was very pleasant! I've been to a whataburger before and it's always been pretty good and the waits have been around 15-20 minutes when it's busy. I am usually not one to complain about wait times however, there was maybe 5 cars in line total and it took over 45 minutes to receive our food. They did give us a free large drink which was very appreciated!

Yelp
The first Whataburger I went to was in Texas a few years back and enjoyed both burgers and breakfast items there. I first tried this location in February 2023 after an event let out nearby. The two separate lines were wrapped around the building, but didn't move as slowly as you would think, which was good. At the time I got a Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal with a half unsweetened tea and lemonade and onion rings on the side. The burger was pretty good! Very Juicy and they give thick patties. My favorite of the night was the onion rings as I really like the kind of batter they use. My most recent experience here was after a medical procedure in the area. I figured I would stop by for breakfast this time. I got the biscuit and gravy, breakfast "taquito" with bacon, and side hash browns/ onion rings. The gravy was tasty but the biscuit was dry AF like it had sat out all night or been under the warmer too long unfortunately. The breakfast burrito, or taquito as they call it, was decent. It had a lot of egg in it which was nice but they don't give sauce automatically like McDonald's. You need to ask for Picante, which I did, and Whataburger charges extra if you want other "premium" sauces for your fries or onion rings. I like the creamy pepper sauce, and it is a big cup, but it's like an extra 42 or 45 cents just to have it. The hash brown sticks were okay, though I prefer Dunkin/McDs/Burger King for those. Overall, I left with the onion rings being my favorite item again. At least it wasn't busy at all on a Sunday morning. I was the only car. I would probably try other items at the Snellville location as it's closer to me. Not a bad location though if you want to stop by. I'm glad I've come here twice instead of the other Kennesaw location which doesn't seem to have as high ratings.

Rand E.

Yelp
Whataburger has one of the stickiest floors of all time. The service is okay but you ask a robot to take your order! the burgers are flat and small. Over all it is pretty comfy and cozy.

Missy K.

Yelp
Whataburger is OK and seems to be hit or miss. We waited in the super long drive thru line when they first opened and the food as great but now that the nostalgia has worn off we have gotten cold burgers and stale burger buns and I'm a bread person so a bad bun ruins the whole experience for me and the hard, tough bun comes to mind ever time I've thought of going back so we haven't. I'm not writing them off but not in a rush to go back

Yelp
Restaurant Location: Anderson, South Carolina I am very disappointed in both the product and service at this Whataburger location. I placed an order the other day, and not only were the chicken strips missing from the bag, but my mom's Whataburger was also made incorrectly--missing the grilled onions. To make matters worse, the onions that were included were raw instead of properly grilled, and the meat was tough and unappetizing. The only redeeming part of the meal was the shake, which was well-made and enjoyable. However, that's not enough to make up for the overall poor experience. This was especially frustrating because Whataburger has always held a special place in my family's heart. I grew up in Texas, and this was my father's favorite place to eat--it was the only hamburger he would eat when we were in Texas. If he saw what they served us, he would be shocked and angry. Whataburger was once known for quality and consistency, but this visit was nothing like the experience I remember. I truly hope they improve because this is not the Whataburger my family knew and loved. Until then, I won't be returning to this location.

Paula S.

Yelp
Have been waiting to try their sandwiches but I could have waited longer. Now I know how they taste, and I'm not going to be hurrying back any time soon. Was so excited to have my grilled chicken on a brioche bun. Well, the bun tasted good but it was flat and soggy. Lettuce was wilted and I had to remove it from the bun. My piece of grilled chicken was big, juicy and tasty. However, my husband's fried chicken patty was a tasteless, commercial piece of breaded bird on a bun. Then we decided to split a hamburger to see what the fuss was all about. It was OK, nothing special. The special sauce was good. I'm not big on milkshakes but I wanted to try the raspberry white chocolate shake. Not for me! It was too sweet and still not enough taste to it. Hey, but it was very large shake! They bring your order to the table and serve condiments from a tray. Person delivering your food was helpful, but the cashier was not really friendly. This is a huge operation. Kitchen looked like a production line. Employees were wearing plastic gloves, so they are taking the food service regulations seriously. Ambiance was blunt and kind of cold. Nice thing is that they are open 24 hours in case you are hungry at night.

