"By Chloe is famous (in NYC, where it’s from) for its vegan burgers that do a pretty good job of imitating the meat-filled originals. But if you’re trying to be healthy, that’s probably not the direction you should go in here. Which is fine, because they also have some pretty tasty salads and a rotating selection of vegetable sides. If you choose to add some vegan mac and cheese to the mix, we will not judge." - jess basser sanders, brant cox

Saddest Whole Foods I’ve been to. Poorly laid out and woefully sparse inventory. Might as well be a Target Express grocery-wise. The hot/cold bars and pizza consistently look like they’ve been sitting out for 2 days. And you are guaranteed to be harassed by solicitors waiting outside while you’re there. Easy Amazon returns and the decent beer selection are the only things that bring me here. Staff is nice too. But people gotta eat. Head to the nearby Super King (the best), Trader Joe’s, or even Gelsons. Whole Foods, your prices are already too outrageous to justify. This store is a skid mark in contrast to the brand image you’re trying to portray. Do better. With your record earnings each year, you have more than enough means.

Google
I like this store. Is very convenient, no long lines, you can make Amazon returns, produce is fresh, and the service is great! I just wish they had a larger selection of several items:). Would highly recommend this location.

Google
A less fancy Whole Foods. Though TJ's is my go-to and farmers markets are where I prefer to buy produce, I will get produce here and packaged goods on sale. It's spacious. Self checkout is almost always line free. And, I can drop off my Amazon returns. I just wish they would do more to prevent people from leaving grocery carts in the very few bike stands.

I love how grocery store provides a top-tier shopping experience. It has excellent customer service, and its products are of great quality. Indeed, it is valuavable destinaation for those seeking the best in grocery shopping. Will definitely come back to this!

Google
This was a 365 before so the look, feel and layout are a tad different from the stores that were built to be WFM from the get-go. I generally prefer to shop here cause the aisles are A LOT wider and it's not packed to the gills with stuff. That being said, there's a lil less variety though what they do carry is usually well-stocked and the produce is excellent. And I should mention that parking is usually easy and the cashier lines are almost always short.

Angelica Martinez

Google
Well organized local grocery store full of 365 brand items and other brands. It’s a no hassle straight to it version of Whole Foods, smaller than most Whole Food locations, but stock full of grocery items. They have brands I haven’t seen at other stores and found some new clean brands that I’ll be coming back to the store for. It’s easy to find what you need here and I pretty much get in and out when shopping at this grocery store.

Fresh lions main mushrooms. Best in town! Great place for last minute fresh floral needs when the Flower mart in DTLA is closed. Always delicious seasonal foods and veggies available.

Google
I love ❤️ this place. THE ONLY thing I don't like is that... As soon as I enter, I have the Security Magically around my Radius... Believe me, there is nothing in that Store that I would want to steal... but that's my experience there... other than that, I love the food the produce and the Drinks they carry....

Yelp
Luna is wonderful Tell her I love the mascara she recommended! Hot bar was good :)

Yelp
No return staff for Amazon - they have customers standing in line for over 25 min for a kiosk. I have been having to shop at this WF for over a year. Consistently terrible service. Already expensive, just adds insult to the financial cost with horrible service. They could care less about their customer's time, that much is clear. Avoid, if possible.

Norbert K.

Yelp
We stopped here to process an Amazon trade-in. As it were, this Whole Foods didn't handle trade-ins. One thing I liked about the store is its low shelf profile, which allows an unobstructed view across the store.

Nicholas M.

Yelp
Years in, still absolutely nothing done to resolve the lack of bike parking. Shopping carts blocking every single rack and obstructing wheelchair access on the sidewalk. Management literally rolling their eyes when you bring this up to them.

Elisa G.

Yelp
This is a beautiful WF and I love all the juices although there's no smoothie bar. The parking lot is a tight madhouse and super dangerous. The market is awesome!

Cynthia H.

Yelp
I have shopped at a Whole Foods Market in several cities and states. And I would rank this one at the bottom. This store completely lacks character--it actually reminds me of a fish market. I am paying such high prices for food, I want the store to at least be pleasing to the eye. The store is also huge, but surprisingly stocked with only a limited selection of items. And because the store is so big they seem space EVERYTHING out to fill the space so it takes quite a while to get your shopping done. There is no such thing as getting in and out of this store quickly like some other Whole Foods stores. I also wasn't a fan of the freestanding freezers or refrigerator cases. The sliding plastic doors don't seem to close well. Or people just do not close them properly, leaving the frozen food to likely thaw out because of the warm air coming in due to the doors being left ajar. I closed a few of them on my trip. I prefer the traditional freezers that are six feet tall with glass doors and tight suction around the inside perimeter. When you open those freezer doors, they shut back immediately to keep the cold air in and food safe.

