Where To Get Soft Serve In Miami

"Whip N Dip is a classic. If you grew up in the area, this was your neighborhood ice cream shop, your best friend worked here on the weekends, and you were terrified of getting burned by the Crispy Critters display (and kind of still are). Besides the nostalgia and high chances of running into high school classmates here, Whip N Dip has something we can’t find anywhere else: six flavors of soft serve—all of which are advertised as fat-free. They have vanilla and chocolate, but also a bunch of fun rotating flavors like cinnamon bun and s'mores. The line goes out the door most weekends (and we'll happily wait in it)." - virginia otazo, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino

Google
It's unfortunate, as this is a very good ice cream shop, but there is no reason a single scoop of ice cream $10.99 + 3 tiny spoonfuls of sprinkles $7? I just paid $43 for 2 ice creams which felt like slap in the face on top of the teenager boy scooping seems to hate just being there...felt like he padded my bill just because. I just came in 2 days ago and got the EXACT SAME ORDER from a sweet teenage girl and paid $23 and I have tip! So I am very disappointed in my probably, last visit.

Google
This place is so good. The ice cream is amazing. The staff is adorable and super helpful. They give you lots of tests and are very patient with us especially the little ones. You have to try the chocolate Kahlua ice cream. Definitely getting my next birthday cake here.

Google
Whip’n Dip in South Miami is an absolute gem! This small, charming ice cream shop has become a beloved staple in the community, and it's easy to see why. With a vast array of flavors, there's always something new and exciting to try. Personally, I'm a huge fan of their soft serve creations. They rotate these flavors regularly, and each one is a delightful surprise! Beyond the incredible ice cream, Whip’n Dip also offers delicious cookies that are simply irresistible. And for those with a competitive streak, the Category 9 challenge is a must-try! Devour 9 scoops in 15 minutes and earn a spot on their hall of fame. I can't recommend Whip’n Dip enough. This place truly embodies the sweet spirit of South Miami. Love this shop so much!

Google
Whip’n Dip catered an ice cream cart for our wedding and it was a huge hit! They were easy to work with to schedule the catering leading up to the event and let you pick your flavors. The guests loved it and still talk about the ice cream dessert to this day!

Google
I had a very good experience with Iza at the whip n dip at the coral gables location. She was professional and patient aiming to satisfy the customer. It’s such a pleasure going to my neighborhood ice cream shop, Congrats on this employee and the way she made me feel.

Google
Some of the best ice cream in Miami! And prob the only one that I’ve been to that has so many options - soft serve, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, cookies EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD! Staff is so friendly and nice and if you also live in the neighborhood it will quickly and easily become a family favorite. I can’t recommend it enough!!

Tim Heatley

Google
This is by far the best ice cream you will get. Whip-n-dip has used the same recipe ever since I have been going there. Over 35 years. They always maintain good service, but a 3 person staff would be better during their busy hours. The floor could also use some regular cleaning during the day. Aside from that it’ll be hard to find anything better than this place. Give them a try!

rolyknightlife

Google
Delicious homemade ice cream, they have like 8 different flavors and you can taste them all . The kids working Saturday night very nice and helpful which they recommended bulldog blitz, which is now my favorite. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Such a great summer night treat here! The ladies let me sample their chocolate english toffee soft serve, but i ended up going with the regular chocolate and vanilla swirl. I can see why they have been in business for so long! It tastes delicious and light and refreshing. They also have a good selection of hard ice creams. Their toppings bar is huge! I settled on their mixed chocolate chip and rainbow sprinkles. It added the perfect crunch to the soft serve. The only have a few areas to sit inside but they also have some seating outside. Perfect part of South Miami.

Yelp
It's a staple, its been around forever and its family owned. Truth be told however, it needs a good ole refresh and a deep clean. While I'm a big fan of soft serve and supporting local and small, I was turned off by its dumpy appearance and dirty floors and walls. We are in April and they still had holiday/christmas signs up.
google avatar

Aurora G.

Yelp
I am such a sucker for soft serve, and this place has the best. Great selection of toppings, and super kind staff. Parking can be crazy, but you'll be able to get a spot if you're patient.

Joe N.

Yelp
$9 for this vanilla small soft serve sugar cone with sprinkles. Just completely outrageous and disrespectful prices. Blown away.

