Unfriendly service by the middle-aged women, and by a young male employee. I wasn’t going to write this review, but I have consistently received bad service here, and I believe I need to publish my experience.
Earlier this month, Martha was rude to me. She kept following me around the store, rudely telling me they were closing. I said okay, but she continued following me, appearing to be unhinged. Just imagine being a customer, being followed by an older Caucasian woman, feeling like you’re being stalked.
Earlier this week, I went in and went to their customer service booth, where an older Asian woman helped me. I was being friendly and polite; however, this specific employee was moody, grumpy, and honestly, the vibe she put out seemed toxic, not customer service oriented at all.
Later, I went to a different cashier to be rung up. A very young Asian guy helped me. He was also unfriendly and did my transaction incorrectly.
There’s additional negative interactions but for the sake of not adding more length to this review I will not include the past experiences.
Based on the cumulative negative interactions from employees at this Whole Foods, I believe it’s safe to say that the company and management are failing at properly training their employees. Overall, I feel so sour over how I have been treated here. I don’t recommend this store at all. I’m done shopping here and I hope if you feel the same or are not treated well by the employees here you find somewhere else where you will be treated with friendly demeanor, and professionalism 🖤