Yelp
The product selection is not the greatest, but the staff is super friendly and more than makes up for it. This location was originally a "365 market" or a Whole Foods lite, but now it's been rebranded as a regular Whole Foods. It feels more like a healthy convenience store than a bonafide gourmet market, but still worth the trip!

Jess E.

Yelp
Today's pick up order included a very clearly marked item that is past a month expired. Better than guessing how expired it is with a lot of their unmarked products. Yum!

Mike J.

Yelp
Corporate needs to get involved with this location and remodel / update it to the higher standards of other Whole Foods locations. By far the worst Whole Foods I've seen. Subpar / non existent fresh food / bakery selection, parking sucks, feels like a lower quality market than what it should be. Surprised locals shop here as there's other options.

Working M.

Yelp
I was so excited to see a WF at the old 365 and stopped by to look for an Adobe seasoning. Nice clean store and limited spacing but well thought out. I was looking around and was searching and staring and trying to find this seasoning (for like 5 minutes lost) on the spice section. Blake was working that aisle and he can't even notice a customer needing help in his aisle. I was happy to see another option to TJ and Gelsons. I walked out, not paying extra for an item and with customer service. I will come back but only if I need something.

Kary W.

Yelp
I like this Whole Foods best for customer service-when I ask for assistance in locating specific items, I have found team members walk me to the product. Their selection may be a bit more limited than the downtown Location however the parking is more complicated at downtown than here. Grateful for this location!!

Mickey V.

Yelp
Food: dismal baked goods , sad food bar very unappealing, no butcher and no one even able to repack butcher products for quantities one needs, loads of extra plastic waste Service: on a very steep decline; service was so much better in the 365 days and now there are 2 pleasant employees left; most are indifferent and definitely have no interest in helping you; no one around to ask questions etc Most of the employees seem sad to be there. Ambiance: it is quite open but other than that not appealing This WF has a captive audience that is willing to pay and endure out of proximity. I try and not go but due to proximity to my home I go. I go about 4 times a week so this is NOT a one time experience review.

Vanya B.

Yelp
I've been here for years since the inauguration. Twice I've been followed by staff and a security guard from beginning of my shipping and ending. Each turn I felt i was gawked on. This was the most awful experience and I was with both of my kids and we had the guard practically following harassing us. I'm glad my children didn't mind it but it bothered me. At the registry I asked for my receipt as the guard even followed us to the register.

Yelp
Whoever is managing this store is doing a terrible job and they don't seem to care, so I need to finally stop going. My main interest is the hot bar and it's hit-and-miss and no longer worth the drive. Maybe it's not their fault that there are flies over the food and no hand baskets available, but today at 4:45 pm I asked a young clerk Anthony to take a look at the food (pictured here), and he acted like he didn't see anything wrong with the dried out green beans or potatoes. I said "Look at it..." and he said "It looks a little dry." I asked him when dinner was scheduled to come out and he didn't know and didn't seem to care. I asked him if he could ask and he went back and came back and said the food there was probably from lunch (lol). As politely as I could being as annoyed as I was, I asked him again what time dinner comes out and he said he wasn't sure dinner was coming out. First, why is food left out for four hours, and how can they serve food that disgusting? Is leaving food out for almost 5 hours within health codes? That seems unhealthy and is definitely disgusting. There was one slice of dried out pizza left. Maybe it was an off day (that happens a lot at this store) but worse, nobody cared. I wasn't the only one who walked away from the food. (The Whole Foods downtown is always fresh and delicious, so maybe they should come and train the Glendale/Silver Lake staff.)

Joanna S.

Yelp
Clean and well-stocked Whole Foods with free parking, a cafe located, and self check-out. This grocery store is just off the Silverlake Reservoir, conveniently located by Starbucks, several banks, and gas stations. I usually stop by after I get my car washed across the street at LA Express. Pros: -No need for parking validation. -Conveniently location, so it's easy to get multiple errands done at once. -Quality service. -Amazon app payment available. Cons: -The parking lot gets busy and competitive during rush hour.

