Food was 10/10. Kinda pricey but I forgot all about that as I was going IN on my plate, wifeys plate AND my homies plate. FYI: you know the food is good when the side salad is hittin! Quick aside: the "kimchi fries" don't actually have kimchi on top as I thought it would, it's kimchi "seasoning!" Service was 10/10. Super attentive and pleasant. The food came out quickly and the water glasses never ran dry. I'm wondering how much service changes when it is crowded. We lucked out as there was not a rush at all. Ambiance was cool and the bathroom was clean. These things MATTER! Definitely will be back here to experience the dinner menu. Go Here!

We were lucky to get a table at the party here on a Saturday night. Fantastic service, a buzzing atmosphere, and comfy dining complement a range of dazzling dishes, including vegetarian and meaty. Sizzling hot sticky rice, BBQ eel, zangy edamame, delicious fries, and crisp, clean Soju to wash it all down. Generous, friendly, smart owner welcoming all and giving context to the fun. Certainly one of the fun spots on Vanderbilt and a must-try among for foodies coming to the area.

The food and drink were great and our server Sylvia was the best! She recommended some of her favorite menu items including the frozen cocktail (served in a korean soda can!) and the jaeyook gnocchi! We also got the curry popcorn, kimchi fries, and chicken bites to share. The sauces are delicious, especially the spicy chili aioli. Definitely returning to try their other large plates!

Google
Lovvveeee White Tiger! This restaurant offers a contemporary approach to Korean cuisine and it doesn't disappoint. This place is also very lively and the space is small-ish. Therefore I recommend making reservations! The wait staff here were also very friendly and provided some menu suggestions. If you also love soju and sake then you'll definitely enjoy this place. Their bar is also cool looking so I'll definitely come back next time if I'm not with a group and chill there for the night. Pro-tip: their fried chicken dish is massive so definitely shareable. 🍗

Google
Fun date night spot! Highly recommend the K-pop cocktail with boba pearls. Chicken bites with Chili Aioli was A+. Bulgogi Beef and BBQ Eel were great. Would definitely come back!

Every dish I’ve tried at White Tiger I’ve absolutely loved! This time around was a post-Brooklyn Half Marathon celebration, so we went all out with the protein and carbs. It was wonderful, and being outdoors didn’t hurt.

Google
The most fun little spot on Vanderbilt! We shared a bunch of things (the beef bulgogi was a hit at our table) and had their frozen Asian pear cocktail with no regrets.

It definitely is surprise little gem in the area! From drinks, to appetizers, to entrees, to the sauces, to the garnish, everything is just right on point. Take someone you care to White Tiger for a special day! Definitely will be back!

Yelp
I am so sad they are closed, I used to frequent White Tiger pre-pandemic when I lived here. I love the food and vibe. Miss you WT and hope you're doing well

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times. The food is pretty good. Not special, but salad Korean. The atmosphere inside is nice, and they have good outside seating. However, the tables are packed a little bit closely together. Last time I was there and the chairs of the people behind us were right on top of ours, and it was just constant bumping through the meal. Partly this was because the tables were back so close together, and partly it was because that group was all pretty wasted, which is where a little bit of a service issue comes in. The restaurant seemed to be egging them on, and bringing over complementary shots, which made the situation worse. They didn't seem to be any awareness by the staff of how our space was been encroached upon. Further, with all the attention they were getting, we seemed to be somewhat neglected, even though the rest of the restaurant was fairly empty. The whole thing tainted our experience. Prices were a little high too, particularly for cocktails, which weren't great.

Yelp
My friend raved about this spot, and after playing eenie meenie minie mo between all the restaurants on Vanderbilt, we settled on this one. The place was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I did enjoy my lychee sangria, but the food was lackluster, and that's unfortunate because this place seems so fitting to be a neighborhood gem.

Yelp
Signature drink perfect - awesome staff and the food just works, thanks for the super and loving treatment I get on date night every time - also solo self care night too.