Yelp
Located in the heart of South Miami you will find the iconic Whip and Dip Ice cream parlor. Whip and Dip has a long history in the SoMi neighborhood and even had former President Jimmy Carter pass by for some Ice Cream. We decided to pass by this past Friday for some Ice Cream which is done fresh every day. I ordered their mint chocolate chip on waffle cone topped with candied nuts. The ice cream was nice and creamy while the candied nuts were perfectly sweet.

Yelp
After going to the lights event at Fairchild Tropical Gardens we craved something sweet and came to Whip n Dip for some ice cream. I haven't been here in years and happy to see they are still around and thriving! Staff is super kind and you're guaranteed a big ice cream portion. There was a line outside the ice cream shop but was well worth it. We ordered the mango ice cream on a sugar cone and wow! I was obsessed. The flavor was amazing and it was so fresh. My partner got the vanilla soft serve with sprinkles and that was quite disappointing. We also got some of then cookie crisps which were okay, but not very fresh. Prices are also pretty steep. Each ice cream was $8 for a scoop or a small soft serve but again. I hope the mango stays on the menu for a while because it was so so good! Definitely a great spot with lots of ice cream, cookie, and ice cream cake options. Seating is outside on benches if you want to eat it there!

Yelp
Wow!! What a great little location that been around for a long time. Driven past multiple times and never stopped. Now, I can say I stopped and wow it was fantastic. The ice cream is a little expensive almost $8 a scoop, but when you taste the homemade freshness it was amazing! The staff was super kind and allowed us to sample the ice cream. They have many choices and toppings. A fun place to stop for an evening get away. Nice selection of ice cream and treats. I was happy I stopped today and look forward to going back again soon. Yummy! It's worth the stop.

Yelp
This is THE place to get great ice cream! I've been going to Whip n Dip for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. I'm partial to their mint chip, which thankfully is one of their "regular" flavors. They have a handful of "regulars", and aside from those, the flavors get switched out regularly. My hubby is always very excited when they have cookie combo, as that is his favorite. I'm not a fan of soft serve, but all of my soft serve friends say that their vanilla soft serve is the best. If you really want to indulge, get either the cookie cup (pro tip - ask for it warmed up), or the hot fudge. Their hot fudge tastes like hot brownie batter. SOOOOO GOOD! I think one of my favorite random trips to whip n dip was several years ago. They had lost power and the kids working there hadn't yet locked the doors, so I walked in. They apologized that they couldn't sell me ice cream since it was melting and their register didn't have power for credit cards. Luckily I had cash, and I LOVE slightly melted ice cream! They probably thought I was crazy, but I happily bought their melty ice cream that otherwise would have ended up trashed! Photo from their newer Palmetto Bay location.

Yelp
Whip 'n Dip is the only soft serve frozen yogurt shop anywhere near us. I've had a huge frozen yogurt craving so we came over to check it out. I know it's a staple in this area and I've been once before a couple years ago. The prices for the frozen yogurt cups were decent, $6.99 for a 7oz cup and they fill it up high. The part that bothered me is $2 per topping. I really was hoping to have a couple toppings on my frozen yogurt but no way am I paying that. The guys behind the counter were really nice and let me try pretty much all of the frozen yogurt flavors. The shop itself is cute and classic.

Yelp
The Vanilla Soft Serve (Lite Cream) was not great -- it lacked flavor. The portion sizes are good, but the ice cream is pricey.

Yelp
A Miami original! Love going to Whip n Dip with family and friends. Love the vanilla soft serve and Bulldog Blitz.

Yelp
This is a cute little place in South Miami where you go, order your icecream and go outside and eat it. there are a few benches outside, but there's not a lot of space in. One of the great things about it is that they are open until fairly late at nights. Be aware: If they ask you if one scoop or two scoops, do not fall for it... they are really asking if you want two scoops or four. I mean, it's not a bad surprise to find out you basically ordered a mountain of ice cream, but still... As for the flavors. they basically have the standard list. I got a chocolate-rimmed waffle cone with Coffee and Chocolate ice cream (2 scoops each, when I thought I was ordering 1 scoop of each). I enjoyed it a lot, but I think I'll be okay with just one (two) scoop
google avatar

Yelp
We go here every here and there and it's always good I always get the mix soft serve and my daughter gets mint and / or chocolate
google avatar

Blanca M.