J. D.

Yelp
Be prepared to have the security follow you around like a suspect for no good apparent reason. Why is it that there is store full of people , yet he relocated himself from the front of the store to the end of the aisle where I was shopping, standing and looking around pseudo authoritatively. Ironically, there was a WHOLE other side of the store that was being unmonitored where people could have actually been stealing, yet he decided to stand near me and my 2 year old son. This asininity is the type of performance and discernment one might anticipate from low wage workers, however the level of prejudicial decision making leads one to believe that this type of asinine behavior is rooted in discriminatory bias. Corporate should hire qualified "security" staff that do not harass paying customers. Literally makes one not want to return as it truly taints the enjoyability of the shopping experience.

Yelp
I will always be a regular here as long as I'm in the neighborhood. It's convenient, clean, and the employees are friendly. As a regular though, some requests/suggestions - it would be amazing if your salad bar always had some flavorful, marinated tofu (like Erewhon and Lassens has). Once in a while, you have tofu, but they're just tofu blocks, which no human alive would like - vegan food can have flavor! Vegan cheese, toasted chickpeas, marinated tempeh, things like that would be welcome too. Also when certain drinks (like Poppi) are on sale, you guys only have like 5 of each flavor out and they're always sold out - makes no sense, at least create another spot for refrigerated drinks on sale. Please stop allowing big carts in the self-checkout line like you used to. Employees, you are awesome!

Hektor G.

Yelp
I like the sale that they have but omg this woman at the self check out . This blonde woman (employee) yelled at me for trying to get her to remove an item from the display at the check out. This happened on Saturday March 4th 2023 at 12:40pm She kept hugging people left and right yet forgetting to do her job . I said I need you to help me please, my mom is in the car waiting for me . She said "Oh please, like I give a shit that you left your mom in the car". That is the kind of service Whole Foods has. This is not the first time. That's the people they hire. She should be fired

Wendy M.

Yelp
Ah not so much. Especially when it was 365 I just stopped going here. Customer service was Horrible. I checked so many times for hand lotion (I used to buy) and was told that I had to keep calling to ask. No mention of let me check if it's on order or we can call you when it is in. I was trying to buy 4 to stock up. If you asked an employee on the floor where something was, they just said "over there". Since it switched over to WF it's about the same. The employee at the self check out was super cool and helpful though. One security guard took his mask off to cough and didn't cover his mouth at all. Prices are typical for WF. Some of the customers have Total attitude. Seriously it's only Whole Foods chick relax. No one cares who you think you are. I mentioned this to a friend and his reply was "That's Silver Lake for you". ‍ Nothing spectacular about this store, I go when I'm nearby but that's not often. Wish I had a better review. I don't like leaving negative reviews. The parking lot is shared with other stores in the shopping center including a StarBucks. Be aware when driving through. The jerks inside are jerks while driving.

Nick G.

Yelp
Loads of parking. Pretty big Whole Foods. And lots of foods to choose from. Today I opted for the red wine vinaigrette. And a fruit salad. The salad was clean and delicious. Had croutons and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Along with a lemon wedge. The salad dressing was very tasty. Had a tangy yet subtle taste to it. The fruit salad consisted of kiwi, strawberry, and pineapples. So delicious and a great clean way to eat.

Yelp
I can see why this place gets poor reviews. The hot food is made very very poorly. I saw Indian dal or curries that were just liquid, like a soup, completely made improperly. Rice that was left out and just rock hard, among other issues. What a huge waste of food, extremely wasteful. Yet they charge *so much money* for this hot food you take home and realize tastes like garbage. The people making the food and butchering seem to be young guys who were just huddling around their phones. Whenever I go there's usually no rotisserie chicken, they told me the last chicken they make is at 6:30pm. There's no butcher and no other prepared food area besides the hot food . Also their produce doesn't have much variety. There are some nice people who work here, who are older, but the young dudes don't seem to care.

Christine A.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at this market The day I walked in I was able to sample many difference types of food and beverages . I liked service in this market. The ambiance very sensitive I would definitely return and I'm so happy that I stopped in that day .

Nancy F.

Yelp
Yes, it's convenient and clean and the employees are friendly as one review says, but, sadly, what the store is selling is sub par. They are often out of produce staples (onions, potatoes, garlic), their avocados rot before they ripen, and their packaged lettuce (if they have it) is brown. You won't find decent bread there - their selection is limited, sometimes stale, and not terribly tasty. The flower selection is limited, (without fail, their tulips die before they open). Meat is good, but they are often low on stock. Spend a bit more and go to Gelsons! It too is convenient, clean, and friendly but it has great stock.

Dino D.