Christina H.

Yelp
This food is so good. And the staff was really great. Is you want the bilgogi get the lettuce wraps. I always like the japche noodles. And the Bimbim bop is better in person than togo You can't go wrong with whatever you order Don't have pics this time But I'll take some next time I go

Yelp
So the reviews on this place were high so we decided to check it out for dinner. Overall, a decent experience but falls short compared to other Korean options. We got the: - kimchi fries: quite delicious and would definitely recommend getting them - sesame gnocchi: another solid option, full of flavor - bibimbap: definitely fell short of expectations. Lacked flavor in my opinion and wouldn't order it again

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, simply because every time I pass by the plates looked appealing to the eye, and very delicious. I finally made my way and ordered the chicken bites which were tasty I must say, and I also had the kimchi which to me, was way too spicy and almost unedible. For my main course Dolsot Bibimbap (white rice with sautéed vegetables and tofu ) but the shiitake mushrooms was overbearing and left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I wasn't pleased with it. My waiter was friendly and quick on his feet and very helpful with the menu. I also thought the place was a little pricey for a vegetarian dish.

Yelp
I've been coming here off and on for a few years and this is the first time I've seen a 20% automatic gratuity for a table of 2. It wasn't posted anywhere on the hard copy menu we were using. I didn't say anything since we were the only people of color eating at the time. Just glad it was caught before adding a tip on the additional line provided.

Yelp
A weekend hangout in Brooklyn is always great. My friend and I decided to walk around the Prospect Heights area because there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. We decided on White Tiger. Greatest decision ever! We were seated right away and choose outside dining. The staff is super helpful and cheerful. I ordered a salad and my friend ordered the Korean chicken sandwich. We both had a Korean pineapple soda. The salad is a beautiful arrangement of fresh green leaf lettuce, carrots, radishes, avocado, cucumbers, seaweed salad and watercress. You can add a protein or tofu...I opted for the gingery chicken salad. Absolutely delicious I have never enjoyed a salad that much as I did this one. My friend said her sandwich was delicious as well and I had a few of her fries that came with it. Very tasty! If you're in the mood for delicious Korean food, White Tiger is a must visit. Eat, drink and enjoy!

Yelp
Came on a Sunday afternoon with a couple of friends and was seated right away. We ordered a round of lychee sangria, this was very refreshing and strong. Started off with kimchi fries with their ginger sauce, and Brussels sprouts. I enjoyed the kimchi seasoning on the fries, it was enough flavor that I actually didn't need to dip it in the sauce. Brussel sprouts were sautéed well. I had the pork ramyun/ramen. A thicker wavy noodle that I do like. It came piping hot and a decent amount pork. Broth was similar to a tofu stew, also had tofu and a number of other ingredients. My friend also had devilish legs, its called "devilish" because they don't scoop out the egg yolk, they just pipe the sauce on top which she enjoyed as well. Prices are steeper than expected for Korean cuisine, but it is on par with all the other restaurants in the area I guess.

Shayla H.

Yelp
We've been there a few times and the food is always great. Love the Gnocchi (I tried the sesame one last time but think I like the other one better). Would recommend. Ambiance is cozy and staff are friendly.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with a friend and it was fabulous, from start to finish an incredible experience. It's a really cute spot and the staff is so friendly, they were really helpful and kind and let us hang for a while after our meal to talk without rushing us. It's an intimate but relaxed vibe, with a cute decor. As for the food and drink, everything was a 10/10 there wasn't one item I wouldn't highly recommend. To drink I had the White Tiger, which wasn't really spicy but a really nice light and not too sweet tequila cocktail. Then I got the Gangnam which tasted like a cocktail version of a red hot candy but in the best most elevated way. To eat we shared a few things. The fried beef Mandoo was so good, perfectly fried and not oily with a great sauce. Also the Jaeyook Gnocchi was delicious, good portion and had so much flavor. Also the Braised Ginger Chicken was outstanding, big pieces of bone in chicken, lots of veggies and a broth that I would love the recipe for. My friend and I were both obsessed with everything! As I said everything was great and the service was excellent, also our food was out really quick. I would recommend this spot to anyone, I don't think you can go wrong!

