It's okay. I been to this location a few times. I did give five stars, but that's because most of my complaints, are things outside the store (parking etc.) and things they can hopefully improve on. I feel by now, people should know what Whole Foods is. Organic/healthy based store. Some name brand/supermarket stuff, but that's not the point.
This location in principle, is like the same as any other whole foods. With a very nice side al a carte/salad bar/restaurant area. Inside of the store is nice.
But my main complaint, is the parking lot. It's very difficult, and scary to drive through at times. A lot of locked gates, vestibules, ramps. It's below an apartment complex, which shares the underground lot. I'm hoping that maybe they paint the pavement in the lot, add signs, not lock entrances or ramps, so customers can easily maneuver through the lot.
But worst of all, parking is technically not free. You are allowed a half an hour free, only with validation, which the validation machine, is very simple and easy to miss, especially as a first time customer at this location. There are small signs, alerting customers to validate, but again, it's very easy to miss the validation machine, and for new customers, to not even be aware period.
Through technology, the cameras and sensors in the parking entrance, can tell whether you have a validated ticket, so if you don't, prepare to pay whatever overage you have from not having a validated ticket. My first time visiting this store, I didn't even know I had to go to the validation machines, but luckily the guard that was on shift that day, was very nice, and was understanding, and he let me through. I feel other people aren't as lucky. I feel this is rather unfair, and parking should be free, and in the least, validation should be easier for newbies to understand, for Whole Foods customers.
So to avoid this, I guess walk, or take public transit to this store I guess.
But aside from the parking issues, which I guess can be improved, this is a great Whole Food store. Thank you.