Yelp
Is it possible to have a decent selection of ice cream, rather than the worst excuses for ice cream? So much freezer real estate is taken up by some alternative excuses to ice cream. Please give some space to better recognizable brands of dairy ice cream in decent flavors.

Luis L.

Yelp
I was just humiliated by the (new) store manager Francesca samardzic I am a regular customer and first time I've EVER returned something. It was some pomegranate seeds I bought a few weeks ago. I was already embarrassed I had to exchange them but I felt they were too expensive not to after they tasted bad the first day I bought them. She totally interrogated me in front of customers and employees and repeated my answers with a suspicious tone on her voice. The final hammer was when she asked another employee in front of me and in a loud voice if those were even their product because she didn't think they were. I was so embarrassed I felt like everyone was looking at me as if I was trying to steal something. It happened around 9pm and I'm sitting in my car now 9:37 trying to build the courage to go back in and do my grocery shopping :( This was not what I would ever expect! SHAME ON YOU FRANCESCA! Shaming me on a $7 product for a multimillion dollar cooperation! SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME

kai ..

Yelp
If I could give this Whole Foods zero star I would. Terrible employees, I was parked in grocery pick up, right exactly where I'm supposed to be parked for my groceries to be brought to my car, Male in his late 20's not quite sure if he's Caucasian or Hispanic, he walked towards my vehicle, and proceeded to ask me to roll my window down, but the way he was asking me was like he was demanding me. I ignored him. I was not trying to have no type of interaction with him at all because I know for a fact, I didn't do anything wrong. As he was walking away from my vehicle he cussed at me and said " f*ck off " i'm not sure if Whole Foods allows their employees to cuss at people while being on the clock. It was uncalled for, I was minding my business, sitting inside my vehicle simply waiting for my groceries. I was not disturbing anyone. He needs to be held accountable for his behavior. That was unacceptable!

Incognito C.

Yelp
This is for the customer service I received today. I needed help and went to the customer service desk where I found Adam who is a manager. Even though he was busy, he stopped what he was doing to assist me. My issue turned out to take a few minutes and not once did I feel rushed or as if I was taking too much of his time. And he went out of his way to make sure that I wouldn't have any additional issues. It's really rare to receive even "decent" customer service but this was exceptional. And it actually continued as I did my shopping - everyone from the gentleman in the the meat dept. who went to check stock on an item to the cashier who had a calm, friendly vibe. A big thank you to all of you! Apparently there are still people who take pride in their jobs and believe in treating people well!

Jack L.

Yelp
This is the closest grocery store and it has become a store I try to avoid. The quality of hot food section is poor and on a recent weekday visit at 930am trying to get a breakfast burrito, nothing was left( see my photo). Today, going there at 7pm for gallon water, nothing left on shelf except higher priced specialty water. This happened many times and I had to make repetitive trips to Vons to get items I need. I used to live by WFM closed to old town Pasedena, that store is So much better than this. This store really needs a New manager! My review is mainly about availability of items and quality of hot food section. I have no issue with customer service.

Dee M.

Yelp
The one thing I don't like, is how they allow solicitors to stand at the doorway and try to stop you and buy into whatever their social cause is. Then I feel guilty brushing them off, but sometimes these causes are not my cause and I just wanna be left alone to shop. Aside from that the prices are good and the selection is also good. I wouldn't say excellent but it's definitely my first choice for grocery shopping.

Billy B.

Yelp
It gets pretty busy so parking can get tough at times, otherwise, its a good store. It used to be a Ralph's back in the day, then a 365 and finally a Whole Foods. The staff is helpful and friendly. As far as prices are concerned, well, its a Whole Foods...so be prepared for Whole Food prices...but the produce is really fresh and great and so are the prepared foods. Not a bad grocery, overall.

Jorden D.

Yelp
I've been trying to stay positive about this location for awhile, but fuck it. This place is constantly out of EVERYTHING. If it's not a 365 anymore and it's a regular WF, and it's serving a really wide area of folks who depend on it, why not get your shit together? I know it's not the employees fault, but god damn -- their produce section looks like they're going bankrupt half the time, and I couldn't even buy a pack of sausage because they're sold out. This all sounds really privileged and annoying to even write, but LA is chaotically busy and driving to another grocery store is a pain in the ass. Figure it out guys!

Aidge K.