Eren C.

Yelp
Regularly, and mean just about every time, gets order substantially wrong in drive through. Either wrong items on burger or wrong items in bag completely.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
The food is just average. Nothing special. You only get one sauce with the 3 strips. The fries are nothing special. And the service was below average. Wouldn't come back to this location.

Rhonda M.

Yelp
It was ok. The burger didn't have any flavor and neither did the onion rings. I HAD to use sauce, ketchup AND mayo to have some flavor. Customer service was great though

Yelp
This was my first time visiting the Whataburger in Kennesaw. Based upon the long wait times mentioned in other reviews, I decided to try their drive-thru. Their drive-through has two lanes similar to some of the newer Chick-fil-A restaurants. However, they haven't quite reach the operational efficiency of Chick-fil-A. When I pulled up to the menu board, there was an associate standing outside, ready to take my order. Initially she appeared to be talking on her cell phone or communicating with someone inside the restaurant. After she finished, she welcome me and gave me a friendly greeting. I decided to try their bacon and cheese Whataburger with fries and a drink. The fries were served hot and well salted. The burger tasted good and somewhat unique with only mustard, no ketchup or mayo, and the melted cheese was placed under the burger, instead of traditionally on top. As soon as I had finished, placing my order and pulled forward to wait, someone brought the beverage to my car. I then had to wait a little too long to get my food. Overall, the staff is relatively friendly, and the food tastes good. I would consider returning the next time I'm in the Kennesaw area; however, I wouldn't go out of my way to get one of their burgers. Being from California, it doesn't quite compare to the In-N-Out double double cheeseburger. Cheers

Jasmine R.

Yelp
Second time eating at this location. The first time I tried a fresco melt and fries with the gravy. It was delicious. This time, I got a normal Whataburger and chili cheese fries. Food was very nasty and plain. Besides that, the restaurant is nice and has great workers. Food gets done very fast.

Will P.

Yelp
10/10 I recommend, the food was very good and I loved the customer service, specifically Reinalyn she was very nice and helpful. Reinalyn if you're reading this I just wanna say I'm the guy that came in asked what was on the triple whataburger and ordered it with no mustard add cheese. Idk if you do remember me but you were great! I think you deserve a raise!

Yelp
Late Night Nosh Making the trek to this sole location in Kennesaw, was a long time coming. I'd been hesitant because of the consistent complaints of long lines and service, but but gave it a shot - during night owl hours. Even at 1:30am on a Friday morning, both drive thru lanes were a bit stagnant. Opting to venture inside - now that it is open to the public - ordering was relative smooth. Receiving your order - it's rather unorganized and slow, even with a sizable crew. But as a longtime fan, while living in Florida, some things you just know are worth the wait... & the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit did not disappoint! It was just as tasty, as always, which speaks to the chain's efforts to maintain quality and taste. While I will say that they've still got work to do to streamline and improve service, it's good to know that Whataburger's food still hits the spot.

Scot E.

Yelp
My first ever Whataburger experience. Since they are currently the only location in Georgia & they recently opened, the place is busy. The dining room isn't opened yet. Drive through only. I thought that if I went in the evening there would be a shorter wait. NOT THE CASE. I got in the back of the line at 8:50pm. I got my order and pulled out at 10:50pm. TWO HOURS. I got a double cheeseburger, large fries and a large unsweet tea. Pretty good food. The employees were nice and seemed to be doing their absolute best. I'd give the place 4 stars BUT I'm knocking it back for that 2 hour wait. I wish there was an app or at least a sign at the back of the line letting people know the estimated wait time.

Sheena J.

Yelp
Ok so me and my son were hype to come try this the first week it opened lol! We waited an hour and oh brother it was a mess. I hope they work with the same ppl Chick Fil A used to make it more efficient in the drive thru. My food was decent but very cold so I'm going to wait a while and try them again when they get the kinks worked out!

Ashley J.