Tracy L.

Yelp
Wonderful service and tasty food, but a little overpriced. The drinks aren't terrible but I've had better. There was loud karaoke bingo game going on at the time, which made it hard to relax and have conversations.

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Came here for some outdoor dining (during lunchtime) on a lovely autumn Saturday. Vanderbilt Avenue was poppin' that day -- live music and sunshine. This spot is great for people-watching. There's a decent amount of tables available, and we didn't have to wait at all to be seated. I will say that it was suuuper sunny, so definitely bring your sunglasses since the umbrellas don't really block the light! Aside from a bee that kept on interrupting our meal and was very interested in trying some Korean fried chicken, we had a great experience. The server brought us a cute gold teapot of water with two glasses and a third glass with utensils/napkins. We ordered a small plate of Korean fried chicken with the sweet ginger sauce as well as the Dolsot Bibimpbap with tofu. The bibimbap was delicious and smelled sooo good. The fried chicken was good as well, although I would probably pick another sauce next time since the sweet ginger wasn't really doing anything for me. Would def recommend this spot if you're in the mood for Korean food though!

Salma A.

Yelp
Pros: Good location, nice atmosphere, good service. Cons: the food was surprisingly bad. The best item on the menu were the kimchi fries, which were really great, and the kimchi banchan. Other than those two items, everything was terrible. My spicy chicken soup was extremely salty, to the point I had to pour a whole glass of water to make it edible. My friend's dolsot bibimbop was flavorless and soggy, like baby food consistency. I'm not sure if we caught them on a bad night, but I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're craving good Korean.

Christine G.

Yelp
Great food. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't refund an order I never received. I ordered take-out from them and found out the location closest to me had closed. I called to cancel the order, it was canceled, but never refunded. And it was a bigger order -- about $100 of food! I called multiple times, left messages, wrote an email. No response. Nothing. I had to take up the charge with Amex because they were so unresponsive. I'm all about supporting small businesses, and I understand you just had a restaurant close down, but you gotta give customers money back for services never rendered. Pretty unacceptable.

Maggie A.

Yelp
I would give a 3.5/ but that's not an option. So I went with a 4. 1st time trying White Tiger , and let's just say I'll definitely revisit. Visited White Tiger with my friends for a late lunch. For appetizers, we ordered sweet ginger wings and beef dumplings for the table. I must confess the wings were a little salty ( the actually chicken wasn't salty but the marinated sauce was). Didn't try the beef dumplings , but my friends stated it was similar to beef empanadas. For entrees my friend and I had the Dolsot Bibimbap, this dish was delicious and freshly prepared. My other friend had Ramyun, but shared the broth was lacking flavor. My best friend ordered the pork fried rice , and it had just the right flavor. My best friend should the pork belly had a weird after taste , but the roasted pork was flavorful. Will definitely order the pork fried rice during my next visit. The waiter was extremely attentive, and provided great recommendations. A little on the pricey side , but worth the experience. Oh how could I forget the devil eggs , they're delicious, just a little salty. However , Not salty that it ruined the dish.

Yelp
Wonderful woman owned business with yummy food and queer events. I'm shocked that this restaurant is not rated higher! I think they've had some staffing challenges because they've been closed off and on. But the food has been consistently good. It is a lifeline for my friend who is Korean and Gluten free. Gluten free fried chicken is so good. Beef is savory and perfectly charred. A must try.

Y R.

