Early morning December 15th 2024. I put a mobile order in. I put a note on my burger saying only onion and cheese on them. I told the guy on the front counter just to clarify they got my note to make the burgers only onions and cheese he took a look at them. Never say that they were or not all she told me was if I needed sauce. Left this White Castle to find out they put Ketchup on my burgers!! It happened again and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS WHITE CASTLE THEY ALWASY SCREW UP MY BURGERS!!! Oops! They also forgot to GIVE ME MY DRINK TOO!!!!

This is my favorite place in uptown New York to eat some fast food. It's simple but really good! I love White Castle, I really enjoyed revisiting my childhood because I used to eat here a lot! Also, the service is great. The cashiers were friendly. And the atmosphere is quite cozy. The chairs are big! Definitely recommend!

I had my 40th birthday catered by this white castle. I worked in Manhattan and I took a cab out to Sunnyside and ordered all the food and brought it back in and everybody in the office was beside themselves. They all loved Castle. I live in Florida now so I buy the frozen ones and the supermarket. I let them thaw out and I microwave them for about one minute and they come out just like the real ones.

Got Crave Clutch! Not often. But not every day that they have the Impossible Sliders. Also, they don't have too many White Castles. This one was conveniently located by the 7 train so I missed a couple of trains but it was worth it. Be sure to add cheese because it doesn't come with cheese. And next door is a Seven Eleven so order the munchies at the Castle and get the drinks from Seven Eleven. Doesn't get better than that!

This WHITE CASTLE is about a 10min walk from the Morristown (Soundview) 6 train stop. It's WHITE CASTLE, so the food is always good.

Best eaten at 3a like God wanted us to. These sliders are legit. Seriously may be one of the burgers (does this count in the same category) that I've had. They just get the ratio down of the thin patty with the onions cooked on top and the condiments aren't overly sweet or overwhelming. This is the bomb dot com and I highly recommend you check out this place. Worth trying all their different sliders (we opted for the classic with american and the jalapeno, but have to try to the cheddar next time. Can't just have 1-2! Definitely will order 6-8 next time 😋😋

Delicious chicken rings and fries with cheese sauce. Order was promptly prepared as soon as placed. Food was throughly cooked. Staff was friendly.

I ordered on the app picked a time & yes I was 5 minutes late but that did not matter due to the had not even begin the order when I asked for my order they played pass the buck had to speak to 3 different people with the lady cooking being the one to apologize place was dark dirty & dingy looking sad to sat this will probably another one that closes down mainly cause of the lack of care in the restaurant.

Came in and ended up getting a smoothie. They have tables outside and inside it was pretty clean the only downer was homeless people inside and outside.

Showin' my childhood standby, White Castle some love. My walk up was in Jackson Heights, now gone. This one is in Sunnyside Queens. Free parking in Queens is now a rarity. Nice ladies behind the counter are sweet. The 1921 Slider has a thicker ground beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onion on a familiar bun. Accompanied by onion rings, I am satisfied.

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've seen. Staffed by friendly and helpful employees and there's a parking lot.

The worst White Castle to order mobile from. They didn't even know they had a mobile order from me until we arrived and someone had to show the other worker how to pull it up. Now we are waiting for my crave case and in a hurry to a party!

I come here once in a blue moon and I live walking distance away. Great for a late night snack since the burgers are bite sized and aren't too heavy. When I went with my friend, the workers were very polite and worked quickly to fill our orders. Happy about that part. But I must say that people just walk-in and no one knows where to stand to wait and to pick-up their orders. So there should be clearer stickers, markers, and signs on the floor or wall would be better. I'll be returning as I'm always down for late night snacks when I'm craving for it.

Great service, chemical-tasting foods. They have more highly rated burgers than McDonald's, so maybe my taste buds are different.

Admittedly, I am a White Castle junkie. I just love the sliders so much. I appreciate the various cheese options, whether it's American, jalapeño, or smoked cheddar. During my last visit, I ordered dine-in through the app and it took forever. Hopefully, the issue gets resolved soon. For the most part, no complaints from me!