Yelp
This is not a regular Whole Foods store- spoiler alert. It was a 365 WF store that Whole Foods started as an experiment several years ago. The 365 was an attempt to appeal to people on lower budgets. Two years ago they realized it was not profitable/ successful and decided to make this location a regular Whole Foods store with premium prices. Unfortunately, they did not do anything to upgrade the store or what it offered. There is no deli meat counter, butcher counter etc. I had not visited this location in 1.5 years. The produce was meh, the meat section was empty, the self-serve food was only pizza that looked it had been frozen. I urge you to visit a real WF and see what this location is missing.

Chauncey G.

Yelp
Appreciate the comments from customer service but they're completely meaningless bot dribble. Consider offering free adult diapers at the salad bar.

Anh-Dao T.

Yelp
I do like this 365 store. It has a different feel to it because it's smaller and simpler. If you're there for your basic needs or if you're a fan of the 365 brand, then you should definitely come here. I got my usual almond milk, bean chips and some produce. Small bouquets were also on sale for $5. Almost non existent lines and easy parking is just the cherry on top. But...and I'm sorry I have to say it, BUT you'd still be better off going to your usual Whole Foods. Which is what I ended up doing just two days later. Parking is horrendous but it's worth it for the bigger selection and more offerings. And you can still get your 365 products if you want. Appreciate having this store, but I don't think I'd be back anytime soon.

Anna H.

Yelp
I was confused with this Whole Foods. I went with the sole purpose of rejuvenating with a solid smoothie. But there's no more smoothie stand at this particular Whole Foods. WILD! I KNOW. This was my first time stepping into this particular Whole Foods, but the layout was so strange as well. Different from your everyday Whole Foods in just about every way. If you're interested in checking out an odd Whole Foods, look no further. You can scope it out and see how strange it is just in general.

Franklin M.

Yelp
One can go crazy shopping in here with all the great products they offer. It can get expensive at WF but if you look around you can find some good deals. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic face masks and physical distancing is required.

Donna B.

Yelp
We come here every chance we get !! We always run to the fresh baked goods and grab a lot !! The cheese selection is excellent and we try something different each visit. Check out the crackers and have fun with the different flavors !! The visit to this store is great because there's plenty of room.

Mason B.

Yelp
Wow seems like Justin Trudeau was just the tip of the Iceberg. The racist iceberg that is. Luckily this is one iceberg we are all glad is melting. Today I walked in to Whole Foods to find some great Mexican tortilla chips on sale at the front. Que Pasa Tortilla Chips they were titled. 2 for $6. The bag covered in pictures of Dia De Los Muertos style skeletons. But on closer inspection I discovered these chips weren't Mexican at all, but in fact a product of Canada, the geographic opposite of Mexico. You know Canada, the nation that makes such great foods like... uhhh. Well I can't think of any Canadian Foods other than Canadian Bacon which isn't that great and is also just ham (yet another lie from the Canadian food industry). So it would only make sense for Canada to try to steal the great food and flavors Mexico is known for. And here I have caught them red, white and green handed. These chips are nothing more than marketing to dumb white people who don't read all the words on the packaging like I do. You gotta read all the words. And just like Justin Trudeau has apologized for wearing black face and brown face, I think it's high time Que Pasa Mexican Foods apologize for putting on Mexican Face and trying to sell these chips. That's right take off your sombrero, mustache and colorful poncho and face the facts. Canada is not Mexico. Yes we all know Trader Joe's wears the same outfit when he calls himself Trader José and tries to sell you frozen quesadillas, but there's really nothing we can do about him. Everyone has already accepted his lack of cultural identity and amazing deals. He's the diplo of prepackaged food and I can't wait for him to cater my next birthday party. That said one day we will cancel him, just not today... BUT LET'S GET BACK ON TRACK. You've been cancelled Que Pasa Canadian Foods. Good luck ever getting on SNL with my yelp review on your record. I feel more tricked than I did when I went to see Coco in Theaters and ended up being forced to watch Olaf's Frozen Adventure. 2 for $6 isn't even a good deal on chips! mason brooks Yelp Elite

Radhia J.

Yelp
Don't go to this Whole Foods! It's just frozen food. I don't know why they don't have the regular selection of butcher, cheese, olives etc. Its bizarre.

Betty L.

Yelp
This Whole Foods might be on the small-ish side (it used to be a 365 location) but I keep shopping here because of the big-hearted, helpful staff. I especially want to give a shout-out to the Meat Department's great team members, who keep their section well stocked. I usually ask for Sal who represents the department at its best - patient, efficient, energetic and always ready to answer my questions with amazing customer service. Thank you, Sal!

Keith H.

