Yelp
My review may seem ridiculous to some: Whip n Dip is a very popular spot, and my family and I have been going for years. Some flavors are not the best, as they can taste a lot better. I happen to be a mint chocolate chip gal, so when I see this flavor it is my "go to". I am writing this weeks after b/c I do not know if the guy will remember. I asked for a mint choco chip milkshake. I can clearly see the guy making it, and he blends....stops to look inside, and smells my milkshake.....yeah....winces, then makes a FACE. He grabs an unopened straw with his same used hands and sticks it in the cup for me.
In the wake of COVID, a bazillion of you all would have shuddered, but I was more upset with the distasteful face he made. He comes over to to me, and I say "Oh, you don't like mint choc chip, huh" He goes yeah. (I get ur opinion, but you are working at a place where there are MANY taste preferences). I get ready to pay and take sip, and I am like, yuck. No mint flavor AT ALL, and he says would I like him to add mint candy chips (toppings), and I said yeah thinking he was being nice. NOPPPPPPPE, that piece of crap, overly blended (way to many air bubbles), no flavored milkshake cost me $15 with the added on toppings (which I though he did as a courtesy). What was I thinking?!?!
By the way: You could go to Icy-n-Spicy on South beach and get a TASTEY, full sized candy bar, house made ice cream, with cool whip topping, and sprinkles for .95 cents more!! Instagram them and u will see!!!