Despite the assurance from nearly all of my New Yorker friends and being amused by Harold and Kumar, the allure of White Castle never came into fruition for me until recently. It's not the greasy, onion riddled sliders or the basket of fries that turned me around, but their two most recent sandwiches: the crab cake and the Impossible Burger. The crab cake slider almost reminds me fo a more stacked version of Mickey D's fish filet, except the tarter sauce is vastly inferior to White Castle's "creole sauce" which reminds me of Cane's sauce a la Raising Canes minus the sweetness factor. Combine this sandwich with an order of the shrimp nibblers and it's a complete seafood meal. Another move that makes White Castle a true pioneer in the fast food scene is their partnership with Impossible Foods to feature an imitation meat slider. It really it's some of the best fake meat I've ever had. In fact, I've enjoyed the Impossible Burgers so much that I'd prefer it to the actual beef. At practically $2 a pop, they are among the most premium items on the menu. As for this actual location, they have outdoor seating, a drive-thru, a "pick it yourself" soda machine, friendly staff, and a fairly clean interior. Since they're open 24 hours a day, I think I'll be stopping by more often to enjoy some fake meat.

When in Rome.. do as the beastie boys. Or whatever. This was my dads favorite growing up- so I, like so many, keep this place afloat w/ out once every year or so nostalgic tinged trip to the cross roads of the immigrating world - QUEENS YO! now, that I'm a couple generations in I can splurge on the CRAB CAKE ! ( 1.50$ ) - also because I have insurance. And it did not disappoint. Cleaned me right out ! I even came back 2 days later while still in the ole hood and did it again. That time skipping the "crab" "cake" "sandwich" and holding all the PICKLES. ( bleh ). Yet splurging for bacon on ALL burgers , or l sliders" as my intestines call them.. and this time... sat even better with me. Tho I tasted em ALL DAY. Which was sort of fun. Til the wife said "let's just do pizza tonight " and I said nawwww let's do a salad, or a colon cleanse, anything but more "fast" Food.

I really didn't want to give such a low rating but don't have a choice. I placed an order using the app for 20 cheese sliders with no pickles and 2 small onion rings. After placing my order the app gave me a pickup time that was about 20 minutes later. I was driving from midtown so I arrived 15 minutes after the estimated pickup time. When I get to the counter I find that my order wasn't even started. About 15 - 20 minutes later my order is finally ready. When I get home and start eating I find all the sliders have pickles which I ordered without pickles. So, in the end using the app saved absolutely no time and my order was wrong. The staff seems very nice and friendly but they couldn't get my order right or done in a timely manner.

This particular one is the one I always go to with my brother to dine in when ever we get that major craving. White Castle is one of those meals that you want after a while. The taste and quality is consistent. We always get the clam strips, fries, cheese burgers and onions rings or chicken rings once in a while. I recommend ordering cheese sauce on the side. All the fried food is relatively crisp with no sogginess. We always ask for packets of sauce particularly the honey mustard and the zesty zing. The employees are never grimy with the sauce and are willing to give you more sauce if you need it. The soda machine has a ton of options to choose from although sometimes some of the flavors ran out. We almost always leave this place with a greasy feeling in our bodies and slight regret of having so much junk food, but honestly we enjoy it. We always go back.

Yes, this review is for take out and going through their drive through. Had the craving for some White Castle hamburgers. When it is hot and humid at 94 degrees and with the humidity which makes it feel like 100 degree. NYC is under a heat wave warning. Do you really want to cook??? No way. It's take out time. Do not enter on the Queens Blvd side for drive through entrance is on the side street (43rd Street- go slow on the two way street or you will miss the drive through entrance). The Queens Blvd entrance is for parking to eat at the restaurant. Could not figure out the entrance the first time I went the take out route. After couple of times, I got the system down packed. Always come here for their Crave Case with a Sack of 30 sliders and it come in a carry case which is so cool like I just got out of a business meeting. The hamburgers are still piping hot when I got home.

Came all the way from California to try some White Castle, crazy! My bf was soo excited to try this 'cause we don't have White Castle in the west coast. He ordered a shit ton of food! I think we got 20 burgers, 4 fries, and 2 drinks. I thought the food was just okay. I mean I liked the frozen one from some stores haha. I hate pickles and didn't know they add pickles to the actual ones. Besides the pickles, it was pretty good. Taste different from a lot of the fast food burger place we've tasted but not bad. My bf totally loved and enjoyed every moment of it. He was sooo crazy full but he didn't regret ubering from Time Square to here just to try it. That's how bad he wanted it haha. I would rate it a 3 but my bf really liked it haha. Should definitely open one in California! Bunch of people want to give it a try.