Yelp
Let's be real. I'm not one to wait an hour for a fast food joint. But, for the first whataburger open in Atlanta, I figured an hour would be the least wait time for the time being and it was totally worth it. At three hours you can almost drive to Alabama and back for one! In Texas, Whataburger is a late night spot, breakfast spot, lunch or dinner spot. The drive thrus in TX aren't known for their speed, and some are better than others, so you pick your favorite location that solidly delivers. I've been to a location in FL and was sorely disappointed, but the Alabama locations were on point. Whataburger is known for breakfast taquitos, honey butter chicken biscuits, patty melts, honey BBQ chicken strip sandwiches, shakes/malts, and our course their burgers. Right now only the drive through is open. Probably a smart choice to work out the kinks and control the flow of traffic, but I do wish the inside was open. We ordered a patty melt, Honey butter chicken strip sandwich, fries & onion rings. I tried to upgrade my drink to the seasonal shake, but all they currently have is vanilla. The food was fresh, fries & onion rings hot, and they did put in spicy ketchup in our bag also...love me some spicy ketchup! The chicken sandwich was delicious and just like I remember it. The patty melt was good, not the best I've ever had, but did the trick. Overall, I'm super pumped Whataburger made it to GA, and looking forward to actually having a late night place to stop by when needed!

Ethan W.

Yelp
Just hit the 45 minute mark in the drive thru and there was only 10 cars in front of me when I got in line....Sandwich kinda smashed but tasty and employees were nice.

Yolanda A.

Yelp
What-a-wait! Lol! I heard the wait was 2 hours. It's definitely a deterrent for me. This 24/7 burger spot just opened in Kennesaw a few months ago. Everyone has been saying to go try it. I always drove past and saw the line in the parking lot, down the street, and around the block. I'm thinking it better be good! With Covid still impacting the food industry, a 24/7 burger spot will definitely attract customers. A friend offered to grab me a combo. I kept her company over the phone. She was in line 55 minutes. In that 55 minutes, we discovered that if you download the app, you get a free burger and can do pickup skipping this crazy line. Advice: Do a pickup order!! I met her to get my food for my son and I. We both got bacon and cheese burgers with fries. I got a sweet tea and vanilla shake for him. Sweet tea was on point. He said the shake was okay. Fries were good. Burgers were okay. Food was still decent temperature when I got it. My friend bought so much they gave her a Whataburger bag. Not a plastic bag but decently made one she can reuse. The food is appealing due to the 24/7. It would not be my first choice for a burger. However, late a night when nothing else is open, I would go back. The prices are too bad. They serve breakfast as well.

CynthiaandCharles P.

Yelp
I was near this Whataburger having repair work done on my car. I decided to try them for the first time, ever. I should have driven past. It wasn't good at all. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with no bun. I was asked if all the vegetables would be ok and did I want mustard and ketchup. I said "yes" to all of that. What I got was a fork, no knife, no napkins, no mustard, no ketchup, flavorless fries and a sad, tiny hamburger patty. I work too hard for my money to waste it here again. I suggest you don't either.

Paulina A.

Yelp
Whataburger has a lot of hype but little to show for it. There are two drive-through lanes, and I opted for Lane B as it was shorter. They try to copy the efficiency of Chick-fil-A without the proper execution and technology. I pulled up and the worker took my credit card inside the restaurant to ring up my order, then proceeded to bring me the drink with my credit card and then I had to wait several more minutes to receive my food from a different worker. Overall, an inefficient and slow drive-through process. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and polite but management needs to streamline their process. I had the cheese and bacon burger, onion rings and a coke. The classic Whataburger doesn't come with cheese so this was my only option. The onion rings were some of the best I ever had. The burger was massive but my main dislike was the bread, it was very hard on top and lacked flavor. The bacon was soggy vs. crispy and the cheese was barely melted. Lots of lettuce and onions and the ingredients were falling out as I tried to enjoy it.

Phyllis H.