Yelp
Gross. They're clearly cutting corners to save $$. Ordered a glass of wine and got half a pour. Wasn't a fluke because the same happened for my friend and again to us both the next round. I was served old, dry, clearly reheated chicken that had an abominable taste. Our (friendly) waiter took it off the bill when he realized I didn't touch any of it, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. Won't be back.

Kimberly G.

Yelp
I came here after a day party and it was exactly what I needed. All of the food is good. Everything was delicious, drinks and food. I would describe the food as American food with Korean flavors. The staff was super friendly and nice. They explained the menu items and answered our questions. I got some chicken bites and dumplings, they were good. Everyone liked their food. There was a nice little crowd. I would come back.

Alem C.

Yelp
It's summer, it's hot and I don't feel like cooking. Me and my broke boyfriends (my kids) have a bowl with restaurant names and whichever one is chosen is where we eat. Today White Tiger was chosen, we choose a table outside because it is a beautiful evening. We look at the menu, nothing immediately catches our eye, so we ask the waitress for suggestions. We decide on items, based on the suggestions and what we like to eat. When the food came, I was very disappointed. None of food was kid friendly, it was extremely spicey. There was a rice bowl of sorts, that was ok but very small. For me and my two broke boyfriends (my kids) this is a no return.

Sam R.

Yelp
I found White Tiger disappointing. We're visiting from LA, so maybe our hopes were too high for Korean food. This felt more like a Korean fusion spot. My partner and I both got the Ramyun Plate, he got the pork version and I got the vegan version. His was slightly better than mine. His had a bit of spice, and I think the savory pork helped balance it out. Mine just tasted like SUPER salty miso soup with some vegetables. It was not good and definitely didn't have any of the flavors I would expect from a Korean restaurant. They both came with a side of rice and kimchi. The kimchi was fantastic, and the service was fast and friendly. Both of these factors are why it gets a 3 stars and not 2. If I came back, I would have to try something completely different.

HeeSun K.

Yelp
I'm very confused by high (4 stars) rating of this place. I had a take out order of dolsot bibimbap & Korean fried chicken and the only nice thing about this place was a friendly employee who was very kind to my dog. I'm Korean who grew up in Korea and food here overall taste like they were made by someone who never had Korean food before and made them based on the photos. Beef dolsot bibimbap: it was blend and overall texture was slimy with huge pieces of mushroom. Veggies didn't taste fresh and they used a steak cut of dry beef rather than traditional bulgogi cut. (Sliced rib eye) which didn't help with the taste at all. My husband had spicy port version and he wasn't able to finish he's meal because it tasted bad. Korean fried chicken: They were soggy which was a surprise to me because Korean fried chicken is known for crispness with double fry. The spicy sauce wasn't mixed in and rather placed on top of chicken here and there. I could taste that the sauce was mostly gochujang and they didn't do much to it (traditionally the sauce has both spicy & sweet taste) so it was just bit salty. Honestly I think frozen wings from supermarket taste better than their wings.

Marisa L.

Yelp
Upon entering it seemed quite disorganized. Once ee got someone's attention I felt a little brushed off, but I get it they were busy. It was a beautiful day and they had seats in the sun. I went for the ginger hot toddy and thought it was very satisfying yet quite sweet. I ordered the small spinach and didn't know it would be served cold, but I enjoyed that it was a nice tiny portion. I also had the vegan dumplings which were a combo of mushrooms and tofu, very good for vegan. I tried my friends ginger chicken and it was quite hearty, although I'm not sure he was prepared for meat on the bone. Service was rapid and better than I expected based on when we walked in.

Jonathan M.

Yelp
White Tiger in Brooklyn, NY, is a hidden gem that will leave you in awe. The authentic Korean flavors and beautifully presented dishes are a culinary masterpiece. Impeccable service, especially from Lena, the talented bartender, adds a touch of magic. Our conversation was life-changing, igniting personal growth and self-discovery. The ambience strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and Korean tradition. Don't miss this extraordinary experience!

Audrey-Ann T.