Harold and Kumar!!! Why? Someone has to do a movie for salad with dressing on the side... wait that's the kale, hipster, living in a van movement that is happening now... Focus! I had White Castle before and had to stop by again when I'm in the east coast... it's not the same... I've never noticed the patty looking like a slice of meatloaf until this occasion. The chicken rings were fun and I still prefer McD's nuggets, the chicken waffle sandwich was too sweet for my liking, thumbs up for the amount of bacon in the mayo spread. Loved how diverse this locations is, Korean uncles came in speaking simple English for their combo ones. Governments employee debated with a local shop owner on politics politely. Free parking. I'm coming back!

White Castle on Valentines Day has been my wife and I's dinner plans for 4 years straight. Their one of a kind, V-Day experience has to be experienced in order to under to truly understand how magical it is. The workers decorate the entire restaurant and take on being waiters for the evening. Yes, they take orders while you're seated at the table. The staff was super accomodating - even preparing items "well done" so they'd be extra crispy from the frier. The highlights from the evening included well done chicken rings, the chicken and waffle sandwich, the original cheese slider (hold the onions and pickles), and the vanilla shake. In typical White Castle fashion, there was the odd character in the restaurant. A newly married couple where the guy was self proclaiming his usage of cocaine. Doesn't take away from the magical evening! Good work White Castle Sunnyside

I've never been to a White Castle before, so tonight I ordered delivery (Grubhub). A couple sliders, onion rings, a new veggie slider, and a couple bottles of water. Order arrived at the quoted time, was still warm, and tasted just okay. The bun on the slider is actually a typical dinner roll... I liked that. The meat however was quite thin, had a pickle...but the cheese actually overwhelmed the slider. All in all, nice meal at a good price.

White Castle is honestly pretty gross and people who like it make me a little uncomfortable.... Like...how?... That being said at 3 am when you're sad, drunk or high they're here for you and sometimes that matters more than having actually good food and it does taste better at these times....They also gave us the Harold and Kumar movie which was hilarious when I was in high school so that's a plus.

The staff here is super friendly and the place overall provides a cool fast food dining experience. There is a parking lot there which is really convenient, and a busy drive thru. The Impossible Slider is a plant-based vegan patty that allows vegans and curious carnivores to enjoy the experience of late-night White Castle indulgence sans carcass. At 220 calories per slider (without cheese), these things are a great option for on the go vegans in NYC. For a snack, have 2 sliders. For a meal, have 5. If you want to go the traditional route, go there at 1 am and order 20. Just like their classic meat counterparts, these sliders go down easy and no matter how many you eat, there will always be room for more. The Impossible Slider has a unique taste and texture compared to other veggie patties. I'm sure many carnivores would not flinch while eating it if you never told them it was plant-based. The sliders are fun to eat and taste pretty good. The buns are fluffy, and the pickle and onion add a nice crunch and flavor kick. I don't like ketchup, so I replaced it with barbecue sauce and/or honey mustard, which was good. Some sort of special sauce or some more veggies or some vegan cheese would improve the slider in the future, but I'm just so happy White Castle has provided this option at all. Vegans must remember to order the slider without cheese. I applaud White Castle for their exciting plant-based contribution to the fast food world, making budget-friendly plant-based food available to the masses. Other fast food chains take note!

I went to this spot because T-Mobile Tuesday coupons and I was upset when the lady at the counter didn't let me use my coupon I received, even though it was totally valid. Anyways, I decided to give White Castle a shot and they disappointed me. I ordered 2 hash brown nibblers, but somehow I ended up with fries. I'm very upset that they got my order wrong. The sliders are pretty average, but great for the price point. The hash brown nibblers are delicious, but that's the only thing I really enjoyed.