Yelp
Came because I heard the cookies were good. Verdict: I would give these cookies two stars. They weren't horrible but they weren't great and at 3.99 for a single cookie that's not too big, it's a bit much. But leaving three stars because kids who worked there are cheerful and helpful.
google avatar

Sarah P.

Yelp
Not really a fan of the whipped ice cream. I tried butterscotch and a another one. Hardly any taste difference tbh. I thought both tasted just like a normal vanilla flavour.

Yelp
If you're in the mood for some good ice cream, Whip 'n Dip is the spot! It's a cute ice cream shop in South Miami near Sunset Place shopping mall. They rotate their ice flavors each week, except for a few fan favorites, including their specialty, "Bulldog Blitz," which is a fun blue color and will satisfy any sweet tooth craving. During the summer, they offer Dole Whip, which I also love. Not sure what flavor of ice cream you like; they've got you covered! You can try a small spoon to decipher which to get. Parking can sometimes be a little challenging, but it's a good thing there are plenty of spaces nearby where one can park their vehicle.

Yelp
I always forget about this place when I'm in the area since it's hidden but its definitely a gem! Its family owned, customer service is amazing and the ice cream is delicious! (Its homemade) The store limits 8 people at a time (it is small) and they also have outdoor seating with benches, which can be limited depending how busy it is. They offer flavors such as Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, Mint Chip, Coffee, Chocolate, and their popular "Bulldog Blitz" which is blue cotton candy flavor. They also offer samples if you wish to try. They also have a variety of toppings as well from m&ms, peanuts, almonds, coconut, froot loops, gummies to cheesecake bites! If you have not had cheesecake bites, I highly recommend! Extremely delicious! The serving size for one scoop was decent amount for the price. They also have a wall on the right side of the store with fliers from the community with info. I definitely recommend this place! Support your local business :)

Yelp
Mediocre ice cream at a store that was dirty and doesn't appear to have gotten much maintenance or refreshes in many years. We had two expensive ice cream cones for $17, while sitting outside staring at an overflowing trash bin. Will not return here.

Leyza B.

Yelp
Store is having significant issues. Understaffed. Broken machines so not as many flavors/choices. I really love this spot but no one is minding the store.

Rebecca D.

Yelp
Dirty story with dirty management. Manager was extremely condescending to his employees. I felt so bad for the poor girls working under him. The ice cream I was served was littered with black specks that turned out to be FRUIT FLIES. also saw roaches scurrying around the store. Do not come here
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome service my family and I have loved this place since I was a little boy and now I'm able to bring my family The ice cream is great. The service is even better. Such a wonderful atmosphere I went in yesterday with my family and the young lady with the green eyes really made our time there even more special ice cream with a side of comedy. She was hilarious. I love seeing a great place with great people will be here more often with my family. Enjoy the best ice cream in Miami!!!

Yelp
Whip n dip is a SOMI staple! As a teen, my friends and I would walk over to enjoy an ice cream after school, and it seems this is still the thing to do. The place is always packed, but also has quick service, so you won't be waiting too long. There are a variety of flavors from good old Vanilla and Chocolate to Cookies n Cream to what seems like seasonal favorites. Great dairy free choices too for those of us that prefer sorbets. Hubby and kids love the shakes...I usually sneak a taste and they're yum-my!

Yelp
Whip 'n Dip is cute ice cream shoppe in the Coral Gables area near Sunset Place shopping mall. No matter what night of the week it is, you will always find locals hanging out in the shop enjoying the delicious ice cream. They switch out their ice flavors each week, except for a few fan favorites, including their specialty "Bulldog Blitz" which is a fun blue color and will satisfy the craving of any sweet tooth. Our personal favorite and go to is the Lite Cream, which is their version of low calorie soft serve at only 18 CALORIES AN OUNCE!! They have 4 flavors which rotate every week on Wednesday or Thursday, along with the standard vanilla and chocolate. Pro Tip: Feel free to try as many as you want, but if you find any ice creams here that you enjoy be sure to come back again soon before it goes away for a few weeks or even months!

Lucy M.

Yelp
So sad to see this neighborhood business going south. Machines break and are old, they run out of soft serve, don't have variety of flavors like they use to. The place is outdated and dirty. It such a shame. I have been going to this place for over 20 years. Today on a Friday at 9pm 1 machine broken again and ran out of vanilla soft serve. Please sell the place or put some love into it!
google avatar

Sylvia G.

