My group of four enjoyed the Four Course Brunch at this establishment, and overall, we had a delightful experience. Here's a breakdown of our visit:
First Course: We started with a shared festive platter of Chilled Seafood, which included a tempting assortment of Oysters, Crab, Charcuterie, and a unique Pumpkin Chai Pudding, among other delectable items. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were exceptional. This course truly set the tone for the meal.
Second Course: Next up was the Dragon Fruit Waldorf Salad, which we shared at the table. It featured Shaved Romaine, Candied Walnuts, Granny Smith Apples, and a delightful Waldorf Dressing. The combination of flavors and textures was refreshing, making it a perfect follow-up to the first course.
Main Course: I opted for the Steak & Eggs Benedict, and while the Filet Mignon was incredibly tender and well-seasoned, I was slightly disappointed that it was a bit overcooked, as I had requested it to be medium rare. Nevertheless, the accompanying Poached Eggs, Chimichurri, Hollandaise, and Roasted Potatoes were all delicious and complemented the dish well.
Fourth Course: To conclude our meal, we indulged in the shared Showstopper Dessert Platter. This delightful platter featured Mini Pumpkin Pie Bites, White Chocolate Pecan Bars, Pecan Cheesecake, and more. It was a sweet symphony of flavors and a fantastic way to end our brunch.
We decided to enhance our experience by adding a bottle of Champagne for an additional, with a choice of Seasonal Fresh. The champagne selection paired wonderfully with our meal and added an extra touch of elegance to the occasion.