Yes, sometimes you crave processed mystery meat burgers, grease laden onion rings, and something that resembles french fries, and nothing will stop oneself from attaining this type of meal and stuffing it down your gourd. No matter how much self decipline you think you have, and the intellect to realize that this is not an endeavor that you should really be partaking in, all sensibilities get thrown out the window as you happily shove that 7th or 8th burger into your mouth. Yes, White Castle will do this to a person like some mind control experiment gone horribly wrong. As a group of us were sitting in the back patio of the Gaslight Pub the other night enjoying many beers and shots at a UYE thrown by Lizz K the undescribable feeling of hunger grew from within, and before we knew it, there was a mad dash across the street to the amazingly located White Castle. How ridiculous it is that this place is right across the street from a pub that will allow you to bring in outside food. Yes - winning! The actual store is pretty clean, super bright, and lit up like a Christmas tree or Las Vegas casino. It's a giant night light that acts as a beacon to draw in the drunken starving masses such as ourselves. The counter staff was easy to work with and the food was served up hot and fast. No one even batted an eye when I ordered the Crave Case. Seriously, I could have eaten this whole box of meat destruction by myself if I did not have to go back to the bar and share it. Don't judge - I have no shame! I am not an animal!!! Kind of appropriate that this place is on Queens Blvd, otherwise known as the "Boulevard Of Death" for all the fatalities that have happened on this road over the years. Fitting, as I had the "Bowel Movement Of Death" this morning after eating all this - burgers, onion rings, fries, oh my! Talk about human draino! If you have a problem going - this stuff will do the trick. I think I dropped a weight class after I was finished! Yet, I still oddly crave it and will probably eat it again during another drunken stupor. I never learn do I?

I just placed and order on Uber eats and when it came I was missing two items just like the time before so I called the location to inform them and was taken aback when the woman that answered the phone was absolutely rude to me stating well what do you want me to do I made it. As a human Resource rep I have never spoken to anyone with such disregard and contacting Uber eats is not even worth it to get automated service in my humble opinion just order at the store they are clearly overwhelmed

OMG! I loveeee this place. Its White Castle! What else is there to really say? The employees here are so nice and friendly. They really are doing the lords work. Working fast food is not easy and they always seem to keep their cool under pressure. Some of the customers can get rowdy. I've witnessed it, and the cashiers always handle themselves real well. Deep fried and greasy food always delivers. Yes, its unhealthy, but its comfort food. I do wish the store remodeled because it can really benefit from a face lift. Aside from that, the only other complaint is the clientele. They all look suspicious from some reason. This area is just suspect in general. The young working professionals in the area are trying so hard to make it upscale. I always feel more comfortable when i see a young working professional come in here. I've said to myself silently on many occasions while waiting in line: Are some of these customers homeless and unemployed? Seriously! Some of them come in and are all disheveled and messy. I use alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer religiously when leaving because of the suspicious characters. Please check this place out and support them. I think the cheeseburger uses kangaroo meat, or something exotic because i always have to run to the bathroom after i come in here. But i don't mind because i get a good colon cleanse out of it.

So my husband & I went through the drive thru. (His idea) he got me 3 veggie burgers (that I actually didn't want) and 3 cheese burgers with out the meat but with the onions pickle and ketchup. And We got 2 cokes & Fries. The guy repeats the order then we drive around and wait a few minutes we pay, then we move up to the next window... and Nothing! We had to of been waiting 20 minutes at least. The 3 people we saw working there paid us No mind! And they were all old, like Grandpa Grandma old. It was ridicules! Finally we are like Hello. Can we have our food?? One of the fossils comes to the glass Another 10 minutes later and as she is putting our order together she just Stops and starts looking at something in the White Castle parking lot that she found entertaining and completely forgot to continue finalizing and bagging our order. We are like can we get our cokes please? She says "Oh yes Sorry I was looking at something" The veggie burger had nothing on it just a veggie burger and the warm bun so the everything burger I used with the veggie burger because the veggie burger was so dry. she gave us one straw instead of two so I had to share my straw. Points off for the slowww Service, for forgetting the straw, forgetting to take care of us after she started to. And half the burgers were upside down.

I'm going to be honest, White Castle is not where I expected to receive outstanding customer service. The cashier (sorry no name) Friday, 11-11 @ 2 am was super polite, patient, and professional. He even remembered my name while saying have a nice night as he changed the garbage outside. What a pleasant experience he provided! A true asset to your company!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had not eaten white castle in years and I decided to get some chicken wings chicken sandwiches and some sliders. After waiting for like 30 minutes the lady is telling me to shut up and to get back there. Yes the Indian lady on the counter was telling me to shut up and go over there. I had to Woosah for a second.SHE WAS VERY NASTY.AVOID THIS PLACE. Because if she acts like that I can't even imagine what they do with the food.