Yelp
Top ice cream spot in miami. The soft serve ice cream is my favorite and only 18 calories per oz. The best flavors are peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, nutter butter, and strawberry. Everything here really is so so good and they also have delicious cookies and the option for a cookie cup which they heat up a cookie in a cup and put ice cream on top. Highly recommend!

Zach B.

Yelp
I grew up in South Miami. I've had many friends work here and I used to go here all the time. Back in 2017, a single scoop of ice cream was $3.85 including tax. Today, I just paid $8.23 including tax for a single scoop. I will never come back here if I'm paying for it. Whip n' Dip used to be full of life, and now it just feels sad. There's a note that they placed next to the cash register in 2020 that blames the price increases on inflation, but the reality is that it's pretty much a load of BS. It's clear to me that what used to be a place dedicated to the South Miami community has become a soulless cash-grab. I understand that costs have gone up, but the owners of Whip n' Dip have gone too far with this. You've lost my business Whip n' Dip, forever!

Abby M.

Yelp
A great treat for summer weekends. Very simple & delicious ice cream. The mango ice cream is AWESOME! Second best is the strawberry.

Yelp
I picked up my son from school and told him to pick an ice cream place, so he picked this one. We hadn't visited this one yet, even though it is walking distance from his school. I had already been here either once or twice. It was a pleasant experience. Yesterday was similar. There was a tall skinny guy who helped me. I asked him a few questions: 1) Can I decide what flavor I want in those giant cookies you have in the fridge? Yes 2) What is the difference between sorbet and ice cream? Calories and flavor And a few more, but I don't remember the other ones. Probably the answer did not have any effect on my final decision on what I was looking for. My son got Two scoops, vanilla and the blue cotton candy flavor (I don't want to mispronounce this beauty). He added the lucky charms, marshmallows (which I suggested), and gummy bears. Now, since I couldn't get the BIG cookie because I wasn't going to eat it all myself, I had to improvise. I got the cotton candy flavor with some of those fresh cookies there. The cotton candy, Bulldog Blitz, has marshmallows inside. I felt surprised when I tried it. I'm sitting here trying to find the words to describe it, but you have to go and try it yourself, and you will probably find the words. Ok. Done with the ice cream. Now, let's talk about the cookies. There is a glass box of cookies (see picture). I ordered them because I have never seen something like it. They sell it by the pound, I believe. Glorious! Having these cookies as toppings were the right way to go on my end. I hope God keeps giving me life and money to keep spending both at this place. Service, creativity and flavor are all outstanding.

Isabella K.

Yelp
Yummy ice-cream shop in the South Miami Gables area. J.Lo and A-Rod used to come here with their kids. They had a great protocol during COVID not allowing more than 4 people at once. The sitting space outside is very limited so we took our ice-cream with us to the nearby park.
google avatar

Elvin B.

Yelp
Great little ice cream shop that stays open till late. It's located centrally near sunset place and within Coral Gables. The ice cream is good but wouldn't say great. Don't think there is anything proprietary about the ice cream either. But I still have it 4 stars for the following reasons: 1- Location 1- Food Quality 1- Price 1- Service 0- Ambiance (Needs updating)
google avatar

Dan S.

Yelp
A small ice cream stop not far from the U. We stopped by on a warm spring day after a Beach visit. Weren't disappointed with the flavors. Service was quick and their small servings are huge! This is the type of ice cream that leaves you satisfied. It's family owned and it's not too fancy either. I got the mint chip in a cup and ate outside. Look forward to coming back.

Yelp
In the days of Covid-19, it's nice to be able to return to a spot like Whip 'n Dip to find that very little if anything has changed since I first reviewed it a decade ago; Even the prices seem to be about the same as they were back then. Actually there's been one notable improvement - For the past few years this place has accepted credit card payments, so one no longer needs to bring cash or visit the on-site ATM (though it's still here if one needs to use it). The ice cream and treats at this traditional 'mom and pop' ice cream shop have always been consistently good, the staff have usually always been young, outgoing and energetic and the prices reasonable. Most recently I got a vanilla shake which was excellent, and a "cookie cup" (thick chocolate chip cookie with large chunks of chocolate baked in a cupcake pan), all for a bit more than $7.50 including gratuity. Not only am I writing this review a decade after I initially rated this place, and 6 years after posting my most recent review of Whip 'n Dip, but I'm also bumping my rating of it to 5 stars, which on Yelp means "As good as it gets"!