Yelp
Food was so good! I got the Eel dup bap, and the bbq eel was perfectly cooked. I got to take the cute sake bottle home. They also have plenty of optiona for sake and soju.

Nolen S.

Yelp
I was told here to go on a friends recommendation. It's a great Korean gastropub vibe for a date or pulling up with friends. I tried the kimchi fries and the bibimbap which I split without needing to order more. There is currently seating outdoors, so take advantage while it's warm. Next time I come back, I'll have to do a sample of the drinks menu in addition to the food.

Bennett M.

Yelp
This Korean place is alright and kind of expensive. The highlight for me was the lively atmosphere at this corner restaurant in Prospect Heights and also the lucky boy sake that comes in a juicebox. Staff was extremely nice and my pork ramyun soup was good. Give it a try

JA A.

Yelp
Very cute place! Their cocktail menu looked so good, but I have yet to have a drink here. What is going to bring me back here is the Eel Dup Bap!!! oh. my. god. Hands down the best Korean dish I have ever had. Literal heaven in a little sizzling hot pot. I can't see myself ordering anything else when coming here! I will easily become a regular here.

Peter D.

Yelp
I've heard it said that you should be skeptical of Asian restaurants that don't contain Asian people, and when I walked in, White Tiger* was full of nothing but white people, as far as the eye could see. Within moments of my arrival though, there was a half-Asian seated at the bar. Pretty ugly, looked like an asshole.** But I don't hold with that thinking. You can't judge a restaurant by their clientele. Well, you can, but you shouldn't. What you should judge a restaurant by is its food, its service, its value proposition...you know, things that matter. And on all these counts, White Tiger is pretty solid. The staff is nice, the prices are about what you'd expect on Vanderbilt, and I've had all sorts of Korean staples (and a few out of the box things as well) here, and enjoyed just about everything. Bibimbap, bulgogi, mandoo, galbi, ramyun, fried chicken, jaeyook gnocchi...I haven't been sad about any of it. If you're craving some kimchi and don't want to hike into K-Town, White Tiger hits that Korean spot. ______________ *Don't worry, White Tiger is not so named because of any sort of racial motivations. I like that the restaurant's website indicates that the White Tiger is the national animal of Korea, signifying courage and good fortune...and then they go on to admit, "But really, we just think it's a cool name." **To be fair, I really do.

Brit K.

Yelp
Flies and dirty plates. Metal chopsticks were awful even to an advance user. Chicken noodle soup was spicy but no true flavor, super let down. Asked for soy sauce to help. Apps were good as well as the drinks so would stick to light offerings here. Also it's an Asian restaurant that plays Spanish music ?? Odd spot.

Eric S.

Yelp
I love White Tiger. This review is for the one on Vanderbilt, which I have been to dozens of times. The food is uniformly excellent, and the service is too. I particularly love the Eel Dok bot and the New Year's soup. Their kimchi and banchan are always solid, and their drinks are very tasty. I would ignore the Negative Nancys on here - I found them to be very disingenuous- the prices are VERY reasonable and the portions are quite generous. We often take food home. Someone complained about a $30+ dish, and I don't think there is anything on the menu above $30. I've had plenty of authentic Korean food- White Tiger doesn't disappoint!

Miss B.

Yelp
Decided to check out this spot last Friday. The service was extremely slow. I was seated inside for dinner and it took about 15 minutes for an employee to bring water to the table than another 15 for the waiter to come take my order. The food took at least 45 minutes to come to the table. The hostess claimed that there was only one mini deep fryer cooking one order at a time. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken with Kimchi fries, the chicken was very fleshlike and bland, almost like it was just washed in water and battered with flour. It was served with a ginger sauce and bbq spicy sauce. The fries were soggy. I don't usually write reviews for food but this was unacceptable. I felt quite nauseous while eating and barely made it through my meal. I dumped my takeout bag in the trash on my walk home. What a waste of my time and money. Horrible!