Yelp
I don't get this place. I don't know why you need a free-standing building with a business name such as Whataburger for paddied burgers. This is McDonald's rebranded. There's absolutely nothing special about this place. Customer service is fine. I waited 20 minutes for my food. I get it take a bite have the number two double with fries. It was just average. I had two bites and threw it away. The fries were fine. I ate the fries. No I don't recommend this place. No, I'm not coming back. Customer service is fine. I just don't understand this burger place and why it is so popular. I don't understand why so many people will wait in line to for this place. It's just patties on a grill and the patties are dry and has no taste. Depends on the condiments to make it taste like something. Very mustard forward. Should be called "WTFB".

Tami G.

Yelp
Very disinterested young woman taking orders in the drive thru at lunchtime. Stood in front of the menu board and was huffy when she had to move so we could see the board to order. No smile, no greeting, no thank you. We love Whataburger but will find another one with better customer service!

Austin G.

Yelp
I will never come back and give another dollar of mine to this business. I overheard one of your employees refer to me as a "lame ahh(ass)" for requesting a copy of my receipt to be included my bag. I am traveling for work and needed a copy for expensing. Absolutely wild. On top of that, you guys can't even get my order right.

De T.

Yelp
Had the patty melt & sweet & spicy bacon burger. Both were good. Ordered ahead, so food was ready for pickup when I got there. Walk in, as drive thru had several cars in line. Total was $16.xx IMHO, definitely better than McD, BK, Chik Fil A. Had the breakfast bowl on another visit. It was alright. I liked BK doubles for $6 better.

Dominic E.

Yelp
This restaurant is chronically slow. Half the time the order received is wrong. Eggs in the last breakfast taquito I had tasted old and when I looked at them they were gray. Worker's are friendly most of the time and apathetic the rest (but never rude).

A T.

Yelp
I am a Whataburger fan but am noticing the quality deteriorating which makes this place pricey. Burgers are good, patty melts are on point. Recommend the onion rings instead of the fries.

Lisa J.

Yelp
Thought I would stop by this place for the first time ever and try it out. There was a really long wait in the drive-thru, completely backed up but the worst part was they were not communicating just walking around inside the restaurant and not telling anybody what's going on. Then finally a guy comes to the window and asked what my order was. When the wait was finally too long, I went inside to ask for my money back. They tried to give me the food and I said I don't want the food now I want my money back, they made me wait 10 minutes because they said the manager was too busy making food for other people and could not come talk to me so I waited 10 minutes and finally got my money back. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Ben D.

Yelp
Do not go here for lunch. Waited 20min in that drive thru, poor guy in front of all of us was just sitting at the speaker waiting. Maybe they are understaffed or untrained, but either way that is a management problem. Drive thru times should not exceed the 15-20min range, it's funny because I actually came to this location because all the other fast food places in the area were really busy, so I thought I could get a quick bite here. Turns out u cannot, it's probably good during other times of the day, but skip this location if ur considering getting lunch on a work day. I wish I could get out of this drive thru but I cannot due to the layout of the drive thru lane, so I'm stuck.

Luhanece T.

Yelp
So I tried this whataburger for the first time! I love how they have breakfast until 11am! The ladies at the drive thru were very sweet and thorough given it was me and my moms first time coming. I ordered the breakfast platter with bacon and my mom got it with sausage! The bacon was cooked perfectly - it was just how I like it! The hashbrowns were a bit oily but nonetheless pretty good! The eggs were super cheesy and yummy! The biscuit was not my favorite part but it was good. Overall I give Whataburger breakfast platter a 8.5/10 and my mother gave it a 9/10. She loved the service, the location, and the food! I would definitely come back again.

Allen C.

Yelp
I'm not exactly sure what the hype is, as McDonald's is just as good Patty Melt was a unique sandwich, which others do not have on menu but everything else is typical fast food joint food which a slightly more premium price tag Cool to try once, but don't be prepared to be blown away. Not even close to In and Out

Z W.

Yelp
Ordered whatasize and got a medium fry. Something is always messed up here. You would think they would get it together at some point, but no.

Vi G.