Alfredo C.

Yelp
Last night I went with my son. I'm not one for writing reviews but I felt like this young lady deserves some praise. She was very kind and attentive, especially toward my son. When we were eating our ice cream outside, three young girls who she attended after walked out talking about how kind she was. It was our first time going but we'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Alex B.

Yelp
We stopped by the ice cream store as my kids wanted ice cream. There is a sign at the door that reads, maximum four people at a time. When I was there, people kept coming in and employees weren't really telling anyone to wait outside. When it was our turn to be served a previous customer walked back in and asked for another ice cream and was immediately serviced without any regard to us. While when we were eventually served, we were promptly served. Except when I went to pay my order I was asked to wait and then the next customer after me was served and allowed to pay. And again nothing said in regard to us. It would be nice to be told, "oh excuse me, i apologize" and explain why other customers can jump ahead of you.
google avatar

Carolyn W.

Yelp
SO disappointed. Stoned employee and lack of chocolate provided equal reasons to hate a place we used to love.
google avatar

T P.

Yelp
I just finished writing a 1 star review of an ice cream parlor in the Grove and mentioned Whip n' Dip as an alternative so I guess it is time to review this place. First of all it is multiple blocks east of 57th avenue and the heart of downtown South Miami, so when you go and see the crowd, they went out of their way to get there. This place for years has not relied on foot traffic, but quality homemade ice cream to draw in the crowds. I have NEVER gone and seen it empty. My go to is the vanilla malt shake. Oh so good. Quality product at a good price. You can't ask for any more than that.
google avatar

Anna F.

Yelp
I've been coming here since grade school and it's still the best in Miami. Sometimes I get frozen yogurt and sometimes regular ice cream. I've never eaten anything here that was less than the delicious. They were even nice enough to accommodate my request for a cup of whipped cream for my dog.

Yelp
My review may seem ridiculous to some: Whip n Dip is a very popular spot, and my family and I have been going for years. Some flavors are not the best, as they can taste a lot better. I happen to be a mint chocolate chip gal, so when I see this flavor it is my "go to". I am writing this weeks after b/c I do not know if the guy will remember. I asked for a mint choco chip milkshake. I can clearly see the guy making it, and he blends....stops to look inside, and smells my milkshake.....yeah....winces, then makes a FACE. He grabs an unopened straw with his same used hands and sticks it in the cup for me. In the wake of COVID, a bazillion of you all would have shuddered, but I was more upset with the distasteful face he made. He comes over to to me, and I say "Oh, you don't like mint choc chip, huh" He goes yeah. (I get ur opinion, but you are working at a place where there are MANY taste preferences). I get ready to pay and take sip, and I am like, yuck. No mint flavor AT ALL, and he says would I like him to add mint candy chips (toppings), and I said yeah thinking he was being nice. NOPPPPPPPE, that piece of crap, overly blended (way to many air bubbles), no flavored milkshake cost me $15 with the added on toppings (which I though he did as a courtesy). What was I thinking?!?! By the way: You could go to Icy-n-Spicy on South beach and get a TASTEY, full sized candy bar, house made ice cream, with cool whip topping, and sprinkles for .95 cents more!! Instagram them and u will see!!!

Frank L.

Yelp
Well I can't speak bad of the service but they need to clean that floor. It was like I walked in after a food fight. Sticky and smelly from the ice cream that fell on the floor? That smell almost us leave. I wanted to try the ice cream. We have Mango, tasty like eating a mango. Coffee ice cream was very strong and sweet like you eating a cup of coffee. I liked it. The strawberry tastes like homemade. Very good . Just clean the floor.
google avatar

Alina Z.

Yelp
This place has been going strong for 35 years for a reason. Their ice cream is all made in-house. Get the mango one!!! Even their soft serve is incredible. Everyone is really nice and you do feel like family.

Eli Y.

Yelp
It absolutely boggles my mind that anyone would give this below five stars. This place is the best ice cream I have ever been to. 10 star service. George is the goat. So kind and remembers his customers names and what they are up to. Goes the extra mile. Always have new flavors as well as consistent amazing ones. Their cookies are fire, and their low-fat ice cream option are really great. I also have a severe nut allergy and they always go the extra mile to keep me safe. This is a weekly staple for my girlfriend and I. You gotta come here. No doubt about it
google avatar

Jose P.