Alison R.

Yelp
Extremely rude to customers. Never felt less welcome at a restaurant and would not recommend to anyone. Food was average and the service was shit. Please go anywhere else.

Racquel B.

Yelp
The kimchi fries with ketchup GREAT. With the honey ginger mayo? Sad! I struggled through half of my fries with it. It sounds appealing, but in reality is weird in texture and the chunks of candied ginger strewn in between just don't pair well. When the waitress eventually returned, I asked for some ketchup which I guess is the American thing to do, but it really made the flavour pop. I could taste the heat in the fries and the coarse salt wasn't so overwhelming. I peeped a few vegetarian dishes, so I'll have to return to give those a try. And who can beat $3 pilsners. Yum

Georgie B.

Yelp
Great little spot with attentive service. Had the Korean Fried Chicken and Kimchi Fries, the sauces were bomb and don't forget to get an extra side of Kimchi!

Sally C.

Yelp
This Korean place is a good example of 'good try' or a really bad modern version of Korean food Tonight we had the kimchi fries, soy ginger wings, spicy pork bulgogi, and the eel dolsolt Let me get started with the good things. The kimchi fries? Bomb. It was the best thing we had there. And the service was impeccable. Let me start off with how dry and over cooked the wings were. Happy hour or not. That's just not acceptable. And the soy ginger sauce, not a good combination. The eel dolsolt bowl was the worst one. Dolsolt is known for the crispy bottom of the rice. And yet my dolsolt was drowned in this sour soup kind of thing. I was soul upset when they brought it out. The eel ontop was cold and the rice was mushy and not at all what I expected. The spicy pork was okayish. Not really authentic with the taste but it was editable

Matt P.

Yelp
Been here a number of times through the years. Before and now during open streets, etc. the food is decent and they have a lot of options, but the service is some of the rudest I've had. Every ask is met with attitude, from the hosts to waiters. Not trying to eat somewhere where I'm made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff by simply existing.

Carolina C.

Yelp
I don't get where the good reviews come from , or maybe people who like this place haven't experience real Korean food before or real internacional food . Maybe it's the hype because it's so small and cozy restaurant. I ordered the " Seoul Beef Bulgogi " and it was extremely salty . No flavor just salt ! For a $30 dish I was extremely surprised . Not cohesive at all . Luckily the waiter was really understanding and let me pick something else, because different from some people who complaint here , no you don't have to eat overly salty expensive food in Brooklyn restaurants . Then I ordered for the second time the " well reviewed "Jaeyook Gnocchi" : ok it wasn't as bad as the " Seoul Beef Bulgogi" but the dish tasted generic , the gnocchi tasted like something u could definitely buy from the Trader Joe's frozen gnocchi collection , mix with some veggies and Asian sauce . My partner also had a hard time eating his a type of ramen dish . He didn't not finish Such a waste of money !!!!!!!!!!

Richard L.

Yelp
Deep fried Vegan Mandoo was pretty decent. Some of their banchan was also passable. Unfortunately that's where the pros end. The food tasted like it was made by someone who has never had korean food in their life. This place has been around for a while so I can understand that perhaps it's just lagging behind the times and they are trying too hard to cater towards "Western" palates. Therefore much of their items lacked the bold flavors that's typically associated with Korean food. However that still does not excuse the absolute novice level of cookery. The pork kimchi fried rice was possibly the worst iterations I've ever ordered from a restaurant. Dare I say, I make it better at home. First, the kimchi was way too chunky. Since kimchi is very watery it's typically advised to drain and to chop up the kimchi into smaller chunks to get a better sear during the stir fry process. Their version had absolutely zero sear. Not enough kimchi was used. Don't think the kimchi juice was used as the stir fry sauce nor any gochujang. Also the rice was NOT even fried! It just tasted like the rice was just lightly tossed in pork belly fat. Now about the pork. The fat from the pork was way too over powering. Since the proportions were off and the lack of stir fry sauce gave the dish a bad kind of porky taste that was almost gamey. The vegan mushroom soup was just odd. It had some Korean-ish ingredients but the taste resembled no Korean dish I've ever had before. Edible but just not very good in my opinion. I really want to support my local Korean restaurant but this place really needs to up their game before they get my money again. They really need to benchmark against Kuun or Bom with the wind.