Yelp
I'm a Texan, born and raised. When we found out Whatburger was opening nearby. You know I definitely had to hit it up. Of course, we already knew the first couple of days opening, they'd be extremely busy. Unfortunately dine in / order ahead options were unavailable. Only option they had was drive thru. 12/3, we waited 1.5 hours in line. Dreadful. We ordered - #12, spicy chicken, no tomato. Fries. Arnold Palmer. Sweet & Spicy Burger. Fries. Diet Coke. Side of onion rings & gravy. As we pull up to get our meals. The Arnold Palmer tasted absolutely disgusting. They gave us another one and it was just as worse. At that point, they tried to argue with me that it was indeed an Arnold Palmer. Look, I'm sure it is. But either your tea or lemonade is shit. Which is why the AP is disgusting We were missing onion rings & gravy. The spicy chicken, had a sticker for " no tomatoes " and tomatoes were in the burger I recommend not wasting your 2 hours in line. It really isn't worth it. The hype that everyone is portraying, will get to you. But it would be best if you wait til it dies down a bit. So they can really take their time when making the meals. The whole rush and Whataburger feeling rushed is leaving room for tons of errors.

arlene d.

Yelp
Not a let down at all Came on a Sunday about 11 am 2 drive thru lanes open and not terribly long. Waited maybe 25 minutes this might have been less some of the issues with time are not Whaaburger it's that person that gets up to order and takes forever ordering we had 2 in front of us really guys you have plenty of time to decide what to get while waiting in line before it's your order time The service was great and food did not disappoint. The burgers are huge as well as patty melt , fries good with spicy ketchup and onion rings perfect crisp and not greasy at all. Shakes also good FYI the inside dining is now open but was very busy all tables filled

Sasha O.

Yelp
It was a good burger, nothing I would wait in line for 40 minutes again for, but a good burger. I just wanted to see what all the hype was about. This is the first Atlanta area location and you know we like new things.

Vicky L.

Yelp
The line was very long. We went today Dec 3 (Saturday) a little after 4pm and waited almost 2 hrs to get the food. I would have left but someone really wanted it...so life is about compromise. Service and food are all very good. Like other whataburger locations, their burger and salad are way better than the normal fast food quality, more like from a nice restaurant. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. We also like their shakes/malt. As of today, they don't have the chili cheese fries. No pick-up or dining-in. I may give it a try around midnight one of these days but have seen long lines at their Destin location around midnight, I won't count on it being light traffic.

Edward W.

Yelp
Slowest. Drive-thru. Ever. #3 at the order line. 15 minutes later... #notchickfila

Hailey D.

Yelp
The food is good but damn they need to pick up the pace. The food doesn't make up for the wait. Just put a pep in your step that'll all they're friendly.

Terry G.

Yelp
Always good. Always friendly service. Been eating at whataburger for years. We're from Texas.

Bob M.

Yelp
My first time here. Wanted to try their burgers. Went at lunch time. Ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions and heavy mayo - meal. My go to burger. Cost $12.86. Went inside to eat. Cashier was very friendly, offered suggestions, etc. Oh, told could not take any cash for another 20 minutes. Had no cash in her drawer. I usually pay with cash. After ordering, it took about 10 minutes for a runner to bring my try of food. Server had a try full of condiments and offered what I wanted. So burger was well presented, nicely wrapped. Fries were cold. How could that be? Drive through was five cars deep, inside was mostly full! Cashier said orders take 5-10 minutes because made to order. The burger was well prepared as it should be. It is large, plenty of food. After a few minutes, I told the runner my fries were cold. He brought another bag in a few minutes, and said sorry and I'm sure these are hot. I really don't like their shoe string fries. They taste like frozen fries from the grocery store. Nothing better than average at best. I compare this meal to the double butter cheese burger at Culver's. I feel both are equal, but the Whataburger is a little bigger. Culver's meal is around $11. I'm not rating this place for the fries, just the burger. Prices at drive through restaurants have become too expensive for what is provided. Chick-fil-A has the highest prices! I want to try their breakfast. Told the pancakes are very good. But I really like the custard at Culver's. I buy a pint to bring home. Excellent! I'll be returning to both places. You should also.

Mario A.