Yelp
Love Whip 'n Dip. Have been coming here for a few years now and love all the different ice cream that make here. The staff is always friendly and work quickly. Ice cream is fresh at all times and every few days they change the stock that they have to keep new and different flavors in rotation. I ordered the snickers and Reese mixed ice cream. And my toppings were cookie doe and chocolate crumbs. I forgot the hot fudge!! But next time I won't! Lol

Yelp
Serving a variety of ice-creme in South Miami for nearly 22 years! That definition is saying something. And if you don't see exactly what you want, I'm sure you can even have it made on special order. They make custom ice creme sheet cakes for parties too. I typically run past Whip n Dip on my 8 mile doloop. Occasionally, I can't ignore my sweet tooth and Whip n Dip serves me up a nice shake or sugar cone with one of their special flavors, of which there are an assortment to choose. This isn't a chain so the flavors will rotate so you might be disappointed if you come here and your flavor isn't served. Call ahead to be sure. Whip n Dip also has light creme (18 calories per ounce with no fat, cholesterol or sugar added) for folks concerned about calories. Their ice creme is made in-house and sourced from local suppliers, yielding authentic home grown flavor. There is indoor and outdoor seating and they will take a credit card, not just cash, which is an added convenience. I've loved coming here a couple of times and will definitely be back.

Yelp
We were having lunch in South Miami and decided to pop in for dessert. First, they are limiting visitors inside their store at one time, and masks are mandatory. My daughter joined me inside to pick out some fun stuff. My daughter chose the Bulldog Blitz which was blue cotton candy ice cream with marshmallows and sprinkles, topped with a huge helping of gummy bears. Next to my daughter, my vanilla and chocolate soft serve was looking pretty plain. If you didn't know, Whip n' Dip has the best soft serve around. We sat outside on the benches and enjoyed our Miami cool "Winter" day. Whip 'n Dip is such a fun place to visit that I enjoy visiting to escape the hustle and bustle of Miami...and adulthood ;)

Yelp
With this heat we are always craving ice cream. So Monday afternoon my daughter and I went to eat one and it was delicious. The cookies and cream and coffee ice cream that we ordered was creamy and very tasty. My favorite was the coffee one. A 10 ounces for a little less than. $6. They also have shakes and I think I want to try them next one. They have places to sit inside and outside.

Yelp
Ridiculously good ice-cream. Even better service. The workers are always so welcoming and make the environment even more homey than it already is. Absolutely adorable spot, insane to me it's below 5 stars.

Yelp
Great local ice cream shop! Whip 'n Dip is a South Florida classic. They are most famous for their different flavors of soft serve ice cream. The shop is set in a small strip mall on Sunset Drive, and if you're lucky, you can find free parking right in front. The atmosphere here is nothing special, because it's all about the ice cream. There is no seating inside, but there are a few benches outside. The service is always friendly here, the prices are fair, and I've never had to wait in a long line to get my ice cream. Whip ' Dip's ice cream is delicious and creamy. Many of the flavors change frequently (both soft serve, and regular ice cream). I usually always opt for the soft serve; Chocolate Peanut Butter is my fave! Their milkshakes are delicious as well. I love their chocolate malt. You have the option to have the milkshake made with regular ice cream or soft serve (the soft serve having less calories). However, I would recommend getting the milkshake made with regular ice cream because it comes out creamier. All in all, I am a huge fan of Whip 'n Dip. Warm days and summer nights in Miami have me craving their soft serve ice cream!

Yelp
I understand this is a staple in Miami, it has been around since 1985. I had never tried it, and in honor of my Dad (a man who believed everything could be resolved with ice cream) we decided to give it a try. We went on a busy Summer Saturday afternoon. The place was packed with kids of all ages. It was noisy, the employees were overwhelmed, and it's a tiny place. I don't fault them for this, but it soured the experience from the get go. Then, there's the ice cream. I had a double Snickers cone and my husband had a warmed cookie, with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. They were both good. But so overly sweet, yet not enough flavor. Almost like sugar water with some cream and vanilla. I hate tp be so hard on ice cream. Maybe there's better "batches", but I couldn't even finish a scoop.