Karen S.

Yelp
Friendly service, terrible Korean food. If you have any experience having Korean food you'll be disappointed coming here.

Antonia D.

Yelp
The vibes great, the service is good the food is mid, to be honest. Dry and every bite you're craving more flavor. With an aftertaste of bitterness and the thought of the word 'stale' in your mouth. Didn't try the drinks so I don't know. I was excited to try Korean food and heard good things but it didn't amaze me. But the place is cute. Nice area too

Michele L.

Yelp
This place is very expensive for the value! The Dduk Mandoo Guk (oxtail bone broth) was SO SALTY! Sweet Ginger glazed wings was basic and was an odd taste

Jen C.

Yelp
**Beware not a welcoming place if you have kids** We come to white tiger at least twice a month. My daughter wanted to have her birthday dinner at White Tiger this year. She absolutely loves their noodles. We arrived at 5:20 and we're barely greeted it seem like we were an inconvenience the staff were eating at the bar deep into a conversation But we understood they had just opened so we just were excited to order and have dinner. The food was great the service however was absolutely horrible. At one point the manager or the owner I'm not sure who she is I think she's the owner came over and screamed at us. Apparently our daughter spit in the garbage can. When she came over she had our daughter by the shoulders. We of course apologized However she proceeded to go on and on and on about it in a very condescending way. I was shocked one because we're paying customers that come frequent. Yet she still continued to yell at us about our daughter. She just turned 4.. I should also add that they sat one person next to us in a very tight area when there were many other open tables so he was able to hear everything that was happening. It was extremely rude and embarrassing. We felt like we were not welcomed at all. After she yelled at us she then proceeded to greet the single man sitting by himself and tell him always so good to see you how are you doing? It was quite odd to be honest with you she went from one extreme to the other and completely ignore the fact that we were a family celebrating our daughter's birthday. Complete horrible service! I honestly wanted to cry. After we were yelled at, we quickly asked for the check. We couldn't find our server anywhere so we asked another one. About 10 minutes later our server came back with the electronic check out device (she claimed that the receipts weren't working) which is awkward because it leaves me no other choice but to tip 25% or 20%. And of course we still tipped well even though we barely had any service at all. We live in the neighborhood and white tiger was one of our favorite restaurants and we told all of our friends about them... Breaks my heart to say that but Honestly we will never come back I will never forget the treatment we received there on my daughters birthday. And from the sound of it from these reviews the service really lacks. Any good business person knows service is more than half of your business. Shame on you white tiger and you can do better.

Yelp
The food was a 11/10. Absolutely delicious. And the service was better. Terren took care of us, gave us great recommendations and made sure we were set while dinning.

Yelp
Had the vegan tofu sandwich here. Loved all the ingredients which were super fresh and enjoyed the salad and spiced fries, too. The ambiance is definitely hip and unique and it's nice that they serve cocktails. They're one of the very few non-vegan brunch places that has a vegan option anywhere in Brooklyn other than in Williamsburg and Bushwick, so that's a major plus. Only complaint is that they have a B rating and that it the tofu would have done well with a bit more seasoning and with being fried a little longer. The flavor and texture left a lot to be desired.

Yelp
Cool location, but all of the food is meh/average at best and I've always had thumbs down service.

Yelp
Ordered delivery and arrived at a reasonable time. The galbi was surprisingly delicious for take out. The other dishes like jabchae were authentically Korean homemade. It cane with banchan (condiments). Very happy