In a neighborhood where you can choose from Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King or White Castles. I have to admit I am a White Castle food junkie!! I have always loved White Castle's steamed little hot burgers with cheese. Believe it or not their clam strips are also really good, plus their mozzarella sticks. I always try to order their new products but can never leave without having a cheesy slider. Its never a hassle to order food from here and they are always quick and everything is always consistently good. After a long night of partying I can usually find myself there ordering many sliders to go!

I have been ordering white castles for 30 years and I have never seen a White Castle cheese burger with ketchup. Absolutely disgusting and I will never order from them again.

The menu here is so tremendously expansive, not expensive, it's very difficult not to truly admire their competitive attempts. Fast food here is more exciting than their average competition with about 50 menu options. Stopped in to buy 2 ten packs of cheeseburgers for holiday gifts. A new employee, Stephen, did a terrific job with myself and the droves of customers. Very clean place, customers appear satiated yet comfortable, clientele more preferable than the other locations. Look forward to many more visits here to enjoy what's on offer.

I love the staff here more than the food. They always are so energetic and funny. It's either that or im just too lit. Open 24/7 making it a go to if you're ever running late or need something to eat. I usually get a shit ton of sides and maybe like 1 or 2 burgers because I dont really find it worth the money for a mini. They've got a drive thru as well and a parking lot/street parking for anyone driving here.

The Iconic White Castle Burger has been voted the most influential burger of all time. I grew up next to white castle, Love it or hate it. Those little onions are like flavor crystals and they continue to add some interesting items such as chicken rings. I also like the clam strips. But typically opened 24 hours - 7 days a week. Maybe they'll shut their doors on Christmas night. But it's a unique fast food experience. There's not a specific replacement burger for their sliders. When you crave it, that's it. They have a suitcase of burger the crave case, But if you live next to a white castle, you can get sick of people bring it as party favors. I saw a report actually that White castle is healthier and cleaner than McD's and Burger King. It's probably true. There something institution/hospital like about the decor. But hey, you're drunk coming home at 3 or 4 AM in the morning, it's always welcoming.

Oh, White Castle, what happened. For the times I've gone, there have been flies inside the place-- which I can't stand. :( its gross. The Impossible Burger is actually my fave, and seems to take forever and a year for it to be made (everytime I've gone they've forgotten my order, which gets annoying). Not much to say about a fast food location. It's supposed to be fast food, but I get my order of 2 impossible sliders and small fries 20 minutes later. Meanwhile, you have two guys ordering crave cases and their order was completed before mine. Whateva though. Fix the fly issue and the wait times and you get bumped up the star. (Another star lost because theres some nutty people sitting in there sometimes... and they get really rude out of nowhere.)

This review is strictly for the new Impossible Slider vegan option recently introduced here. White Castle sliders are already a pretty well known quantity that one either loves or avoids so I won't include those. (The Impossible Slider is also a different vegan option from the normal WC vegan burger.) I'm not a vegan but I need to be aware of saturated fat/calorie intake. I'm not sure that the Impossible Slider is actually a low-cal option but it is an option. It doesn't have the tough chewiness that some vegan burgers have and, strangely, it doesn't have that oniony bouquet that sliders have either, I think I would've preferred that, perhaps next time I will ask for onions on it. The IB is a nice & soft patty that is more than twice as thick as a slider but the same length & width as the bun. The texture is pretty good actually & it suffers a bit from the same blandness that a non-meat patty always does but it isn't bad at all, but it is served well by adding fixings: pickle, onions, ketchup... So this carnivore who needs to vary his meat intake actually gives the Impossible Slider a "thumbs up" considering the inherent limitations of the genre. I will happily order it again.

First time here and it was bomb! We bought the 30 rack. I am from SF and my hubby was raised in queens and he loves White Castle! Many people told us that, it was over rated but to be honest it was not. I am not going to lie, In N Out burgers from the west coast are bomb! But these little burgers are awesome when you are hungry after a bar night. It was yummy!

I have been a longtime White Castle fan, but it is pretty outrageous that in Sunnyside, you can't get a White Castle unless you have a car. Drive-thru only, it says. This in a community where a majority of the residents don't have a car. Never mind that driving a car in New York City is, pandemic or no, a totally irresponsible act. I am disinclined to patronize a place that turns its back on most of the neighborhood residents, and caters only to the people irresponsible enough to drive cars.