Yelp
A rating of three stars is a good rating by me. Whataburger is solid and respectable, but not memorable. And that is probably the way it should be for a fast food joint. I had the patty melt, fries and a fountain drink. The bread on the patty melt was a bit burned, but not too bad. The meat tasted good, but was cooked well done as is the standard in fast food places. Fries were similar to McDonalds in size and taste. Dipping sauces are available. I has the ranch sauce and it was good. I did not try a shake and I don't like ketchup, so I did not try these signature items. Service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was clean and well managed. I will put it above BK and McDonalds. It reminds me most of Hardees. Definitely not in the same league as Five Guys.

Fana L.

Yelp
My food was delicious. The workers work very hard to accommodate your needs. The parking sucks at this location.

Emily F.

Yelp
Let me just start by saying, half of our family is from Texas, so we're used to eating Whataburger regularly there. I didn't have high expectations for the Georgia locations because I honestly just didn't think it would be the same. Boy was I wrong... We love this location and will continue to come back over and over again. The food is well worth the wait and if you don't feel like waiting, it's really easy to order in the app as you leave the house or wherever you're coming from so that when you get there, you can join the pickup line inside and either dine in or head on our with your selections! The rewards program is also one of the best when it comes to fast food, so we use it frequently to save money. The fries are by far my favorite and the size of the sauces are more than adequate. We actually buy the Whataburger ketchup for our home because it's just THAT much better than any other brand we've tried. The last thing I have to brag on is the soft drinks. Everyone talks about a McDonald's Sprite or a McDonald's Coke, but that doesn't even hold a candle to Whataburger soft drinks. Their ice is just an added bonus . If you haven't tried it, what are you waiting for??

Yelp
What a disappointment! This store just opened on woodruff Rd in Greenville, SC . Lines were insane, must be really good right? WRONG! . We didn't want to wait in the drive through line so we parked and went in. You can only order through a kiosk, not one person to help the kiosk challenged people. Waited 45 minutes for the order to come out only to get home with it to find out they messed up the order.$30 FOR 2 whataburgers with onion rings. , the one burger i added on fried onions (showed on the receipt) . That burger came without the onions, lettuce and tomato or any kind of condement. Just a patty on a bun. Also, the bottom of the bun was blackened and burnt! Never again!

Yelp
Just had (12:30 pm) burger and wing meals ($23+). Fries were old and cold. Burger was just ok, no where near as I was expecting. Wings were not good. Won't be back.

Yelp
Ugh, the damn drive through line is worth it, ya'll!! I got the bacon cheese burger and the Dr Pepper shake. First off, glad I did my strength training that week, cause this burger is substantial!! Lifting it out of the bag I couldn't get over the weight of it. The burger was hot and tasty. Ingredients were fresh, and it was cooked perfectly. Now, I don't even like soft drinks, much less Dr Pepper. But since the sign said "available for a limited time" I ordered it to quell the FOMO. Sounded like a weird combination of Dr Pepper and vanilla ice cream, but JUMP UP JEHOVAH!!!!! This thing is GOOD!!!!! I have to admit it, Whataburger is my new go to for sorta fast food.

Yelp
It was very disappointing. The food was meh. Def had better fast food burgers and fries. Service was slow as well and they got the orders wrong. Milkshake way too sweet. I'll stick to Culver's

Yelp
So I know this is going to offend some of you die hard WB folk... it's like offending the jesus-chicken people.. so I went to a new location that had recently opened to see if there was anything mind blowing about this one since it was new and to compare it to one from a couple years ago. So to sum up... it's a burger, fries and soda... mike drop... really that's all there is to say... oh to add the staff was very friendly.

Yelp
You can drive to the store, buy meat, vegetables, flour, water, egg, vegetables, hit up Home Depot for a grill, drive home, bake buns, unpack and set up the grill, and grill the burgers faster than a single order is filled here if there is more than one person in line.

Yelp
I ordered food and a chocolate shake. I received everything at the window. The chocolate shake wasn't for me. But I noticed it looked like Vanilla. I told the woman at the window that I had ordered chocolate. Her reply was simply "that is chocolate." Without even looking. I rarely go to fast food places, but the wife is pregnant and wanted a chocolate shake. I said oh, are you sure it looks vanilla but I don't come here. She goes "yes." So I took her word for it. I don't drink this crap so I didn't try it. I should've. Definitely was vanilla. Hire competent workers, please.