Yelp
This is a solid, albeit scaled down version of Whole Foods. Does it carry the same selection as the main market? No, but it varies a sizable selection if staples including produce, meat, dairy, and your usual supermarket goods. This market is located near several other shops (including a CVS), and if you come during peak times, the parking situation can be a bit of a mess (not as messy as the Trader Joe's on Hyperion, but a mess nonetheless). They do have a food bar if you are looking for prepared meals/salads, and there is a self checkout section if you would like to just zip in and out (but only if you are not purchasing alcohol). If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can get additional discounts on certain items.

Emily F.

Yelp
I find this store to be too overpriced for regular groceries, so I only come here for the hot bar. The pizza is AMAZING! Seriously, it's some of the best I've had. The price is better-- $5 for 2 (decently-sized) slices. The pizza is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. I've tried other items from the hot bar and find them to be just okay and overpriced for what you get. Once I found a bug in my salad . Moral of the story: get the pizza, skip on the rest. The parking lot is huge (but shared with other businesses), and I've never had trouble finding a spot. There are bathrooms inside the store, which were decently clean when I used them.

Gloria V.

Yelp
I love Whole Foods and what they provide, typically shop to the one near me and happened to be in the area and shopped there this morning. Did my regular grocery shopping and had in mind to return a couple of item I purchased elsewhere, since I know I can return at any WF as long as it hasn't been opened and receipt. Was purchasing my items and my husband took to the time to ask about our returned items, the cashier got someone else to assist and the lady that approached us was so unfriendly and rude from the beginning, seemed like she thought she was judging us for returning an incorrect item and gave attitude and showed facial expressions about us, as if she did not want to assist us and felt like she was profling us, she works for Customer Service and definitely did not feel comfortable with her assistance at all. If she works in that position she should have a friendlier attitude and more welcoming. Definitely would have brought that up to a manager but had to leave to pick up my dog from grooming near by which is why I shopped there. They need to reconsider her position because obviously she lacks customer service.

Niko G.

Yelp
Wholy Plastic, Batman! I feel like ever since Bezos bought the Whole Foods brand, the core ethos of sustainability and locally sourced just went out the window. There is SO MUCH PLASTIC packaging now, specifically on produce. So much of it is unnecessary, it's absolutely insane! This last round of groceries from here just made me sick, disgusted at the amount of single use plastic. Uhhhg, we're all F'n doomed. I'm ready to stop shopping here and finding a local produce store that doesn't wrap its entire brand in plastic.

Jen G.

Yelp
Amazon doesn't get the SL demo at all. A townhouse up the street from me is going for 1.7million dollars. The local Erewhon is always crowded. Yet we get a crappy WF - crappy produce, shelves half-empty, no butcher, no bakery. Bleh. It's also depressing looking. I thought they figured it out when they tried to rip off TJ that the neighborhood wanted a real WF. And we were supposed to get one. What's the hold up?

Fatima M.

Yelp
I love whole foods for products and quality. Best vegetables for me are the whole foods ones. I also love gluten free products at this store. They have a lot of options, compare to other grocery stores. Highly recommend for vegans and gluten free consumers.

Sheridynn T.

Yelp
This review is for the smoothie bar--WHICH WAS CLOSED!!! Yes folks I came all the way here after my Pilates class only to find that I could not get a smoothie! Sorry but isn't that the purpose of Whole Foods? Isn't that WHAT THEY'RE ALL ABOUT?! Nope instead of smoothies I could only choose from juices that no doubt contain microplastics! I didn't get anything because I was FUMING!

Yelp
Dear 365, This review is in regards to the disgusting products you sell, because it will most likely be the last time I ever set foot in here. People need to be aware of the produce they're buying, but more importantly how to handle a situation after it's been addressed. I bought almond milk from this store about two weeks ago, and a week ago found something revolting inside. Thank you Annie for reaching out to me, but this store didn't offer to refund our product, didn't offer any additional information as to how the problem would be solved, even when they claimed they would stay in communication with us to see whether or not my family was affected. Completely disregarded the whole scenario, and simply swept it under the rug. To all the other consumers, I ask you be aware, because of somehow you do become poisoned from here you'll know why.

Yelp
Show some respect when interviewing people and at least have the decency to read the name on the application paper. Didn't seem like y'all are there to "promote growth and happiness".

Yelp
So I thought the whole concept of the market was supposed to be cheaper than Whole Foods but I found that to not see so . It was a like a slightly smaller version of Whole Foods. This location although still very nice, you could go to Whole Foods and spend about the same. I purchased a salad for about $5 and took a look at the flowers. Nice selection but not what I expected. Overall still good.