After a night of drunkin' carousing around Sunnyside, and even the Wendy's is closed, you have no choice but to hit up White Castles. My Drunk Special is two Double Cheese Burgers and a small order of Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. Not only do you get to enjoy them in the wee hours, but a good 6 hours later as well. Now that's bang for your buck! Just ignore the other drunk that's trying to make friends by handing out free beer and you'll avoid the inevitable fist fight on Queen Boulevard.

Well. I finally had White Castle. Yes, I only had White Castle for the first time a few nights ago. I have just never found a reason to go even after moving to NY. But in one night I had it on two separate occasions. First I went there sober and had three original sliders. Then after a bit of drinking, my dear Yelper friends brought back a whole box full of sliders to the bar we were in, and I had four jalapeno sliders. The jalapeno sliders were definitely better than the original sliders, and eating them after alcoholing definitely makes them taste better. Two stars when sober, and four stars after drinking. That averages out to three stars.

Just add this to another WC that I have visited in the NY area. Phil, Julia and myself came here to gather up some burgers to take back to the UYE at Gaslight last week. A great time was had by all with these burgers, lol. This restaurant did actually look pretty clean. The picture you guys saw before was the Briefcase of 30 white castles. Haha, that looks fun just carrying it around knowing that you have regular white castles and jalapeno cheeseburgers inside there. I would come back to this location next time I am in the Sunnyside area. P.S. White castle should get Wi-Fi for their locations, maybe some have it, but this one did not.

What can I say I'm a sucker for White Castle. It brings such warm memories of my childhood since coming to White Castle on a Saturday was all my immigrant parents could afford. I still come here from time to time to get my favorites chicken rings with honey mustard, cheese fries and some delicious sliders. This particular location is clean, fast service and no attitude employees.

This location is clean, it's quick, and it's truly a modern marvel right on the way into Manhattan. If you've never had a White Castle single, cheeseburger or double cheeseburger, you will not understand how a fast food restaurant might possibly warrant a five star rating. When you sit down with your crave case - yes, there are thirty hamburgers in a crave case - then we can discuss the merits of White Castle. Until then, happy hunting.

Nostalgia for me is spelled W-H-I-T-E C-A-S-T-L-E. For my 5th birthday, mom removed all the furniture in the living room and 30 of our closets friends and family came over. On the dining room table were, what seemed like, thousands of the little white boxes. To a 5 year old, these tiny burgers are crack. In every single photo, there i stand with long hair down to my butt, a black and pink polka dot dress (mom, what were you thinking!?!?) a white castle burger, and a smile. Id like to think that I nursed that one burger all night- since it was in damn near every photo... but i know myself- im pretty sure i ate those burgers by the case. Fast forward xx years and every now and then, I crave the buttery bread that almost melts on your tongue the minute you bite into it, the burger patty that inexplicably has 5 holes in it and is eerily not like any "beef" (or at least thats what they THINK it is) you have ever tasted before, with the gelatinous cheese, tangy pickles and sweet acidic punch from all the ketcup. Its sheer heaven... And then i wake up the next day to sheer hell. I can't explain what it is about these burgers that make me love them and hate them so much! It has to be said that i love this location because it was always there for me when i needed it after a night of drinking. The staff here have a high turn over. Depending on the time that you go (for me, its late night/ early morning) the crowd varies. At 1 am, its kinda scary. The store always feels grimy and disgusting but i think thats the lighting and bright whites and blues everywhere...or maybe it really is disgusting? You will not regret those burgers when you eat them... But you will definitely regret them after you eat them. Consume responsibly. Bring Maalox.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered online for a later pickup, only to have a voicemail message left stating that they don't have the BBQ Brisket Slider because the promotion has ended - even though they are listed on the website as being available, not to mention ON THE BLOODY MARQUEE THAT I PASSED ON MY WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING. I called them back, and this rude...woman (not the word that I want to use, but I gotta keep it PG)...answered the phone, and when I said that I received a message from someone there, she snaps at me that "I didn't call you I don't know what you're talking about." I snapped back, "SOMEONE there called to tell me that you don't have a component of my order." Then she screams to the back to someone named "Jessica," who confirmed that she was the person who left the message. At first I was going to just have them change it to all regular cheese sliders, because, you know, when you're craving White Castle, nothing else will do. However, I was so put off by the nastiness of the woman who answered the phone, I then requested that the entire order be cancelled. I had to request the cancellation THREE TIMES. It STILL has not been cancelled. I guess it's time to take it to Twitter.
